Unfortunately not all projects comply with deals they make, they always guarantee the right to change the rules, probably because they have the premeditated intention of changing them in the future. And to this day no one knows how much it will receive or even if it will receive something... It was due to the massive expansion on their project or something like that, based on their explanation on telegram. SEC require them to have every token holder to be verified. |

It's more than that. As explained on https://www.matchbillion.com/how.html , there are rewards for 100 ETH and 2 BTC for the winners. You can see that funds are available in those wallets. Actually it is 10ETH reward for 5 numbers and 2 bitcoin for 5 numbers + Powerball and some tokens. What about other rewards? Tokens only. Lets say if someone wins tokens, for what they can use matchbillion tokens except for buying more lottery tickets? If they don’t hit 5 numbers or Poweball, currently they can use MBL to play next games. More games are coming soon. I thought the lottery ticket (MBL) can be exchanged to other crypto in the very near future? |

Terima kasih buat beberapa jawaban dan masukannya, sampek bantu research artikel-artikel pajak. Sebenernya saya udah sempat DYOR sekitar Januari lalu, tapi ga yakin juga dengan hasil temuan saya karena kayaknya topik ini memang agak langka.
Kemudian untuk aturan pembayarannya
Tarif PPh 21 dijelaskan pada Pasal 17 ayat (1) huruf a Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Pajak Nomor PER-32/PJ/2015. Tarif PPh 21 berikut ini berlaku pada Wajib Pajak (WP) yang memiliki Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP):
Penghasilan tahunan sampai dengan Rp 50 juta adalah 5%
Penghasilan tahunan di atas Rp 50 juta - Rp 250 juta adalah 15%
Penghasilan tahunan di atas Rp 250 juta - Rp 500 juta adalah 25%
Penghasilan tahunan di atas Rp 500 juta adalah 30%
Untuk Wajib Pajak yang tidak memiliki NPWP, dikenai tarif pph 21 sebesar 20% lebih tinggi dari mereka yang memiliki NPWP.
Sedikit tambahan, dari apa yang saya pelajari di kelas pajak semester 3 jaman kuliah dulu (diulang di semester 5 dan 7 supaya huruf di IPK bisa berubah  ), buat teman-teman yang mungkin juga mau bayar pajak crypto tapi trus shock sama persentase nya, tarif PPh ini bersifat bertingkat, artinya, misalkan kita ada penghasilan 500 juta, maka bukannya langsung pukul rata 500,000,000 x 30%, tapi
50,000,000 x 5% +
250,000,000 x 15% +
200,000,000 x 25%
Dari DYOR saya kemarin, saya menyimpulkan kalau bounty hunting lebih masuk ke arah freelancing, dan saya cari info tentang PTKP (penghasilan tidak kena pajak) freelance supaya nilainya lebih ramah, ternyata diarahkan search engine ke artikel tentang NPPN (norma perhitungan pajak netto) dengan besaran 50% dari total pendapatan freelance kita. Jadi, jika diasumsikan tadi dapetnya 500,000,000, maka perhitungannya jadi 500,000,000 x 50% = 250,000,000 (besaran pendapatan yang dianggap kena pajak)
sehingga...

TL;DR: Apa regulasi pemerintah terkait pajak crypto untuk bounty hunting dan berapa besarannya?Periode pembayaran pajak 2018 tinggal seminggu lagi dan saya kian pusing dengan pajak yang harus saya sampaikan. Selama ini ga pernah lapor pajak karena belum bikin NPWP. Tapi, karena suatu kebutuhan, sekitar setengah tahun lalu saya akhirnya punya NPWP dan semakin dekat dengan akhir Maret, mbaknya kantor pajak kian rajin SMS saya buat ingetin bahwa saya belum lapor pajak 2018. Menurut beberapa diskusi di sub forum indonesia, dengan yang terakhir update November 2017, crypto belum termasuk ke dalam mata uang sehingga sifatnya belum terikat oleh pajak. Tapi, berdasar artikel Januari 2019, beberapa aktivitas crypto dikenai pajak, dimana salah satunya adalah menjual crypto ke mata uang nyata. Kalau menurut persepsi awam (dan pembelaan diri) saya, pajak crypto lebih buat para trader yang menjual dan membeli crypto secara rutin dan berkala, tapi saya ga yakin juga nih, maka dari itu saya mau nanya di sini, buat bantuan pencerahan menghadapi mas dan mbak pajak minggu ini ketika saya laporan. Ada yang tau tentang aturan pajak buat bounty hunting, kah? Atau mungkin malah punya pengalaman bayar pajak 2018 untuk aktivitas yang terbatas pada bounty hunting (saya amat jarang trading di tahun ini dan tahun sebelumnya)? Di 2017 sampai Q1 2018 kemarin saya ikut bounty dengan penghasilan yang amat sangat lumayan (menurut pendapat pribadi saya), dan sudah saya tukarkan ke bentuk IDR, sehingga kalau merujuk pada artikel wartaekonomi, seharusnya aktivitas itu masuk ke dalam kategori Kena Pajak, tapi saya ga tau masuk ke dalam kategori pajak apa kegiatan bounty hunting itu (freelance kah?) dan berapa persen besaran pajak yang harus dibayar atau malah ga masuk sama sekali? Mohon bantuannya. Artificially overpriced is not cool..👎👎👎 Funnily, I also followed CLG project, and although they seems more promising compared to this highly questionable project, their thread is not extra active either, isn't it? I've been following the CLG project from the beginning. Yes, I agree their thread on the forum a little active. They do not make advertising of the product to the time until the development of online education platform. Yes, a fact I am well aware of. If I may satisfy my curiosity, are you part of the CLG team or something alike? It is brought to my attention that more than 75% of your post are on their thread or around the sake of advertising them. |

I don't understand what makes you confuse, both campaign are official campaigns as long as I know. The one managed by Hhampuz is the fixed payment rate and participants get paid in ETH + MBL token while the other one is like a bounty campaign that pays in MBL token which will be distributed based on the total stake earned by participant. Obviously both has different spreadsheet as both are different campaign but for 1 project. Ahh, just wondered if the other one is also official. Now that it is clarified, all's good |
