Depends from country where someone lives, there is many countries that legalize bitcoin and there is countries that didn`t do nothing about bitcoin. In my country bitcoin is not regulated, and for now there is no laws about it, we can use it freely.
We need to wait some time, Japan and Australia started something big and others will watch and if they see that everything is working fine they will follow, so now we just need to wait.

It`s not hard to say this when we see how price going up fast, 3000 $ seems like its around the corner. We can throw numbers 3k, 4k, 5k and bitcoin price can really climb up to this prices, but I don`t hurry to see this high price, I always think that I can earn more while price is lower. With this fees bitcoin will not be so popular, some fees that I see on blockchain are ridiculous. Why would anyone go to buy coffee and pay double for it with bitcoins? Miners should be more reasonable this problem, some of them are slowing down the progress, and this problem affects many people.

News, especially big ones can move the price in both ways, but there is also things that happen under the radar and not many people knows about it. OP is not the only guy that noticed this price behavior, look at the halving before the last one, again big increase was in November, last year again late October.

I don`t know, all I can say about this is something that I read about doge a long time ago, doge is made for fun and probably nobody expected doge to last for so long. There were so many bad news about dogecoin, how we can expect to go on 1 sat., to not buy it or trade with it, but in despite of everything dogecoin is still here and price is over 100 sat.
I earned some money on doge already, I bought around 20 and sold when price was 60 sat, look where the price is now. I`m buying again, maybe doge can get back on 300 sat where it was years ago.

That is too much, to pay 50% transaction fee is ridiculous! Maybe you need to think about changing your wallet, some where you can adjust sending fee. I wait for my transactions and I don't complaint much cause I always set up minimal sending fee, but there was cases where I waited more then 3-4 days, but sometimes it's fast.
Casino's don't have nothing with price of bitcoin and transactions, and I don't understand why would they be responsible if price drop while you wait for confirmation? Would anyone return money if price goes up?

I quoted just you, but my answer is for others also, gambling is not easy, to earn 1 mbtc with gambling you need to have minimum 2 mbtc. With 2 mbtc you can't play all games, you need to find casino that have very small minimal bet.

You lost just in case you wish to exchange bitcoins in dollars, if you hold for that bitcoin for longer price will increase again and you will be in profit. Basically your profit or loss depends from your moves and actions. I`m not sure that this topic is for economic section, this is pure trading and mistakes in trading, OP should go to that section and check some threads for newbies.

If you always lose then gambling is not for you. If you gamble just when you are bored then you actually don`t pay enough attention on the game, and therefore you don`t develop strategies in your mind. I don`t think that trading with alt-coins is harder then to trade on forex, in my case is different. With alt-coins you can trade daily, on concentrate on holding, both ways can make you nice profit if you catch a nice train, and trains in alt world are often.

I also think that we can expect price to hold that range, not until late July, it will be more until October, after that who knows what can happen, cause price is staring to move up in this time of the year and that last in beginning of each year.
And in next couple months I don`t see price as stable, fluctuations will always be around, but I think we will hold range that you mentioned, between 1500$ and 2500$ is the price I expect to see until we get to the winter, then all bets are off like you said.
