2281  Other / Politics & Society / Re: cops instruct dog to tear apart mans face on: May 04, 2015, 11:17:47 AM
I understand that there are cases of extreme violence in some regions of the US where they end up taking major risks on their lives, so they probably use cases like this to "make an example" and install fear and maybe they will decrease the violence reaction from some common criminals, but this is still wrong and i don't think this is the right path, because it can also work the other way around and just create more violent responses in form of "protest", or just to have the same reaction over cops and make them fear criminals.
2282  Other / Off-topic / Re: Quick question: Which word is easier to pronounce? on: May 04, 2015, 11:10:25 AM
Zlunk is "easier" than Supza but "harder" than Diply. For the same reasons I stated on the previous post.
Zlunk only has the advantage over Supza because it does remind me of something (like a rock falling on water or something like that). So it does not really sound good, and that's the reason I still thing Diply is easier to pronounce, but it does relate to a "familiar" sound so that's why I consider it easier then Supza.
2283  Other / Politics & Society / Re: cops instruct dog to tear apart mans face on: May 04, 2015, 10:50:28 AM
Man this is just wrong. There should really be made an investment in the psychological evaluation of cops and other forces of security. Cases like this are just to regular these days. Either they get to accustomed to violence and they "flip" without realizing that actions like this are just plain wrong. Or they should never be admitted to law enforcement in the first place... (that was just a bully with a dog...)
2284  Other / Politics & Society / Re: My mommy bought me an education, am I smart now? on: May 04, 2015, 10:38:52 AM
You don't really have an education in school these days, you only get instruction which is a completely different thing.
And the "smart" thing is very relative to. For me being smart is doing the best you can with your resources and being able to give something back to the community like that. Either if it is being the next Einstein and changing science, or motivating kids all over the world with your football skills like Ronaldo or Messi.
The problem is that our society is not really supporting real education and smart people, but instead is rewarding pure instruction and compliance with the "norm".
2285  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Welcome to Liberland, Europe’s Brand New Country! Taxes 'Optional', No Military! on: May 04, 2015, 10:24:04 AM
pff they are doing it wrong already

"- do not have communist, nazi or other extremist past"
"- were not punished for past criminal offenses"

They are being extremist already by excluding these profiles. This means that they don't believe in "redemption", so what would happen if someone committed a crime in their country? Would they be banned, or worst?
Those two rules are the first point for them to claim superiority, like they are better than those that have a criminal offense (because they don't even analyze the context, they just exclude them period).

Next step they will conquer the world and instead of killing Jewish they will ban/kill people that fit in that profile...

Asparagus can be bad for you. It can cause you gas, smelly urine and allergy.
Here is my reliable source xD

So you can keep it, I prefer to keep eating my pizza with pepperoni, bacon, chicken, hot sauce and extra cheese!
2288  Other / Off-topic / Re: Quick question: Which word is easier to pronounce? on: May 04, 2015, 09:55:40 AM
I would say Diply is easier only because it sound better. Supza is not really harder, but it sounds weirder so I get the feeling that I'm pronouncing it wrong, and that's why I choose Diply.
2289  Other / Off-topic / Re: Let's talk about how hot Asian girls are. [NSFW] on: May 04, 2015, 09:46:46 AM

2290  Other / Off-topic / Re: Answer the question above with a question. on: May 04, 2015, 09:42:19 AM
why wouldn't it be ?

well, do the fighters like to fight?

maybe some of them dont ?
Are you implying they are closet fighters?
(BTW, did you notice you are the 8008th post? I love 8008s! Tongue)

Aren't you the 8008th post?

Is Shemp mowing posts again or am I the new 8008 guy?

8008 means BOOB right?

First, we were stuck on page 400 like forever, now how the fuck did you become the 8008 guy?
Would someone please delete a couple of their posts so I can be the 8008 guy?

If I pay Larry to pay Shemp to Moe some Curly posts, would you, the 8008 guy, be happy being the 8008 guy once again?

For him to be the 8008 guy again, wouldn't that mean that the 8008 post would have to be deleted so it could be achieved again? And if so, wouldn't there be a risk for him not to become the 8008 guy? And even if the post was deleted, the 8008 guy would cease to exist so he would become that guy for the first time, and not again, so would it be worth the risk?
2291  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: April 26, 2015, 10:09:34 AM
I agree with the concept of saving money for emergency. Although some people don't earn enough for that. All they earn goes for basic expenses, food water etc. For those who have some money to spare, I don't agree that going to a concert or something like that, that gives you some pleasure is the same as wasting money. Good health is not just on a physical term, it's also on a psychological level, and you absolutely need to spend some money for things you like. That is not wasting money, that is taking care of yourself.

Obviously there must be a good management of all this aspects, and that is the key. About the tip on investing money on bank savings or a company etc, I see it as a huge risk though, and I'm not sure you should risk 10% of your savings in that. It seems to much. (a lot of people in Portugal lost theis savings on a bank for example)
2292  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Police Officer Caught Selling Stolen Bitcoin Mining Equipment on: April 24, 2015, 03:17:00 PM

Even a bigger proof bitcoin is there to stay if cops are tempting to get some...

I don't really see this as a proof of that. It say in ther article that there was no information that he knew what that was for, and even if the did he was selling it not keeping it for himself. So he just wanted the money.
2293  Other / Off-topic / Re: [SCIENCE] Strawberry experimentation results sharing on: April 24, 2015, 02:35:38 PM
I would not go so far. I would say that "artificial" food is necessary (so it can be mass produced, transported etc), but I see no problem in organic food, as it should work well at a local point of view.
2294  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Police Officer Caught Selling Stolen Bitcoin Mining Equipment on: April 24, 2015, 02:31:34 PM
We all get "shocked" when we see that cops are involved in illegal activities. And yes I understand the ideal behind it, but I think that the truth is that being a police officer is currently just another job. Meaning that I no longer expect that cops should be just people etc, because that is probably not what is moving them to become a cop in the first place. So if people are corrupt in so many jobs, we will definitely find a lot of corrupt cops in the law, because normal people are in that area, and not just the ones that truly believe in what being a cop should represent.

2296  Other / Off-topic / Re: [SCIENCE] Strawberry experimentation results sharing on: April 24, 2015, 02:10:54 PM
hmm you say that on your experiment the O.S were like new, and the others were bad? (after the 3 days)
That really seems odd because organic food should decompose faster. One of the most important points for the "artificial" food is to last longer so it "survives" transport etc

Only you might end up having mutant descendants after a few generations.  Undecided

Not necessarily like X-Men..

I was not saying I prefer "artificial" food over organic. Of course I prefer organic, I was only saying that I think the his results were strange, because organic food decomposes faster than "artificial" food (that's one of the most important objectives for "artificial" food producers, so they don't end up losing their products in transportations etc, and so that they can produce larger amounts that won't rot before they sell it).

But of course I prefer organic food, because it's healthier.
2297  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Play Flappy Bird on your Android Phone and win FREE BTC! Faucet on: April 24, 2015, 01:50:41 PM
I tried the application, an it was fun, although I realy suck at the game, but I only saw the free tournaments.
How can I see the paid ones?

You need to download the PRO version. It is not available in playstore, so you need to download it from their website.
http://bitplay.today/

Why is it not available in the playstore? Is it safe like that?
2298  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do I tell her my feelings? on: April 23, 2015, 10:25:07 PM
man it's all about how you feel with the situation. If you are sure about what you said, then it probably means that "just friends" is no longer ok for you so you should say it. There is no way to know what it will happen, so after that you deal with how you feel with the situation again, like you did in the first place, and basically you keep dealing with it until the situation is ok for you.

2300  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Hitler was right. on: April 23, 2015, 09:50:36 PM
Hitler was not right... That does not make any sense. I won't comment right or wrong, or point of views... everyone has them, and Hitler had his.
The problem and the obvious reason I say Hitler was wrong is that you can't impose your ideals to others, specially like Hitler did. Removing lives, thus removing freedom. That is probably the only thing that should be right in this world. You can have your ideals, but you can't cross the line and force your ideals to others (by killing or any other means).
