Wendigo has got this wrapped up hasn't he, with an ROI of 110% nobody is going to catch him are they? ndnhc has done well but nobody is going to be able to catch Wendigo now are they, unless somebody gets lucky with a parlay that's got crazy odds.

Well I don't know why everyone keeps saying that. He got to around 140% in 1 week, and we have around 2 weeks until this competition ends, so if he did it, why can't anyone else do it? I think there is still a lot of room here.

As for my bets, I did not have time to post these yesterday, so here they are.

2047  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why are there so many new dice sites popping up? on: September 09, 2015, 12:59:28 PM

To be honest, if you worry that much why don't you create thread for ideas to innovate the dice world (if that is even possible).
We all want something fresh and new of course, but it does not make any sense to blame people for trying to explore a business opportunity.

Yes they are all the same, but that will also increase competition and make the house edge as low as it can be, which is good for us, so they are actually making us a favor.
i really dont think theres much more room for improvement on dice sites, one can only get so creative... pretty sure people are flat out of ideas at this point.

Yes I totally agree with you, I mean we roll a dice. The only idea I can come up with is to try to adapt the parlay system for dice, meaning that you would have to win some amount of rolls in a row to actually keep your winnings (but with a multiplier of course, just like a parlay bet). I don't play dice very often so maybe that already exists lol

Anyway, competition is good, so I say keep them coming, I don't see any problem with that.
if a parlay system were to be implemented,  it would be difficult to balance the house edge and giving the players better odds for hitting every line. if one were to be implemented, it would have to be sportsbook-style where the player would decide on the high/low result of multiple rolls at once before any rolls take place. it would be interesting to see, and would definitely be a unique feature to draw people over. calculating the odds correctly and keeping the edge constant would be the main concern though.

Yes that was the idea, decide the high/low result and then ask to roll that number of times. I also don't know ho to calculate the odds and edge correctly. Like I said I play dice from time to time so I don't even know if it could be profitable for the house. Maybe they already thought about this, but it's not doable. If it is possible, then there is no excuse not to try to bring something new to the dice world xD
It would be funny to see a random thought like this to become a new feature lol

Good luck on your picks man. Anyway I'm curious about you bank management rules, don't you think 1% is to conservative? Specially if you start with a low bank. I think it's ok for try betting strategies etc, but it's hard to make money that way. Don't you think 5% would be safe enough?

2051  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cashback for your gambling losses on: September 09, 2015, 10:33:13 AM
If you have such a good relation with the casinos why don't you offer exclusive bonus for people that register under you. That would be a true service, and would back up your story. Just saying that you offer cash back and without any proofs or the will to use an escrow will not make us trust you.
I know what you offer it free, but it just seems like a cheap way to gather referrals, so you should really prove your value by getting exclusive bonus offers from the casinos, or should at least use and escrow.

2053  Economy / Gambling / Re: Reliable gambling sites on: September 09, 2015, 10:12:39 AM
Cmon guys stop, saying the similar sites. Some people already mentioned in the earlier posts.

I don't see any problem in saying similar sites. That way the OP will have a better notion of what most people really like and trust, since some will have more votes than others. If we could not give our opinion and recommend similar sites, every site would only be mentioned once and he would not have the whole picture. It's not the same thing, seeing directBet or betcoin.ag being referred by 50 users or just 1.
2054  Economy / Gambling / Re: Reliable gambling sites on: September 08, 2015, 07:18:28 PM
I think it deppends on what type of gambling you are searching for.
For sportsbetting I would go for directBet;
For poker I would go for betcoin.ag
2055  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why are there so many new dice sites popping up? on: September 08, 2015, 07:15:44 PM
I don't see any problem with it. They are free to take a shot and try to make some money.
Mostly will probably see their time wasted, since they will have nothing new to offer and people will simple not go there, and will just use their faucet or something like that. But seeing all those new dice sites dont bother me a bit.
2056  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: FREE Tipster Competition 1 BTC Prizes - sponsored by directbet.eu - LIVE BOARD on: September 08, 2015, 06:44:06 PM
this competition is not fun anymore because the winner dont bet again but just to stay there and dont want to lose their balance. I think the next competition should be the first to reach 100 % ROI to save some time then to wait 1 month to know the winner. I think wendigo is already the winner here

I won't say that is not fun anymore because there is still a lot of time until the end, and some of the palyers in the green zone can still catch up, so they can't just relax. Anyway maybe in the next competition there could be a decay rule in the number of bets, to avoid people from stop betting, or something like that. (although they did not stop betting entirle, they just slowed down a little, and I think that is ok)
