2283  Economy / Scam Accusations / I'm an idiot who just got scammed for 5 BTC :D on: November 19, 2014, 05:13:46 PM
Might help ypu to avoid being idiot like me.

Was selling few btc, and posted on a thread of a guy who was buying. Got the PM later that he wanted to buy, I insisted on escrow, he suggested Yankee (Bitinstant), good ols user and I accepted.

Only when I sent coins to supposed escrow I noticed that account I sent to was completely new and had dot after Yankee, while supposed segvec I was trading with is actualy seqvec.

5 BTC gone to wind due to my stupidity.

So, be careful and avoid doing the same mistake.

Accounts involved - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=395486 and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=383069

You're allowed to laugh at me, I deserve it.

What kind of fucking thread is this?
2285  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling 5 BTC for Western Union, escrow accepted on: November 18, 2014, 12:08:18 AM
As things stand now, yes, still selling.

Had a buyer but I screwed it up. Got caught in a bad trade during crash yesterday, had to babysit it and forgot to check messages. He is not responding now so I guess he backed up.

So, yeah, still selling.

Price is same, I'd love if I could sell them all at once but 1.5 is OK, I guess.

PS. I'm going to bed now so won't be around for few hours.

2290  Economy / Speculation / Re: Analysis never ends on: November 15, 2014, 05:09:23 AM
So I guess my question is what changed his thinking that we were in 3 last November to we might just be starting 3?

There are 5 waves in a historical cycle.
In this context, the 3 from last November would have been the 3 of 5, so now he is thinking we are in historical 2 where 1 was in November. 5 of 5 of (1) to be more precise.

Disclaimer: The preceding post is not necessarily the view of the poster.

2292  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bears, Infidels and others alike thread. on: November 14, 2014, 05:19:46 AM
So, what's the point with this thread?

I could understand if it was some noob troll but you know that loads of people made themselves twats with threads like this. Often pretty soon after they opened it.

You just like to be a twat, need some love and attention or what?  Grin

2293  Economy / Speculation / Re: Magic prediction on 5th Nov on: November 13, 2014, 09:24:32 PM
Depends what he said, how he said etc... You can find such predictions all the time wherever btc is discussed.
2294  Economy / Speculation / Re: Critical Levels - EW analysis on: November 13, 2014, 09:19:58 PM
I'm super new though, so just trying to learn.  I wouldn't take my charts too seriously yet  Wink

Lot of EWers see it like that.
2295  Economy / Speculation / Re: Analysis never ends on: November 13, 2014, 09:16:50 PM
If "historical 3" is hypothetically in the future then the term is counter intuitive. Historical typically refers to the past, not the future.

The "historical count" in EW is the highest level count that encompasses all of the history.

Does "all of the history" include the future?

No, but the count predicts what the future holds.  I don't know if it is right or not.  No one does.  But if we did just complete "historical 2" than "historical 3" next.

question is, have we enter historical 3.

I don't have lot of clue about EW but boy, you're running me high for The Clueless one title  Grin Grin

Podyx,

A word of advice.  Develop your own system so you have confidence in your own decisions.  It's okay to see what others are saying, and it's okay to learn from them so that you can modify your own system, but in the end, unless you have your own system, the market will chew you up.  Take it from someone with nearly two decades of experience trading.

Agree. I read lot of opinions but it rarely went good when listening to others and basing trades on that.

Based on that ABCD, I do. But hopefully bounce first, I'm longing at these levels. Without bounce it won't be good Tongue
