IMHO the situation is very similar with VTC. Fast pump and so fast dump and loosing position. The pool is just giving you bc instead of btc. There are a few switching pools and they track difficulty of coins to mine the best value then convert it. The benefit here is you dont waste time holding other coins

I have a question with the 1% interest if anyone can answer. I have just under 2k blackcoins, now I know yearly it equates to I think it was 1.01% interest earned. But lets say I keep them in the exchange, Mintpal. Will that 1% just goto Mintpal or will it be credited to my account? If it does goto MintPal, does that not mean that they are going to make beyond bank on this coin? I see this coin reaching upwards of $10 in the next few months....so should exchange rates then in turn be lowered because exchange will be getting 1% on all coins exchanged anyways as they have the master wallet.
I am just curious. I know in the short term it shouldn't matter, but if an exchange has 10 million coins in it's wallet, that means every year they will get 100k in coins. and at $10 that is already $1 million USD say the coin reaches extreme heights of $100, we are looking at giving the exchange $10 million dollars a year on top of exchange rates for the coin.

What are the reasons for this coin's price going up lately?
Has the PoW period done and is it under pure PoS now?

Its because POS > POW. This coin proved it by creating a multipool that sells POW coins to buy itself. Miners become investors and see higher returns than traditional mining. Also the mining pool gives investors confidence to HOLD and not dump. This gives a security that no other coin can match. That and it has 10 second transactions times and devs that work around the clock. They bust their ass for promotions giveaways and anything they can think of. The devs dont know this yet, but I am writing software that will blow everyone away. I cant reveal it but I will make sure BC is the first coin I think of when I come out the gate. Basically, this is the best coin in Crypto. Period. Anyone who sells is only hoping to gain position and action. It wont matter when this coin passes Litecoin. It may happen in less than a week at this rate. Its too early to know when. But it will happen. |

Litecoin is old and outdated. It suffered too much from China bullcrap gets insider traded and the Proof of Work Scrypt coins are oversaturated. Way too many miners seeing lower returns. Bitcoin is the same. Too much "politics" its so news driven its annoying. People are always like OMG what news?? Bla bla bla. And people are so scared like OMG when will it duimp?? Dump? Why? Into Bitcoin that goes down every frikkin day? If Bitcoin goes up so do we. So only reason to dump is if you want out of crypto. Some dumers got hurt bad when the price rebounded 30% up and down. There is a lot of crap being posted about BC here and I want to clarify. Its not being pumped on specualtion its being pumped because the multipool dumps crapcoins and buys blackcoin. Blackcoin is not minable and thus they are proving that POS > POW. Its just that simple. Its not specualtion its fact. POS cant be forked with 51% attack or selfish miner since the stakeholders are the ones who confirm tx. So its just better. Bitcoin will die once the computers can 51% attack it and that is a very real problem. Darkcoin is amazing. It really is. I have been in it for a very long time. I was one of the earliest buyers. But Darkcoins time has not come yet. Also, its only going to be popular with a niche crowd. I love Darksend but you have to realize it will be replaced once someone starts a zero knowledge proof coin. So yeah... I believe in both. But its time for the multipool in BC to shine. And fast confirmation time IS better. I am writing software for Bitcoin that will do contracts and the annoying part is, I can not do decentralized exchanges in a speedy maner in Bitcoin. On Blackcoin I can. Even DRK is faster. So really Bitcoin will get bottlenecked and Blackcoin is playing this market like it should. A battle ground.
Thats just my opinion. Im not here for FUD. I am a holder of DRK too. I love DRK. I want it to succeed. My message to the DEVs is get your rear in gear and get Darksend out of beta before its too late.
