manchester city performed quite well in the domestic league and the Champions League because of Erling Haaland slick performance who appeared quite impressive in every match. He deserves to be called an Alien in this modern era because after the dimming of big names in the prestigious league such as Cr7, Messi and Benzema, now the name Erling Haaland appears. And also Manchester City slick performance cannot be separated from the brilliant tactics of Pep Guardiola because since he coached Manchester city he has made Manchester City a big club filled with world star players. Well we will see manchester city will dethrone Arsenal in the upcoming matches.

Please Benzene isn't yet a big name compared to what the others have done in the game. I thought you'll call Luwadusaksi as he's the better third name after Ronaldo & Messi. Haaland is a beast but lets not forget those who are making the game easier for him and that's Kevin De Bruyne and Bernardo Silva and the entire Manchester city squad in general because when this duo aren't present, the team still plays good football and gives the assist to Haaland to continue his goal scoring run.

At the end, all praises has to go to Pep guardiola because he knows how to assemble a team. Just give him the money and he'll build you a team of not so famous superstars but when they come together and play then they'll start making names for themselves and setting records while breaking exiting ones.

in this case I also want to praise the scheme that Potter did in his first few games at Chelsea. 3 matches he went with 1 draw and 2 wins of course this is a good record even when he is still confused about the suitable formation because of the three matches he played he always changed Chelsea formation.

He isn't confused but showing a good sign of a good coach. He had limited time to bond with the players as such he's trying new things just to get the best players he'll use as his strating level. So far it seems he's looking to keep kepa at the goal post and some name has been on repeat in his selection which goes to show he has developed trust in them. There's something different about the Chelsea squad now than previous under the former manager, now the boys want to play football and score goals and they attempts keep coming in unlike before.

Players aren't been played out of position unlike when Tuchel was playing James at defense instead of giving him the freedom as a wingback. Havertz was been played as a striker when we have the like of broja on the bench. Potter is showing some positivity on the team and if this continues, just maybe we might get another shot at the champions league trophy this year.

Nigerian formal education is a scam. Gabage in and gabage out. Pegagogy of the oppressed by PF. Population has nothing to do with human development.

I understand your frustrations but Nigeria doesn't have the capacity to take care of her citizens. When those hand picking was ongoing by companies, we had less citizens going to school and they had limited sources to make selection from. Also then the school system wasn't as corrupt as it's now,  meaning if you saw someone that was marked to be top of their classes then truely he/she did deserve that accolades unlike now that corruption has taken over the school system that even to get admitted into the school system can be bought and your way out too can also be bought.

Today there are unlimited supply of graduate to choose from because we have different education bodies graduating people yearly out of the school system and majority are not qualified. Nigeria isn't the only country struggling with unemployment. Infact it's a global problem as even the Western world are struggling with it but yet they've been doing just fine as a country because of their high level of entrepreneurship and that's what Nigeria is trying to in-store into her citizens and that's why you're seeing it at any level of educational stage you reach. Now they just have to adjust thier regulations to suit self established business and things will begin to become better.

Bros, abeg you go need to finish this sweet story so. I deh wait to read say the person direct you or not on wetin him dey do to generate more bitcoin on the weekly. I know say people no deh like share extra things weh deh give them cash.

Nothing much, we get different outlets to use hustle for this industry. We get telegram moderation jobs, social media page moderator and so many job opportunities, just dey join different projects groups as those jobs dey in different forms.

Haaland is such a special player that he scored 2 goals even though he played for only 45 minutes in this match. I understand why Guardiola replaced him with another player this much early because he needs to think of the Premier League on one hand.

Sometimes I don't understand this managers, things like this are why this young players will hardly leave up to the expectations of Ronaldo and Messi. Haaland was on his way to another hat trick and you deprived him of that whe  you know you can win any premier league game even without Haaland starting. Pep should have left him on the pitch to get that one goal even though he had to play just few minutes in the second half. It was another easy win for Manchester city so I guess all played out fine.

Chelsea returned to be a strong team again after they have Aubameyang in their squad. Now, Chelsea attacking looks better than previously, they can be productive again in scoring.

Our attackers aren't at their best yet although there has been some improvement and that has to be accredited to the manager as he has been abel to make the squad adapt his style of play. Thomas Tuchel was killing our attacking threat as he was more concerned about not conceding than scoring but that's not the case about our new manager. Big congratulations to him as it seems this was his first clean sheet and glad for kepa leaving up to the trust in him by making that close saved. Good result in general.

I'm not really sure why boomakers giving obvious advantage for Chelsea. Yes, Milan will miss some players because of injuries, but IMO, they're looking better this season so far.

Guess we now know why, Chelsea has a history against the Italian side in European competition do there was no way they won't be favorites to win this game. We could see that this history played to the advantage of Chelsea as they managed the game well and pressed from the onset. Although Milan wasn't at their best in the game but so was Chelsea so there's no excuse. Assuming Chelsea were playing at their peak they could have easily scored more that the amount of goals that they scored. Sterling missed lots of chances to either score or assist in the game says it all.

As a fan I wasn't impressed with the game as the tune was dull and at some point I had to switch between games just to get my excitement back. After the last goal it seems Milan didn't have any spirit in them any more and just gave up to the lost. Hopefully they get destroy in few weeks when we play them again. Slowing Chelsea is regaining her form and that excite me as a fan.

Much favorite for the weekend against Liverpool, I hope they pump Liverpool,  they have had a good start consistency is all that matters now, they drop points drastically during December/January but if they can keep up with those points then they can win the League. But would Pep Guardiola let em ? Gradually turning the league into a farmers League.. Cry  Embarrassed

Arsenal can't win the premier league, this isn't the first season of arsenal making waves at the beginning of the season. Remember last season they had all the advantage to finish top 4 but what happened, they bottled it. Arsenal are filled with young players and a young management. They don't have the experience needed to win the premier league. Pep is just using money to destroy the league. There's nothing like he's turning the league to a framers league. Has Pep done close to what Air Alex Ferguson did during his time as manager of Manchester United? Nope and if then the premier league wasn't called a farmers league it shouldn't now.

Manchester city are always the favorite yet they get beaten by small teams every now and then, the title isn't won with huge margin, they most time have another team chasing them to the title. Unlike other league that the leading club is already declared a champion with 5/10 games left to play. Haaland would do exactly what he's doing now in any other league if he has the type of quality feeding him the balls as he's currently enjoying with Manchester city.

I have been singing this all round like a song, all of these days British player's are not worth it at all I hate to make comparisons but any coach that wants the best show rotate his squad and see how good jobs are done with others,

It isn't about English players not been good enough but the coaches handling them not knowing what they're doing especially in Manchester united . There's no doubt this players has more freedom than others and you can't blame them. It's their home town and at such are bond to enjoy some home advantages but it's the duty of the coaches to discipline the players. Rashford wasn't as horrible as he's today under previous coaches before the sudden decline. Lets not forget at some point he was tip to be the next big name from england due to what he was bringing to the Manchester united team.

Sancho was a star at his previous club and Maguire was giving a decent performance at Leicester before the move to United. We have players like James, Foden, sterling, Chilwell, Mount, Alexander etc all playing good football and they're england players. Every league hypes their own players, why do you think the ballon d'or mostly comes from the la Liga side and no matter how good a premier league player has been he hardly gets a chance at winning the trophy. Ronaldo even had to go to Madrid to get the crown.

It looks like a lot of easy games tonight and I think we will not see any surprise result or maybe just one or two but not more like yesterday night where the results of the games were not what everyone was expecting.

The match I'm most interested in is Chelsea vs AC Milan. The group but clubs are in are still open and anybody wining this game tonight has an advantage in qualifying from the group. Chelsea hasn't had an impressive start to the tournament but I'm hoping they can defeat AC Milan and be in the same point with them considering, Chelsea haven't lost their most recent European home matches against Italian opponents (W8 D3), their last two defeats were in the 2010's decade. Chelsea has improved under the new management as we can see the hunger from the boys in wanting to win the games they have played and it payed off against their last opponent.

Ac Milan is currently at the top of the group meaning there's more pressure on Chelsea winning this game then, AC Milan winning. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang just got his first goal for Chelsea in the 2-1 win against crystal palace and I would love to see him continue scoring by getting more than one goal in this fixture to boost his confidence as he's wearing the No9 jersey which seems to have a curse since the last players to wear that number didn't do well.
2373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 05, 2022, 07:46:56 AM
PSG would not be too good for Rashford, he is still young and has a few years to still develop. Paris Saint German isn't so much of a team to focus on developing players they will rather prefer famous players. Rashford needs an atmosphere where he can develop his skills and I will suggest Real Madrid instead which will be perfect for his development and confidence.

It seems that mentally of PSG is changing due to the introduction of their new coach, over the last transfer window that just ended, those rumors to be target of PSG were young players. PSG has realized that building a team of famous players doesn't guarantee you a champion league win even though the players you're buying were once champions league winners. The reason I won't recommend Rashford going to PSG is because of the league the PSG team is playing in. It's less compared to other top league and would definitely reduced his chances of getting called up to the national team.

Another reason is because Mbappe is there, and that dude own PSG and anyone coming to the club plays for him instead playing for themselves. Until Mbappe is been throw out of that club, I don't think they'll be able to develop as a team moving forward that other teams will be afraid of playing.
2374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: October 05, 2022, 07:37:16 AM
I wonder why you think that Arsenal can get a very simple win from Liverpool, it is laughable indeed for you to think so. Even if Liverpool is not as strong as they used to be doesn't mean that any team will beat them as if they are Wolves or Watford and go their ways.

Have you watched Arsenal play this season? They're playing just like Manchester city and that's not a surprise considering their manager was a former assistant to Pep under Manchester city. Arsenal are on the front foot attacking from the beginning of the game until the very last minute. The only problem they're having at the moment is been defensively strong when they get counter attack due to the high defensive line they're keeping. This is the flaw Manchester united were able to exploit and won the game with just counter attacking.

Liverpool aren't the same Liverpool of last 3/4 season that we knew, they're totally different this season and their players are off form. If Liverpool was to win Arsenal in anyway then they have to play just as Manchester united did. Allow Arsenal to have possession of the ball then destroy them with counter attacking but no, Liverpool would wan to go head to head with arsenal and that's where they'll lose the game.

PS: A school does not have to be a formal environment, but any place where you gain knowledge on something, or how to do something on your own.

Exactly, see as men dem dey construct quality posts like wetin dem born dem with not knowing that it's because they have been exposed through education that's why it seems very easy for them. Check the difference between we Nigerian and other people from third world country for the forum. The difference is very clear and that's due to us been well educated. You can't compare a graduate (People wey go the school well oh) to and undergraduate. Na school exposed us to Bitcoin, without the university system I believe many people no for the get the idea of what Bitcoin is all about as na school environment they push the movement well.

Education isn't a scam but the ideology of finishing school, getting a good job and working until you retire then you can enjoy your wealth is outdated as that's what our parents thought but due to over population, there isn't enough job for every graduate as such, you aren't supposed to rely on the educational systems instead get a skills that you can use to add with the education you have achieve to survive in the real world.
2376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: October 04, 2022, 09:28:16 PM
If you look at Manchester City's current form, it is very difficult for anyone to stop them.

One thing is certain in the premier league no matter how good you're playing as a team, there's always one small club that'll put you to a test that you can never win. They'll loyal you to the extent speculators won't believe this was the clubs that was looking untouchable before the game. Manchester city always get beaten by a small club and they get one or two draws and that'll be their fate this season as well. Now Haaland is been praise, hope the same energy will be available when he isn't getting the goals.

I would like to watch Arsenal vs Manchester city, I'm not indicating this will be the game they lose but considering both teams are at the top of their game, I'll love to see them play to enjoy good football before arsenal runs out of gas as they usually do.
2377  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: October 04, 2022, 09:10:50 PM
To all of una wey belong to education is a SCAM GANG
Education is meant to expose all of us to various worlds of ideas and opportunities. Na because of this na why we come get elective course aside from major.

Before people begin dey talk say education na scam, e get one particular ideology wey the education system been dey sell us wey be say, Enter school, read hard, get good grade and you're set for life. This na so dem teach our parents dem and that's why majority been they insist say make we go school instead of having skills. Na those wey dun go the school see say nothing come out come wise up and teach their children on acquiring skills and today they're doing very well in the society.

Education no be scam but the whole idea of going to university to study courses that'll never be useful to your life na scam and society just dey embrace am like nothing just make e be say, my pikin finish from university too. We get young guys wasting four years studying what will never be useful to either their pocket or society at large and na this one bring about the whole education na scam theory. Instead of wasting that four years in university, use that to acquire a skills, learn a trade or do both simultaneously to have an advantage over the average graduate.

Finally after 7 games without a win now Leicester managed to get their first win in the premier league, although this victory did not make much change in their position in the standings but at least this victory could be a motivation for Brendan Rogers troops to face the next match,

Thought I was the only one happy for them winning, the Leicester City team has been milk of all their quality players as the top side continuously buy their players and it's unlikely for a side to continue playing good football and winning games if their top players keep getting bought from them constantly. You can't blame the management for letting go of those players as well, as they need the cash to improve the team and the players can't turn down once in a lifetime offers that won't likely come their way again if they reject the move to prove loyalty.

Take the case of Vardy as an example, when he was in his prime, he was getting lots of attention but he turn them all down and now he can't even get an interest from other small clubs talk more of the big teams as he has decline drastically and he would be regretting not making that move when the opportunity presented itself.
