wow congrats to the 1 btc winner i hoped someone from here won it
Ill find out all the info in the next day or so and let you guys know. Im pretty sure he doesn't engage here for now.
Congrats on all the winners here, but did anyone won the 1BTC drop, the probability is really low to win that, 8 hours challenge and 8 random account will get the opportunity, you really need to be really lucky to win these.

mia khalifa seems a weird choice for sportsbet to sponsor to me  Shocked
She is a popular star with 17 million followers and she is a good choice as many had dreams or at least saw her skills  Wink. It was a good choice.

I think it's the 2nd time DarkStar_ got some big free drop? How do you manage it bud? Very lucky indeed :-)
If that is true he is something special as the probability for him to win twice is really magical. Wink

India vs South Africa match abandoned without a ball to be bowled.
Australia is losing the 5th Test
Bangladesh is not doing well and it seems my tip will be wasted.
Not a good day for me :-(
Looks like a bad day for you as Bangladesh is struggling here and Mahmudullah is their main player and if he could stay till the end then there is a chance for them to win.
Edit:
Bangladesh has lost their last hope as Mahmudullah lost his wicket. I am not sure who will rescue the team from this situation as Rashid Khan has two overs left for him. Mohammad Nabi will be the player of the match for his incredible all round performance.
2383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: demands on Ethereum on: September 15, 2019, 10:04:11 AM
Prominent Muslim scholars and financial advisors released a white paper declaring Ethereum “halal,” or permissible, according to Islamic Sharia law. The clarity for Muslim purchasers may stimulate additional demand for Ether.
i hope this news will be good for eth price, and make the price grow more than $200 again
I am not sure what is a Muslim scholar, what does he know about technology and finance. If he is talking about some made up history and fiction then i can very well understand he is an expert on that but nothing can change a financial market, i am not even sure how religion works but if people need his approval to invest into something then it is the call of the investor. I do not see any change in ETH as the prime days of it are over.
2384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 14, 2019, 05:57:03 AM
I was not watching the game and started watching after 15th overs and have to say Zimbabwean bowled some terrible bowls in the death. Not sure how experienced their bowlers are, but it was awful to watch in the death overs. Full toss... over pitch.... full toss..  Undecided

And who is Hossain? Never seen him playing for Ban before. dude was on 4th gear from the start.
I thought Bangladesh would loose the match after they lost quick wickets and i initially thought we will see an upset because they were reduced for 6 for 60 at one point and the odds for Bangladesh to win was really high and i was not having any hope that they will pull off a victory like that as i was not aware of these players, if not i would have gladly waged a bet when they lost their 6th wicket.

It is a proud moment for the entire bitcoin community and i am proud to see a sporting betting site sponsoring a major league football team and now there is a BTC logo in their jersey, what more can we ask. No company came forward to advertise in the world arena and you are the first one to do and the community will be proud to see the jersey.
2386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Puzzle ... Free money to the first to solve it. on: September 13, 2019, 07:52:08 PM
What do they get out of this? Well, with a increase in the views and subscribers, the Youtube channel owner gets income and he could share that income with his friend. <partner in crime>  Roll Eyes

How do we validate that the winner is not a friend or family member? Well, it's basically impossible and that is the main problem I have with these puzzles.  Tongue
It is a realistic possibility that people are coming up with new ideas to make money with all these puzzle and rigged prizes but we have to give him the possibility of doubt until it is proven and there is nothing you can do about it, you can make a decision whether to participate in his game or not and people with time might spend their time chasing a puzzle.

@OP hopefully the winner will be an old user from this forum rather than a newbie account claiming the prize.
2387  Other / Off-topic / Re: UK Police Arrest Teen for Hacking Unreleased Music to Sell for Crypto on: September 13, 2019, 06:42:48 PM
A 19-yaer old in London has been arrested for finding unreleased songs and selling them for digital currency. This is a growing trend according to blockchain security company Ciphertrace.

Granted more large players in the entertainment industry are embracing digital currency. I think the two will be very successful together.
If it is a growing trend to earn money then they are in for a hard awakening as everyone will be behind bars who are planning to make money through illegal activities and you will see the trend of people going to jail for illegal activities using digital currency. People are willing to pay for the contents if they are readily available and if major platforms like netflix start accepting bitcoin, then it would be great.
2388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: September 13, 2019, 04:35:36 PM
Australian batting depends too much on Smith, so it is understandable that the bookies are preferring England to win the match. But the problem is that the English bowlers failed to get Smith out regularly in this series.
Once again Smith was the only player who played for Australia and now he lost his wicket after scoring 80 runs and they are still behind 100 runs and England is in a good position in the match and if they are able to play sensible cricket in the second innings and built a good lead then England has the possibilities to tie the series. It is an interesting phase and it all depends upon how they are going perform in the second innings.
2389  Economy / Economics / Re: Fed and Europe and Even Australia did rate cut but btc Still low on: September 13, 2019, 03:13:02 PM
Fed, au and europe is about to cut rates.
But Why Bitcoin is Still low?
2017 was Even less rate cuts but btc was 20k.
Now everywhere is rate cuts but btc Price is Still low
Anyone knows Why its like that?
There is nothing surprising here to understand, it is crystal clear that the market movement in bitcoin does not depends upon federal rate cuts. Bitcoin is not regional based like the stock exchange, it is a global market and if the funds are flowing into the market, you will see a rise, if not you will not find any difference in the market. We all hope that the market will rise after the halving, it is because of less coins coming into the market and we know with experience.
2390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS THERE A REGULATORY BODY on: September 13, 2019, 02:19:22 PM
I have been wondering since I join bitcoin and ethereum trading. Is there a regulatory body for bitcoin price? If there is none, what are the factor responsible for both the bull run and the bear market.
Since you think that all the bull and bear market movement in any financial market is controlled by a regulatory body i have nothing else to say here  Tongue.
Regulatory body is meant to monitor any fraud in the market and if anyone is involved in the price manipulation they will be spending a long time behind bars, since there is no regulatory body in the crypto market, there might be manipulation by whales.
2391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 13, 2019, 12:43:02 PM
I think It would be an easy win for Tigers. Bangladesh don't need tamim to win against Zimbabwe. Shakib, Mushi,Mahmudullah is enough to seal the victory. Tri Nation series is important for Bangladesh to see about the teams T20 condition.

I hope Bangladesh will make a good start today. Expecting 170-180 runs on the board if Bangladesh bat first. New player's have been added to see how they can perform internationally because we have T20 World cup next year. It's a future plan I think.
I saw the odds for the match but i was not sure about the team strengths as it is a short version of the game and i have not seen any matches with Zimbabwe in recent memories, the odds are not that great for Bangladesh to wage a bet but still i am not sure what to make of the situation after seeing the performance of Bangladesh against Afghanistan in their recent Test match and historically Zimbabwe have defeat Bangladesh in the past series in T20.
2392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: September 13, 2019, 06:28:10 AM
English Test team is doomed, Oz already got The Ashes Trophy.... but I have a feeling that this test could give England a chance to draw the series. Only because Joe root lost the perfect toss and it could work on England's favor when OZ is chasing the target in the 4th inning. Still early to say but this could be a significant factor in the end.
Even the odds makers are favoring England at this stage to win the match, with the way in which they started their innings i really doubt they will win this match but it all depends upon how England are going to bowl, if they are able to pick wickets including Smith cheaply then they will have a chance to level the series. Will think about wagging a bet after seeing how England is bowling.
2393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson Fury vs Otto Wallins on: September 12, 2019, 11:07:09 PM
Deontay Wilder went full 12 rounds with Tyson Fury. That guy definitely is the best puncher we have in the HW division and Tyson was able to withstand it. So I doubt that Wallins can do damage to Fury. Besides Tyson also has a good head movement, hard to target if you are looking for that one punch KO. And Wallins can get frustrated and in the end Fury will caught him around the middle rounds.
Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury rematch is the only fight i want to watch right now in the heavyweight division. Tyson was completely dominating the fight each and every round and apart from the knock out Wilder did not have an answer for his movements and even after the knock down Fury was punishing Wilder and the judges were watching another match than the rest of the world.
Wallins has a punchers chance and other than that i see Tyson winning with ease.

After a long they've taken step to have a tournament in the home ground. This is being stopped for the moment for some reason. Possibly this will be shifted to some nearby country.
The Pakistan leader is a legendary player who took the team to the 1992 world cup and won the tournament and he will do anything in his power to bring cricket back to the country, but if there is serious threat from terrorist factions first they have to weed out every terror organisation in their country. If the series is changed they will be moved to UAE which is Pakistan's neutral ground for a long time.

Aus will be able to chase this down easily tomorrow by the end of the day and then put more runs on board. The first innings of England will get over before 1.5 days.
The Aussie openers are not giving them a good start and only Smith is in prime form in the team, if he fails one time then who will be backing them up to score those runs. Tomorrow is an interesting day and lets see how England is going to finish the innings and bowl, plenty of time for the match, until we see some big innings from someone we might see the match finish before the fifth day.
2396  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: September 12, 2019, 08:34:23 PM
for any new users or people who are interested in joining cloudbet beware:
been using cloudbet for 2 years now and have not once received a sports bonus or free play added to my account for my loyalty or deposits, and I've deposited over 2 btc to date!! they only tell me to keep depositing and "they'll let me know as soon as a bonus comes available", after 2 years still waiting for one to come available haha...
feels like a scam and I'm so disappointed, sent them a message on here and will see what happens  Huh
They are in this market for a long time, the bonus feature they have is a questionable thing as i too never won any bonus with them even after many deposits but that does not make them a scam site. I know you are disappointed because of the bonus but i am sure they never withheld any winnings of yours. Recently they gave away some free spins and many won in this forum.

1 BTC will stay on one account for 1 hour.
If a customer doesn’t claim the prize during 1 hour then it will be removed from the account and dropped to another random account.
This will go on until the prize is claimed by one lucky customer or the promo period has ended. Promotion will end at 20pm GMT on Sunday.
I have one doubt, if a customer misses that opportunity will he be notified later that he missed the opportunity to win 1BTC. I would like to see that option about how many users miss that opportunity. Wink

Congrats on yet another big gift and hats off to another set of surprises by the team by having the bitcoin logo in Watford shirts. Your team is promoting bitcoin to the masses and it is a big deal for the community and keep surprising us.
2398  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bad time to get into daytrading? on: September 12, 2019, 04:58:38 PM
I've been studying day trading crypto on and off for about a year. Everyday i'll go into 10 or 20 coins mark their supports and resistances to get really familiar with reading charts. I've studied candlesticks, trading patterns and a lot of indicators.
Even with all the statistics and charts you can collect from this market, you will only profit if the market is going higher when it comes to day trading, i am not sure how you will be selecting the coins to enter on a daily basis and which platform you are trading. I will not risk my money with shit coins but if you are having a bot that could identify the trend and give you a call then there is nothing wrong is spending some money on it, other than that i will stay away from day trading.
2399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cheaters . who caused the cryptocurrency to go down on: September 12, 2019, 03:37:29 PM
What do you think about the project that spent a lot of money to advertise but was taken advantage of by cheater, I saw a person who created a lot of accounts to cheat and eat over 5000 $, there are really a lot of very good projects. but it is these fraudsters that cause those projects to die.
I would like to have some clarity regarding what you are trying to explain here, who created lot of accounts to cheat what and what does a good project has to suffer when some random people create a lot of accounts  Roll Eyes. The success of a project depends upon the quality of innovation they are coming up with with and if they are of no good it will die off and no third person can scam any project.
2400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: September 12, 2019, 11:37:31 AM
Ali Abdelaziz came out claiming how there is more interest in Khabib vs GSP than Tony Ferguson. This guy is a joke. And he goes around lecturing people in peaceful practices. I believe Conor was onto something with some of his claims, calling him a terrorist snitch, looking into it.
Ali Abdelaziz really has a shady past as he was an informer and a spy and it is not a secret and he might have contacts to get things done too and hence he is managing more fighters and if you noticed he was no where present near Khabib for UFC 242 may be he is afraid to land in UAE.

Conor is still the cashcow and Vegas will go crazy when he comes back. I can't wait because betting nights are always fun when he fights.
There is no doubt he is a cash cow when it comes to big fights and there is no doubt UFC will try their best to get Conor back in the octagon, i heard earlier this year that Conor refused to fight because he was not the main event.
