2381  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Understand trading on: September 16, 2021, 02:20:53 PM

you go deeper into what they say buy low.sell high. this is what you will mostly hear from some traders who are providing tutorials for newbies but its not really that simple. becuase you need to identify how low and when can you consider the price to be low. this goes also for how high the price should be for you to decide to sell.

understanding every aspect can only be acheived when you applied what you learned after some loss.

this is the fight https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8XEtqNS3XE

this is just the fight of Alana Mclaughlin vs Celine Provost recently, the fight isn't on sports bet sites though, it's from Combate Global but if it was, it's a sure-win bet. the fight sparks a lot of debate in social media about its fairness because and it might raise your eyebrows as well because history is that Alana Mclaughlin was once a US Army special force to which his real name is Alan Mclughin.
2383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How has Bitcoin Changed your life? on: September 14, 2021, 03:09:58 PM
lives change when you have some BTC and its price shoot to mars. if you only have few, your life still change since you have something to watch out and pray for the price to go up.

coincorner is a philippine btc company, what is your role there? kaibigang naomi, any position available to apply for?
2384  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: LOOK: Biggest financial institution in El Salvador embraces Bitcoin? on: September 14, 2021, 02:13:16 PM
the country is accelerating its BTC adoption thru their LN app and then Bancoagricola also joins.
meanwhile the neighboring countries are just not making quick action to also adopt Bitcoin.

by the looks of it, its unimportant now if they'd be sanctioned if they adopt BTC because after all the pandemic is already a sanction itself.
2385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm back into Bitcoin! on: September 13, 2021, 10:38:59 PM
The statement you back into bitcoin really indicates that you were here before or you were dealing with bitcoin before but at of sudden you slides, but since you are back again, i can only tell you to learn all the procedures of bitcoin and start at fresh so that you will understand the basic concepts of bitcoin including the forum rules and regulations, so i will encourage you to follow the full step's others to do what is obtainable.

he wouldn't be able to have such an amount if he didn't leave bitcoin. he probably had spent it when it's worth $1000 or had gambled it away already.
almost the same story with the girl who forgot her Bitcoin after the silkroad was closed. she was using her BTC to buy drugs during that time. after years she opened her wallet again from the same laptop and discovered she has a lot of money.

congrats!  comes as a surprise when all you just did was send a coin to your wallet practically worth $20 years ago and then now is worth more than $100K.
2386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling awareness for adolescents on: September 13, 2021, 09:41:06 PM
anything that is related to making awareness is good, that is why their head emphasized that there must be a real change to regulation and enforcement to protect the public.
if gambling regulations are to be discussed, it almost assumed a ban on gambling and then punishment to show examples of what government will do but i don't think the UK government will do this.

this is unrelated to the thread but i remember years ago there was also some kind of gambling addiction program in our city. nothing was ever published about it after. you just can't see where the program goes when the charity program is sponsored by a casino.
2387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do you cope with the stress of trading? on: September 13, 2021, 08:02:27 PM

diverting your focus to something else will work. you just have to make sure you have all set take profit, stoploss and then move on while crossing your fingers.

if its a very unsure trend i don't trade so less thinv to think about. jjst relax and find your favorits youtube chanel for new updates.
2388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto made machines evolve into life forms of AI on: September 13, 2021, 07:50:56 PM
we use to think back in the 90s that robotics is the future that in the early 2000 we'd be seeing walking robots around.  a new technology like blockchain has to come in to make AI more sophisticated but we might already die before all these will happen.

having a nanny bot is like sci fi movie "BETTER THAN US" on netflix. this bot is named Arisa was never recreated but meant to be a sex bot and a house wife. it however can develop its own skills like med surgery.

someone hacked into her system, i was àlso waiting if the hacker will mention blockchain but not a word. maybe it won't take part.
2389  Economy / Economics / Re: How would Bitconia look like? on: September 12, 2021, 04:57:17 PM

El Salvador isn't planning to phase out USD in their economy, they know they will still be needing a currency that is acceptable for all.

Bitconia is like completely isolating Bitcoin users in one area, I wonder how a government could actually govern the people as they are all free. unless the government holds all everyone's data including the wallets linked to each profile. El Salvador has it planned with Chivo.
2390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Tether crash to $0? on: September 12, 2021, 02:33:03 PM
it is pegged to USD so it must be $1 all the time. although sometimes i see stablecoin price goes $1.01 on exchanges.

what you would need to worry about is the purchasing power of the dollar because if you keep your investment in USDT or USD while its purchasing power slowly slides, it's just going to be what Micheal Saylor is saying. you are sitting on a melting block of ice. you better just put your money where it's going to grow.
2391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A good man/woman leaves an inheritance on: September 12, 2021, 02:14:01 PM

we all have prized possession that we want to hand over to someone dear to us. the rightful person that should benefit from what we have worked all our lives. i have a kid too that i wanted to give my coins to i just hope he understands well how to preserve it and make use of it.

i hope there is one project that will provide passive income and that he can only withdraw the earnings and not the whole investment. this way he will continue to receive and not lose anything.
2392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Anderson Silva vs Tito Ortiz on September 11 on: September 12, 2021, 01:22:24 PM
Silva found a new career in boxing at least in this sport his leg isn't going to abused as a target for his weakness. looks like an easy win for him.

How about the fight between Evander Holyfield and Vitor Belfort? I guess Vitor Belfort use his advantage which is being a younger fighter than Holyfield which is already 58 years old. I thought they'll play it soft, but Belfort was really going for a kill and I never saw that Holyfield was able to throw some solid punches.

Holyfield is 58? not suitable.
but maybe an exhibition fight. although old already still is a very experienced boxer, he could last 12 rounds against Silva who is not very much trained to last 10-12 rounds. Belfort will be happy to fight him, that guy needs to get even from his loss against Silva.
2393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [WARNING!] For gamblers using coins.ph on: September 11, 2021, 05:03:59 PM
Coins.ph is losing customers because of their strict rules but members failed to realize that it's the AMLA the money laundering council and BSP are the ones that laid down the rules and they just follow what on the rules because they are compliant, so it's better to monitor your transactions and follow what Coins.ph tells its members because it's still the number exchange in the country.

there is no but coins.ph for Filipinos. abra i think will also have the same rules too. i'm also cautious in using my coins.ph wallet that i have to send coins from casino going to an exchange before sending it to coins.ph that would be another costly transaction fee.

i wonder if anyone's account has been blocked and was unblocked after an explanation. let's say i explain to them i'm sending coins from a casino wallet but this is my fee from a signature campaign?  Grin
2394  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 77% of Russian investors prefer Bitcoin to Gold and Forex on: September 11, 2021, 02:27:40 PM
I am Russian and I can say that it is easier to enter the crypto market than to enter the forex or stock market. As sometimes you just need qualified investor status, sometimes you need to have a minimum amount of money which is also usually a quite big amount to start. Young guys are really in favour of progressive bitcoin. Moreover, I work in the crypto market and haven’t had to pay taxes yet, but with gold and forex there is an opposite situation.

When we invest in gold, forex, or stocks that have been officially registered by the state, of course there is strict supervision and an obligation to pay taxes, this is certainly inconvenient for beginners who have small money so crypto is the best solution to learn and start investing.

while true they are misled by the information that crypto couldn't be taxed. since Russia has a tight stance on Bitcoin, it will likely have stiff regulation on the crypto market upon seeing this result.

Bitcoin has been I'm the news every day. if the investors have heard of it before where BTC is bad-mouthed, they'd be more curious as to why it's on the news over and over. seeing BTC as a hedge to inflation makes investors interested more than the negative news about it.
2395  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jamel Herring vs Shakur Stevenson on: September 11, 2021, 01:40:57 PM

names are not really very popular in boxing. but looking at their records, Herring's age still is 35, and has more experience compared to Stevenson. what makes the fight fair i guess is that Stevenson has a perfect knockout record. I'd probably bet for the ones with more experience if i bet.

i didn't really see any of the fights of the two. but this could be very uncertain to see who will win between the two.

2396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: He’s Not a ‘Bitcoin Enthusiast’, but This Single Factor Could Change His Mind on: September 11, 2021, 09:38:40 AM
El  Salvador is a bankrupt country? if they are, the more it has reason to use BTC. just like the 1st world countries, they should also be adopting Bitcoin because they are bankrupt. in fact, their debts are exactly the reason why they print as well. with inflation means dissolving their debts.

it also good to pay taxes in bitcoin because when the price of BTC goes up, the lesser satoshis we'll be paying. overtime, if governments will really accept Bitcoin, this will happen.
2397  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand the market in advance on: September 10, 2021, 11:44:53 PM
we try to make money with the prediction we come up with by looking at the chart is not very accurate there will be lost despite the knowledge of how we use indicators. you will win mostly for the long term if you look at the chart in weeks and months chart.

if you are going to listen to the TA of others and compare it with yours, you will learn which indicators they are using and how they come up with the conclusions. technical analysis differs for every trader but they all have the same outlook for the long term.
2398  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2022? on: September 10, 2021, 11:14:37 PM
2022 is an eternity for some of us but OP is a long-term holder. the more you wait the higher the price as we can see how much it was and how much BTC now.
you are going to hear more good news and bad news for the industry that affects the price that will frustrate long-term holders.

it's not going to be accurate but eventually, prices will go up to $50k in weeks. you don't have to wait for 2022, this is just relying on indicators though.
2399  Economy / Economics / Re: Ways to avoid being scammed!!! on: September 09, 2021, 10:53:35 PM

Scammers become very skilled in technology as users becoming also knowledgeable in technology. While phishing isn't working anymore some scammers are already creating their own tokens redistributing them again in BSC network mirroring the old coins for you to log in using your private keys. Always be cautious about what comes around because you might think they are real.

2400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine to legalize cryptocurrencies > Bill passed 2nd reading on: September 09, 2021, 02:09:20 PM

they created a new regulator NVARS besides the existing. thats like taking it very seriously but if cryptocurrency are just going to be a commodity, this bill's purpose is just for getting tax from its users not actually using BTC as currency.

a good step though. maybe after this law, they will also follow El Salvador.
