he could be right about crypto being securities and mostly being dumped to the retail investors for the early investors to make money. but SEC itself is not considering BTC as security and this is why Charlie did not say anything about BTC because he understands there is no entity nor insider trading that could happen in Bitcoin.
the problem is that even if they can ban crypto, it will exist somewhere else. and there is a lot to lose when crypto thrives without the US.

shakur shows high skills every time and is very much exposed to us since he is more covered in media than this Japanese but this tale of the tape shows Yoshino has a large advantage in power over Stevenson, he has 75% knockout while Stevenson's 47%. from https://box.live/fights/stevenson-vs-yoshino/

the defi started only in 2020 and it's getting bigger each year. despite the KYC and regulations on CEX, it's still the one with the highest activity of laundering. when you know your data is with the exchange you normally will be afraid to violate laws, it's interesting how they classify an activity as laundering. they have some leads to investigate when CEX is the platform though.

I agree that biswap and Betfury has nothing in common or we are just not aware of any connections between the two. I understand that it may look like there is a connection due to the fact that BFG got listed there pretty easily, but to me biswap doesn't really look like a DEX that requires a lot to get listed to begin with, which means that it should be pretty easy to get listed there in the long run.
Obviously, it is not going to be something that I would be very much in love with if it were to come out to be true, but I think it is not and they are totally unrelated places. The signature campaign thing looks totally unrelated to each other and could be just that easy.
Betfury developers prefer anonymity, while Biswap has at least some information on the team page, but it's pretty superficial. So we can only guess whether these two projects were made by the same people or not. The suspicion that these projects are somehow closely related to each other could be due to the fact that the first BFG listing was on Biswap, then they announced a strategic partnership. Moreover, in general, it seems that BFG has been promoted more on Biswap than on other DEXs and CEXs. strategic partnership between betfury and biswap. it's pretty obvious because BFG is featured on Biswap. it doesn't sound like it can affect the reputation or the price negatively. i'm not aware how long they've been partners though, if investors have some data to look at in terms of growth because of the partnership, it will be useful for decision-making. the ones that we know are the earnings we get for staking 100K BFGs and more.

kidnapping isn't going to work. if they are kidnapped, they will just shoot the Ukrainian kidnappers once they are given arms. but i think offering a large sum will make the ethnic groups consider. Zelenskyy has money printers.
they need more people to join though, there are even reports in the early days of the war that they are gathering Talibans, and Pakistanis that the US had trained during their stay in Pakistan are sent to Ukraine to join the war. but this news was not verified. maybe true maybe they are not. there were interviews of the British armies going back home though.

Do this pump and dump coins also need any sort of technical Analysis? I think it's a waste of time. Just Analyse Bitcoin, Ethereum and the rest of the market will follow in most cases. I have been in the crypto market for close to 5 years, and it's fair to say that tokens that ride on the hype usually don't last that long on top. All the predicted new all time highs may never happen in the next bull run. The death will happen overtime, but it's inevitable.
just for the lulz yes. anyway, altcoins go up every bull run. there is nothing to fear whenever this happens and three is no need for technical analysis really. everyone is already hyped that the bull market is here and FOMO sets in. CAKE will always give a high profit for its investor. for me, the pancake is like the alternative to Binance which i don't also have to submit kyc.

greedy grim Arum and the mafia couldn't agree on how many shares to split the money. there are only 2 options given, Gaballo and Emmanuel Rodriguez. it must be Rodriguez then because Gaballo already fought Nonito back in 2021 and lose.

What are the latest updates to SBF? as far as I know he is under house arrest now, and also bailed in the amount of 250K$ or 250M$, Please correct me.
I just believe that SBF will be held accountable for the scandals he did in FTX. What he did was not a trivial amount that affected the market in truth. Where a lot of ftx users has been robbed by this person actually.
It's $250 Million and his parents helped him with it. If he so much tries to flee and hide, his parents would have a headache for it as their house was the one that is used to secure that $250 million bond. SBF also continues to state that he no longer has millions and only has close to $100k in his bank account. Yeah right. he may look like someone who hasn't gotten his shit straight but he isn't dumb enough. he does have money. he holds politicians by the balls so it's not going to end up as he'd rot in prison. we all know what will happen to people with money and connections to the high place. they can extort each other so they either get out free or commit suicide like Epstein. as for now there is no cause for him to be dead yet.

looks like Nayib is in full throttle already to adopt BTC not just in El Salvador, he is bringing this adoption outside his country. it is easy to do it in thier country i guess because of the unbank but in countries like Switzerland, it may not work.
i think it's worth doing it next in US since BTC will be beneficial for those El Salvadorans sending home remittances. but what he is doing as of now is treading lightly. IMF is still not happy.

they all are going to speculate no matter where the price goes. when BTC goes up to $50k, there are still people spreading fud that it will go down soon. they may provide TAs for it and it is all just to make people sell. mind you if they sell at $50K during 2021, then they are absolutely right as well because by 2022 the price goes below $20k. you still can't call it a fud.

i may bet if there is an international tournament for it and Bata and his friends are still around. Bustamante I think is also aged already. there are new generations of billiard players in the country but they are not doing magic as Bata does. you can only be confident when they know they can deliver a winning streak.

the inflation makes it risky to hold the stablecoins. they may look like the value has gotten stronger compared to the value of your local currency but the purchasing power is not getting stronger.
you may have to start buying BTC or any altcoins you prefer because this could just be the hedge for that inflation. stablecoins are not for long-term saving but Gold and BTC.

I have a discussion with a close relative about online gambling and he said something that about how he hate gambling online because it's too addictive, he claimed real life casinos are better and less addictive because he will have to drive down to Las Vegas to gamble or drive down to a local casino and this still takes some physical effort and it discourages many people from frequenting gambling.
He said with online gambling it's available on through mobile phones and you can play at any time, this means no shortage of gambling around the clock and no shortage of losing money as well, you can easily pull out your phone and gamble with any free time, a bit compulsive and too accessible.
What do you think about this claim? Is he right or wrong?
For me it's just the same though, and as far as Las Vegas goes, the last time I was there, a lot of slots machines are place in strategic places not just casinos. So in a case you don't need to drive or travel to the Strip to play slot games, it's everywhere there. And once you are addicted, even though how far the casinos are, you are going to travel no matter what time of the day it is. I'm talking about my experience before, when I was so addicted that I will even skip office or go to casino office hours to play and gamble. So it doesn't make any difference in my opinion. online is more accessible for everyone, all they need is a phone and money. and when they feel lucky, they will play. there are several casinos that can just be installed and they are good to go. no need to travel somewhere but sit around a corner. the addiction is still the same, you'll travel to gamble whenever you think you can win back the money lost. but with the online casino option, even with just $10 left in the account, the addict will still bet it.

a slogan for bitcointalk.org that is to be stuck on the back of the car saying "Join the community, Bitcointalk.org" the forum is a good source of information. no one would doubt that. Car stickers in the back are very easy to notice by the people inside the next vehicle.
is this possible to add the QR on the sticker that will go to a Binance referral link?

Unless the majority of the world abandons the US Dollar, China will still be dependent in using it for foreign trades. Only a few select countries are willing to trade goods in exchange for CNY, and the rest of the world still deals with USD a lot. Even if they were the first one to introduce the digitization of their currency, most of the success of their CBDC will still be dependent on the amount of people willing to use and receive it. They can force their people to use it as long as they like, but outside of China, it'll be a hard task to do that since there really isn't any incentive to use digital Yuan just yet.
both countries need the market with each other, and they both dependent on each other despite the rivalry. even when countries are already dedollarizing, they will still need to trade with the US since most of the product buyers are Americans. and also the CBDC of China seems to be flipping, many Chinese are not using it but thier alternatives like the alipay and wechat.

^ every country has a government-sponsored lottery which helps the government. when the government couldn't generate enough collection, they legalize things to raise funds. i bet in this economic downturn there will be more illegal stuff that will be legal.
a bit of hypocrisy but this doesn't happen in Japan only. many countries around the world made gambling illegal but casinos are in every city.

i guess it's considered again an ETH killer as well? they all fail though like the previous L1s. to what i have heard about Aptos, the people behind Solana are also the ones that are backing Aptos who are also the FTX people. i'm not sure how true this information is but we can read it from this article. Moreover, the team at Aptos has been actively hiring, most notably they have acquired several former Solana staff such as Austin Virts, former Head of Marketing at Solana.
