I doubt that PSG will ever have the chance of winning the champions league this season with only their world class player Mbappe. A tree cannot make a forest, and we have other clubs that are stronger than PSG with several great players. The time that PSG would have been able to win the champions league was last season that they had three professional strikers with them but still they failed. It shows that they were not desperate to win the champions league. Only clubs that are desperate to win it, will win the champions league. We saw it last season how Man city won it due to the desperate mindset that they had. This season we have more than two clubs that ha e been showing great interest to win the league, and I believe that one of them will win it

The biggest chance they had to win the Champions League was when they reached the final but then failed to win it because Kingsley Coman back then scored the winning goal for Bayern Munich and that was the end of the game for them. But afterwards they mostly declined in performance and never really got close to the final again. They found their master every single time and it was close one more time when they got eliminated by Real Madrid after they had the lead, but I think it was Donnaruma who made a massive mistake and destroyed their game. But this season I agree that there chance is quite little to win it or even reach the final.

I think there will always be challenges in football, and I'm sure Manchester City can overcome them well, because the Pep Guardiola factor is still with them on the sidelines. When Pep had to rack his brains to experiment in determining his starting XI, I think Pep is one of the best at the moment. A storm of injuries can hit any team, it will certainly affect the team chances of winning trophies, but in my opinion, Pep with his wealth of experience, is likely to be able to keep Man City stable. Copenhagen is not an equal opponent for Man City, and we will check Man City chances once they are in the quarter-finals.

The journey to winning the Champions League trophy is not easy, Man City is not the only one who will experience this, all contestants will face the challenges and difficulties that lie ahead. There are endless possibilities in the future, such as Man City winning the trophy again for the second time in a row. In my opinion, as long as Pep is still with Man City, betting on their victory will be quite safe, their chances of winning in every competition they participate in are still quite high, regardless of who they will face.

This is all true about the Guardiola factor, but it can't be denied or ignored that Manchester City has won the Champions League only once so far despite the Guardiola factor. There are some other laws at work in that competition. When Real Madrid won those three titles in a row, I think everyone was able to discern that so many details have to come true and last but not least luck has to be on your side in order to win the Champions League title. If it was more about the Guardiola factor, I guess Bayern Munich could and should have won a title and Manchester City might have more than one.

It's all round lose of form for Manchester United but Bruno Fernandez has shown he's really locked in for his club. Marcus Rashford? Believe me, he'll never attain a higher level if he doesn't let of of his pride and ego to play good football.

Bruno Fernandez is an easy player who has good talent and has a good mentality. This is a player that Manchester United wants so that it can make the club have more hope of reaching the highest level in every match. Apart from that, Bruno Fernandez is also aware of the importance of the FA Cup. For Manchester United, the FA Cup is the only opportunity to win a trophy. Therefore, Manchester will try hard to qualify for the final and become champions because they last won in 2016.
Regarding Marcus Rashford's behavior which was out of control, Ten Hag and the club were disappointed with his behavior off the field and he was also fined.
The fine imposed on Marcus Rashford is twice the England national team player's salary for two weeks at Manchester United.
With Manchester City and Liverpool in the FA Cup, Manchester United's chances of winning seem slim. Bruno Fernandez is a top-notch player, and his attitude AND talent benefit the squad. United's path to the FA Cup final won't be easy even with a player like him. Early matches against Bristol City or Nottingham Forest may be lucky, but the later stages will test them. For Marcus Rashford, I think the club's substantial fine is tough but necessary. On and off the field, discipline sets the team's tone.

You are bringing up the decisive point actually. Bruno Fernandez is nice to have, but he is limited in enfolding his attitude and talent only in so far as his teammates can live up to that same level of play. That's a problem. This doesn't mean that Manchester United is a bad team, they are all great footballers. But looking at the best of the best, there is still a pretty big gap if we were to do a player-by-player comparison between Manchester City and Manchester United. There won't be many United players that effectively match the strength of their City counterpart.

Liverpool are far ahead and they are far ahead of Man City in terms of points  It is very difficult to predict how well a team will play in football. While Man City has always been ahead of all other teams in the Premier League, they have not been able to overtake Liverpool in any way. And Arsenal and Man City are facing many challenges
Liverpool are not "far" ahead of City, the reds have 51 points whilst City are on 46 points (but with a game in hand), thus it is just a difference of 5 points, that could potentially be 2. Arsenal on the other hand are also on 46 points, though without any game in hand. Things are so close in and around the summit and there are still quite a lot of games left to be played in the EPL this season, so positions can change at anytime.

This is 100% correct because "far ahead" is something different in the Premier League. In some other leagues, 5 points is a lot because there is no real competition, but 5 points in the Premier League can be made up for in no time. On March 9th Liverpool is expecting Manchester City at Anfield Road and that's when Manchester City can take back the lead the latest, assuming that Liverpool would win all games until then and Manchester City, too. But there are all these top games where Liverpool could drop points.

Real Madrid is an important team. Getafe can sometimes make them lose points. Their recent increasing form makes us think that they can surprise Real in this match. I think Real Madrid will not allow any surprises. There is a very high chance of winning this match. The rate of 1.53 is considered to be too high. A good betting odds is given for Real.
NO, Real Madrid will not let that happen, even though we know Real Madrid is always behind by a goal in the first half but they are able to finish well. I think their squad has great experience in any match.

For me Real Madrid's odds are standard because this is an away game so the odds will definitely be above 1.5 when they play at the Bernabeu so maybe the odds could be below 1.5 - I'm brave enough to take a bet on Real Madrid.

Don't lose behind Girona, you will definitely continue to chase him, even though Girona is now the leader of the standings, but Real Madrid has one game remaining.

How many games in the last few weeks ended with a result that nobody expected... I can't even count all the games anymore as I am surprised on every matchday and Getafe can be a nasty team that can save a draw in a game against Real Madrid. The thing is that most of the matches between these two teams Real Madrid would win, but this is just one game where both teams start at zero obviously. It's not guaranteed that they win it, but if I had to pick a winner I would go for Real Madrid for obvious reasons. Still though, the pressure is now on Real Madrid's shoulders since Girona has done their job already.

If the situation is like this, Barcelona will automatically not fire Xavi because Barcelona doesn't want to spend money to pay Xavi for their decision. Barcelona will wait until the end of this season to look for a new coach for Barcelona next season. I'm pessimistic that Xavi will be able to work more optimally after he announces his resignation.
He will look more relaxed in coaching Barcelona because there is no more pressure after the announcement of his resignation at the end of this season.

From Barcelona side they will continue to be patient in the second half of this season to stay with Xavi. Yes, Xavi must also be respected because he was successful in bringing the title to Barcelona last season. He deserves to be a successful coach at Barcelona because he coached for just 2 seasons and was able to bring trophies for Barcelona.

Well this is what I described what happens when a club fires the coach or when the coach steps back himself. If the latter is the case, the coach forgoes a lot of money because the club would owe him the salary until his contract officially ends or they agreed upon a lump sum that would have to be paid if the coach gets sacked at a certain point in time.
But from that standpoint Xavi got my respect because if he says he will leave the club as it doesn't make any sense anymore, at least the club doesn't owe him the money and he did them a favor if their plan was to sack him anyway.
247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 31, 2024, 10:23:17 PM

It is shaping up, but my secret favorite really lost ground in the last few weeks as they could only get a mere five points out of their last five games. It is not looking good for them and with secret favorite I didn't want to say that I put them as my secret number 1, but I thought they would be around at the top if they continue winning their home games, but this came to an end when they tied the game against Sheffield at home, which was a disaster, and now they had this big loss against Newcastle. But their sorrow is Newcastle's joy for a good reason as they can now at least see Tottenham again from far away.

I see your secret team here is Aston Villa, to clear this what most mid table teams actually do in the second half of the season, they get carried away by their performances and then later they start dropping points mostly to the teams you least expected if to be. This game against Newcastle I seriously wasn’t expecting Aston Villa to just win because Newcastle players are beginning to come back from injury am they are looking more like a team of last season at least for the time been. A lose at Villa Park was almost something rare for Aston Villa under Emery management, a record which spans to almost last season and Newcastle have broken it. Right now Aston Villa need to rally back because dropping points back to back is a very bad for a top 4 contender.

I kinda ignored the fact that players are coming back from injury for Newcastle United and you correctly pointed that out. But I still thought that Aston Villa has been playing so well in their home stadium that I never saw this defeat coming. Or maybe a defeat was possible, but like this?

Before this game Aston Villa had 9 wins and 1 draw and Newcastle was doing horribly away from home as they could only win 1 game so far. But this is football and it is good the way it is! Smiley Who doesn't like to be in for a good surprise.
248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 30, 2024, 10:29:55 PM
I played over 1.5 goals for today's matches and almost they all went to over 3.5 goals. Smiley Easy win for a lot of people today, no surprises. I picked Arsenal, Luton and Newcastle United games for over 1.5 goals. Arsenal won 2-1, Jesus scored a narrow line goal, then Saka scored second. Luton Town won 4-0. I was expecting goals from Brighton but it doesn't matter who score, that's the beauty of over goal bets. Newcastle United is beating Aston Villa 3-1 away and the match is not over yet. If you play side bets you might lose money but for goal bets you probably win. My last bet was Leicester from Championship and that game also finished 3-1. Wish I played over 2.5 goals bets.

That’s some great betting tricks; only Fulham vs Everton fumbled ov1.5 in the premier league games today; it was not only fascinating; it will equally top notch too.

The epl race is shaping up and it is not strange to see Brighton or Aston villa fumble games at this crucial point; a small team is a small team, irrespective of their league form

Jude Bellingham is on top of the list despite being a midfielder... After Ronaldo and Messi, Spanish La Liga is far from its glory days. Undoubtedly, the changing football mentality around the world could be a reason for this, but if a striker of the level of Mbappe and Osimhen comes to this league, the list could take a different shape. I love Spanish La Liga and consider it one of the best leagues in Europe, but this list reminds me that the old quality strikers are no longer there. If Real Madrid sign Mbappe next season, I am sure we will see the difference between Mbappe and the others on this list.
Yep. Jude Bellingham is the most popular midfielder now. In Spain, Jude Bellingham has no competitor as the best midfielder, he is clearly dominating the La Liga alone. He is even competing for the top scorer, he made 14 goals that the same as the total goals of Artem Dovbyk and Borja Mayoral. I think it is an extra ordinary achievement because it is very rarely to have a midfielder who joins the race for the top scorer. In most cases, only the attackers who join the top scorer status.

It will be great if Real Madrid can sign Mbappe and Osimhen. There will be more young players who join the race for the top scorer in the next season. La Liga can be more popular if one of the young strikers can move to Real Madrid. I don't think those strikers will move to Barcelona because Barcelona is a club with a financial problem now. However, let's see if Real Madrid really can sign a top young striker or not for the next season.

Obviously what set Bellingham apart from the rest of all the midfielders in the world are his statistics. In 26 games he gave 1.0 goals or assists on average per game and frankly speaking, I can't imagine that he will be able to retain that performance level in terms of goals and assists. This is out of this world for a midfielder. If anyone in the world didn't know who Bellingham is and you would ask them what position he is playing, there is only one answer that would make sense: this guy called Bellingham must be a striker!
250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: January 29, 2024, 07:25:06 PM
Xavi accepted that this was his fault Barcelona started to go down in performance this much. There is a really significant change compared to the previous season. Their defense is so vulnerable and I can't imagine them against Napoli in this situation. I mean Napoli have a really dangerous attacking line you know. Players like Osimhen can take advantage of that weakness very well.

Like I said before I don't expect Barcelona to get past this round unless they improve their defending. Apart from that it is Xavi's own choice to leave Barcelona this summer. He didn't want to get sacked instead after a painful run as it seems.

Some managers don’t really want them to get sacked officially by the team management, some prefer to resign by themselves which they feel is more respectful to their name than sacking. Whatever the case maybe though, Xavi has already admitted failure and can’t continue to push the team after this season. To me, I don’t see that much worse of a performance from the team, but for his reputation sack, he had to resign from the job.

Their round of 16 match is something they should take very important but I hope the statement of resignation from the coach at the end of the season shouldn’t retard them from putting the best performance into the match. It is not going to be an easy match for them but they can still win if they really want to. Both teams are on the same average performance this season, so they can easily face eachother and the better team will win.

But from what I heard he didn't take full responsibility and shifted a lot of the blame to the club instead. It's not the classy way to do it and I think the timing indicates that this was more of an emotional move than anything else.

The major reason why managers don't step back themselves is because they don't get paid what is agreed upon in the contract if they get sacked before the contract expires. Most of the time that is a whole lot of money and the sole reason why managers wait until they get sacked by the club. If they decide themselves to finish the cooperation, I think they also forego any outstanding payments that would be due until the contract officially expires. It is all tactics for monetary reasons.

But in case of Xavi I almost feel as if he has something going on already. Or he puts the blame onto others before they can take action and sack him. But I am curious whether they will still take action because what kind of mess is this now? Xavi blames others, others blame Xavi and everyone knows that he will leave the club anyway.

European players who have many awards and many achievements will be accepted in any league, the Arab league is indeed the final place for several star players because they will get high salaries in the Arab league. Neymar, Benzema are also in the Arab League and they are becoming new stars there. Actually there is nothing wrong, this is just a cycle that will continue. they will continue to be productive players even though they are not in Europe.

Benzema is not a star in the Saudi Professional League. He is 7th in the goal scorer list and he wants to leave the league if that is true. But I don't think he is still a considered a star like he was one when he left Europe. If a FIFA world player comes to a weak league like the Saudi Professional League, I think that the fans expect more from a striker like him than he is doing for Al-Ittihad.

Even the salaries aren't that convincing because I think there should be more to a decision than just the salary. In case of Benzema it was said that he is so happy because he is Muslim, but now they say he is unhappy. He should have known better, but I don't know what's actually true about those stories.
I think we're hard on Benzema. He's 7th in goal scoring, which wasn't expected, but his transition has been difficult. I've heard he's uncomfortable and considering moving. Football is a team sport, not just age or talent. His striker role at Real Madrid was made easy by his strong team. The Saudi Professional League is different, and the team's play style may not suit him. I also like the rumors that Manchester United want him on loan. That may be a great chance for him to prove he's still got it, especially with a squad that suits his style

I am really not a fan of giving these mercenaries a second chance. I don't understand why they should deserve the chance to go back to the best place on the planet to play football when they decided to leave it to pile up some more money. As if what they have earned in Europe wasn't enough. But the worst part is the interviews they give when they provide their reasons why they left Europe. None of them left for the money of course. Even Jordan Henderson said he wants to help turn Saudi Arabia into a better place after he has been one of the strongest advocates for plurality, freedom of speech and freedom in general. Now he wants to leave the country again. Mission failed or what? Not worth they money anymore? Same thing with Benzema, it is one thing to go there for the money and be authentic about it. It's another thing when they tell their weird stories and turn themselves into clowns. I hope Benzema won't go back to Europe.

People think Klopp is leaving Liverpool because he is tired of working in this team and he needs to take some rest because he is getting old and he is in a younger age anymore but the fact about Klopp is I think he is leaving Liverpool because he wants to leave the meanwhile they are in the good format to remain a good memory from him in Liverpool.

If that was his goal then he could have chosen other points in time to leave the club and to only leave it with amazing memories then, but I think that Klopp realized the time has come for him to step back and to regain some power and free his mind for a while. I don't remember many coaches doing that. The only one that comes to my mind so far was when Guardiola took a year off after he left Barcelona I think? I can't recall in detail, but I think it was when Guardiola stopped for a year after he was the coach for Barcelona and then he went to New York or so with his family before he took on the job at Bayern.

Zidane is another coach who is doing it even more frequently. Zidane is probably the best example for a coach who just takes time off when he feels like that and he doesn't let the pressure rise upon him, but instead just declines any offers and takes some time for himself.
253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 29, 2024, 05:10:52 PM
The point is, in the next Serie A match Inter will play at home against Juventus and yes, maybe that means that if Inter beat Juventus in that match then Inter can ensure the scudetto. But yes, after all the league is still long and of course, the match against Juventus later can in no way be used as a benchmark for Inter to get the scudetto this season. Although indeed, if Inter managed to beat Juventus then Inter's position would be safer at the top of the Serie A standings. But yes, that does not mean Inter will remain firmly at the top of the Serie A standings until the end of the season, because bad results and or bad luck can still happen anytime too. So yes, let's just look forward to what will happen later, and the scudetto winner certainly still cannot be fully confirmed at this time.

The league is still long, but in this case when a team shows such a consistent performance and dominance without having any weak games in between, it would be very surprising if out of a sudden Inter Milan would start losing more games than Juventus Turin for the rest of the season. It is still not too late then as you said, but it would be very, very unexpected that Juventus Turin could make up for so many points. Which wouldn't be as many under normal circumstances, but here it is a different thing.

It was similar in La Liga when Real Madrid and Barcelona won all their games and when they played against each other in the second half of the season, both teams knew that losing that game could mean the decision in the title race.
254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 28, 2024, 09:48:31 PM
That's not a bad result for me but it's Juventus' way of maintaining consistency as you can see in other teams from any league. Every team at the top of the standings will definitely only hold a draw to get 1 point when they can't beat their opponent rather than losing points.
Meanwhile, Juventus competed with only 10 players and a draw was a wise decision.
We'll see if Inter Milan can beat Fiorentina, if Inter wins Juventus will have to be in the runner up position again.
I also think that a draw with ten men is a pretty wise result for Juventus, while the Fiorentina vs Inter Milan match which will take place soon could also be quite an interesting match to watch. Because Fiorentina, who is the host team in today's match, is also a pretty good team this season, so the level of fierceness in their match today is very possible. Moreover, currently Fiorentina is trying to get into the top four by trying to win in today's match even though it will be very difficult for Fiorentina.
Because it is forcing 3 points with 1 less player is clearly a problem that is difficult to force so 1 point in this match when they play with 10 people from the beginning of the first half is clearly a good situation for Juventus.
Although in this case Inter's chance to move away is a little bigger but in the end this is better for Juventus than not getting any points at all.

Speaking of Inter now they are still 1 goal ahead against Fiorentina. Their match has entered a crucial time and I think this is 3 points for Inter while distancing themselves and cementing themselves at the top of the table with a difference of 1 point and 1 match remaining for Inter which is certainly in their favour.

It is clearly not a good situation for Juventus. It was a game in their own stadium against an opponent that is deep in the relegation zone. If you said that the result was ok, then I might agree with you. But claiming that this was a good game is wrong I think. We are still discussing one of the Scudetto contenders against one of the relegation zone teams in the home stadium of the favorite team. A red card should not weaken Juventus that significantly.

Think about Manchester City and how they would play against a team from the relegation zone despite having received a red card. They would still be huge favorites and while I understand that Juventus is not Manchester City, the teams from the relegation zone in Serie A are probably weaker than those from the Premier League. This should still have been a win for Juventus.
255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 28, 2024, 08:55:40 PM
I'm not sure it's a good idea. Would Xavi want to leave his hometown club and start coaching Liverpool right away? I think it will affect not only him but also Liverpool. It's a completely different league, and the competition here is too high to go straight into coaching such a team.
Xavi did not succeed in his former team Barcelona due to financial problems, and maybe because the management is not yet satisfied with his work as a result of the pressure he is having due to a lack of positive outcomes, that's why he is leaving and not because he would like to come and join Liverpool.
Liverpool management might not hire Xavi because he can't coach and lead his former team Barcelona to victory. How can he lead Liverpool to victory in a tough and competitive League like the Premier League?

If Klopp leaves, Alonso or De Zarbi will be his perfect replacement if they agree to change teams, but others will just come and give it a try. In fact, Liverpool's performance will drop as it will take time before they recover.

You first say that he couldn't succeed in Barcelona because of financial troubles there and then you say that he couldn't succeed because he wasn't coaching the team well enough. Well, if your first point is true then there is nothing a coach can do about it and hence it wouldn't have an impact on Liverpool's decision to hire him or not. Because if Liverpool has the money, Xavi could do a good job.

But I think that your second point is more true than the first. It's correct that Barcelona has financial troubles, but Xavi is an overrated coach who doesn't understand how to improve players and how to promote the younger talents and give them the right advice and coaching support to make them play on their highest level possible.

I would be shocked if Liverpool were to decide to sign someone like Xavi. It would be disrespectful towards Klopp, who was a great coach with skill and passion. Xavi doesn't have the skill.

The Benzema case has become a hot topic of discussion recently and indeed his desire to leave Al-Ittihad is getting stronger. Even though important people in the Saudi league want to keep him from leaving, Benzema certainly doesn't care and is still chuckling at his stance that he no longer feels at home in this league. There are times when players come and go, but it depends on the individual in dealing with existing problems and the proof is that Ronaldo is doing well at Al-Nassr.

Ivan Rakitic will be on the same team as Yannick Carrasco at Al-Shabab and I think Al-Shabab is aware that they need to bring in more European players so they can compete again with other top teams. A squad overhaul is very good for the Saudi League team and if the depth is not evenly distributed then they will be increasingly left behind by other elite clubs. Maybe that's what the club management thought and finally they added strength to the midfield by bringing in Ivan Rakitic.
Cristiano Ronaldo is the only standout European player that's doing exceptionally brilliant and consistent in all round football. He's a special breed in his own way, he's no stopping to achieving more awards and obtain glory in his football career. Most European players have issues with their clubs and teammates in Saudi Arabia and some of them are feeling remorse about their moves to SPL. Karim Benzema is dissapointed with the whole situation he found himself, he's trying his best to ensure things fall smoothly on his side.

But what is the glory that he can get in a league like in Saudi Arabia? When the word glory comes up, there is a lot of things that I understand as being glorious, but not when someone comes from Europe, has been one of the best strikers in the best leagues in the world and then goes to Saudi Arabia, doesn't win the league title but scores the most goals against players like Mitrovic, N'Koudou and Al-Buraikan. In Europe his contenders would have been Haaland, Mbappe, Kane and others. If you then become the best striker in your league or in Europe, that is glorious.
258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 27, 2024, 06:44:07 PM
For Napoli this season is not about winning the Serie A title anymore. They have realized by now that there are two teams that are out of reach for them. Juventus and Inter are not stoppable this season, at least not for Napoli.

But considering the other teams fighting for the Champions League qualification, Napoli is only three points away from the 4th position in the table. It looks really bad, but this is still absolutely possible for them. There will be a lot of interesting games for the 1st position in the table and then there is AC Milan, but after them there are so many teams that have a chance to claim 4th position.

Napoli can get started right away if they beat Lazio, but they are in good form with four consecutive wins.
Napoli's point distance is too far from first place, so Napoli prefers to play calmly and doesn't need to chase first place. They already won last season, so this season Napoli is giving other teams the opportunity to become champions in the Serie A League. Juventus and Inter are competing closely, and it looks like they are using all their strength to achieve victory, get additional points, and become champions in the league this season.

As if that is how teams go about their goals. A team that won the title last season will then say "who cares, we won last season, why should we try to win it again"... Yes, sure...

That is why Manchester City says they don't want to win the Champions League again because they won it last season already? Of course they did not say that, but it surprises me that you think this is how professional football or any sport for that matter works. The teams start to win the title and the teams start to defend the titles they won last season. As soon as a team would say that the goal isn't the title because they won it last season, it would disqualify them from the category of being a truly competitive and professional football team.

Napoli just realizes that at this point they won't have a chance, but that doesn't mean they are thinking for a second the way you just said they would think.

Jurgen Klopp left Liverpool at a time when Liverpool was at the top of the standings and I saw that it was a very unexpected decision, I didn't expect him not to wait until this season was over, reportedly Moh Salah will follow in his footsteps leaving Liverpool, this is really a hard blow for  liverpool.

I think Liverpool is one of the few clubs in the world where everyone is rather thankful and optimistic after that decision has been made instead of angry and pessimistic. They all know how they benefitted from each other and now they will unite their power and try to make the best out of this last season they have with each other. I don't see anything negative about the decision being made and about the decision being announced with this timing.

But I did read that Klopp said it has nothing to do with his health. I think that was something fans and the club were concerned about and I at first thought it could be something serious. But it seems that this is not true as per Klopp's own words.

He also said that if he was asked today whether he will return as a manager, he would say no. But then he added that you can never know. I think he will come back, as Guardiola said about Klopp. Wink

I think Xabi Alonso will be quite appropriate to be Kloop replacement next season, because Xabi Alonso has played for Liverpool so he is no stranger to the Liverpool team. Jurgen Kloop surprisingly resigned at the end of this season even though I really hope Kloop can stay with Liverpool for a long time because his coaching style is capable of producing quite impressive games. Yes, Kloop make a final decision that he will leave liverpool and for now Liverpool management must look for a suitable coach to replace Kloop.

Nagelsmann doesn't have a job yet after he was fired by Bayern Munich, so two coaches between Xabi alonso and Negelsmann would be quite good choices if liverpool management was interested in showing them as Kloop successors. This season Liverpool have several opportunities to get trophy and I hope Kloop can bring liverpool to win trophies this season so that his farewell to Liverpool ends with a trophy.

You are not quite up to date thinking that Nagelsmann has no job yet Wink He is the coach of the German team and he will stay with them as they have the European Championship in Germany. I would never expect him to quit his job when he can train the team in his home country for the tournament. The most likely option for Liverpool would be Xabi Alonso although I don't know how expensive that would be for Liverpool as I think Xabi Alonso has a long term contract with Bayer Leverkusen and they would charge Liverpool quite a lot to let Alonso go. This would only be possible if Leverkusen let's him go as a nice gesture because of his great achievements.
