241  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTB] The Times UK January 3, 2009 on: January 13, 2024, 01:17:03 PM
Hello, I am looking for, this iconic newspaper, if anyone wants to sell it I am willing to listen to offers.
The cheapest offer that I'm seeing from the 6 [+1] verified copy owners on the @BittBurger's website is 250K [roughly 5.85BTC] and apparently, you can contact that owner through the same website: TheTimes03Jan2009.com

2. Helping the community grow in some manner (not sure how)
An in-depth tutorial for those who are thinking of releasing an original series [e.g. requirements, pros and cons of certain routes, etc...].

Are there any other ways or suggestions that you guys have?
A Bitcoin or crypto-related puzzle of some sort with a bunch of rewards.
e.g. main focus should be the history of collectible items.
243  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: crypto gateway on: January 12, 2024, 02:34:14 PM
0.5% Fee on Transactions
Is this also part of the outgoing transactions [apart from the network fees] or it's just limited to incoming ones?

Secure and Anonymous
If your platform is the one with the ".io" domain extension, then based on your privacy policy and TOS pages, the latter part isn't true!

Exclusive Wallet
Considering that network fees are constantly changing, I don't think it's a good idea to have static minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts.
e.g. when there's a huge backlog, it might lead to a user paying a ridiculous amount of fees to transfer an insignificant amount!
244  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: DIY Bitcoin Blockclock on: January 12, 2024, 01:14:14 PM
Compared to $400 for nvk-mini, this is a bargain!
Indeed, it is [a blockclock mini alternative for the price of a blockclock micro is an absolute steal] and we can save almost €100 more [minus shipping] if we go with the DIY route.
- Nice catch Wink
245  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Launching a Physical Bitcoin project (KHRUSOS) on: January 12, 2024, 12:11:06 PM
Hi! So I'm new on here, wasn't sure where to post, but I'm launching a new Physical Bitcoin, similar to Casascius and Lealana called KHRUSOS.
Hello Jon, welcome to the community Smiley

  • Based on its DIY approach, I understand why it isn't graded, but can you post a video showing the reflections from different angles [just interested in seeing the quality of the finished product]?
    - It seems the V1.0 sample coin on your website has some room for more polishing.

In case you didn't move this thread to the "Service Announcements" board and you still haven't figured it out, the move topic button is in the bottom left corner of the page.
- It belongs to the "Collectibles" board.

Probably you will be wondering how we prevent of blocking/restriction, anything related to not get seized?!
Well, that's our job, that's our talent, you don't have to be worry about that... We do that part perfectly.
If you can't even provide a short/simple "valid" answer to the above question, it only means one thing [there's nothing special about your method]!

In another words, your coins comes from legal exchange users, so that means, clean coins (no red flag, no gov tracker, no aml flag, nothing).
For the most part, you're right, but considering that most of the central exchanges are using various types of AML bots, sooner or later there'll be false positive results [unfortunately]!
248  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Introducing Apollo II on: January 09, 2024, 11:25:33 AM
do you have any reseller package or local reseller by country or region ?
Apart from the North American region, the closest thing to a local reseller is a couple of retailers in the European [bitshopper] and African [bitmart] regions.
Note: I prefer not to vouch (DYOR)!
249  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAMMER] xayan123 aka Zayaan Ibrahim +SCAMMER BIG LIAR TIME WASTER on: January 09, 2024, 06:58:17 AM
Like I said, my circumstances did not allow me to get online, didn't you read my message???
Didn't you also read the posts of the previous two users you were responding to? They mentioned you were online at that time [proof is literally in the first half of the thread] and you even had the time to leave retaliatory feedback after the creation of this thread!

  • The only good thing about your excuse was making me notice the inactive flag of OP on your account [not sure why OP didn't mention he/she created one]: Contractual violation flag
250  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Safepal hardware wallet review and opinions on: January 08, 2024, 08:17:15 PM
However, I was unable to obtain information on the open-source code of the x1 wallet, have any of you managed to find information about it?
This is the dedicated "repository" for the x1 model, but it isn't fully open-source yet [they're planning to release different parts of it in stages (not sure when)].

Friends, please update your signatures (some changes have been made).  Wink
It appears that for some reason, your edited post didn't save properly Smiley

252  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Gokoins.com (multiple red flags)!!! on: January 07, 2024, 03:48:26 PM
This user might not be a scammer but a victim of a scam. Maybe he has run into all this scam investment platform where he deposited little and somehow they were able to increase his profit to a certain amount,
~Snipped~
You have a point but in addition to what other users have already said, isn't weird that he/she specifically chose 42.022BTC as the minimum withdrawal amount while he/she created that so-called portfolio? Why it wasn't 42BTC exactly?
253  Economy / Scam Accusations / [Warning] Gokoins.com (multiple red flags)!!! on: January 06, 2024, 04:27:50 PM
What happened::
While I was scrolling through the topics on the Lending board earlier, I noticed a user was asking for a 0.02BTC no collateral loan to withdraw his/her 41.90BTC on a newly created platform [less than a month] that doesn't allow adjusting the minimum withdrawal amount after the creation of their portfolio [the whole story is obviously fake]!

Additional Notes:
Tagged and "created a flag".
254  Economy / Lending / Re: Hello everyone looking for 7k loan with 10% interest for 3 months no collateral on: January 06, 2024, 03:04:18 PM
please if anyone is interested by helping me getting a loan with no collateral, just god bless you.
I'm a bit confused why there's a big difference between the amount on the subject field [7k] of this thread and the one in the other thread [2.167BTC], but I think your best bet would be "Geyser.fund".

3 medical chairs one for the surgery’s one for the dentist and one for the pedodentist ,
It's worth noting that you can get the job done with two dental chairs [one for the general dentist and the other one for the pedodontist]!

2 autoclav ,
With good time management, you only need one [If I were you, I'd go with more sets of instruments, as opposed to the second autoclave].

1 panaromic radiograph and one local radiograph,
Most dentists don't have the luxury of having a panoramic X-ray machine in their clinics since it costs a lot, so just get a good intraoral X-ray machine!
- If PA isn't enough, just ask them to get an OPG in one of the imaging/radiology centers instead.
255  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Finally I listened, proudly a hardware wallet owner on: January 05, 2024, 06:05:18 PM
What other things I need to look out for using my keynote hardware wallet?

As for the firmware update, I have two options, one through SD card and the second through USB connection, which one do you think is better and safer upgrade way?
If you're using the latest firmware, it's worth noting that recently, they introduced the "Checksum Verification feature" for the "microSD card route", so before you start using your hardware wallet, make sure everything matches.
Note: There are two sha256 hashes [a) Firmware b) File].

the only issue that I am facing with the wallet currently, is the lack of supported chains, only popular coins can be kept on this wallet.

I visited their web page again and they promise to add many new block chains soon.
Be careful what you wish for [having more support for other blockchains also means having a larger attack surface]!
256  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: List of useful Bitcoin block explorers on: January 05, 2024, 04:50:22 PM
Almost 5 months have passed since I first spotted "Spiral/Blyss not working" and considering that their "dedicated Twitter account" no longer exists, it's safe to say we'll probably not see any improvements in its functionality.
- I think we've given enough time for it to come back, so it deserves to be delisted. How about you guys?
257  Other / Meta / Re: [LIST] Forum's admins/ global moderators/ staffs on: January 05, 2024, 02:34:15 PM
It's interesting to see the author of some famous books like Matering Bitcoin, Mastering Lightning Network, Mastering Ethereum, The Internet of money, namely Andreas Antonopoulos, has an account here. He was a forum moderator too.
Indeed, it's quite interesting to know the person behind those amazing books was once an active user of this forum, and based on one of his last posts, it appears that the reason behind his gradual disappearance was how this forum was constructed:

I sent him some merit points and hope he comes back.
Our best bet would probably be Epochtalk [if there'll ever be one] Tongue

Also, making decisions in the forum has become less rapid than in the past.
That's the norm when there's more at stake.
258  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Buy and sell bitcoin in your neighbourhood with cash (my open-source project) on: January 05, 2024, 01:11:59 PM
@bitcoinwarriorAU
Vod is right... Until you can find a way that doesn't allow users to abuse those ratings, none of the ratings left by others should be trusted!

On the FAQ page, you mentioned "not to worry about leaking our privacy", but considering that your platform uses Google services in connection with limited sign-in options from certain websites, I don't think it's possible to completely remain under the radar [I hope I'm wrong].
259  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Happy Birthday Bitcoin! on: January 04, 2024, 08:33:36 PM
