2401  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand the market in advance on: September 10, 2021, 11:44:53 PM
we try to make money with the prediction we come up with by looking at the chart is not very accurate there will be lost despite the knowledge of how we use indicators. you will win mostly for the long term if you look at the chart in weeks and months chart.

if you are going to listen to the TA of others and compare it with yours, you will learn which indicators they are using and how they come up with the conclusions. technical analysis differs for every trader but they all have the same outlook for the long term.
2402  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2022? on: September 10, 2021, 11:14:37 PM
2022 is an eternity for some of us but OP is a long-term holder. the more you wait the higher the price as we can see how much it was and how much BTC now.
you are going to hear more good news and bad news for the industry that affects the price that will frustrate long-term holders.

it's not going to be accurate but eventually, prices will go up to $50k in weeks. you don't have to wait for 2022, this is just relying on indicators though.
2403  Economy / Economics / Re: Ways to avoid being scammed!!! on: September 09, 2021, 10:53:35 PM

Scammers become very skilled in technology as users becoming also knowledgeable in technology. While phishing isn't working anymore some scammers are already creating their own tokens redistributing them again in BSC network mirroring the old coins for you to log in using your private keys. Always be cautious about what comes around because you might think they are real.

2404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine to legalize cryptocurrencies > Bill passed 2nd reading on: September 09, 2021, 02:09:20 PM

they created a new regulator NVARS besides the existing. thats like taking it very seriously but if cryptocurrency are just going to be a commodity, this bill's purpose is just for getting tax from its users not actually using BTC as currency.

a good step though. maybe after this law, they will also follow El Salvador.
2405  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin users should be careless about the price and trade bitcoin instead on: September 09, 2021, 01:58:13 PM
how do you measure profit in usd if you care less of the price?

although you count the satoshis we earn from trading, we'll always going to consider the price at the end of the day because the value in fiat will matter thats why we trade a lot in btc/usdt. its very hard to trade on btc/eth.
2406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice 101 on: September 09, 2021, 01:47:55 PM

its still going to be a luck game even when you have strategy. a strategy for dice isn't meant to win every roll like the martingale strategy.  when you get lucky as you doubled your betting amount you get your capital and profit.  its easy to lose in dice still when youre unlucky.
2407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Uk most deprived areas have the Highest number of gambling outlets. on: September 09, 2021, 03:46:19 AM
Doesn't seem to be the case in other countries.

Most other countries have zones in which casinos/junket operators exclusively operate in, and these zones generally have a lot of public infrastructure and development due to the tax revenues that they bring in.

Not sure why this applies to the UK to be honest.

The media is just distorting facts and creating clickbait articles. I read the article fully. It states that 21% of the gambling joints are located in the poorest tenth of the country (mostly because of lower rent). It is not like 70% or 80% of the businesses located there. If the religious nuts have power, then they would like to ban each and every form of entertainment (similar to what is happening in Afghanistan). They are unable to do so, and that is the reason why they want to sway public opinion with these sort of sensationalist articles.

all for the clicks. new sites always will do the same excessive articles more like fake news all for clicks. it is probably related to politics too not just religion. we do have casinos in my country, but only the unregulated ones that will establish in the poorest areas most probably owned by the local corrupt police officers but the legit will not really go to the poorest, it's like attracting robbers if it's in the poorest area.

2408  Economy / Speculation / Re: How far can bitcoin price correction go? on: September 08, 2021, 09:34:30 PM

i think it already dropped to $40k. it may range that market price from $43-$48k before rising up again by the next few more weeks or so. its almost like a bargain for those who have sold when the price peaks at $52 a week ago. it was probably unexpected for some traders but for the experienced traders, they saw it coming already. the market really acts the same way over and over.
2409  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Your thoughts On the crypto trading simulator? on: September 08, 2021, 09:15:56 PM

is trading simulator mean the demo account?
this is just very new actually in crypto that a platform will provide a demo account but in the forex market, every broker will provide you a demo account.

every pro also in the forum will tell you that the demo is very different from the real market so if you wanna learn to trade, just do it at risk of money. just put a little risk so you will have some pressure that you are going to lose some amount, this way you will find a way not to lose.

2410  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Next Country to accept bitcoins is legal tender? on: September 07, 2021, 02:35:34 PM

it could be paraguay indeed.
or the neighboring countries of el salvador. neighboring countries and the most part of latin american speaks the same language,  it will be easy for them to all adopt BTC.

no candidate in the part of Africa so far even when in this part of the world should cryptocurrency be also useful.
2411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 7th September 2021 Bitcoin becomes legal tender first in history on: September 07, 2021, 02:25:39 PM
it is right that a single bitcoin now has this price 78900$ on their app? or it's just some error during video recording?

Is anyone from El Salvador to confirm that? I hope it’s just some error.

Plus someone is trying to crash the market on this historic day for Bitcoin. Is this coincidence? Or does someone, some anti-Bitcoin entity, cannot accept the fact that Bitcoin has left their shitcoins behind.

probably an error. in localbitcoins its 53k for the sellers from el salvador. i could be wrong because demand is very different locally. in nigeria sometimes the price is just climbing very high than what we see on the exchanges.

78k is too good but this is a good omen. congrats to el salvadorians.
2412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do not make curiosity to people around you while you are playing gambling. on: September 06, 2021, 02:47:12 PM
lockdowns made us play online only. it's best that way than attracted to the bright lights of traditional casinos.

sorry for not reading at all the link. but how did an eight-year-old girl play casino? if she was with her BFFs i think it's normal like how we do it when we were kids. curiosity and the thrill i guess. we like doing it when it's prohibited.  Grin
Curiosity doesnt have limitations but if we are on the right mind and being aware towards our actions or getting some experience then it would really be depending neither you would stop or would tolerate
on what you had learned and this is where people do make their own fate in regarding into their actions that they had made since we know that not all would be having similar perception on things
specially on gambling because there would be people would be finding out for this thing to be interesting and what matter most is that they could make quick bucks.

each of us has different view on things when we were kids. lucky are the ones who already are aware of the effects of what they are doing in high school. gambling is normal for some family.

her dad wasn't very aware that his kid will be looking up to him as a gambling hero. but i'd be more surprised what her mother taught to her.

2413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dont get sad over what could have been on: September 06, 2021, 02:24:31 PM
one little thing you have decided yesterday could have great effect today. so when it cause you sadness, it really made you regret.

the butterfly theory that says something small as flutter of a butterfly's wing can cause a typhoon half way around the world is true. the chance to withdraw $200k worth of BTC before the pandemic started could have been a big help to the regretful hodler.

2415  Economy / Economics / Re: Where to invest my 10,000 USD on: September 05, 2021, 05:24:33 PM
wait for the dip before buying BTC because it looks like there will be a huge correction again. the market seems very squeezed already that any moment there will be a red candle sending the price straight down. i could be wrong though but if you could just wait maybe you could get in when there will be a correction down to $46K maybe.
if we couldn't break the 50k resistance level, a dive is possible.
2416  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: any bot , app , handle , does do? on: September 05, 2021, 05:02:07 PM
I do not think that obtaining such information is useful because after announcing the inclusion of the currency on a famous platform, the probability of making profits is less and the risks are high because often there is a lot of selling and therefore the price will be severely affected.

Knowing the news before it happens is what makes profits, and therefore once you have information that others cannot know or predict using the sites above.

obtaining the inside information is hard though. sometimes it's not even useful. when i heard uniswap was being investigated by SEC, i thought the price will go down a bit. i was trying to see if i could profit from the information but price has not really a deep dip.

https://coinmarketcal.com/en/ has been posted several times this week in the forum, i guess people are using this as a reliable source. its mostly for altcoin news though but great site.
2417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin pro tool on: September 05, 2021, 04:00:12 AM
To become a Bitcoin pro, one needs to have developed skills and knowledge that will help improve the proof of work and another Bitcoin-related technical aspect.

In the past few years, I have learned quite a good number of Bitcoin-related skills that will make me become a Bitcoin pro in the next few years ahead.

What are your Bitcoin pro future expectations?

you forgot the skills you learned in the past few years so you are not a bitcoin pro now?

the only skill that users learned after discovering BTC is trading, they become so good at it that they earned millions already. i dont think we call them bitcoin pro but sure i can consider them pro traders.

with so many games developed these,  expect the future crypto users to be gamers who play to earn.
2418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [WARNING!] For gamblers using coins.ph on: September 04, 2021, 06:07:05 PM
The BSP is already monitoring us, and if we submit the information and put a gambling site as a recipient, we might be sanction as gambling is illegal in our country and it's part of the TOS of the coins.ph that sending coins to a gambling platform is prohibited.
Is gambling illegal in Filipinos? I thought it was legal in there LOL. If coins.ph doesn’t allow payments to gambling sites, you have lot of alternatives. Just move the fund to non custodial wallet (coins.ph is a custodial one, right) and it will not have any direct connection. Apart from that, I don’t see any reason why anyone would be using a centralize custodial wallet for having their private activities.

not illegal at all. we have casinos in major cities.

if you lost your wallet due to sending or receiving funds from casinos, will there be a chance to get it back or will it be easier for us to just create a new one and verify it again? i have sent coins directly from casino but i didn't really get the warning message at all. probably because they are just a small amount.
2419  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best Bitcoin Wallet for Android Phone on: September 04, 2021, 05:59:32 PM
coinbase is an exchange, you won't have the private key with it. i'm not sure with coinomi but i think you still have the private key with it too, we just are not sure if they do have the copy of the private key with them, it's a close source wallet. although i have seen some users like using coinomi because you can use the wallet to trade because its a hybrid wallet with exchange inside it.

electrum is the only one that is trusted the most even with desktop wallets. it doesn't download the whole blockchain too.
2420  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is the security of exchanges and wallets sufficient? on: September 04, 2021, 05:48:04 PM

exchanges are not safe. the hacks that happen every now and then are proof that anything can happen with your funds when it's on the exchanges. who knows what their employees would do when they are not happy anymore with the company they work for.

it's tempting to keep the funds on them though because you keep trading. if you are this kind of person, make sure the funds keep on the exchanges are something you can afford to lose.
