2421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hey guys do real BTC is starting falling apart ? on: March 25, 2017, 01:14:51 PM
i notice the btc price is going down..,,

when it will go up?
is the bitcoin price is going up again??
Thank you..,

No one can accurately predict the future but those of us who have followed Bitcoin for quite some time now are just familiar with these dumps and so are not going to be pushed into selling our Bitcoins. The prices are surely going to bounce back up but the particular time remains the mystery.

Will it bounce back? Sadly I need to admit that OP have a point, things are changing and this war in bitcoin community is affecting all of us, in meantime other alt's using that and they make progress.
Before bitcoin didn't have big competition in other alt's, like I said times are changing and I'm not sure in future anymore. It's very hard to predict what will happen this year, I feel that some things will change I'm just not sure which ones.
2422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Message from a random guy to btc community on: March 25, 2017, 10:01:35 AM
Unpredictability is the one that have more attachment to bitcoin. Now the same is taking place, none expected such a downfall in the price, so soon after this within certain time period we can experience a good price pumping to compensate the ongoing price drop. So better is to hold the bitcois.

This battle between BU and SW is making almost everyone nervous. Miners are divided and they making community divided, cause of all that we have this situation, and this situation is making almost everyone pretty nervous.
Hold or dump is big question for many of us now, I will not sell my stash for now. Its not big and I will risk and wait price to go back up.
2423  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Go to Land Based Casinos? on: March 24, 2017, 09:15:37 PM
I stopped visiting land casinos year ago when I find out about bitcoin casinos, that is my story, now I have everything from my chair what ever game I wish, without bothering about registrations, cashing out and other things.
One more thing also contributed to my decision to stop going to land casinos, there isn't any good and big one in my town, or anywhere close.
2424  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders are pigs on markets on: March 24, 2017, 05:04:59 PM
Many pigs are slaughtered every day, I have seen some info about people who earn money with trading, from all the people just 5 % or less is making money with trading, and exchange site, others are there just for losing money, I don`t know how much is truth all that, but that have sense in my opinion. And even thou I`m still trying to trade and to make some profit with alts, I lost more then I made that is for sure. I`m probably one of the pigs, too.
2425  Economy / Economics / Re: How much are you willing to pay in fees for a Bitcoin transaction? on: March 23, 2017, 08:50:23 PM
0.01 USD fee would be normal in my opinion. Lower fees are for everyone, and I would leave option +10$ fees for people who wish to make very high amount of bitcoins very fast, but generally for us normal and ordinary people lower fee is important.

Maybe $.01. Everyday there is a lot of transaction going on so they can still take a huge amount from that. I know there is a few millions of people now using bitcoin. I bet they get much more than they need and there's no need be greedy.

This is how I see this, its better to have 10 or more transactions with 0,01 $ fee, then just one with 1 $ fee. There is no need to be greedy but this world is working on that apparently, looks like its in our veins. And even thou I wish lower fees, I think high fees will win in the end.
2426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin business idea on: March 23, 2017, 05:37:26 AM
1.Exchange do you really think that setting up and running exchange is so easy?
2.Blog , Selling stuff in bitcoin, Freelance job in bitcoin are not businesses, you can do this but you don't need some special skills for selling stuff for bitcoin, or freelance.
3.Lending and trading are not businesses ideas, at least I don't see that like that. I don't know why I put them in same sentence maybe cause both require certain skills and big money for start.
2427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Planned or impulsive gambling? on: March 22, 2017, 11:38:53 AM
Hi guys!
I was always curious if the most of the gamblers have "scheduled" their gambling time or you just go gambling whenever you're in the mood.
What about you? Is there any specific time you gamble? Week(ends) days? Or just randomly spread ?
Let us know Wink

I`m always in the mood for some gambling game, only problem is that I don`t have always enough money to play as I wish to play. I play poker everyday couple times, depends of the free time I can find, other games like dices, slots, roulette.. are the games that I like to play with a bit higher bankroll, and if I`m in some winning streak I can play for longer, sometimes I lose deposited and I rest couple days with this games. Its not the case with poker, I play cash games and there is always some minimum buy in table where I can play without big attention.
2428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: March 22, 2017, 09:15:45 AM
Nothing will happen, it will touch us here in community cause we have benefit from btc, but many people will not even notice that bitcoin is banned. And here is a bit hard question to answer, which country will ban bitcoin, on which way, how can some country stop people from using internet freely? If some country ban bitcoins, only bitcoin lovers will be nervous about it, and they will find some way to access internet, VPN, or some hidden internet connections. What ever happen people will find a way, we are resourceful.
When bitcoin will be widely ban that would be the end of bitcoin system, we will not be able to cash out our bitcoin and that is worthless anymore.
Right now, we need exchanges to cash out and they need banks to support them, what would happen if exchanges will be shut down as they cannot get a licensed anymore, though we can hide and use but bitcoin has no value at all as it will not be accepted as payment for our purchase.

When big rock falls from the sky that will be the end of eco system and entire human race. Widely ban means that something is illegal everywhere, but there will be always some islands where you wash your money, and enjoy other benefits.
Sometimes I don`t get people here, you wish bitcoin to be independent and decentralized, but in same moment you wish bitcoin to be a part of current system with government support, even thou we know what government and bank sector represents. Who have the power to shut down all exchange sites? And we use them now cause many of us can`t do much with bitcoins that can be changed, and if that change exchange sites will be used for trading alt coins, and just for that.
2429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Doge Ever Going to Go Anywhere? on: March 22, 2017, 01:12:08 AM
I also have doge, more then 50 k already. There is many bad things said about this coins, but despite that doge is still around, people play lottery, gamble, trade with doge, maybe in some point devs will decide to upgrade it and limit supply, or something else useful. I still buy doge from time to time, little amounts, I buy with 1 mbtc or little above, never more then that.
2430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: February was Record Month for Bitcoin Gambling on: March 21, 2017, 04:37:13 PM
I'm in this number, cause I gamble every single day. And I was talking year ago that bitcoin gambling can just expand more with the time. This news is not a surprise for me, and this is not the top, bitcoin gambling will attract even more people in future you will see, and this 3 btc per second will be 10 btc per second in just few years.

2432  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Restaurants accepting bitcoin! on: March 21, 2017, 06:52:39 AM
95 restaurants accept bitcoin but it is only available for US.

25 in California, wow! US is first in everything, so its not a surprise that they are first in this as well. Next is New York and Florida, great for them. I think this will spread in other parts of the world, with the time everything comes even in far and not so developed countries. US citizens have more money and they are more open for the new technologies (with money they can afford that), that's why they have so many restaurants that accepts btc, but I'm sure there is some restaurants that accept btc in Europe and Asia.
2433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as primary currency in Norway on: March 20, 2017, 05:41:50 PM
Always good news for bitcoin from Norway. If this is really happening then this will be great experiment, we will see from them how bitcoin can improve current economy in little town. Isn't more logical for them to make their own coin to mine that coin or make some other way of distribution? In that way they will not have any problems with splitting, they can run the coin like they wish too.
2434  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you use a Bitcoin ATM? on: March 20, 2017, 02:22:19 PM
Closest bitcoin ATM where I can go is 300 km far. I didn't have need to go there for years, last time I was there I didn't know about bitcoins. Next time I will try bitcoin ATM, I saw couple times on YouTube how it's easy, and I wish to try that.
Even they have higher fee then some other ways yo purchase bitcoin, I find that ATM's are good thing for people to get some bitcoins easy and anonymous, and without much bothering.
2435  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin dropping like a stone on: March 20, 2017, 10:36:45 AM
It is obvious that funds were replaced from bitcoin into eth and dash I think people are realizing that they can use other alternatives to bitcoin as well and they have somewhat the same potentials.

It may very well be that certain people shifted their priorities temporarily to trading altcoins due to their heavy fluctuations, but that's nothing new. ETH and Dash are being pumped with money from very wealthy individuals that hold the far majority of the circulating coins/tokens in their portfolio. Do you seriously think that the extreme pumps that altcoins experience is coming from legit demand? If the people behind these massive pumps didn't had the majority of the circulating coins, then they wouldn't have any incentive to pump the price. ETH and Dash don't enjoy any sort of real world usage. They purely function as speculative investment options for with greed filled people. MLM was also mentioned to play an important role, but I can't verify how far their importance is when it comes to these pumps.
Ethereum is starting to be adopted quicker than you'd think, AlphaBay a darkmarket is adding Ethereum as a payment method because bitcoin can't fulfill that role any longer  Embarrassed. ETH also has Ethereum Enterprise Alliance, which is basically an alliance of companies that are working together to see how they can use ethereum for their companies... It's unfortunate how a lot of bitcoiners refuse to realise that alts are catching up to bitcoin quick.  Cry
The ethereum alliance is such an example about how the serious of ethereum dev. But if the bitcoin will be applying on the alpha bay it means if the bitcoin doesn't having a chance to get a legalism in the future.
We are know if the alphabay is the big blackmarket and containing a lot of the illegal stuff. and it's not good if the bitcoin will be accepted on the alphabay market.  But honestly the altcoin is like a bull right now.

That time will pass and then altcoins will start to go down and bitcoin will rise again. In the end people are earning bitcoins with trading altcoins, in some time people will dump their altcoins for bitcoins and price of bitcoin will increase even higher then it was recently.
I do that, I have some altcoins and when the price is high I sell them back for bitcoins and that is how I make profit, I suppose most of us are doing similar.
2436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins Investment: risk or benefit? on: March 19, 2017, 09:11:17 PM
-Benefits is you may use that bitcoin to invest in other Bitcoin services and invest bitcoin is safe, profit good
-Risk is that Bitcoin collapses and if countries and government accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin will have tax, your computer can be hacked
What’s your opinion?

It`s risk and benefit my friend, but every risk has a possible benefit, thats why we are risking in the first place. You are talking here about some things that can happen with every currency, just replace banks with the computers (all thou they have computers now, practically its the same). My opinion is to risk when ever you see the chance for winning, sometimes you will succeed and sometimes you will lose. Don`t be afraid to risk that will hold you in your life.
2437  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Wallet on: March 19, 2017, 06:38:54 PM
Multibit, and I have blockchain, and I have even xapo cause they still don`t have fee`s, but its just for fun and satoshis that I still collecting from several faucets just for fun. I think there is no everyone here have couple wallets, for keeping, everyday use, or some special wallets for special purposes, when you think about it there is similar number of desktop and web wallets, cause of that fact, everyone have both of them, and all the newbies use online wallet, so maybe there more online wallets, but that is just guessing.
2438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: YOU REALIZE OR NOT ? on: March 19, 2017, 12:28:08 PM
bitcoin and altcoin the best payment use gambling site
and is preferable and desirable gamblers because anonymous system without verified ID
if some country can't legal gambling, the best solution still playing gambling use bitcoin and altcoin

Precisely, I think the kind of anonymity and accessibility that Bitcoin offers is what brought a lot of us onboard. It has enhanced online gambling and shielded a lot from verification which hitherto would have denied or turn a lot of people away.

Its same with me, before I couldn't gamble like I can now with bitcoins. In my case bitcoins are most suitable way to gamble online without any restrictions. I realize that bitcoin can be used for other things, I'm using it for trading and buying things I wish, and bitcoin is currency for me, just more opened then other currencies.
2439  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How is trading *not* gambling? on: March 19, 2017, 09:09:05 AM
It's not the same, even thou it looks like that and feels like that in many moment's. I understand why people think of them the same, people mostly relay on luck in trading and gambling, and for them there is nothing more then that. Like a passionate gambler I think everything is a gamble, but games are different and that is what make the difference, and each game have a different approach, different rules.
2440  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sub $1000, now what? on: March 18, 2017, 05:08:49 PM
With altcoins on the rise like DASH, I'm extremely worried about bitcoin. If bitcoin dies then confidence in all crypto coins die.

Bitcoin isn't going to die. The price rose too high in a short period of time. This is just a correction and the ETF rejection could be a factor but it took a few days to drop. We will hit a bottom soon and price will gradually increase again but more slowly.

Many of us predicted this drop on 1000 dollars, nothing new about that. What is next is yet to be seen, I expect price to be here for some time maybe to get back on 1300 +, and I think only in October November we can see some bigger increase.
Dash raised a lot, but I read here on the forum that this rise is not sustainable, and there is talking about how this is not the end and there is talking about 1000 dollars for the next station. I don't know what to think about dash.
