2441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Art of Earning BTC on: August 17, 2017, 06:35:56 AM
I am literally new to bitcoin, though I have already searched some discussions in here on how to earn, i am still totally lost and don't know how I shall start.

1. To earn btc, shall I deposit?

2. Joining bitcointalk.org, how will I be able to earn btc, by joining campaigns?

3. Is gambling a good choice to earn btc?

4. Are there jobs that pay btc?

I know those were asked lots of times, but still hoping someone will answer my doubts and questions.

Thanks :-)
Sometimes, making deposits/investing into it can be a good option , but that’s when the price is going up or pumping; as some will usually say. By joining Bitcointalk.org, you will have register for a signature campaign, that way you can be able to earn a decent amount of BTC weekly/monthly.

Gambling? I will say a capital “NO” to that. Gambling is not a good option, unless you feel you’re a professional, it’s left for you. Yes, there are jobs that pays BTC, as a matter of fact, I know someone that’s getting $40,000+ worth of Bitcoin monthly.
2442  Economy / Economics / Re: When will more retailers accept Bitcoin on: August 16, 2017, 09:51:25 PM
"Japan: No Bitcoin Tax, Thousands of Stores to Accept the Cryptocurrency"

article published July, 5, 2017
https://edgylabs.com/2017/07/05/japan-no-bitcoin-tax-stores-accept-cryptocurrency/

"AirRegi is a widely used, tablet-based point-of-sale app in Japan. Currently, around 260,000 establishments, stores, and commercial facilities use this proprietary app to accept payments from their clients."

It makes sense that a transition to accept bitcoin would be underway for more US-based stores.
Well now that Japan has taken a step forward, maybe other countries  will or maybe not.  Because people think that if they use bitcoin they might end up in jail because  bitcoin is "only used for illegal purposes and not for good things ". And they will think that they are also getting scammed because of bitcoin 's price being this high.
Oh I did not know that people are afraid of getting behind bars for using bitcoins. I do not think so bitcoin users are experiencing any such thing.
Bitcoins are just a currency; they do not harm you until and unless you yourself use them for wrong things. Bitcoins are in fact helping many to improve their financial statuses and live a life they deserve.
2443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: August 16, 2017, 08:57:24 PM
Bitcoin is being used widely in porn sites, gambling and drug dealing sectors. Is that why the btc made for ? I have seen a lot of members in this forum discussing about buying drugs, gambling and enjoying porn with bitcoin. Is not it a misuse of a currency ? Block chain tech is a awesome tech and btc is getting popular. I hate these misuses of precious btc. It hurts me. This will lead into unhealthy society along with unhealthy future generation.
I agree with that, it can lead to unhealthy society. The misuse of bitcoin is really not good. Other people are thankful having bitcoin and working hard to earn it, but other people are just wasting it but on the second thought, it’s they’re money so that it’s their right to spend their money whatever they want.  I think they will realize the importance of bitcoin when they need it on a serious matter.

That right, It seems they are not using bitcoin positively and are just taking away from others and it's certainly true that such people are not good.
Bitcoin is greasing the wheel of darknet. It keeps the identity of its holder anonymous and evil minds are using this in the wrong way. Bitcoins should not be blamed for its wrong usage. It is just a technology which can be used the way according to its owner free will like any other asset.

Curse such people and still love bitcoins. Whatsoever, this still results in high price of bitcoins and what you sow, you shall you reap.
2444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: regret by not believing in BITCOIN? on: August 16, 2017, 08:23:32 PM
I've just heard about it this month by my cousin at first i didn't believe him I thought its a scam or something but when I tried it and searched it I regret that I didn't give it a chance then last night my cousin told me that if I had invested bitcoin since I should have been a millionaire by now.
Oh sorry for bothering but don't even mention the name scam with bitcoin because we believe in bitcoin and I cannot see the scam name with bitcoin.

You know something bitcoin is giving opportunity to people if there were not bitcoin around the world there would be 50% Unemployment around the world so I would like to say that bitcoin is the one and only currency that I’m earning good money from that.
2445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin satellite? on: August 16, 2017, 10:53:13 AM
Good.  And again, who is blockstream and the reason for this selfless help?

btw, great way to capture entire BTC traffic  Cry Cry  cough   NSA cough
Blockstream is a company that employs several Bitcoin Core developers?

Also what are you even talking about? All Bitcoin transactions are recorded in the blockchain. What will the NSA "capture" exactly? Everything is already public.
Did I just see someone comment that people will be able to make transactions without internet? That sounds kinda crazy. What do you mean? How can you send Bitcoin to someone that leaves a far distance without the use of internet. I don’t think that’s really possible.
2446  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit trading on: August 15, 2017, 02:43:40 PM
Now I'm ready to leave trading, too. I just bought a coin for my entire deposit.
It happened by accident. And now she began to become cheaper. I am very upset, and it seems to me that I will never learn to trade at a profit  Cry
Have you found out that where you did the mistake ? You went for buying with all your entire deposit, that must be very much foolish act. If you have spent only some 10% of your capital and buying some other coins with the rest of your capital then probably you do not need to leave off gambling right now.

Still I like to suggest you not to leave gambling because you can arrange some more little capital and try to trade multiple altcoins then you can find profitable trading.
Yes, trading is always a neutral thing and we the traders are making mistakes and blaming that trading is not giving us enough and right opportunities to make use of it. He failed with his money management for his trading and he's not ready for correcting mistakes but want to leave off trading completely. I am also finding it is completely non sensible.

People are getting into trading before finding themselves suitable for different trading requirements like money management and trading strategies. They risk their capital and then leaving off it as an unsuccessful trader.
2447  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Strategy for most profit in 10 years from now on: August 15, 2017, 02:03:59 PM
For me it's normally option 1 and 4, but I always keep an eye on option 7. Buying bitcoin and holding them, seems like a good investment right now. Don't know how it will hold 10 years for now, but in for the next 2 years at least it looks good. Lending bitcoins on poloniex also seems like a very good strategy. The rates are pretty low now, but it's still a decent profit, if you have some coins available. As for option 7, I'm keeping my eye on etherimum, bcc and byteball.
Option 7 ? I never prefer risking my capital. That is the reason I simply sticking with options 1 and option 3. Both are working for me so nicely so far. I am happy with my decisions which I have taken some three years back.

When we are not having enough time to analyse and predict the right opportunities whether it is from bitcoin or from any other coin, it is highly recommended to go for long term holding because it will ensure definite profit after some long period of waiting.
2448  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoint will reach 4.000$ or not? on: August 09, 2017, 06:26:56 PM
it's possible to reach $4,000 in the end of the year. If you look at the price right now, you can see that the price is at $3,400 a new achievement for this year and i will not surprised if the bitcoin price can reach $4.000. Maybe next week or next 2 week or next month, it will increase more.

You can expect another spike, after the BIP 141 is activated (that may happen within the next 7-8 days). But there is going to be a lot of volatility, due to profit booking and the emergence of Bitcoin Cash.

SegWit will get activated around 21st to 23rd uf August. Not earlier!
In terms of volatility it won't be much more as we've seen the last few weeks.
With SegWit getting activated Bitcoin will become a completely different beast! The honeybadger on steroids if you will!
So yes $4000+ is possible, maybe way more, however I doubt this will be sustainable.
After August 1st, first time bitcoin network now experiencing hash rates above 7 TH/s. It means people have started showing their interest. Usually hash rate do raise then mining difficulty after that prices. So, this time too I am expecting similar patterns which might be leading to $4000 levels before end of this August.

$4000 may not be sustainable but we can see quick bounce back too. But I am sure we are not going to see $1800 any more.
2449  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stop profit on: August 09, 2017, 11:02:58 AM
why 3700?
But yes, I'm also sure that we will fall near to 3000 USD again soon.

I can imagine that 3000€ is the next big wall. So in $ that would mean ~3550 (maybe better 3500)
It seems already traders started booking profits as per prices are trading around $3200 after marking the high around $3500 levels. But it seems a temporary hiccup and it may resume it rally toward $3900 at any time. I am expecting prices to reach $5000 levels by end of this month as per my technical charts. Lets wait and watch whether booking at $3700 is a good idea or not.
2450  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why we still gambling while we always lose? on: August 09, 2017, 10:12:14 AM
Gambling always gives birth to curiosity, the more we lose a lot of balance, the greater our curiosity to gamble. This is commonplace. Because our brains are running normally, dissatisfaction and curiosity always appear in our minds
I guess curiosity is the sense which comes into effect only in your beginning days of gambling because after have lost something with gambling, definitely you will target to recover your losses rather than finding out how to gamble or what is happening with a gambling, right ? I mean to say that your emotions will be different than your interests.

Curiosity must be the factor to get you into gambling after that your emotions are of the forces to get back to you into gambling even you are facing losses every day.
2451  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: August 09, 2017, 08:41:40 AM
I agree that limiting is not useless,  because it will give  you an ability to control yourself against extreme gambling activities. So if you have that self control will develop within you and you will not lose your funds with an entire bets you had. Managing emotions and your funds can be so important and in the long run you will find it very rewarding if you saved yourself of being bankrupt because of gambling addiction.

It is pretty much useless because if you want to gamble and have no determination to stop then you wont stop. The only way is not to have a limit on your money but to have a limit of what you are doing. If you are controlling your own mind then you wont spend alot of money even if you have alot that you deposit
Controlling our mind is nothing but self control, in my experience other than self control any other things will not help to protect yourselves in gambling because even if you are having limited funds allocation for your gambling, you may continue your gambling with faucet or you will go for loans to continue.

Determination will come into effect only when we are good with our self control. Experts demonstrate the importance of meditation to control ourselves under pressure situations like gambling. I'm not sure about these things, but seems as a good idea.
2452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with altcoins on: August 09, 2017, 07:30:49 AM
I mostly gamble with bitcoin and still go with it of course this is the best way to gamble as all gambling sites does prefer to bitcoin. But I had to gamble sometimes with ETH though both coins are precious to me because I personally want to handle and hold them because their value are both increasing but when gambling is triggering me these two coins are my preferred.
I am also preferring gambling with bitcoins as other coins are having same level of risks still the profits we may get is comparatively very less then why should I waste by time with low value things ? I guess altcoins are good for the gambler who do not want to risk big.
You are not looking into the other positive aspects of these things. In my gambling, altcoins are working similar to demo accounts. Yes I do gamble with dogecoins still I do forget it and gamble like I am risking my bitcoins. I am actually risking only my dogecoins but I am getting the thrills similar to what I do experience when I am risking bitcoins.

All the requirements I need to do here must be, setting up my bankroll well in advance and need to gamble in near hectic situation like during office breaks. You will not have time to what you are risking but you can enjoy your gambling the most like gambling with bitcoins but for cheaper risks !
2453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: August 09, 2017, 07:15:04 AM
I have noticed so many players are just gambling for the sake of profits only. But majority of them loses most of the games eventually as they are not smart players.

So how should we gamble in a smart way so that we do not get more frustrations due to continuous losses?
Gambling is more on depend in luck there is no 100% that you can get profit, because most winning case in the games is just a luck, or guess timing on betting sometimes. So I think the smartest that I could say is quit in the games if you win several time then if your balance to your bankroll is more than your capital, that's the time for you to stop.

This will always be a very long conversation,
For those who are experienced in the Gambling and lose they will surely say victory in gambling is luck, but it is different for those who win. Gambling is a strategy in making money, that's what I often encounter in other threads,
this is not easy
Experienced gambler also may face losses as luck is the only factor which is deciding the outcome of gambling.
How smart you will be no significant factor similar to how long you are gambling. Unlike any other field, you could never find yourself smart enough to tackle gambling, that is the challenging thing about gambling always.

Yes, your experience and your smartness are not enough to conquer gambling.
2454  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: August 03, 2017, 09:14:12 PM
Nobody knows how many users have made their choice in favor of a new currency. In any case the outflow of capital and therefore, at some time, the rising price of bitcoin may be suspended. View. The wait is long. By the end of August all will become clear I think.
We never know because it's decentralized and we don't know how many wallet one person will do, but the only thing that is obvious now is the growing volume of bitcoins and when the price dump there will be a big pump that come. In addition, there has been greater news from all over the world about possible adoption of businesses which will just make it more excited in holding our bitcoins in the future.
I agree that bitcoin is a decentralized cryptocurrency and no one can know clearly about bitcoin. All news about bitcoin are just assumptions and no one can authentically claim for bitcoin future, but it is clear that total bitcoin in the system are 21 million and according to expert ~75% of bitcoins have been mined yet and 25% left. So it may be clearly assumed that a race for the rest of bitcoin would be hard and it is expected that at the end of this year all the bitcoin may mined.
2455  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Viabtc down for past hour? [EDIT was more like 30 mins] on: August 03, 2017, 08:55:42 PM
Perhaps it was an unannounced routine updating to their system to incorporate the buying and selling of their favorite Bitcoin Cash (remember, they were the first one to propagate it) or it can be something with their server, which gets choked. I did experience downtime with viabtc sometimes, but they be only for a few seconds.
2456  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Withdrawing Bitcoin Cash From Freebitco.in? on: August 03, 2017, 08:44:18 PM
They are not sending Bitcoin Cash but they give you an option to get an equivalent of the price of Bitcoincash in Bitcoins.

What's the use of getting in Bitcoin Cash ? Better take the Bitcoin, as this craze is going to fade away soon. If you still want to save Bitcoin Cash, you can purchase them with your Bitcoins Smiley
2457  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for a business partner for bitcoin mining on VENEZUELA on: August 03, 2017, 08:29:38 PM
The first thing which raises question is, why would you want investment from someone who is NOT from your place ? Is it so because a person near you can know you physically can catch you if they find you turn out be be deceiving them ?

Rather it would have been better if you got a local investor who can verify the business you are planning to get the investment for.
2458  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to find investors for generous faucet? on: August 03, 2017, 08:15:44 PM
I checked and double checked the calendar after reading this post. April is a long way off buddy.
Are you late in posting the 2017 April fool joke or too fast for the 1st April 2018 ?

You think people will invest 10 Bitcoins with your dream faucet without any assurance that they will get back their money! I think you need immediate psychological counseling.
2459  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: PR agencies worldwide on: August 03, 2017, 07:58:16 PM
Though you will find hell of a lot of them if you search Google or Yahoo, I would like to suggest that you hire someone some group of experts from this forum itself as you can check their experience from their past works, but for any external websites you will have no option but to take the client testimonials they provide for granted, which can be just manipulated.
2460  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? on: August 03, 2017, 06:12:02 PM
I suggest to friends to create an account here in bitcointalk, because in most bitcointalk forums they know about bitcoin. And then if he starts asking, I'll try to explain what I know.
Getting people aware of this forum must be one of the effective way of spreading bitcoin knowledge. Because no other resources could be as versatile as bitcointalk.

By introducing this forum to new people, I believe half of the work would have been completed by the time of we are introducing this forum. Because when people entering here might be getting all the possibilities of learning about bitcoin along with opportunities to earn it. When they are practically experiencing bitcoin, the chances for gaining knowledge in more quick time will be possible.
