2443  Other / Off-topic / Re: Movie Recommendation Station on: January 27, 2014, 07:10:05 AM
Just recently watched, "Chronicle". If you like a slight sci fi, plus with reality its a decent watch.
2444  Other / Off-topic / Re: YouTube Prank Video: "Can I pay you in Bitcoins? on: January 27, 2014, 06:39:01 AM
nice

I thought the whole video is about bitcoin, I have been mistaken Sad

Lol after this video, I ask random small shop/bars if they accept Bitcoin.

Hahah, let me guess. They said, "Sir, if you dont have money you need to leave". lol.
2445  Other / Off-topic / Re: Any Legit ways to make money online? on: January 27, 2014, 06:20:45 AM
There are many ways to make money online. Here by i list out the ways to earn money through online. They are
1.Google Adsense
2.Affiliate Program
3.Blogging
4.Sell products relevant to your blog.
5. writing article .
6 Reseller business
Among those I would suggest to you start reseller business to earn money. Reselling business is the most profitable online business. Reselling business is nothing but getting service from someone fixing high rate and then earning amount by getting commission from them. To start this you must first have reseller account .To get reseller account visit GoResellers.com here they provide two reseller plans you can choose one among them based on your needs. Using which you can buy domain names, website builder service, web designing services and so on. After that you can fix high rate for those services and sold them. You can earn quick cash through this method. According to me reseller business is one of the best way to make money online.

These are great suggestions, but consider the amount of time.

Eg: Blogging? like most will never reach up there due to the lack of right information. A prime example would be the whole SEO hype train, etc.

I`d probably picked 5 or 6 since they show more immediate, then most think.
2446  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hacked: lost all money on BTC-E. Please help!! on: January 27, 2014, 06:17:01 AM
The more I read this, and other BTC -e related threads, I`m surprised they even have an exchange.

Like this adds on top of the whole drama of them holding funds to even trade.
2447  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do free faucets pay ? on: January 27, 2014, 06:09:51 AM
Thats a good question, I mean I`d assume its from google ads.

But also referring to other sites as well, so referral commissions add up as well.
2448  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: January 27, 2014, 05:48:18 AM
That's because this thread is full of a bunch of whiny cunts wasting everyone's time by continually posting FUD for a personal war on BFL.
Sorry but this horse is so dead I think the bones are dust.

You think it's dead? Then why is BFL still getting away with Horribly inaccurate "estimates"? Why have they not had a lawsuit against them?
Why have they not been held accountable for their previous actions?

"a bunch of whiny cunts" got money extorted out of them by a pack of liars, "whining" is the least they can do aside from shutting up and letting BFL get away with it all...
Rinse and repeat for fuck sakes, Even tigerdirect is going to be accepting BFL gear *eyeroll* i hope they are smarter than they look

Its hard to expose horrible backlogs if newbies are convinced to see product already out based on past product.

But yeah, all I can do is bump this thread and few other ones on the BFL monarch and other future products.

And thats one huge mistake on "tigerdirect". They should of done their research on the past incidents.. talk about due diligence.  Roll Eyes

2449  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: OKPAY SCAM!!! I am going to sue them, any one join? on: January 27, 2014, 05:43:24 AM
I`m sorry hear that dude. The best I can do would be bumping this thread, and increase exposure on OKpay on the fraud they committed to you.

Find out where they are located, and make a class action case. Which seems to be what your doing right now.. so your heading to the right path.

Best of luck.

2452  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New miner needs help! on: January 27, 2014, 04:03:26 AM
Thank you for the reply Smiley I appriciate it!

But say If I really wanted to mine, and I bought GH with hosted mining contracts?
I then buy 1000GH/s for 10k. Any calculations on how this will turn out for a year? If this is calculated before on the forum, I can't find the post.

Thanks in advance
Magnus Smiley

Are you talking about mining alt coins? or bitcoins?

If your talking about bitcoins, most calculation isnt specific based on daily difficulties and other elements of price flux.

But just to give you an idea, 1,000 ghs for 10k is a bit pricey. Most miners bought a 500ghz, for $2-3k now.
2453  Economy / Services / Re: Programming lessons wanted on: January 27, 2014, 02:48:31 AM
Have you checked out codeacademy.com or like treehouse.

2454  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cooperative bitcoin mining project on: January 27, 2014, 02:22:24 AM
Main website dead - all mining pool sites also dead. All pool servers still sucking up hashes.
This appears to be a scam. I strongly advise everyone to stop mining all minercoop pools immediately.

Thanks for saving everyones time.
2455  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Arbitrage on: January 27, 2014, 02:13:58 AM
If you're waiting to transfer coins when doing arbitrage, then you're doing it wrong. You need to have fiat-money on the cheap exchange and coins on the expensive exchange and make the 2 trades (buy low, sell high) as close to eachother as possible. Any delay means you're exposing yourself to exchange-rate fluctuations (which can be beneficial or detrimental).

The opportunities for arbitrage are very, very minimal.

Unless you live close to an Bitcoin ATM.

This is probably the best advice. Every other person mentioning other exchange is a load of crap.

What good is money, when its tied up at an exchange waiting for like 3 months..
2456  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I have 0.49BTC What can i trade it for?! on: January 27, 2014, 02:07:04 AM

2460  Other / Off-topic / Re: ITS SNOWING IN LOUISIANA! on: January 27, 2014, 12:35:45 AM
It's snowing here in southern Louisiana! It's always hotter than hell here. The area is pretty much shut down, and all bridges closed. My city is surrounded by water so no traffic in or out for 100K people. Also, Interstate 10, the busiest in the nation, runs through my city and the bridge is closed and backed up for miles. Crazy! Many wrecks have resulted in multiple deaths. Nobody around here know how to drive on snow or ice.

Edit: Caddy paid for with BTC Wink

Huh You're supposed to drive differently for a millimeter of snow?

That's what I was thinking he mentioned the bridges were closed for 1mm of snow.

It looks like someone just poured a bunch of salt or sugar on your car lol.

I can only imagine the huge amounts of snow on the east coast though.
