Wait, so whos trolling? jk. yeah I see what you mean here, coinbase isnt scamming anyone its been here forever. Why would they even start to scam? yeah, maybe the services are bit off cause their support tickets maybe busy but not a scam.

Is the noob a millionaire yet?
The odds are slim. Believe it or not, its not easy or else everyone would become one. But atleast the kid has a mindset to start with which most need to develop during crucial decisions in business. It really depends on the kids project on understanding certain things to do. Either self fund, or crowdsource after finding a demand for something.

Theres that quote by warren buffet.
"I will tell you how to become rich. Close the doors. Be fearful when others are greedy. Be greedy when others are fearful." - Warren Buffett
But, then again the hindsight he fails to share was he also had an edge of what others couldnt do at the same time.

If I was the guy who sold my house for bitcoin, I would of sold the coin at that same day.
Selling maybe 80%, then keep the remaining 20% just to get the whole risk ratio down. Its better to reduce the risk to gain more.
Esp, if its a huge transaction like that.
but imagine if the bitcoin had raised back to 1200 dollars or even more. he would have won huge money How about 99% not going to happen but drops to $0? Hes not mentioning if it`ll drop to 0. He just stated on what he would do if he was in the same position as the op. And states he would sell it on the same day, which means he sold off while it was probably in the 4 digits still or somewhere high around there.

This is another reason why I dont mess with ebay.
Ebay is great place to snag a deal, but stories like this just makes me really cringe. I rather have a amazon rep helping me out, then some foreign phillpine rep trying to say everythings okay. Nothing against to them, but its how ebay handles their customer support is complete garbage or how they handle it.
I seen far more better results with amazon since most calls are back here in the states, and they actually patch you through the right people way quicker then being on the phone for 5 hrs.

I think they have a huge issue, cause this isnt the only time.
If you look back theres quite a few threads mentioning about using payeer services and the questionable honoring deposits to btc-e for that exchange, which I assume this was for.
Its because they know you cant do much as a under a international deposit, more likely they can get away with unlike people who are in russia.
But, with that added note, op go ahead and edit this thread and add your screen posts which takes 5 mins or a imgur link.

any chance to get a small voucher test?
or if you do know when does the balance usually go bad? within 3-4 days or is it less?
|
|

Despite the whole resolved issue, I agree with not playing this site at all.
If this much of hassle to get your btc back on not wanting to play, then seriously avoid the headache and drama. I rather would try to go some place that actually doesnt hold my btc like some hostage situation.

explain your god damn story 1st? I mean like seriously it doesnt take that much to hit a couple bullet points, so new readers like myself are more inclined to help you out. Like it takes 5 mins write out. - Deposited this address with tx id for purchase of blah blah
- Failed to respond so blahb blah
Not trying to bust your balls, but I see these threads and its like you can go edit the thread adding more info at a time as well.

181 days later..
you should of used some sort of escrow? if there is such a difference, I think its not hard to go ahead and use preev and go from there on what needs to payback what he originally requested, if not yeah you got scammed on the difference.

Wait why is best buy so cheap out of your card choices? Is there more likely the balance to go bad for those cards or something? Also, if the person above had a hard time getting a hold of you by pm, do you atleast reply or check email?

The thing could go to hell for all I know. One day its at mid 200ish now below, then it might as well go to high $100ish. I`m just selling at this point, then buying small amounts as I do this. But I`m holding maybe 1/3 balance.
|
|
|
or it could take a bit longer?
if it did this last time, it doesnt mean it`ll do it again.. things change drastically on the day to day basis.
Some guy predicted a price point on $200ish only 3 months ago stating it`ll be at the end of this year, but it came way earlier then anticipated.

Its undervalued as long people dont get itll stay that way.
Until theres some type of progress of growth of users, to have people to see what it does. For some it can be avoiding waiting in line to get cash to pay a bill.
Others can be used for sending it to a loved one overseas.
But despite all these great things, im selling and im buying back as it slowly goes downward.

Bad decision of selling house .
People saves the memories of there father/mom how can you sell it dude for money you can sell your money and save your father's house damn .
Yes, it is, but what if he is right, Bitcoin rise up to 100,00$ and he becomes a millionaire? All people here will praise his success and say I'm regret not following him. Nothing succeeds like success. He had been here last month but didn't talk anything form last June, may he is OK. 100,000 I'm with you for wishful thinking but lets get real alright? 10,000 maybe. 100,000 per coin? Get real dude. It's all relative, many of us that were playing with piles of BTC when they were worth a few cents didn't think they would break $1,000 one day... Yeah, but like for how long though lol. Like if he kept on the prices right now, he`d prob shoot himself knowing there hasnt been a upward trend at all. And the whole 4 digits is a fools dream, if you think you`ll just win just by holding it.
|
|
|
The dude who bought bitcoin probably lost a ton of money, if he still held all of it till this point.
And the person who got away with the house wins, since he could just rent it out, and buy back when its super cheap like where the coin is headed.

I think the end started at $500 till now wheres it going to real value.
And the real value should stay around $100, until something great happens for it which is probably an etf annoucnment if that ever does happen.
I mean why stress on the price? I rather focus on what I can do to produce more of it incase it does go up one way while it still retains some value left, and hold some longer term.
It should be like 1/3 holding, selling the remainder for bills or other things.
|
|
|
Where do we go from here you ask? Just prepare for the worst thats all you can do.
Heres what I`m doing right now, selling it till maybe I come back at $100 value. Its based on what you personally think its worth at the end of the day.
And for me I`m doing all the things I can produce bitcoin in a non traditional mining way to partner up a food truck that I handle these transactions and I take the split.
so even if it does go up, I`ll be at a gain due to that.

Anyone who sold at $500 are laughing right now cause they could of lost $300 potential profit.
Thats such a huge difference, thats like extra $300 would be a free iphone or almost half of rent covered for free however you want to translate it.
At this point the coin is at a selling point non stop.
