It was a big purchase for sure but wasn't enough to bump the markets just as tesla did. If tesla buys $1.5 Billions and sells the 10% that means they sold $150M, that's why this $100M purchase from Nexon wasn't enough to send the price up to $60k again.
But this is just a train, more big companies will keep being big amounts of BTC and if that happens there is a possibility to see the bitcoin price at $100k for the end of the year.

Satoshi nakamoto already answered this question more than 10 years ago... Lost coins only make everyone else's coins worth slightly more. Think of it as a donation to everyone. And you can find that quote in a lot of sites right now... is one of the most famous quotes. The only ones who will be sad about the lost coins would be the guys who lost them. But for the market is something good.

Is important to mention that you don't need an online service like bitaddress to generate a private key, it would be more secure if you download vanity gen and create the address on an offline pc. Even you can do this under Linux running on a live USB, that way there will not trace once you reboot the pc.
Never trust online sites to generate bitcoin addresses, even if you do it offline they could pre-generate it when you open the site.

It was a matter of time to see this happens. I always asked myself how those services can be legal because any under who sends their coins to mixing services is because he has something to hide...
The thing here is that users don't have to register on that service to use it, they only have to send the coins and provide the address where they want the 'clean coins', so, it will be kind of hard for the govs to trace the users who are washing their coins.

Are you looking for sympathy for being a fool?
How the hell I suppose to know? Its an hotel in thailand they supposed to be fool not to know about technology. Next time leave the rolex one side of the PC when you go for a walk Was a big mistake from your side to leave the lap with easy access to the coins, but if you know who did it, then you should be able to recover them. Call the police or do something, because if you don't move fast then they will be gone. You can put them a trap and leave the webcam streaming, that's a good way to catch them.

... I agree with you right now ETH is not smart to be used. The fees are too high at the moment. When the ETH 2.0 comes around we can speak about using ETH again. Until then there are other options like Cardano, Tron etc.
I'm not sure about that, ETH is the smart contracts coin, so, people need it... People are trading tons of tokens and NFTs nowadays, so, people will keep using them full day by day. I know the GAS sometimes goes crazy, just as bitcoin fees do, but that will not stop people from using it. ETH 2 is in the way and that will bring a big change, a lot of people will get it for stacking. So, right now we have reasons to use it, and in the future, we will have more reasons.

It looks like Elon Musk wants to test how easy was to sell a big amount of bitcoin, because if they weren't able to sell bitcoins they would be in big problems right now, so, that 10% sold from the tesla holdings was only an experiment, just to prove it was possible.
Now the question is, the $1.5B spend in BTC was from tesla, but how much does Elon musk invest from his pockets?. And should we consider this a market manipulation?

So, the exchange is giving him the opportunity to spend another 10,000 BTC, LMAO!! We’d like to offer him another chance to spend 10,000 BTC, but this time it would be deposited into our Earn Crypto service for 1 day. This must be a joke because is not an opportunity for Laszlo to win, is an opportunity for Phemex to run in an exit scam with their pockets full of BTC.

The Not fungible tokens are smart contracts that give value to any digital asset... Is important to mention that each NFT has a cost, So, not anyone can create NFTs.
For me this kind of business has nonsense, why would someone pay half a million for a digital house? or more than 1 million for a tweet... The only sense I could find with this kind of business is money laudering.

This is weird, when i click on the link it says 'Page error'... Looks like the article has been taken down. If we search for more information about the coin, it's in coinmarket cap, but it doesn't say much at all... This project is featured as an 'Untracked Listing' And CMC gives this link as a reference for the project: britcoin.xyz but the site is blank... So, britcoin doesn't look like a serious project for me at all.

well here PayPal has started listening to crypto user solutions to provide something lighter. such as slow shipping cost control, hampered by long queues. and this time PayPal knows the weakness of hard wallets when sending to the exchange. I hope PayPal will provide new opportunities and innovations. like adding more crypto lists.
The problem right now with Paypal and cryptos is the handle of the coins, because they have the cryptos as an investment tool, this means you can buy cryptos with Paypal (In some countries) and you can sell them when you want, but you don't have access to the coins addresses, in other words, you can't see your private kes, and as people say, not your keys not your coins. They will have to give us better software to handle our coins if they want to be successful in the cryptos world.

I run full nodes for bitcoin and some other altcoins some years ago, and did it to learn the technical side of bitcoin, was great to learn how to create transactions and push them to the network by command line, and the knowledge I got was priceless.
I remember when I was creating my first transactions, I was thinking 'something should be wrong with the code' because it didn't let me input the fees, but then I understand the fees were chosen by the Inputs-Outputs. This means we don't have to put it as a number we have to calculate it... for example, we have 2 0.005 inputs, then if we send 0.0095 as output then 0.0005 will go as fees.
I stop running it because I learn all that I want to learn, so, I didn't need it anymore.

The taxes are an extra commission that things and services have and that money goes directly to the government, the idea is they should use it to offer better services and a better life for the citizens, but in corrupt countries this doesn't happen.
The bitcoin fee is a payment that goes directly to the miners who confirm the coins, this is more payment for their services than a taxes payment because the money goes to their pockets and they are free to do whatever they want with it.

... I think seoincorporation is using mobile phone to access it.
I wasn't using mobile, I was on google chrome when I take the screenshots. I verify and I'm able to get my private keys that way. The problem is this. The screen will not let me move down.
This is a glitch I have already complained about to Blockchain months ago, but they did not reply.
I am using a desktop PC and the problem exists for Windows 8 and 10, Firefox and Chrome.
The "Help" button is just below "Manage". It simply will not let you go below (i.e. scroll down) to click on "Private key"!
I know this sounds weird, but it is true.
Basically, the [? Help] thing is right over where the private key option should pop up. It is right over it and so I cannot get into this option.
If you zoom out the page then you would be able to click on the manage link, to zoom out click 'Ctrl -' or click Ctrl and scroll down on the page. This way the manage button should go up

Hello. I am trying to claim my Bitcoin Gold using a Coinomi wallet.
I am trying to sweep the private key from my Blockchain wallet, as this is where my BTC was when the fork occurred.
But I cannot find the private key in my Blockchain wallet. It gives me the "extended public key" for BTC, but all that is written under Bitcoin is: Private Key Wallet [default]. I cannot click on this to find my private key.
Under Ethereum in my "wallets and addresses" it lets me see a private key with no problem. But not for BTC.
Can anyone help me? Or does private key here mean the seed?
To get your private keys in the blockchain wallet, you need to click the top right gear > Wallets & Addresses: After that, on the right side you will see the manage button, if you click it it will give the private keys option: And that's how to get your privatekeys from the blockchain wallet, I hope this helps buddy.
