3061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: August 12, 2020, 12:38:53 AM
USDT is still classified as a new coin, but when viewed from the trading chart for several months or years, it shows a stable value. so I think USDT is suitable for long term investment and I trust it

Is a big mistake to call USDT a COIN... And is norman when people don't know the nature of this Token. USDT was created with ETH smart contract as a token, so, we can't call it a coin, maybe the right ways to call it is a token or a 'Stable Coin'.

And answering the question, yes i trust in USDT.

I agree with OP, we need to have our own judgment to decide on what projects we trust and which ones let go. If we see tons of people joining to the same project, that doesn't warrant it will not end in an exit scam.

So, if we are not secure or if we have doubts about a project, then the best option is to stay away from it.
3063  Economy / Gambling / Re: ➫ ➬ ➫ ➬ LUCKYB.IT ★★★ The legend is back! ★★★ Bigger and better than ever! ★★★ on: August 11, 2020, 11:39:57 PM
I really love to try your website so I can explore more about dices and to check also how your platform works. But I am a little bit disappointed as
upon checking your FAQ, the only availble currency is Bitcoin and as you can see as of this moment it's transaction fees is quite high compare to other
currencies out there.

I hope that you will consider adding more currencies in the future as I like your minimum bet which is 0.00001 btc. It is not that bad for a gambler that wants
to explore and enjoy the game.

Luckybit knows about this issue, and they didn't stay there watching with crossed arms. The solution LB had was to pay all the fees of the user withdrawals. This way users only have to pay the depo fees and not worry for fees any mores.

Adding other coins has been already discussed in this thread, and admins listen to all the users feedback, so, thanks for sharing what you thing about the site.
3064  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hal Finney's role in early bitcoin development? on: August 11, 2020, 04:07:03 PM
As we know, hall was the first users who receive a bitcoin transaction from Satoshi Nakamoto, He made a great work with the code and we can see him and an early user. But he is far away to the winklevoss twins' bitcoin fortune.

One thing is to be an early developer, and another thing is to be an earlier investor.

Hello guys, I just were made aware we are holding a weekly race aug 17th - aug 24th.

This will be a normal race with classic rules like the last one we had.

@AlbertoLB that’s a nice update because many small time gamblers will be happy to participate in this, as winning the one btc challenge seems difficult to them.

The Jackpot race for 1 bitcoin starts on September 1st... For more information about this event please read:

https://luckyb.it/blog/one-bitcoin-jackpot-race/

And there will be a normal jackpot race on aug 17th.

Not only the jackpot race, but new promos are also coming really soon, keep an eye, and if you want to make some extra money with Luckybit, join as an affiliate:

3068  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: Pequeña carta abierta a las cuentas Newbies, creadas para hacer Shilling on: August 08, 2020, 03:35:30 PM
Buen post colega, y concuerdo contigo.

3069  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit Scam? Please tell me help me on: August 08, 2020, 03:30:40 PM
Is important to verify how legit is the site before making a depo on it.

If you go to google and write:

Code:
1xbit scam

You will find results like:
https://game-protect.com/1xbit-scam/
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/1xbit.com
https://www.deepwebsiteslinks.com/1xbit-review/
https://icorating.com/1xbit/reviews/1xbit-scam-154657/

So, tons of complaints about the site, the best option is to stay away from it.
3070  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Voters’ Data on Sale After Blockchain Poll on: August 07, 2020, 06:11:15 PM
How could they let this happen? How exactly did this happen? Were they hacked?

If I'm not mistaken, there was no direct hacking involved in that particular incident rather some crafty people were able to connect certain data to  passport numbers of registered voters because of the flaws in the design of the system itself.

And this is the problem, the blockchain technology is here to make our lives easy, but if people who don't understand it at all try to use it, then it will have tons of vulnerabilities... they should hire experts to develop the voting system, and not leave it the normal programmers.

I even think this project should be done by vitalik buterin, that would be the right way.
3071  Other / Off-topic / Re: Suggestion needed on: August 07, 2020, 06:02:16 PM
Hello guys
Hope you are doing well.

On my 29th birthday (oct-19,2020), my elder sister told me to let her know if I have anything I like, and she will buy it on my birthday.
I like the home studio. My favorites home studio is Yamaha HS7 because one of my friends has this. But got an article where the author says HS8 is best.
(As for ref. https://mediaelites.com/yamaha-hs7-vs-hs8/ )
The difference between them $50 so I want your suggestion which one will be perfect for my 10X15sft room.

Or any personalized suggestion of yours would be highly appreciated.

Thanks -

The difference between those two is one inch on the buffer. A bigger buffer makes the bass sound better, so i would recommend the HS8.

I'm creating my home studio too, and i get the JBL 308, i read that one is better than the HS8, you should read about it and maybe you will want them.
3072  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How is it possible to create custom Bitcoin addresses like these? on: August 07, 2020, 04:58:21 PM
Thanks a lot for your replies, I now understand how these are created.

Interestingly enough, there are many unspendable addressees like these on the Blockchain. Perhaps so much lost BTC could have been used for better purposes. Our world is not exactly filled with happiness in every corner.  But that could be the subject of another discussion.

Have a great weekend amigos.

So, now you know you know you can make address with vanity gen, while more chars then addy will take longer to be generated.

Yesterday i installed vanity to make some paper wallets and had a problem running it on ubuntu, and got fixed installing this dependency:

Code:
sudo apt-get install libssl1.0-dev

So, god luck making your own addies and i hope you can get a long one like mine Wink
3073  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: Depósito en Cryptomarket on: August 07, 2020, 04:25:57 PM

https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
https://cryptocurrency360.com/bitcoin-accelerator/
https://bitaccelerate.com/

No hay garantía de que funciones, pero por lo menos es hacer algo al respecto.
3074  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Google Advertises Uniswap Phishing Scams on: August 07, 2020, 04:13:59 PM
Just simply report it if you find some malicious Google Ads popping around. Those criminals are really doing everything to circumvent Google's policy on this. And this is what we call cloaking, it's just it is very rampant today because it's very easy for scammers to make money through this method.

https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/66355?hl=en

But this shouldn't be in the users hands, Google should verify the sites before they advertise them, they should have filters to avoid scams. Because while we report them tons of users get scammed.

And the sad part is they will end blocking all kind of crypto promothins thinking all of them are scam, they always take the easy way.
3075  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forecast John McAfee $500,000 on: August 07, 2020, 01:49:53 AM

3076  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: ➬ ➫ ➬ LUCKYB.IT ★★★ One Bitcoin Jackpot Race ★★★ on: August 06, 2020, 02:35:03 PM
Wooooot!!! 1 bitcoin in prizes? This will be an epic competition.

The real fight will be for 1st place, there is the real prize, 0.4BTC is a little more than $40,000!

I know users need to wait until 17 of this month but i would love it to start chasing those multipliers from today. As always great promotion!
3077  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scam victims on: August 06, 2020, 02:30:11 PM
Do you know of any resources to help victims of crypto scams recover their losses?

I was a victim of one made by coinkast.io where they had me pay more money to release my funds and then they kept adding additional fees... so basically I lost $100k+ and I need to recover it someone especially since much of that were loans I took out.

Any help or links to agencies that can help would be appreciated...

Thank you in advance

Sorry about the lost coins my friend, but is har to recover the coins when you get scammed, as i say in other posts, Bitcoin is not paypal, you can't chargeback the transactions, once the coins are confirmed is gone.

But you are not alone... I think 90% of users on this forum have been scammed, we always hit the bait at some point, so, take it as a non-cheap lesson.
3078  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in Ripple? on: August 05, 2020, 06:24:58 PM
The main problem with ripple is that we can't install a node an use it just like other cryptocoins. Their protocol is less friendly, and that makes from the coin an investment toll more than a useful coin. And the fact that tons of coins were already mined and the devs are holding them to deliver it to markets when they think is the right time, makes from it a centralized coin.

I believe in the coin, but i don't like the technology on it and how the team managed it.
3079  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 100 ETH Puzzle! on: August 05, 2020, 06:22:08 PM
Already 7 months and no one has solve this puzzle, this only means we don't have the right tools to solve it, like if OP want to hang on this marketing strategy for all the year. Impossible puzzles aren't fun at all. Would be nice to get a true challenge and not this waste of time.

Remember marketing campaigns like this are a double edge sword... It can be something good for the business, or end terribly wrong.
3080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH will touch 10,000$ to 12,000$ at the end of 2020. on: August 05, 2020, 03:05:56 PM
I am analyser of the crypto market and this time BTC will make a great pump but i hope that the ETH will also go so much up this year and soon all the ALT coins will go up in the market.

Is a nice prediction, all the ETH holders would be happy as hell if that happens. But it will be really hard to see that price.. If i-m not wrong $1400 was the ETH all-time high... so, from $1.4k to $10k will be really hard to see.

Is the same as expecting to see btc at $200k, that's complex, right?
