It's malware, don't click on the links, and report such PMs (lower right corner).
2483  Other / Meta / Re: Section for Ad space selling on: June 15, 2014, 03:09:24 PM
I can see multiple ad space sell links under services section. Is it the right place for space selling at fixed rate ?

Yes.
2484  Other / Meta / Re: Phishing link on: June 12, 2014, 09:20:11 AM
just report the PM, no need to post this here.

Already reported, Because of posting here admin/mod will take action soon.

The reported PMs are only visible to theymos to handle.

To theymos, Stefan Thomas, and Global Moderators.
2485  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FRAUD! BTC-e.com stole (27.2 BTC) by banning my account. NO reason/response on: June 11, 2014, 05:14:16 PM
BTC-E is notorious for having poor customer support, try contacting them through all possible channels, and be perseverant.
2486  Other / Meta / Re: receiving private messages that are not for me on: June 11, 2014, 09:41:21 AM
Care to elaborate?

Maybe someone accidentally sent it over to you, e.g. due to a finger slipping while copypasting usernames?
2487  Other / Meta / Re: Post removal on: June 11, 2014, 09:38:44 AM
I don't understand that way of thinking ... if you are not allowed make any mistake why you ask for apologize ?

What?  Huh
2488  Other / Meta / Re: Post removal on: June 09, 2014, 09:00:13 PM
Your topics are being removed because you're posting altcoin announcements which are translated using Google Translate or similar tools that yield miserable results, i.e. you are better off posting in hieroglyphics if you want to be understood.

Pro-tip: If you get one of your posts or topics removed, it probably means you shouldn't be posting it again.

BTW. Thanks for reminding me of that PM, and I apologize for forgetting to respond, if you don't get a response within 3 days, it often means it's buried amid other PMs.
As ban evasion is a bannable offense, this account, too, will be banned.

Still no compressed keys?  I'm kinda surprised considering how much faster it makes the searching.

2490  Other / New forum software / Re: Unique Avatars on: June 08, 2014, 08:20:40 PM
You could change one pixel and it would let you use it, but it's a cool idea.

Maybe this could be solved with soft/perceptual/fuzzy hashes, but I don't know if the devs would want to be bothered for such a low-priority feature.
2491  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: CoinRPG! A Bitcoin RPG Game! on: June 08, 2014, 01:49:45 PM
Watch out for PMs with malware links, mostly from fresh new accounts.

E.g.:

Quote
Hello!

Does it run smoothly on your PC? It won't take you more than 5 minutes! Help us to make this game the best it can be! Thank you in advance!

Although rpg-coin.com redirects to coinrpg.com, it doesn't mean running any files that are hosted on rpg-coin.com is safe.
2492  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] Mintspare (MS) Bitcoin Electronic Trade-in Service - Official Thread on: June 08, 2014, 10:38:46 AM
But if you do some math 100BTC / 62164 shares = 0,001608BTC per share, no divs from the starting ipo, and the starting ipo was at 0,003BTC

so for the early adopters of this company (ipo buyers) if havelock will liquidate those 100BTC and close the asset, it will be a 50% loose, not a good deal....

It was ฿0.00500000

The shares are already down almost 90% since the IPO, do you think it can get any better with the high costs they have, and with the little revenue that their "company" brings in?

That's not Goat, that belongs to....can't recall the name. He's not anybody well known or anything.

That's him, probably never would've remembered that. They (the haters who just complain and throw accusations) all kind of blend together after a while Tongue.

Yeah...actually I only remembered him because I found his FUD particularly annoying at one point in time.

Anyone else noticing page load/package sending times increasing a lot over the past few weeks?  Trying to figure out if its activity on the site or if my ISP is having issues

It's the site's fault, or it's getting DDoS'd, I have had too many problems logging in or making trades before sudden changes in price that I decided to withdraw most of my funds a few weeks ago.
2496  Economy / Services / Re: Need to find someone? Been Scammed? Need background check on borrower? on: June 05, 2014, 10:24:49 PM
I got some info on a Donator-turned-scammer known as shakaru on bitcointalk, and as Andrew Nollan IRL, looks legit, and I might use his services in the future should I ever again get scammed by an American.

F. J. Seibert guy looks real after a quick google search, and whoever registered secvshavers.com domain used his contact details, but to be sure I've sent him an e-mail.
