What can be the mechanism to stop this for happening, you cannot restrict the users who whant to learn and ask questions just becase some stupid greedy people are trying to cheat their signature campaings.

Yeah, as Lafu said, the Club is not closed, just working quietly. Of course it's not like in the beginnig things are more settled now but I guess you will find some spam if you look in the Altcoin section.
Here we mostly post lists of users who posted in a spesifc thread.

After the last few changed there is much less spam associated with the thread bumping, I think we really made a chage. From time to time there are some bursts of spam which are easly dealt with, esspecially when we have LoyceV on board, Michell with his reporting bot and suchmoon with plagiarims checking bot.
What you can actually do is to check the patroll from time to time.
Bitcoin Disscusion section is full of HQ spam as I call it, full of repeating-the-same-thing-in-a-different-way type of spam... you can check it out too, but there everything is based on your jugement.

There is a new section dedicated to Hardware Wallets , you can browse and check some other opinions. There are probably hundred different threads based only on the hardware wallet comparison... Or just try the search engine.
One tip. What i do when i search for a speific hardware/software is to google the " <name of the product> + problem". You can see if there are any spesific problems with the product, before you decide to buy it.

Interesting, I reported this thread some time ago for spreading unsupported fud and abandoning the thread to turn it to a Spam Megathread but the Mods decided to let it be like it is and, few days later the situation is the same, just piling up sig spam.

I have trezor one and I'm happy with it. If you are playing with alts you probably need to check which wallet supports your alts. There was a rumour before that trezor one will support Monero, but it turns out that it was just a rumour.

Normally you from a opinion based on the data you have, so if more data is laid out soon the opinion can change but for now, with the data we have we have already formed one.
