1681  Other / Meta / Re: Can we have a notification to cancel a logout like we have with bumps? on: February 28, 2020, 07:02:31 PM
I'm assuming the "really bump?" message was added on the services section to allow people to not accidentally bump a thread, can we have the same for logouts to avoid doing it accidentally?

It's a tiny issue but I also think it's tiny for bumps too.

It's easy to swipe a touchscreen and accidentally log out.

I have done it so many times, so i know what you mean, especially with that not so friendly mobile resolution it happens quite too often and i have a broken screen which doubles the chance.

It's awful compression but manage to go little bit under 2.5Mb. At lease more people can see what you did there and open the link itself Smiley

I wonder how you get the data and compressing all the time, this job is really great  Shocked Shocked Shocked It seems that everything is fully recorded. Can you guide me to do somethings like that?

It's not me, mediaBuzz is the guy. I just made it visible.
I'll edit my post, seems like it's misleading. Sorry about that mediaBuzz.

I just went to BPIP to see the trust list viewer for RapTarX.
If a user isn't on the list, it means RapTarX didn't set a custom Trust list, and is also not included (or excluded) by anyone else.

https://gph.is/g/aXJgjje This was for 5 years LoyceV! topic, but while I was looking for a way to send this, you closed it (I couldn't it compress it till the bitcoin talk acceptable size anyways Cheesy)

What is preferred way of signing an address?

1686  Other / Meta / Re: Self-made Legendary Observer - another Legendary-krogothmanhattan, Congrats! on: February 28, 2020, 12:59:24 PM
I think mu_enrico is considered Legendary as he already obtained the necessary merits for being Legendary, thus it is only a matter of time until he'll receive the rank. Meaning to reach also the required activity.

No, you haven't been following this thread looks like. I am listing everyone who is between 775-1030 activity enough merit and haven't ranked up to Legendary and it's like a competition who is going to be next. So the list shows the real current rank.

Oh I understand. Sorry, I thought something else. My bad.

It's OK Wink
1687  Other / Meta / Re: Self-made Legendary Observer - another Legendary-krogothmanhattan, Congrats! on: February 28, 2020, 12:47:22 PM
@tranthidung, Don't forget about this guy mu_enrico
Haha, sorry for that and congratulations you both, by the way.

I made that table with list of given usernames from @iasenko. There are available merit stats are dumped weekly by theymos so these stats will be updated easily. For stats on activities, it will be updated manually by checking case-by-case each 2 weeks. With the table and the narrow list of candidate Legendary members, it will be easier to update next 2-week periods.

I thoguth that I haven't include in the list the copper members but it tured out that the database file I got from @DDmrDDmr has some errors.

According to the file ^ mu_enrico is Legendary but in the reality, he is still a Hero, so I have to trun to @DDmr for help.
1688  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Story time! Lost coins & Regrets - Let's bring back a little bit of nostalgia. on: February 28, 2020, 11:50:44 AM
How stupid I was for not HODLing all my bitcoin until the end. Angry
How you know when is the end? You thought back then that that was the top price, and you sold it. Now when you know what happens it's easy to say I should have hodl it more, but it there was no bull run, what then? You loose what you earned.
If you bought it when it was 20 and sold it when it was 200, it's a profit one way or another no need to sorry for past profits.

My loss is only one, I bought 0.1 Cas that never came I don't want to say how much I payed for it but that's my only loss.
Bought some when it was 3,5k and then on 4.5k, so i'm still in profit.
People say you loose only if you sell, yeah but not profit you loose something more precious.

1690  Other / Meta / Re: {LIST}of the Merit Sources asking for more smerit. New Round. on: February 28, 2020, 10:56:08 AM
@Ratimov, no matter if there will be a better allocation of the already distributed merit or increase of the total source merit in general, this is up to theymos decide, but those who to exhaust their smerit before those 30 days, and still find worthful posts should get some increase.

I guess theymos should first evaluate each applicant here for the quality of the posts they usually sent merit to and then decide for each case if it really requires increase.

OP is updated.
1691  Other / Meta / Re: How much time a day do you dedicate to Bitcointalk? on: February 28, 2020, 09:45:43 AM
I have a smartband, connected with the Giammangiato ...

1692  Other / Meta / Re: {LIST}of the Merit Sources asking for more smerit. New Round. on: February 28, 2020, 09:22:15 AM

It's more likely those merit source prefer PM
Maybe I should add also anonymous applications for those who need more smerit but don't want to reveal their accounts ( not that it really matters anymore with all those merit stats), just for a overview how many are in need.
If anyone else want to be includes anonymously, just sent me a PM Smiley

Edit> OP updated with Royse777's application.

@roycilik Once again, congrats on being legedary it was deserved for sure, can you tell me the day you ranked up?

@tranthidung, Don't forget about this guy mu_enrico

It's my fault, I'll be updating the the list because I exclude the copper members. Sad
Now it's time for the OP to be updated with you on the list Smiley
1695  Other / Meta / Re: how block this account ? on: February 28, 2020, 08:21:49 AM
The best way I think is to set up a security question in the settings, then log out and go to the I forgot my password thing, try to recover your password with the security question, then your account will be locked until you decide to contact the admins.
If there are no changes from the last time, this should be the best way to block an account.
1696  Other / Meta / Re: Scrap the trolling rule? on: February 27, 2020, 07:33:26 PM
If the rule stays, please provide a better definition of trolling. I literally live in the land of trolls and according to the locals they are just little insignificant grumpy troublemakers but not really dangerous. Living under the bridges and in gark woods.
Internet trolling doesn't have a complete definition so we have to put some borders.
1697  Other / Meta / Re: theymos I'm out! :-D on: February 27, 2020, 07:17:28 PM
I'm putting you on my list tomorrow if you don't mind.
If there will be any increase in the source merit there's s higher chances to happen if more people gather together. We have seen this happening before Smiley
1698  Other / Meta / Re: How much time a day do you dedicate to Bitcointalk? on: February 27, 2020, 01:07:17 PM
I'm almost all the time online, whether on the phone, PC, laptop. Morning, daytime, evening, all the time except for when I'm sleeping. Maybe I don't post but I'm here doing something, reading reporting, writing preliminary posts.
I thought that I am not susceptible to any bad habits, but the forum is more than addictive...
1699  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [FREE] Free Coldkeys for testing / reviews on: February 27, 2020, 11:45:24 AM
Great work.
What time are you planning to release those? After all those tests looks like a solid and secure cold storage:)
BTW the website in your profile http://coldkey.eu/ is throwing 520 error so.. Sad

It's working now. I've tried on 2 different browsers no matter www or not was the same. It was cloudflare error.

This is a very good guide for newbies who want to try crypto and stay safe without to worry about all those malwares and viruses lurking and trying to steal your funds. Sorry OP out of sMerit, but I'll keep this post for later Smiley
