Whoever exposed fake team/plagiarized content, please leave a reply on their main thread with your Accusation thread link. So that investors and others will know it. After that if you found someone else bumping with , great project and great team or someone defending them reply on this thread with archive link or PM me. I will tag them. Never mind if they are newbie or legendary.
If other DT disagree with me, please feel free to share your thought.
If they continue to advertise exposed scams after they have been warned that project is scam then I don't see anything wrong in tagging them as scam promoters. Aren't you sort of retaliating here?
They researched accounts and tagged them, retaliation would be if they tagged them only because of tag. Now many scammers, whose guilt has been proven, write negative reviews. I never ask money from anyone. However, this person wrote a lie.
Ignore them.

illegal [...] defend my rights through the courts [...] I will sue the forum
Minex shill talks about illegal things and want to sue someone. Maybe court will be interested to hear how minex shill tried to lure people into this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5046331.0 If this thread contains a dox should it not just be moved to the investigations board?
I believe this is best explanation https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4875873.msg43910598#msg43910598Sometimes forum members unintentionally break forum rules. I don't think they should be banned for doing good to community, especially not when some scam shill shared his personal information on forum.

Team members: Ljubičić, Pripuz i Nobilo. Ne bi ni trebali dokaze

AGD815 - Ginelli/Antonioo's case was solved when we received a report from our providers that we didn't feel proved conclusively the use of third party software, despite our ongoing suspicions about their gameplay.
It doesn't sound like it was: << January 28th >> - Contacted Molly on the chat at Cloudbet.com. I told her that I contacted Casino marketing guy and Andy told me that reports are ready! Molly’s reply: «The investigation was conducted by the game provider, where an in-depth analysis was conducted. The email from Andy is our final decision on the matter, as such, I have no further information to offer. The balance on the account has been confiscated. It means that your account will stay closed and funds frozen». When I asked, «Frozen means you keep the funds?» The chat joined Steve, and he replied «The funds on the account, as they were accumulated again our terms have been removed from the account. As such, your account has a 0.00 balance and will remain closed. This is our final decision on the matter.»
Player had to open scam accusations against Cloudbet to get his money. Regarding 330BTC scam accusation, how many people actually have access to account?

Bazinga442 - There have been several people from different territories contacting us via different channels to claim ownership of the account, with varying degrees of evidence provided. That's about as detailed as I can be without disclosing private information about the account in question unfortunately.
How many of them have access to account?

This was obviously failed scam attempt. I really wonder what would have happened to funds if player had not complained on forum(s) and other site(s).
I am glad OP will get funds and winnings back.

@marlboroza
Please lock the thread. People taking their own bounty problems here instead of following the rules properly.
Well, they shouldn't do that. Report off topic replies to moderator and they will remove them however I won't lock thread because team didn't address numbers and I see ICO is ongoing. Why would you suggest me such crazy thing anyway?

Use your main account thanks. Many fakes Who contacted who first and where? To whom you shared email/telegram? How this contact happened? Help with time stamps.
Don't pay anyone anything.

The reality is - there are people here who will say that this screenshots can be altered which is true. You need to give us solid information.
Would you please stop spamming this thread with nonsense without reading topic of this thread where it is clearly mentioned that cloudbet responded several times to player https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/cloudbet-casino-delayed-330-btc-payment which means issue is real. I don't see anyone else complaining about their Cloudbet account hacked or anything else to bring security issues here, do you? And player complained on January 18., while they are delaying this since January 02.

Thanks for wall of text You are avoiding question which is very important for conversation between you and "victim". So, lets get back to it: Which gambling site asked for bribe? Provide few examples.
Why it should be gambling site? Examples, please.

The idea of the "victim" was to confirm he would pay, not to do it. This is blatant lie. Stop twisting things. I can be lawyer if i want, this is internet. i can be anything i want to. You can't. You can trick people to believe you that you are lawyer, but if you are not lawyer - you are not lawyer. Sorry, i never sounded like scammer. Actually, this is not correct. You sound exactly like one.
|
|
|
I did answer but as i said everyone reading what they want to.
You didn't. Everyone is reading conversation and your reactions before and after.
|
|
|
Our conversation did not continue because he didn't seem interested paying me for my help after all its over. And yes, based on the scam reports, i consider this casino as scam casino. And as all scam casinos, yes they all do the same, and yes they will not give them anything if he don't accept paying bribe. Which doesn't mean he will do it, at least accepting that will give information. All scamming casinos/games/persons doing just one thing more, trying to milk more. And yes that's old tactic. Please, do not read only what you want to, but also the other things i say.
Edit: After i see he is not interested to fix his problem with me, i tell him that he should not pay them cent and that i don't want his money. None of you follow the conversation and the time stamp?
What is timestamp? This was posted before OP shared details in scam accusation: i contacted the OP (ginalli) to ask him few questions (of course not private) and seems like cloudbet is asking for bribe (cash under the table) to unlock his account from what he says. correct me if i am wrong but we seen that before.. casinos locking people account to milk money from the big players, and in the end after the big noise, they always do that and milk their players. this is classic case and not something new... sadly the amount is big this time
So, I'll bold questions for you, it seems you can't find them:
|
|
|
Excuse me, but how did you know someone tried to "bribe" them before they even mentioned it in scam accusation or in telegram chat with you? Again, who did this? Sound like many cases. It seems you know some infos here. And you forget to mention that they offered you 3BTC - you somehow didn't spot that. Actually, from this conversation I can only conclude that 0.1btc was side story. What do you mean with "you can ask anyone from forum, they won't unlock account before you pay them" and "check the forum, you will see that casinos are doing that to many players" ?? Where can we find that in forum? As I said, I will also wait Cloudbet for this, but possibility that they tried to pull this to unlock account is almost 0%.
