Our shares are not trading yet but soon will be.

An account will be created for you on the trading platform Crypto-trade, not to be confused with Cryptostocks.

This is expected to happen in only a matter of days but be sure to tune back in on Wednesday around 2345hrs GMT and look for Ken's 'Weekly Update' for more information.

You will need access to the email address you used in Bitfunder (expect to be contacted through that) as well as the public address from Bitfunder that you would have given to receive dividends.  To prove ownership of your shares you will need to be able to 'sign a message' from that public address when the time comes.

At least there's some decency left on this thread.

I would pay to find out how old crumbs & co are and what they do with their day-to-day lives. Simply cannot believe the amount of time they spend on here typing inanities.

+1

I've come to the point where I automatically ignore any and every (a ton lately) noob that enters this thread, purely on troll assumption.

it's baffling to me that anyone would spend that much time doing something so useless.

on another (off topic) note, this guy just did a piece about trolls:

anyone have any advice on why 25.64% of my MH/s is being rejected?

Network latency or your cgminer.conf needs adjusting.

Do a speedtest and post your cgminer.conf...

I think you're right, trying to do it wirelessly and that's most likely the problem… thx

And KnC has taken 28 million dollars in pre orders for a 20nm technology that is yet unproven and in fact they may never ship a miner with anywhere near the the specs they are claiming.

This market is awash with money. It is also awash with people who don't do any research before parting with their cash.

If we can get a good 55nm miner with good ROI it will definitely sell.

A 28nm top end machine for Q2 will have huge demand. KnC sold out 8 mill in a day - for a concept machine that may not even be achieveable.

Of all the mining companies who have failed to hit deadlines or worse you throw stones at KnC - the ONE company that has delivered on time and with relatively little issue. How do you think they raised $28M? They run a tight ship and get things done. KnC is THE competition in this space. If any mining company can put an engineering team together that can achieve a highly competitive 20nm device it's KnC.

I would not be playing them down or lead anyone else invested in the mining industry to do so. They are the top dog and are aiming to stay there. Let's be reasonable with our competitive analysis here.

That said, I agree that this year will still see a high demand for miners, even if KnC enters the first 20nm miner successfully.

That is why my equipment money has gone to KnC and not VMC.

"ignore" is kind of pointless when so many users love to quote the trolls and I have to see their blather anyways. If anything, this thread has strengthened my critical analysis skills. I read, think, then disregard about 90% of everything in here. Just like watching the news on tv, you learn to read between the lines and spot outright manipulation and lies.

need a good one of these:

@Uyko:

dude you disappear with funds that don't belong to you for MONTHS with no plausible explanation whatsoever as to what happened to OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY and then you have the nerve to come in here and troll?

gimme a fucken break. At least here you know where your shit is and that it still exists… you cannot say the same to other people.

You've got quite a mess to clean up. I suggest you GTFO of here and look somewhere else to do that job. Stop side stepping the issue.

I truly hope you have some plans for the following:

a. be able to distribute funds from the sale to weex users in debt.
or
b. explain to a court appointed handler where portions of my assets are.
(As well as explain to other weex users why your debt is more important than theirs)

I think youre correct here ukyo. Regardless if the 106BTC owned are ActM-Funds or Ken's private funds. He cant simply sell them because the shares belong to a private person not weexchange. As long as ken cant proof that ukyo is personally liable he cant sell them because weexchange is in debt. Its a legal risk he takes. It would b different if ukyo personally is in debt because then it would be legal i believe.

On top this sell means lowering the shareprice for all shareholders.

If the shares are owned by weexchange it would be legal too. It would be luck for the person that has something that belongs to weexchange. Though it would be unfortunate for all other weexchange victims. The shares would belong to the company and not to a specific person then.

This has been gone over ad nauseam please let it die. Ken holds Uyko's property and Uyko holds Ken's 106BTC… Now unless Ukyo pays this back then Ken can and should sell off enough of Uyko's shares as lien to recover lost funds. Whatever outstanding debts Uyko and Co. have are his responsibility, no one else's.

Besides this is not for any of us to decide as I'm sure Ken has consulted with his lawyers and made his decision… let it go.

if ACtM start making 100Mill USD pa then CT will quickly get very busy.

If wishes were horses, beggars would ride.  Start with an absurd premise, get an absurd conclusion Undecided

Wow what original noob cliché fodder. Ignore in full effect.

I don't get how it's suddenly ACTM's responsibility to pay back WeEx/BF opaque malfeasance.
272  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 23, 2014, 05:53:36 AM
Fuck that. If the guy played with, lost and now owes monies then get it out of him in anyway possible. I don't know why anyone is arguing about or defending this sheister.
273  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 23, 2014, 05:15:10 AM
Does anyone know the value of Bitcoins ACTM lost out of BitFunder?

Bitfunder/WeExchange Problems:

We have ~106 BTC in the Bitfunder/WeExchange system which we can not obtain.  We have sent Bitfunder's/WeExchange's Ukyo a Legal Demand For Payment within 72 hours.  We expect this problem to result in the loss of the 106 BTC.  We are meeting with our Lawyers to determine what our next steps will be.  This 106 BTC has been deducted from our liquid cash position above.

so we'll be coming out with 55nm chips at around the same time that KnC delivers their 20nm Neptune's?

Yes. The 28nm goes full custom with eASIC so we get a market leading chip when that arrives. While we wait for that (and we were always going to be waiting) Ken has struck up a partnership to mass produce cheap 55nm chips that will provide us with Millions in revenue to throw at our 28nm. This move shows us Ken is working far more than anyone suspected at making us a success.

Our chances of knocking out huge numbers of leading performance 28nm ASIC's just went up about 1000%.

oh good… phew.
