2661  Economy / Economics / Re: The Mysterious Chinese Bitcoin Whale Hoarded 94,000 BTC on: June 30, 2018, 08:45:44 AM
Wow that's a lot of bitcoin, he had sold 8,000BTC @ $8,000 and still he has nearly 86k BTC on hold. If the point is just to expose this wallet, there's no way to find out who's the owner of this.
This guy can now retire for the rest of his life and just enjoy his profits looking at the markets everywhere. I hope he won't sell with a single blow or the owner of this wallet owns an exchange?

If they had 94,000 BTC,he will retire from his regular job .He will enjoy the rest of his life with this holding bitcoin. If they want to manipulate the price of bitcoin, partially it's possible. But it will be temporary one,if the people start to inverse at low value. The demand of bitcoin will increase and the price will increase automatically.
I can sense that guy is more of an investor and he doesn't have a regular job but to grow his investments through different platforms and investments like bitcoin/cryptocurrency. And I don't think that this guy wants to manipulate the price if he wanted to do so, he can do it when it was under $6,000 but it looks to be more accurate that he is only waiting for the right time to sell. More of it, we are wrong and this guy is a total supporter of bitcoin that sees future profits.

2663  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs Uber on: June 29, 2018, 10:25:41 AM
LOL, this is a lot funny. How can you be comparing this two different things that has nothing to do with each other? Bitcoin is just an asset and is meant for investment and for transaction purposes and it is also not being accepted by everyone. But Uber is something a lot more different than that.
Look on when this is posted and compared. By june 11,2014 bitcoin's total market cap was around $8.3B so that's lower than today because it's total market cap is $100+B.
Before the comparison of well known companies market cap are being of a trend and it's something that people shouldn't ignore because until now, we can still do this.
I don't found the post funny but going back to the past years, bitcoin has grown exponentially.
2664  Economy / Economics / Re: Possible effect of potential billionaire investor? on: June 29, 2018, 10:11:24 AM
We've got Soros, Rockefellers and the Rotchschild's but still the price isn't high so it's like a game to them that they are doing something to make the price lower.
Well, if this guy actually invests 26 Billion USD on crypto currency then we will definitely see a huge spike in the market.
This report has been reported on April but still there's no confirmation if Soros' management bought bitcoin. But still there's no indication that they have bought already.
These billionaire investors once started investing to bitcoin others will be putting their faith to their move.
2665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why the price of crypto coins is different ?? on: June 28, 2018, 02:11:34 PM
my question is why the price of some crypto from one exchanger to another is different
It's different because it depends on how many people are trading in those exchanges. Coins that are more expensive on binance are caused by traders which makes the volume higher.
And if you'll see on other exchangers that some of them are quite cheap, you better check on how many buy and sell orders are there. When you figured out on how few traders are there, you've got an hint on why they don't have identical pricing.
2666  Other / Meta / Re: About Merit System on: June 28, 2018, 01:41:15 PM
so which section I have to improved and made posts please
Most of the merited posts are on Meta but it doesn't mean that you have to post only there. As long as your posts are connected to the thread/topic, section and has helped many people, you will receive unexpected merit from them which means you can post in different sections that you are knowledgeable. If you are good with technical terms that's better.
Anyone with a low status at the BTT wants to get a higher status, but this is almost impossible. I know 2 users of the community who create only quality content and for 6 months no one has received any merit.
Who are these 2 users?
2667  Other / Meta / Re: About Merit System on: June 27, 2018, 08:27:46 PM
Can you please give me some information about Merit how it works?
Merit & new rank requirements
Still I have 0 Merit how can I increase and whats the reason behind Merit system please
Most of your post are in bounties (social media campaign) so expect no merit will come.
To gain merits, someone has to appreciate your post which is helpful and gained others informative ideas/knowledge.
2668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will the CMC top 10 look like if it goes full bear? on: June 27, 2018, 08:05:41 PM
When bitcoin is totally on full force bear, altcoins are more suffering than it so having new coin to the top 10 is difficult. There can also some changes that altcoins that has real usage IRL will replacing some of the coins who are currently on top 10.
Binance is having one of the best (if not the best) run in this bear market and no one can rule out BNB from getting into the top 10 if it sustains this form.
Top 5 will likely remain unchanged.
Binance coin? I doubt it that it will penetrate and come to top 10 if the bears keep on slashing the market.
2669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vitalik calls Tron a scam in interview on: June 27, 2018, 07:45:42 PM
Don't know how to react on this information. Tron on a hype right now, but that doesn't mean that it isn't a scam. i believe Vitalik on this one
Not only now but most of the time when Tron was still new, it keeps on being hyped with these useless partnerships. It's all vocal but there's no application and real use-case of Tron.
I assume that he is also annoyed with those partnership and the way Justin is marketing that coin.
Many newbies are buying that partnership thing and as part of the community, who you will believe? we all know Vitalik is a genius and he's more believable.
2670  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going to $400 on: June 27, 2018, 07:27:53 PM
Some of the fact you mentioned is acceptable, but some of them are not.Do you think the value bitcoin will redue to 400$,it will bottom of the mountain. Now the price of bitcoin in the top of the mountain. Not in a short period the price of bitcoin will reduce to bottom.Bitcoin had huge supporters in market.
He probably assumes that there are whales who are interested to make the price lower than $400. If there will be whales who will start selling tons of their bitcoins that's possible and will make the price pull under $1,000 and can possibly go to $400 but it must be thousands of bitcoins on the move that shall be sold. When there's a few bucks lessen to bitcoins price, the mindset of people like OP whom really likes to spread FUD they are hinting that bitcoin will go to zero.
2671  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and the event called the “halvening”? on: June 27, 2018, 07:08:46 PM
I’m not agree with this argument. We all know bitcoins performance. They are the best coin in this market also. Their prices are also very good. Day by day its performance improving and still now peoples are earning lots of money from this site.
No one is arguing with you, it's about the halving not with which is the best coin.
Next one in 2020, by that time BTC will be either on the moon or in deep shit, so I doubt halving will have a significant impact on the prices, itf that's what you're hoping for. It will all play out much earlier.
Last halving was successful but I'm also doubting it will be something like that again.

Some info for the upcoming halving: https://www.bitcoinblockhalf.com/
2672  Economy / Economics / Re: you gotta wonder why they are worried about your money! on: June 26, 2018, 08:51:55 PM
I'm just ignoring if someone tells that I've got to sell my bitcoins, who is he to care about my losses?  Grin
Actually I'm not in lose and I have been holding for long and if these throw away accounts never stops to spread FUD to the entire forum, it is possible that there's only one person behind it.
They are trolling and they just want to share their grievance, they don't want others to have happiness for the upcoming years so they tell us to sell. Just ignore them, we know the drill.

2674  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin market price falls down. Threat or treat? on: June 26, 2018, 08:22:58 PM
I came to a point where i am always checking coinmarketcap.com for market price movement that relatively as of this moment it continue to fall down. It came another major fall down on market price. What do you think on the situation right now? Is it a threat that bitcoin will crushed or it is the good time to invest on bitcoin or other cryptocurrency.
It is a threat for someone that doesn't believe in bitcoin and only want an instant profit and exit from it's market. But for those experienced, bitcoin believers and traders it is a treat. You can buy a cheap bitcoin now that went almost $20,000 few months ago and was followed by a massive correction. I'm not using any discouraging word during the dip as long as we can hold the drop, there's no need to treat it as a threat.
Buy more during the falls and you'll be glad few months from now on.
2675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH for the win? on: June 26, 2018, 08:10:12 PM
There's no need to use the term "WIN" on this comparison, you knew it that ETH couldn't "WIN" bitcoin and take over the total crypto market.
You can't just take over the father if you are the son and take his title. What I want to say is you are degrading bitcoin when the market is falling down but you can't take a look too that your ETH is dropping down and was a loyal bitcoin follower.
Bitcoin is still the king among all and Etherium always behind at the bitcoin. You can never call it a Win because cryptocurrency are never been have a battle to each other. We all know that the bitcoin are rapidly down the value but it will recover soon. The value of the bitcoin compare to the value of the Etherium is higher. So bitcoin will still be the number one and no altcoin can overtake to the bitcoin in the market.
No need to argue about bitcoin and ethereum. Bitcoin is the best and king of all crypto's and others are addressing it as the queen of all crypto's.
I just can't understand the fact that why there are some people that are keep on putting these two on battle which is already obvious on what will be the winner of this comparison. Don't focus with these comparisons but ask yourself if you do have any of them because if you don't have, you're doing it wrong.

2678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Red Period but be Patient on: June 23, 2018, 10:11:04 AM
Sell to cut loss and then buy if it gets dipper. You can also hold and make sure that you don't get ride off with your emotion, everything is going to be fine.
2679  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is a trending topic all over the world? on: June 23, 2018, 09:04:27 AM
Everywhere you can find cryptocurrency topic especially ICO projects are doing well on the marketing through social media like facebook, twitter, reddit, linked, youtube and etc.
But as it said that facebook and twitter banned ICO's paid advertisement but it's still a hot topic on these platforms and people are getting interested about it. Each day, there are people adding to the market and gets interested all of the time.
Yes, and it seems that bad publicity which spreads faster even generates more interest most of the time.
We keep seeing FUDs being created but that is not in any way stopping anything and all we are just seeing is the space even developing the more. Things are gradually getting even more interesting by the day and you see some celebrities like 50cent discovering he has some bitcoin stash somewhere and some interesting news that makes you to keep wondering where you had been all these while.
People are buying more with bad publicity and it bears to their mind that crypto's are as it is on those bad news. And about 50 cent is he the one that sold his album before with bitcoin early 2013 I guess?
He has a big amount of bitcoin right now and surely he love to stay with it.
2680  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin holders will have to pay their tax? on: June 23, 2018, 08:31:28 AM
What will happen on BTC if the government will said that all the bitcoin holder have to pay their tax??
There will be more adoption to come if the government shows support and gives signal that they are already supporting bitcoin / cryptocurrencies.
Maybe the expansion of BTC community will get low than usual.
No it won't get low. Just because we are oblige to pay tax? there's more people that are skeptic about bitcoin because it is not supported by the government. And if this happens, do you think there will be lesser people to like it? it is unlikely.
