1742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So many scam giveaways is it because Bitcoin is moving up on: July 27, 2020, 05:35:51 PM
Do people notice that these scam giveaways are just happening this year after the halving and many social media hacks are happening
are all these planned because people are tempted to give in and fall in this scam giveaways because of the big bonus
Bitcoin is now moving up and so many social media of popular people are hacked, is this coincidence or planned.
I have noticed them but not only this time but even during the old times, there were scams countless times. They never give up and even up to now, they are still spreading their scheme throughout the cryptocurrency communities. The twitter account scam that promoted scams, I don't have updates with them but if I have to read one update from them then it should be that Twitter has already done their part to tracked the person responsible for that ruckus.
1743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Investors Rejoice As Bitcoin Price Surges Above $10,000 on: July 27, 2020, 04:29:50 PM
What's there to rejoice about? What about those who invested when Bitcoin was at 19000$ in 2017? It's not time to start rejoicing yet, right now we need better an stronger market support, DeFi success I believe is at work here, new money flow into crypto through DeFi, I'm hoping more will come
Good point but that's a special case. At least for them, if they haven't sold during the bear markets, they have recovered a lot from that crash. Although in reality, there's still halfway of their money to hold until the price of bitcoin goes back to that price where they bought. But there's no need to cut the fun, everybody is having fun as we have breached the $10,000 again. I guess you could spare them for a moment and just enjoy the time that we're having.

Reimagining how NBA fans and teams experience the game of basketball with Together mode in Microsoft Teams

Starting July 30, the NBA will outfit each game court with 17-foot-tall LED screens that wrap three sides of the arena. These “stands” will be populated with more than 300 cheering fans who will join the game using Together mode in Teams. Alongside a view of their fellow fans, participants can watch a live feed of the game right within Teams.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2020/07/24/reimagining-teams-experience-basketball-microsoft-teams/
So this is like a livefeed for the watchers as they watch the game. The picture on the article gives the idea that they will be the live audience through the app of Microsoft as they will live it with a huge monitor in the courtside. Well, this is much better than having nothing but how will be the sound mechanics of it if most of the audiences talk at the same time?

Definitely this is a new experience, but in my side, I'm sure I'll only be watching in my TV, looking forward to the best experience and hopefully that no crowd game would not destroy the entertainment value of team.Honestly, i was not able to sink in the information yet, not a techy person, I will just look how it's done.
Everyone's going to watch it. We've missed NBA a lot and whichever team shall have a match, we'll support the league as always. Even with the little that we can do through simply watching it on our TVs, paid or free TV, that's how we can show our support to them.
I'm excited to see how those screens have different faces. I used to see this only on video games.
1745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BetKing sponsors kenya football on: July 26, 2020, 09:01:24 PM
They were approached by various members of the forum to fix the problem and inconvenience that they've brought. If this is for real, they have to clean the mess that they've done so that people won't be thinking bad whichever they do or sum up to the name of their casino.
But if they won't care, we don't know if they do or not.
If they won't care about these allegations; then they won't be the right sponsors for this event. If given the event without the team investigation into these feedbacks from us, then the fans will do this on the pitch of play to them and answer will be provided. Remember, the world is here on this forum, I believe Kenya's are also much active in this discussion.
But if that football club or team or league doesn't have sponsor, they will allow anyone to sponsor them and in this case, they probably don't know the history of their sponsor.
IMHO, I disagree on that. We don't know if they are active in this discussion,if so, they have already joined the discussion.
1746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BetKing sponsors kenya football on: July 25, 2020, 09:48:36 AM
AFAIK Betking has an issue and scammed people from the forum. There were feedbacks left on Dean's account. Before sponsoring, they should pay more attention to those people that they've brought inconvenience to make this news more reliable.
Almost every active member on this forum understand what their actions was when they scammed forum members, basically, this information should be view as a means of them trying fixing their problems with those involved. Maybe they were approach to clean up their dirty from the public before going into the sponsorship.

1748  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think the price of Bitcoin can exceed 10 thousand dollars at the present on: July 25, 2020, 08:39:17 AM
Let’s watchout the price of bitcoin as we observe there are many speculation that it could reach an all time high again. But, the fact no one knows yet when it will happen, the current price did not surpass yet at least to $10k. Many users are waiting for this to happen to exceed to ten thousand dollars so we still have the months before this year ends.
Bitcoin going to another all-time high is inevitable. In the past, there were all-time highs for each years and for 2017, we got ours as well a few years back. And the timing and chance is getting higher as it's been 3 years since the last all-time high although last year we've got a decent bullish trend where bitcoin got a surpass to $13k.

Are you going to be active this time? it's ok if you won't provide betting slip. I want to check out your picks if you're like the others who are good to give their tips so anyone is free to follow.

1750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEM (XEM) Marks Improvement Amidst Volatility on: July 25, 2020, 07:03:35 AM
Is NEM one of the good coins to hold during this altseason? And should we buy more?
NEM/XEM is still maintaining its position to the top 50. Buy more if you think that you've got to support NEM and it's still active as before. If that symbol you are telling is going to be their next thing. I have nothing to say with that as most of the projects are building their next trend so that the community will still support them and won't leave them behind. That's what the projects are doing lately but I think for established ones like NEM, they are far to worry for that scene.
1751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BetBit Casino Gone? on: July 25, 2020, 06:36:04 AM
I just trying to open the site, But it was not open so further gamblers are safe on these kind of sites.
I did also tried to access betbit and it's not working. They have been gone and the money that were deposited or been there as they go out cannot be retrieved anymore. It's an exit, they tried to post a marketing which wanting their gamblers to have more deposits for a cashback and that's probably their last time to collect money from their depositors.
1752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [YDA] This project really deserves your attention. on: July 24, 2020, 11:49:34 PM
Never heard of the coin, never heard of the exchanges where it is listed. I can say yes that you're in the early stage of that coin.
This project is the real sleeper of all the altcoins.
What does sleeper means? a road?

the OP is a part from the project, and maybe the real sleeper is the project will always sleep and don't know the time to wake up mate
hope the OP will explain more about this project and of course about this words too "The real sleeper"
I'm not familiar with that term he has used for their coin. You made me laugh about the sleep thing as the description but there must be something else which he means a lot for their project. Yes, he's part of the project and I'd say they're really in the early stage and they're the first to adopt it, I don't know who will be the next people that shall adopt it, there will be or there will be none? OP, tell us what does the word sleeper means in your definition.
1753  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does using trading Bots is more profitable than conventional trading? on: July 24, 2020, 11:19:14 PM
The same thoughts as everyone say it all depends in your hands. I like to trade on my own and never have thought of using a trading bot. Trading bots help you to save time and if you think that you need one, test it and see if you are compatible using it. But if not, you can always go back to traditional way of trading whichever works for you at its best.
1754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ANY NEW ALTCOINS WITH MARKET PRICE OVER 100 SINCE 2019. on: July 24, 2020, 10:41:57 PM
Don't compare the time now and the time before. A token that's priced under $10 which I think has a good future is Tezos. But I don't think that it will go that much as you are describing to $100. It is too high and unlikely if we look at but, we will never know what the future awaits for each crypto.
1755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Altcoin Rally Might Be Over as Focus Shifts to Bitcoin on: July 23, 2020, 10:34:09 AM
If $9500 for bitcoin is going to be the next support level, we can make it gradually back to $10,000 or it can surprise us to be back there at any moment. Just like what it did from the bottom of $9k rose quickly to $9500. We're not sure if the altcoins rally is done, it's just getting started.
But whether which is done or has started, I'm enjoying the run.
1756  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any way to out of this insecurity? on: July 23, 2020, 09:51:39 AM
Therefore do not keep all the coins we have on exchanges, only keep what we will use for trading. The rest of coins that we have keep
in the hardware wallets, then choose popular and trusted exchanges. So when these exchanges are hacked, our lost coins can be replaced
by them. Don't forget to activate 2FA and use strong password. The last thing to prevent being a victim of hackers, don't just click the link
that we don't know. If all the things mentioned above are done correctly, we should be able to avoid being a victim of hackers.
Some traders think that purchasing a hardware wallet is expensive and they can't avail it. If that's a problem to them, they can download those wallets for the coins that they have specifically for the desktop wallets where the security is better.
2FA is a must. It makes the security tighter if most of the coins are in the exchanges but for the sake of safety, newbies should stop keeping their coins in exchanges.

1758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BetKing sponsors kenya football , is it a publicity stunt ? on: July 23, 2020, 08:00:49 AM
so am i right that betking has a bad record before  . i almost forgot it because it was long time ago but there could be some bits left in my head on why i can still remember it whenever i heard thier name  . the said amount is huge but we shouldnt wonder if where did they got that money  , the money can came from thier bad deeds   .  if they havent cleared thier name before they can still look bad  . recieving a cash that came from stealing sounds not aprorpriate , if im the sport manager ill not accept this deal  .
You are right. You just go through the threads made by them. Or to make it easy for you, look at Dean's trust feedback[1].
[1] Trust Summary for BetKing.io
He did a refund and partnership with bitsler but I think there's still plentiful number of people that haven't took the refund nor issues resolved.
1759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: OrginTrail (TRAC) went from $0.005 to 0.07 in less then 3 months. on: July 23, 2020, 07:17:10 AM
It seems we had new price increase last night.  Most likely reason is this: https://twitter.com/origin_trail/status/1285294606897348613    But could be something else.  Daily trading volume was only a bit over $100k. Today is close to million. But is still very low. TRAC is definite buy at least until will get listed on Binance to get more trading volume.

From May, in only 2 montsh price went x5 from sub 200 sat to 1000 sat.
Impressive. Looks they've been doing good after a month. I'm not a believer of this coin but I've seen it progress just as you posted this last month.
I agree that they should get in to Binance and after that, millions in volume shall come.
1760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Crypto crash the system? on: July 23, 2020, 06:34:34 AM
What will crash the system is the injected money. The helicopter money that has been announced by the US government. And if you're someone who's monitoring the foreign exchange for dollar, the value starts to drop. The reason is because of the too much supply of fiat in the economy which has been done for the aide of the people. Crypto is a good place to invest for those people that wants to save the value of their money and that is to be specific for bitcoin.
