2261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Most profitable CPU mining coins in 2019? on: February 04, 2019, 03:51:24 AM
If you're making $300/month with Monero why look for another one? it's already enough and good profit tbh. You don't have to look for another coin to mine through CPU. But if you want to look for those mineable coins through CPU. How about looking at these?
[CryptoNight] CPU mining guide & coins that will get you a return

Why not look for another one?
Who doesn't want more money for the same work?

Thanks for the link.
First coin on the list would increase my earnings 10x based on a quick calculation, need to research more.
Well at least that's a valid reason that I'll ever say too if I'm on the same boat. I'm glad that I helped you out for giving the link. Good luck with your research though.
2262  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Can a new crypto exchange take a place in the market? on: February 02, 2019, 11:20:52 PM
Yes it's possible but why aim for the top quickly if you can do it step by step through gaining audience and traders trust first. This is what mostly the thinking of people that creating an exchange can give them decent return. The market is crowded with too many exchanges competing each other but focus more with the volume and through that you can gain that title up to the if that exchange of your friend really deserves it. If he's serious about it, he would make it a real business complete with set of requirements passed through their local authority.

As majority said it's not worth it as of the moment but if you have the way to sustain your mining expenses and you believe to the coin you're mining currently, you shall reap what you sow. With your condition OP, you're in good hand that your electricity is cheap enough to sustain it. If I'm on your situation, I'll definitely won't stop mining but also depends on the coins you mine. The strategy of most right now is to mine those coins that has lesser difficulty and not yet on exchanges.
The only real way to make a big profit is to mine new coins that aren't available on exchanges yet but that is very risky.
Correct. High risk but high reward, not for the weak hearts.

Really amazing, 20BTC wow, great, seems to be.
It's a donation and having that huge donation is totally amazing.
Old School RuneScape is alive and well, just released a mobile version in fact. It was #1 trending download for some months actually. Love the game, I wish I had gotten it sooner.
It's still alive and kicking I just played it for few times and didn't get addicted to it. How long it was? a decade? I didn't knew it that there was a mobile version of it right now. What do you think? start streaming with the mobile version and hopes that there will be a stranger donating you with that huge donation?  Smiley

Wow, 20 Bitcoins, it's amazing! I'm actually surprised to see that people are still playing Runescape and even broadcast how they play it. And looks that this guy have not bad audience.
I don't watch streams of gaming, so sorry for dumb question - how this donation was made? As far as I know it's not possible to make direct crypto donations on Twitch, so as I understand this guy just had his Bitcoin address in his stream?
They have this.

Unfortunately, it's really not for everyone though.
Correct. Streaming isn't for everyone and this guy nailed it when someone donated 20 BTC to him and at least he didn't stole it somewhere. What a very lucky guy.
There's people that are really high skilled at games and aren't that much of an entertainment persona, others have that entertaining personality, many in between.
There are those professional e-sports player and other gamers who have been competing into tournaments that has great amount of money at stake. I guess this guy is just lucky though I've also watched some compilation before when there were other streamers that were sent BTC as donation.
2271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Twitch streamer receives 20 BTC donation on: January 25, 2019, 12:45:57 AM
I've seen this on social media and wanting to post this here in forum. Sick_nerd is twitch streamer for game 'Runescape' what I just can't see is the actual transaction(TXID) that he received it. But if its real, anyone thinking to start his own stream with old games?

2272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which gambling sites offers investment on: January 23, 2019, 06:21:06 PM
There's one member in the gambling section that invested to various casino's and keeps track on it. He even created a website just for those to have comparison on how much he made and loss for each of those casino's. Most of them were about bankroll casino investments and he has a thread on it though I can't find his thread and forgot it but if you do more digging, you'll see his thread.

2274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When bullrun comes on: January 21, 2019, 12:51:28 PM
Bullrun isn't comes every months or every years. Although I'm sick of tired to see this bear market. In 2020 or 2021 Cryptocurrency could be start bullrun.
Correct. There's no certain time when bull run comes. People expects just because 2018 wasn't so good and it's the year of bears, many are expecting that 2019 is going to be the start of the bull run. It might be correct but there's really no exact timeframe when the bull run comes. If it will come for this year, it would give an amazing year and people who have lost faith to crypto's will start coming back but I feel sorry for them for not sticking at the worse times.

2276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL&CALM on: January 13, 2019, 10:11:26 PM
HODL and be calm. Crypto's are meant to stay, you can't stay with an altcoin that has no future but all and all, the market is here to stay.
I do not think that cryptocurrencies at this stage will go into the shadows. Everything comes and goes, but there are some things that are delayed for a long time and cryptocurrencies in my opinion will also remain alive for quite a long time.
At least for 10-20 years, we can expect that crypto's are going to stay. If there's a market that you solely believe 2-3 years from now, it's crypto that will have a blast if you invest early and endure corrections.
2277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Now is the bear market, which coins are the whales accumulating? on: January 13, 2019, 09:42:39 PM
You will never know what are the ones that are being accumuulated by the whales. It's just hard to find if they are really accumulating or not but just check the percentage on exchanges that are full of bots and if there's a big buy order then you should follow that coin.
You can also have some hint if the bitcoin dominance starts to increase, people including the whales are buying bitcoin.
2278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If only ethereum is not available in this world.... on: January 13, 2019, 03:59:29 PM
Not just ethereum but other coins that aren't created on its platform. But it's a fact that if there's only one coin to support and that is worth noting for bitcoin. But that's competition and it's everywhere as long as there's a market that investors and developers that can dive to and experiment. Luckily, there are quite few that became successful but most now doesn't really have that the same result that the first ones have met and reached.
2279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best sites for airdrops? on: January 13, 2019, 02:57:17 PM
I do not advise you to participate in airdrops, even on very proven and highly rated sites. This is very low earnings for full access to your information. In addition, many companies simply do not pay the promised coins. Think a hundred times before you participate.
If they are interested with it, that won't help. But I have the same opinion as yours that its not worth it anymore. Most of these airdrops are just giving a useless coin that you will can't use with anything unless selling them if they are on an exchange. And to airdrop people there, you don't have to go far just to hunt these free tokens. You can stay to Bounties (Altcoins) and just choose a legit project if you have a lot of spare time for this activity.
2280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: No bull market in 2020 on: January 13, 2019, 01:29:12 PM
Dont you remember that theres bitcoin halving by 2020? I can understand if there will be no bull run by this year and we are going on to 2-year bear market which is very acceptable to say that something will turn the table by next year.
Dont be discouraged if the whales are manipulating the market, if they do something right of making the market well and stable, you dont even have to thank them.
Indeed bitcoin halving will occur in 2020 and often the market will be bullish again, as happened in the previous year and always repeat itself. I think we will never be able to stop the whales, so we better focus on preparing assets to welcome 2020.
I have that confidence which will create a bull run by that year. Yes, the 2016 halving created a bull run after a year so that's very likely. I don't have any expectation anymore for this year. I'm preparing for a better market by 2020 onwards.
And that preparation should start right now, we must compile all the assets that we can before that bull run comes. I'm quite prepared and wanting to start harvesting the profits by that time.
