2741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll: In your opinion is this the end for Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency? on: August 27, 2022, 02:14:09 PM
The question is, due to any of these issues, or a combination of them, are we finally going to see the end of Bitcoin and
Cryptocurrency or is it still a safe haven?
The amazing thing is, we are all saying "no" and that is a wonderful thing, having this much trust into something and that is a great deal. If just one person said yes or unsure so far, then I would have said that at least there are some people with uncertain thoughts about it but we have reached 25+ without a single unsure or yes, and that is the great thing.

Let's see when it will get better, we have been down for a while and unfortunately that is a sad thing, but aside from that I feel like there is a good case to be made about what is going on. Cryptocurrencies especially bitcoin have faced many difficult times and current situation must be just another one; we can expect a new ATH by end of 2024, get ready for that by making use of currently available dips and future dips if happen.
2742  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 The Best BSC BNB Casinos | Gamble with your shitcoin profits 💩 on: August 27, 2022, 01:54:56 PM
Awful one page site with referral links. As usual. The only difference that this time the OP decided to choose BNB casinos. I didn`t analyzed it but i think that there is no problem to find a casino with BNB payments. And even without BNB there are different "shitcoin" cryptocurrencies the gambler can use. Without hidden referral links.
Thought I am going to see a review site but it looks very empty in there. You are right, their main purpose is only to get referrals but I like how creative they are. They use shitcoins as their subject. This might be helpful for those who still has a shitcoin on them and looking for a good way on how to get rid of it. I don't have a shitcoin and I am not planning to have one because I know how risky they are but I do have a bnb.

Nowadays it isn't really hard to find a casino which supports bnb and I noticed the casinos that I am playing with are adding this coin lately along with those new meme coins but that's fine since they can be a good alternative to gamble with rather than the usual btc and eth.
2743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Having losses? Or people are not going the right way on: August 27, 2022, 01:31:14 PM
I'd never found it wrong investing in altcoins but what went wrong is investing shitcoins which are already flooded in the market. And if investors don't have the time to make research and just simply follow what these social media is promoting, I'm not in doubt that someone like the person mentioned by OP will fall into scam projects. And I'm not going to wonder why it is happening, I'd see this thing very common, especially if we are too careless and have no market experience as we jump without even doing any simple research.
Shitcoins are often mistaken as an altcoin because they are on one category but a good research will let you eliminate them. For those who are experts I think they can invest in shitcoins and incur only minimal losses because they already know how they work but for a newbie, that isn't advisable. They better stick on the safe coins first.

It's not that people have gone in the wrong way because even us who have experienced already and will prefer top coins the most, can still be able to lose. Loses are just normal and part of this crypto game but those who lose because they choose the wrong way, can always correct their path. It's not too late yet.
2744  Economy / Economics / Re: Global famine on: August 27, 2022, 11:08:42 AM
Maybe it wasn't critical as food shortage because as you said the world is made up of mostly water and the ones that has a water problem are away from the bodies of water but no worries because they receiving a help from different countries. Often times we will see celebrities going on those dry places and they are building up a water system.
Unfortunately, that’s not the case, as we all know Africa is a huge continent all surrounded with water, and even places near the water is having trouble for 2 main reasons. One of them is the fact that water is not clean, meaning it could make you sick if you drink it and that means there would be a lot of people dying because they drank water that was bad for your health.

Second reason is that even though there are water sources near them, they can't really walk that much and come back every day, meaning there needs to be infrastructure, I mean not everywhere in EU has water too, but they have pipes bringing water to them, so Africa needs that too. This is just a common thing people don't know about.
That type of building pipelines everywhere and then keeping that pipeline clean and maintained would be a very difficult thing. I am not saying that it is impossible because most of the developed world constantly has that and there isn't a situation that should be wondered "how", they just spend a quite good amount of money for that infrastructure.

But that doesn't mean that we shouldn't really expect Africans to have the same type of deal. Doesn't mean that we will have that type of thing would cost a lot for poor nations, it is not just about building, like let's say billionaires end up paying for all the pipes, that still wouldn't be kept clean and eventually be bad after a while.
2745  Economy / Economics / Re: How Flexible Are You With Pricing Options? on: August 26, 2022, 09:48:34 PM
negotiation skills are very necessary to be successful in transactions like this .. but we know that not everyone can be successful in negotiating,,, and realizing this we need to know the general market price and bid slightly lower than the target price that we have set , if we can't negotiate we can ask a third party and give it fees for the transaction.. the point is to understand the seller, don't bid too low and let the expert complete the transaction if you can't
To have a successful negotiation one must be well informed about the item and the pricing of the competitor.  So this needs a lot of research and study.  Those who met the requirement can be successful in negotiating.  Btw, when it discounts, I can negotiate until 15% increment of the capital price as long as the order is in bulk.  So I will have a price bracketing wherein the more items they buy the greater discount they can get.
I have to say negotiation can be done with "some" things, not everything. Like you do not go to facebook and say "I want to pay you 200 dollars but get 1000 dollar ads", if they have a promo like that then they do, if there is a discount code then there is one, but YOU can't "talk" and convince anyone. Or if you go to themeforest and there is a price, you do not "talk" with anyone and negotiate.

There are many things like that on amazon, you either buy or don't there is no negotiations. So, what we are seeing here is that negotiation type of business could make the business owners lose money when in fact if they just pricing very well, they will get the customer one way or another.
2746  Economy / Economics / Re: More Americans Than Ever Can’t Afford to Pay Their Electric Bill on: August 26, 2022, 09:18:04 PM
Is it possible that rising electricity costs could fuel a trend towards mass adoption of renewable energy for residential use? As people seek alternatives due to grid energy being priced outside their budget? Is there a silver lining and positive note to this doom and gloom?
Correct - this is because the U.S. is limiting their oil/gas production and outsourcing their energy needs. Germany is facing a similar problem having relied on Russia to expand renewables instead of developing their own infrastructure. Difference being, the U.S.'s demise is self inflicted but nto

There is no silver lining. The U.S. is spending trillions on green climate change initiatives that are going to have no sizeable effect on global temperatures. Meanwhile, the price of energy, food, housing, will continue to rise with the solution being "go buy an electric car."

Doesn't sound too reasonable for the government to burn money on climate change and then except the citizens to foot the bill for their radical ideology and utopian dream.
There "is" a silver lining because USA is not spending trillions on renewable, that is a wrong number and I do not know why you wanted to say that. Right now Solar is getting 3% of what oil/gas is getting, literally subs and not just tax breaks as well.

So, we are talking about a situation where oil is still seen as the most important thing and government is helping those companies. You know how much solar panel is needed to light entire USA up? Just one quarter of Utah (number was given by Elon, but this stat seems a lot more fun) so all in all, there isn't enough investment to USA because if we ever did then we would have it already by this time, there wouldn't be any problems like this.
2747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: August 26, 2022, 06:29:03 PM
Back in late 1990s, Zimbabwe managed to upset top teams, despite not having access to a lot of funds. And now despite having access to funds they are struggling to defeat teams such as Ireland and Nepal. Fund inflow from the ICC have meant that now they have 5 first class teams instead of the two they were having in 1990s. But the quality has gone down. The standard of play is not the same as they had before. I am not witnessing any light at the end of the tunnel. The cycle of good players emigrating out of Zimbabwe will continue for some more time.
After having a lot of funds from ICC now Zimbabwe officials are enjoying and have no good interest in development of cricket because they have not good setup and political influence is also having good impact on this board as well, so we can't expect positive development in this current situation they need few professional peoples for running this all then we can expect some better results.

But sadly no one is interested in this, and they are also losing charm from youths just because of political corruption right now they have no enough sponsors as well which can help them for better structure as well because all know they will lose their funds in corruption and nothing positive will happen now it's all going to be a big question in near future.
2748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins are Not Real — Or how People Blindly Believe Nakamoto's Nonsense on: August 26, 2022, 04:58:22 PM
There's no person on Earth that saw anything else in their wallet but numbers. The whole system, on the other hand, just stores data from which those numbers are calculated. So factually, there are no electronic coins called bitcoins. There's nothing in the ownership of number holders that would be counted with that numers.

So, why are you lying? What are you trying to achieve?
Why does it have to be a lie if it is only in digital numbers? Does that mean all the digital numbers I see on my bank account is a fake? You may think that "You can withdraw it at least" but can Elon Musk really withdraw billions? Of course not. This is why I believe that we shouldn't really be focusing on what you can hold in your hands.

There are many things that you can't "see" and real, like virus we just had for the past 3 years, you can't see it, you need to use a machine to see it, and yet we know it's real. Or you can have feelings, anger is real, but can't be held in your hand, and it's still real. Do not put emphasis on the material, keep a feeling towards the things that are in our minds as well, they have value.
2749  Economy / Speculation / Re: I've been confused in BTC on: August 26, 2022, 01:43:42 PM
I am very disappointed with the state of Bitcoin in the current market. Because last week its price was 24000 dollars but now it shows 21 thousand dollars. I want to know from you, is the price of Bitcoin likely to fall further?
Why are you disappointed when bitcoin prices drop? I think it's a good thing because you will be able to collect bitcoin at a substantial discount when bitcoin prices drop. When the price of bitcoin increases but you don't have bitcoin in hand, how can you be happy so now take advantage of buying more bitcoin for yourself? Bitcoin decreases or increases that is the cycle of bitcoin, the stronger the decrease, the stronger it increases, so you don't need to worry too much about bitcoin but worry about your pocket.
Not many people understand why it is a good thing, that is why they are always wondering what's wrong and so forth. Just make sure that you know the real deal and do not worry about people making these type of mistakes. They are worried when bitcoin price goes down but the reality is that the price going down is a good thing, you know this and I know this and that's why we are happy when it goes down.

I hope to god that it will stay like this or even go down a lot more before the month ends, so that I could buy a lot more when the time comes, this doesn't mean that we would be making right away, but it would give us a chance to make more money later on.
2750  Economy / Economics / Re: How Flexible Are You With Pricing Options? on: August 26, 2022, 10:54:03 AM
One strategy is giving discounts, overpricing the product and announce to the whole world that they are having a 50% discount.  Pricing tactics is like a game of chess, of course seller always put a huge margin so that when it comes to pricing discount negotiation, they can still give the requested discount of the customer while not affected by the said discount.
Another thing is package selling in a "discounted price".  This way they can sell non-saleable items together with the hot item.  This strategy is known to clean up the locker of unsaleable or unpopular items.
So a good selling strategy is to make it look like that they are giving in to the demand of the buyer but they actually are not affected by the decrease in price of the item.
I mean there is also the great idea to have a huge price option and then a smaller realistic one, that will make people buy it a lot better. For example you could have a "small package" and then "medium package" and then "big package" type of options, then price them 9.99, 19.99, and 99.99.

If you do that then 19.99 will look like a steal and people will buy that a lot, even if they didn't wanted to buy, if it looks like it is a steal then it will get into their minds and they could buy it. However, if you did it 9.99 and 69.99 and 99.99 then it wouldn't look like a steal for medium and maybe small would go, and yet if you do 49.99, 59.99 and 69.99 so close to each other then it would mean nothing at all.
2751  Economy / Economics / Re: Education on: August 26, 2022, 08:35:21 AM
Education gives the base, and it is upto us how we carry it forward. We don't have much of opportunities to survive which is true, but it is our inefficiency to complaint. It is our responsibility to do the best and make a change. When we have a proper goal and we run for it, surely we can succeed. Most of the time we limit ourselves and never think of long run, we just find ways to fulfill the present time need. This is the reason why people get educated and land in different job profiles that don't match them.
Base or stepping stone to success. Some are educated but they didn't utilize it well. After they graduate from college, they end up jobless. We do actually have lots of opportunity to survive but sometimes it's only our mind that limits us. We don't have a right to complain and blame someone just because we are in a bad situation but instead of wasting time complaining why can't we just start moving?

Fulfilling the present time is not bad but it's always said that the present time is more important than the future. You have the right to choose if which job will suit you so why will you continue on that job that you don't like or is not the same as your course?
2752  Economy / Speculation / Re: Countertrading Jim Cramer on Bitcoin on: August 26, 2022, 07:26:53 AM
Yes however it seems that there are many who follow his predictions and end up losing money. I remember back in 2008 he went on some talk show and got roasted because he kept telling people to buy Lehman Brothers right before it went bankrupt.

If the show was comical then he wouldn’t of made any predictions at all. He would just roast different companies and leave out any buy or sell recommendation. A new trader probably he watch his show and think he is some wizard and end up copying his trades.
There is no perfect predicter though, that is why even him who already have an experience on the financial field, still come up with wrong predictions sometimes and maybe those who have betted on his choice last time are just unlucky but those who remain as his followers know that those things are only normal. Not all times we will only win but there must be a time for us to lose.

For a new trader yes that will probably happen because they don't have enough experiences yet and they are still doubting about their abilities so for them, it might be a good idea to depend on some known experts first in hopes of earning money immediately.
2753  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as my new payment method on: August 25, 2022, 09:14:06 PM
If I adopt bitcoin as a means of payment then I must clearly inform them that I will charge an additional fee as tax for every item I sell/for every transaction that occurs. This is a crypto transaction tax which is already regulated in the regulation of my country's minister of finance. So everytime I want to convert bitcoin, then I have to pay tax for it. But I haven't seen any good potential about the legality of bitcoin as a legal tender in my country, so that's my assumption when the regulations change.

Nevertheless, there is always hope for the future about the increased adoption and legality of bitcoin as a legal tender in various countries. I know we need time, it's not going to happen anytime soon but there's always a good chance of it.
There are people who live in places where they have to pay taxes on certain times because that's when the taxes happen. Which means let's say you bought 10k dollars worth of bitcoin and it goes to 100k? Well, you pay 20% tax let's assume, which is 20k, but if you keep your bitcoin and it goes under 20k that means you literally made a loss AND paid taxes at the same time.

This means you shouldn't really be worried about just paying when you sell, that's even good. Taxing situation should be quite low, like stocks, or even forex, those are like 1/1000 taxes in my nation and that should be how it is, otherwise it is really hurting the crypto world when you pay too much taxes.
2754  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which option will better to take? on: August 25, 2022, 11:41:42 AM
Recently it has been seen that some countries have accepted Bitcoin as legal tender. But my question is more adoption of btc and taking it as legal tender aren't going to harmful for the economy of a country, specially when btc is in bearish ?

Or is it better to use it through control to avoid illegal or the bad side effect on economy?
Many countries have still outlawed it for not being able to control it.
Doesn't matter if it is bearish or bullish. It is about the fact that we are in a world where things are just getting to a point where payment with fiat is not the point, holding it is the point. So long story short, if you are holding fiat then you are always keeping something that loses value, whereas if you are keeping bitcoin then you are holding something that only sometimes goes down.

On top of that, moving busd into btc is easier than moving usd to btc, some people may think it is not like that but there is a big difference. So at the end of the day, there is a good case to be made about the fact that bitcoin legal tender is better at all times, in any case.
2755  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mastering the market movement is what aid profits and not the price. on: August 25, 2022, 10:08:55 AM
As a day trader or a passive trader, most are confused about how to make the best out of the market, and many will always complain of losses during a bear market, meanwhile with the right mastery one can make massive profits in the bear market and this goes further to clarify the fact that market conditions do not have much to.do with your profit maximizing but proper market mastering is what gives profits in whatever market.
This is such a great way to explain what traders do. I mean many people think that price matters and when it goes up its profits and when it goes up just waits etc etc. If you know what you are doing, then you understand which direction bitcoin will go and you can make a profit in whatever direction it goes. It is not an easy thing but it is not an impossible thing neither.

You just have to realize that it is going to be a bit of a tough thing to handle. I personally believe that we shouldn't really be focusing that much on anything like that, it is an easy thing to lose yourself in prices and profits and what not, just buy bitcoin and hold it for a long time and you are fine.
2756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Solana be the next Ethereum??? on: August 24, 2022, 09:43:44 PM
Solana quickly became a favorite among many investors, Does it became the next Ethereum Huh Huh Huh
In terms of developed blockchain systems or smart contract systems, it is possible that Solana is the next Ethereum. But not to compete with Ethereum, because the king of smart contracts is currently Ethereum number one. Let alone competing with Ethereum, competing with BSC is still questionable.
Sometimes we see things when they are trending, thus creating a hassle for ourselves in terms of investment. If speaking for future potential, I agree with what you say.
I mean basically what we can see it as what ethereum "was". If we are talking about what ethereum is or what it will be, SOL will never catch up or pass ethereum in any way. But if we are talking about the road?

Well, SOL is passing the same road that ETH did back in the day. What we have right now is about 2016 or so ETH that is live with 2022 SOL if you ask me. That means, in 6 years, ETH will be in MUCH better place, and SOL will be where ETH is today. This could be different timing of course, but basically that's what the situation is like, the same road, but one is much further ahead while the other one is following the same footsteps that the first one took.
2757  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is about to have its biggest monthly gain since October 2021. on: August 24, 2022, 08:48:42 PM
For sure you only guess those one since you are speculating about possible huge pump because bear market happens. But actually if we are just realistic and see the current happening we can say that maybe its hard for those speculations to get hit because we don't know what future could bring those untold events that might came to bitcoin and also with other altcoins.
We never really know what the future will be like, but we know that it is not going to be bad at all, and that is why it is such an important part of the crypto speculation deal. I mean we can talk about what it will be and what it won't be and I can say 50k you can say 5k and we can discuss forever but at the end of the day we will learn the result together and only one person will be right about up and down. Doesn't mean that this person will be right all the time neither, could be right now, could be wrong later on.

This is why it is better to just focus on what you can believe in, and making money that way instead of keep working towards something else.
2758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 24, 2022, 07:01:04 PM
The new money clan of the English premier league aren't playing around, they're already playing some great football but these additional signings will make them even stronger. Isak is a fantastic young player, he's been very important for Real Sociedad in the last few years and could become vital part of Newcastle project too, pairing him upfront highly in form Allan Saint-Maximin would be scary for any defense line tbh.
No wonder a club like Newcastle is targeting this one player. They will obviously quickly pick up a contract signing. In fact, Newcastle have shown significant improvements to the giant clubs so they don't take them for granted. Alexander Isak, who has an attacking character, is clearly quite matched with what Newcastle needs to break into the Premier League more aggressively.
There were good chances in this season Newcastle United management will bring some good players in their squad, so they are working on this with their own strategy in last season they have done good job and stay into Premier League which was first good result for them and now in this season after three matches they are still unbeaten specially after playing against team like Manchester City is amazing result from them so with this all now we can expect some goods signings from them for this season as now they are targeting to stay into top ten which is possible if they have few quality players and good backup which will help them in any problems, and they will not suffer badly which can bring them down.

With one of the richest person is having as owner we can expect good investment on players for better results is not bad at all for them, Alexander Isak is surely a good investment for this club in long run which can give them good dividend in long run.
2759  Economy / Speculation / Re: Weekly RSI leaving oversold conditions on: August 23, 2022, 12:38:33 PM
On the Daily chart the bulls continue to defend $21K, however there remains low buying pressure as well as low volume as price struggles to move higher. With the week closing bearish yesterday (-11%), price risks falling lower to the lower range of accumulation around $20K if the volume point of control can't be maintained as support. Mid-term I remain neutral as price consolidates within this critical accumulation zone.
I believe that bearish closing mainly happened because of the fear index situation. I mean people are scared a ton because of the bad news coming from mt.gox trustee considering to sell their tens of thousands of bitcoins and that’s mainly the reason why it’s like this. People need to realize that there isn't a situation where we are doing something wrong right now, it’s doing fine and we shouldn't be worried about it.

This is what the world is all about and the problem is that crypto could have bearish moments that is "fabricated" basically and not data backed, all because of some news. This doesn't mean that it is really bearish, it is just looking like that.
2760  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price of bitcoin rise again? on: August 23, 2022, 05:50:21 AM
One thing to mention in particular was the bear market a few days ago. Then the price of Bitcoin has decreased due to the market being down. But now, despite being in a bull market, why is the price of Bitcoin decreasing now? Hope the experienced will tell.
The point of shitcoins losing a lot is the fact that there are too many whales who own a lot of it, and too many retail investors who have even more. Meaning, when 1 person has 10%, and the other 90% is owned equally 1% by 90 people, that still is a big trouble, sure 90% is bigger than 10%, but that 1 person could make it go down if they end up selling all at once, and the other 90 will get hurt.

This is how they are working on it and making it be a bad investment. Bitcoin is not like that and even the mt.gox deal which is a huge one could make it go down, it doesn't really end up making it go down too much which is why I believe it's fine and you can trust it.
