Liverpool initially participated in the race for the Premier League title at first but as the end of the season approached Liverpool increasingly lost their chances and are currently no longer competing in the race for the Premier League title with other strong rivals Manchester City and Arsenal, but despite Liverpool's failure in the title race In fact Liverpool has good players but their mentality is starting to be disturbed due to their defeat in the Europa League and in the Premier League Liverpool also made mistakes which further weakened the players' mentality, Jurgen Kloop also seems to have lost in managing the club in his last season maybe he is tired and wants to perform as it is even though it didn't win the Premier League and Europa League titles.

Mohammed Salah is experiencing a decline, perhaps due to the fact that he is getting older and affecting his stamina, he has performed well at Liverpool for many years and perhaps he is also tired of staying in the Premier League with increasingly tough competition, maybe if Jurgen Kloop leaves Liverpool it seems Mohammed Salah will also be sold by club management so it is possible that Liverpool will lose two great figures who have built the club's success, this is not the end of Salah's struggle. He can continue his career in another league that is not as competitive as the Premier League.
Liverpool on the other hand has experienced a push ahead in their stance since Klopp joined the team. They have been impactful in all areas of contests they find themselves. They've pulled through series of finals and have lifted a number of trophies too. The manager has been a positive addition to them and it's understandable if the club can't let go of him yet. This season, he's aimed for a number of trophies too, first when they took on Chelsea in the EFL finals, definitely the boss was charged to win again.

Salah has been a quality player for Liverpool, he's still got a year additional before the expiration of his contract with the team and his impacts in the past have not stopped speaking for him, the time he has left in the team would still be enough for him to do what he knows how to do best. Salah's decision at the conclusion of his time with Liverpool would definitely be essential in his career growth. He's done his best for the club and it's just good enough that he stretches his net to see how much fish could be caught from other teams.

There are variety of options he can pick from but career wise, the best would him joining the SPL, I'm certain that the SPL themselves wont hesitate to press on for him. He's the type of player they need for the league's growth. So the whole SPL decision is just both parties being assets to each other. Salah would join them as a result of the great football impact he'd make and he'll be earning substantial enough to keep him through till his final football days. First twas Mane and soon Salah, Liverpool would have to find a very big alternative. But do you think Salah's exit would make a negative difference on the team? It's seeming like it though but it'll be fun to watch a Liverpool void of Salah on the pitch too. Salah's has had a lot of big impacts to Liverpool team and it's definitely so hard to let him off the club.

Improvement is always a must to face a competition, regardless they have proven to be the the best. Xabi Alonso has to be aware of the best team being on everyone's eyes. Next season, Every team will see Leverkusen as a team to beat with the best efforts, this will make the next season campaign for next season harder than this season.

The fact that they will play in Champions League is a big consideration to strengthen to squad. They will be lucky if no player to have a move to other club, but they will still need to sign some new good players for next season campaign. Playing in champions League is not as easy as playing in Europa League, they will have to play against many strong teams. Any loss can affect their morale that could have impact on their performances in the league.
Bayern Leverkusen have mow gotten themselves in the history books as they have been able to win their first ever Bundesliga title. The win over Werder Bremen was enough to hell them seal up their place in first place and get them the trophy. Their run to this win of the title has been one that’s been quite fascinating especially as they haven’t recorded any loss in their way up till this moment and also none across all competitions. This performance is real top notch and as such you can imagine how much efforts the boys and Xabi Alonso have put in to the success of this.

Alonso has very much been impressive in his performances for Leverkusen. He's been watched and observed and in all his games, he's proven to present an outstanding and formidable team. He's just new in the business but yet still has set up a formidable team. I really won't be surprised if he's beckoned up on by bigger clubs to show his abilities. He's proven to be worthy to handle well any team presented to him and definitely I believe he can do well if another team is put in his care. Maybe his strategies work well for him and can still work well with another team. With Leverkusen, he's done well and he's working towards an aim for the club. He's been watched closely to see how well he'd be able to keep up with the games for the team and see how well he can uphold against their biggest threat in the Bundesliga.

He's just been able to prove himself worthy to take on a higher ranked club. His good at what he's done so far even with a less productive squad as Leverkusen, now one would imagine how enormous he'd achieve with a productive squad with higher player capacity and quality. He's another one amongst many players turn coach that did well both in the pitch and in the manager's box too. I really won't be surprised if he's beckoned up on by bigger clubs to show his abilities.
283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Conference League 2023/24 Season on: May 05, 2024, 10:57:49 AM

I don't think if Aston Villa will waste the opportunity to get the championship trophy after they are close to the trophy, Aston Villa have so far been able to continue their journey to reach the semi-finals so we can't say if they don't want the trophy just because the third level trophy of the current European competition, the Conference League is a new league presented by UEFA to provide opportunities for small teams in the world. Europe can compete in Europe at the moment, we know that so far the Champions League and also the Europa League is not an easy league for small teams to play so far, so I think the Conference League remains a strong attraction for Aston Villa because indeed right now only two teams have won it namely Roma and Westham.

Aston Villa defeat against Olympiacos was not because they were not serious, and I think we can also same assume  like  Liverpool lost to Atlanta in the Europa League, does that also mean Liverpool are not serious?, but sometimes we will see surprises that occur in every European competition match so far, although currently Aston Villa lost 2-4 on aggregate to Olympiacos does not mean they have been eliminated from the championship competition,  because surely in the second leg maybe they will rise to be able to beat Olympiakos.

Well each club have their opinions on certain trophies and as such they tend not to waste their time or effort trying to fight for the title. Some clubs take seriously cup competition because that could be their only hope of getting for the club a silverware but the big boys will always want to show up themselves in a league battle.

As they feel they will be able to remain consistent in league runnings as that has more challenges than a cup tournament. This is a very absurd sense of reasoning as winning any title is a big achievement for every club and value shouldn’t be placed on one trophy over another because they’re all from a very well organized body.

Winning a trophy is usually a big boost for the club as it helps to tell the team that they’re doing right and they can progress forward for better challenges it also helps the fans with some bragging rights. For Aston Villa, I don’t think because of the loss they’ll now turn not to take the competition serious because this is an European trophy. Well all hope isn’t lost for them as they can be able to turn things around and to the difference in Greece as this is football and anything is possible so let’s pause and wait and see what the second leg has for us.
284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: May 05, 2024, 10:44:21 AM

You are sounding like Arsenal really find it difficult to win Bournemouth but that's not the case because I watched the match live and I can tell you that Arsenal didn't struggle to win, 3:0 winning is not a struggle if you ask me but if it was just 1:0 i could say that the match was difficult for Arsenal because they played with a good sense of belonging knowing too well that any mistakes at this time now is very risky in the sense that if Manchester city loses or draw any of their remaining matches and Arsenal wins all their matches, Arsenal will emerge title winners because they are gapping Manchester city in goal difference of about  6 goals so if Manchester city draw any of their matches, Arsenal may use goal difference to win the league while the both teams may share equal points.
I’m not an Arsenal fan but come on, a 3 goal win is a real convincing win as these boys knew how important that much goals is to them. It helps them to build up goal difference because when you check that might be one thing needed for them in this tight title race with Man City. Arsenal’s attack were very present and ready to take on any chance and capitalize on mistakes from Bournemouth build up play. Yes Bournemouth were also dreadful but were wasteful and as such couldn’t get any goal to their name.

You can see Man City also scoring up to 5 goals against Wolves, this goes to show how fierce their attack is and how important the building of goal difference is to them also. This is a wake up call to Arsenal that in a bid to chase 3 points, ensure to take chances that help you get the goals too.

The race for who will be crowned champion of the league is really growing intensed and at this point whT matters is taking all 3 points and banging goals for your team. In as much as Arsenal will try hard, I don’t think they’ll be able to stop this Man city side I saw against Wolves yesterday.
285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2023/2024 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: May 05, 2024, 10:20:23 AM

The victory over Sheffield has helped Forest close the gap on Luton and it has no chance for luton to overcome forest caused by the gap is too big. Luton failed to score three points in order to maintain their grip on Nothingham Forest. Luton's chances of being relegated are increasing after it got draw against everton in the previous match. Luton has no EZ fixtures.
I expect this club, along with Sheffield United and Burnley, to earn zero points until the end of the season. Luton are just missing their last chance to play in the Premier League. The club is completely clueless in its game against Everton.

It is obvious that if Luton will be relegated soon after it was missing all of important points, they will be the third team to go after Sheffield and Burnley and yeah they it has been confirmed since forst is starting to wider the gap to the luton, sheffield and burnley. these teams are not even worthy to be on EPL caused by they were not so competitive. I believe Luton has no chance of surviving this season because they are missing key points and it must be starting from championship division again soo.
It is only a matter of time before it is relegated to the Championship Division. They are all qualified for the EPL, but they must return to the Championship Division.

As the top of the Epl is getting interesting, so also is the bottom half getting pretty intense too as the teams are struggling to get out of the relegation zone. Already confirmed for Relegation is Sheffield and obviously Burnley but for Luton they still have a chance. Yes a chance but after their performance yesterday were they ended the game with Everton in a draw and Forest got the win, you’ll already begin to count Luton out of the EPL already.

Well we still have about 2-3 games to go for the EPL to be a wrap and Forst needs at least 3 points to be safe which is realistic as compared to Luton needing 6 points or more
3. Luton wouldn’t be having pretty easy fixtures as compared to Forest so that makes it safe to say Luton will be bidding the EPL goodbye very soon, too bad for them.

Their recent form and performance is nothing to write home about and this goes down to show how competitive the EPL is as the 3 teams who came up from the championship will be returning which is an indication that they were not ready for the EPL. I think whilst they return to the championship they can use that wisdom gotten from the epl to regroupand rebuild themselves for anytime they return. For now I wish them luck in their new phase.
286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: May 05, 2024, 10:00:40 AM

You are right, PSG did not perform according to expectations because they were defeated by Dortmund and this match actually provided an opportunity for PSG to score goal but this opportunity failed because the ball hit the goal post.
Dortmund performance was unexpected because they previously performed less than satisfactorily and in this semifinal PSG was favored over Dortmund in the two matches that took place, with only 1 goal and playing defensively, Dortmund got the advantage.
I was very surprised when I saw that until the end of the second half PSG didn't get single goal that could equalize, I sure many people were disappointed and gamblers lost money because they made PSG the favorite.

But I sure that in the second leg match PSG will definitely get an absolute victory and they will be able to surpass Dortmund 1 point deficit in the aggregate.
My prediction is that PSG will win the semifinals and they will be in the final against Real Madrid, but it is impossible for PSG to beat Real Madrid if they actually meet in the final.
Well the first leg was a disappointing one for psg and most gamblers who had high hopes on PSG at least getting a draw in Germany. This is because psg had a good preparation for this game as against Dortmund who are still in a top 4 battle so it’s expected psg would be winning this comfortably. Well the reverse was the case as Dortmund had a good strategy to this match and it played out for them.

Borrusia Dortmund took this game defensively and they only had a goal and made sure they defended all through the remaining minutes. Psg on the other hand though lost some great chances which also hit the woodwork couple of times but I think this result in all was a disappointing one for them.

Of course there’s a second leg at Parc des Princes and Enrique will have to make this team perform above average to be able to do another comeback. He’s got the right players for the job as he’s got some highly skilled individual players that can help do the job, so relying on them will be one great strategy to effect a comeback.

I’m still optimistic on psg being able to head to the finals but with this kind of performance, if they meet a team like Real Madrid, I think they won’t be able to stand a chance. Well I’m favoring Real Madrid to get the Ucl so as to reinstate their stand as the big boys of Europe.
287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: May 05, 2024, 09:49:11 AM

Amazing performance from ronaldo. he has been scoring hatrick in this game. It was also helping his club to destroy wehda with huge scores. No doubt that if  many people are still really appreciating his performance even though he was not young anymore. Ronaldo's performance is always so stable in any seasons.
No doubt that people have dubbed him as GOAT. Wehda's defenders are getting panic when al nassr was always trying to pressure them. No doubt that if this strategy was very working in this game. Al nassr's players are always trying to intercept the ball from al wehda's defenders.
Ronaldo is always ready on his position too. EZ win for al nassr. No doubt that betting on this club is always my priority along with al hilal which is always winning any game too. It's very good to see that ronaldo strengthen its position to be a top scorer this season.
He deserves it caused by all of his hardworks when his age is not even young anymore. He deserves a lot of appreciation.
In the SPL game between Al-Nassr and Al-Wehda we saw a bery dominating Al-Nassr side whom probably have learnt from their so many defensive errors and corrected all of them. Al-Nassr dominated the games in terms of possession and their attack was really at the top of their game which gave them the ability to have over 6 goals in the game.

Al-Wehda have been poor this season and of recent they’ve been worst and you can see that in how the team performed yesterday as their defense was nothing to write home about. Al-Nassr were able to run down the already weakened defense and they took most of their chances which helped them get the 6 goals in the match. Ronaldo never failed to be in the limelight as he was able to deliver outstanding performances despite his age as he was able to bag a 66th career hattrick for himself.

He's so dedicated to the task of being the league’s highest goal scorer and you can see that with the amount of work he puts in while on the pitch of play. This stellar performance of the Al-Nassr side is one of the many reasons why I’m very confident on always including them in my betslip match in and out because I’m confident on this team except their shaky defense line. They had a good strategy of applying pressure on the defense of their opponent and that strategy paid off one more time.
288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: May 04, 2024, 06:41:04 PM

I think the ups and downs that occur in a team are very normal. Barcelona has to accept the bitter reality this season because they are completely unable to bring home any trophies. Xavi should not be the person to blame for the decline in performance, but it must be remembered that he is the figure who was able to return the Blaugrana back to competition since the team experienced a quite drastic decline in performance several seasons ago. For this season, if Barca is able to finish as runners-up then that will be quite good and in my opinion their performance is not that bad. Barcelona management should give Xavi time without accusing him so that he decides to resign as coach. I think it will be even more difficult for El Barca next season if it is handled by a new coach, because it is not easy to manage a team as big as Barcelona which has fans who have very high demands.
This season is one season Barcelona fans wants to forget in a hurry as this season have been one of their down seasons coupled with the financial issues of the club. Club’s finances is always a big worry especially as it’s not going to help the club be able to get the proper signings they need. This is one challenge the club has faced this season and as such have had to manage with the injured players and the available players.

Managing with both sets of players seems to be real tough and this can be troublesome especially for the coach. And i feel because of the trouble and all Xavi decided to depart the club at the end of the season. The win against Mallorca was a boost for them especially as they were headed into the UCL game against Napoli but they just weren't able to scale through up to this moment. You can see how they’ve managed to fight all hard with their injury crisis.

Xavi has been a good manager at the Spanish side, even though they've had some shaky situations, they've just found a way to cover up lapses and make necessary coverings to the loopholes. It's very much good that they were able to put in good effort regardless of what they lacked to good team building. Nonetheless, Xavi would have still done better than he's already done.

Well, his days with the team are technically numbered and he's got some commendations which he definitely deserves. I don't know what to say about his intended replacement but all I'll say is Barcelona as a team has work to be done and I'd love to see the new Barcelona in seasons and games to come. It's just too late for Barcelona to draw back up to the right track.
289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 04, 2024, 06:31:36 PM

Reus departure will certainly leave sadness for Dortmund and their fans at this time, because Reus has been a mainstay player as well as an irreplaceable leader in Dortmund so far, Reus spent almost part of his career in Dortmund so I think he deserves to become a Dortmund legend later, Dortmund and Reus decision to end the partnership at the end of the season is of course surprising,  But I think it should be done after 12 seasons together, for Dortmund maybe it's time for them to regenerate the midfield and one of them is not to renew Reus contract, so that they have 1 place to be filled by another younger player next season.

While for Reus, of course he needs a new challenge playing outside Germany, so I think MLS and SPL would be realistic goals for Reus to continue his career at his age, and reportedly Dortmund have offered Reus a position on staff at Dortmund but it seems he prefers to continue playing football and refuses to retire even though he is now 34 years old now,  But I think Reus current age will certainly not reduce the interest of other clubs to sign him in the 2024 transfer window.
Loyalty has been the watchword for Reus who has stayed loyal to Dortmund for iver 12 years and yet hasn’t won a single title. Well his contract will be expiring at the end of the season and he’s already announced his departure. It’s normal for players to want to try out new career and I think he wants to try out a new career that could help add key titles to his name.

Borussia Dortmund is one big club in the Bundesliga and they’re the known competitors or challenger for Bayern Munich but in all his years he hasn’t been able to get a major trophy to his name and it’s really sad. On this note it’s quite understandable if he choses to further a career in another club in Europe. He can also chose to go the SPL or MLS and join Ronaldo or Messi in achieving success there in the league.

Though this kind of move could be for the financial incentives but he’s worth it especially as he’s continued playing at top level and dedicating all for them this all through his 12 years.Well he has lots of options to pick from and I know he’ll sure make the right choice in whatever path he choses to follow. His choice will depend on his personal ambition, lifestyle and offers he receives from the clubs.
290  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: May 04, 2024, 03:30:02 PM

indeed Roma experienced a fairly good increase in performance after de Rossi coaching, but the defeat from Leverkusen seemed to indicate if indeed the quality of the game and also the coach's strategy became things that deserved to be improved by De Rossi in the second leg later, Roma was able to keep pace with the Leverkusen game in the match but the mentality and also the strategy applied by Alonso to the leverkusen game in the match was certainly one of the differentiators that made Leverkusen able to excel in the game. That match, I think for now De Rossi must be able to improve the strategy and also the quality of Roma's game to face Leverkusen in the second leg.

I think for now Leverkusen are closer to reaching the final, although Roma can bounce back in the second leg but it looks like it will be difficult for them to beat Leverkusen 3-0 on Aggregate at Leverkusen home , Roma chance is of course still there if indeed Roma can improve their game in the second leg, but to be honest,  I am a little Pessimistic if Roma can score at Leverkusen home   later, let alone beat Leverkusen, of course for now it is a little impossible to do.

I don’t think Roma stands any chance at all of qualifying past Leverkusen especially after the wonderful display of the German side in the first leg, you’ll understand how pretty impossible it is for them to turn things around. Yes football could be unpredictable but in this case, lol it is really predictable as Leverkusen are really on fire this season.

Leverkusen lead with a 2 goal margin and for Roma to turn things around at Leverkusen ground, then they’ll need to be more resilient than normal. They will have to up their game and this is something I feel will be pretty impossible for them to do especially against A team with great coach like Alonso. Yes football is unpredictable but I know Roma can also hope that they will be able to turn things Around but the possibility is pretty little.

At this point, I think De Rossi should just use this match in learning some things as this will help him in next season. This Roma side should focus more on being able to appear in Europe next season rather than them being able to beat down Leverkusen. Yes this is pretty impossible as I already see Leverkusen in the finals of the UEL or should I say I see them as winners already.
291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 04, 2024, 03:22:35 PM

I think Eintracht frankfurt will not make it difficult for Leverkusen because in their first meeting this season Leverkusen easily beat Eintracht frankfurt so there is a big possibility that Leverkusen will be able to maintain their performance to be unbeaten. Leverkusen only maintains their performance so as not to lose because any result will not have a big impact on Leverkusen in the Bundesliga. These two teams both achieved draws in their previous matches so in today match both teams will definitely be aiming for a win to improve their performance at the end of this season.

In my opinion, Leverkusen is only focusing their energy on the European league because they are one step away from qualifying for the final. For me, Leverkusen performance this season has been perfect both in the European league and in the Bundesliga. Leverkusen will play at home in the second leg of the European league and of course they are quite the favorites to win with easily.
Frankfurt hosted Hoffenheim weeks ago and the game ended with a convincing victory even though with very little margin of goals in favor of Frankfurt. They have this season been a good competitor to teams and they've sometimes strived to surprise big teams too. They're a good side and they've been able to stay in shape in the league too even though they're not really standing buoyantly on the league table.

Leverkusen also have been impressive in all rounds and it's not surprising that they're now better than some already grounded teams. It only means that Xabi has a unique managing quality which can be of essence in bigger teams too. I believe he's still got good plans for the German team, which will still be manifested good. In the Europa League, there's been top contending teams from the start till the current stage of the contest.

One would expect that there'll be a heavy difference in their performances and this would cause them to finish very much well in a couple of weeks to come but as it stands, their performance rate so far has been fair and it's best they stay at that pace. Few weeks left and not much impact can be made other than maintaining the tempo and not going below it. We'd see how the both teams will hold up themselves till the game ends.
292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: May 04, 2024, 10:36:45 AM

It cannot be denied that PSG has a squad above the average of other clubs in Ligue 1, even without Kylian Mbappe they are still the best even though if you remember last season where they were still strengthened by several other stars PSG did not perform very well and even the number of defeats they suffered was higher compared to Lens who are in second place, so without finding a replacement for Mbappe as soon as possible it is very possible that they will have difficulty maintaining their dominance here, because after all other teams will try to improve every weakness of their team to perform better next season so PSG still needs a striker reliable and sharp as their goal scoring machine, because PSG's dominance is not 100% due to Mbappe's presence but teamwork..
PSG have a good quality as compared to other teams in the Ligue 1 and even when Kylian eventually leaves next season, you can still be confident of their performance in the Ligue 1. No other team in the Ligue 1 is able to compete with psg and match them and as such the much confidence on them.

When Kylian leaves, I think this PSG side will still consistently be able to win the league because no other team has been able to match them in the league. The issue of this PSG side is how they perform whilst they’re outside the league as they tend to be a shadow of themselves and I think that’s where the club should worry.

With Kylian they still struggle most times in UCL, even Mbappe leaves, I think the struggle will even be more than normal for the club. In Europe they face team with greater tactical strength, and as such absence of Mbappe who has a fast pace will need this PSG team now want to rely on collective effort which most times isn’t needed to stand out.

In Europe most successful team usually have at least one or two players standing out in the team so as to earn success. Absence of kylian will mean no worry in the league for PSG but big worry in Europe for them so as such if the board still wants to be relevant in Europe then they need to get a replacement for him quickly.
293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2023/2024 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: May 04, 2024, 10:30:30 AM

For now Arsenal is 1 point ahead of Manchester but even so 1 point ahead cannot ensure Arsenal is the favorite to be champions because Manchester City has a 1 game postponement advantage, Manchester City current performance is of course possible for them to win all games with victory, and even if we look at Tottenham performance when defeated by Chelsea yesterday,  Of course we can no longer say Tottenham will be a difficult opponent for Manchester City in the rest of their games this season, tomorrow match will open with Arsenal vs Bournemouth, although both teams have quality and also inversely proportional performance but do not rule out the possibility that Bournemouth will be able to beat Arsenal, in the remaining matches which are only 3 more of course very crucial for every team and obviously it will give a big burden for every team to be win, including Bournemouth.

We’re heading to the final stage of this season in the league and arsenal are pretty on top with a lead of 1 point whilst Man City sits 2nd with an outstanding match and with that you can say of course Arsenal chances of winning the league will be pretty high as compared to Man City. Each of the team will be having some unique fixtures in their bid to clinching the title.

Arsenal who really want to win this year’s EPL season to end their 20 year wait must be victorious in all of the remaining matches for them this season as that can put them in a better position. Well even with the wins this will not be a full guarantee but at least it can give them the hope because Man City stands a better chance than them.

Comparism of the magnitude of the final matches, you’ll realise that Man City stands a better chance than Arsenal to clinch the title. Man City whose only big opponent will be Spurs still aren’t considered as a big fixture because of Spurs injury crisis and also the fact that Arsenal will be facing Man United will be a fierce one. Man City on the other hand are having just this title in mind to create history and as such the seriousness of the players will be top notch and you can expect great performance from them. Only time will reveal who takes the trophy home this season as yes I stand with Man City to win the title.
294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: May 04, 2024, 10:19:23 AM

Don't be so conclusive bud, you make your point look like all that Manchester city have to do to win the title again this season is just to win all their remaining games, disregarding the fact that the outcome of games from other top clubs also interested in the league title also matters, for example, Arsenal currently at the top with 1 point ahead of Manchester city, if  Arsenal for instance win all their remaining games as well, the title for this season becomes theirs as long as they maintain that 1 point lead against Manchester city.

The only way Manchester city will win the league title again this season is if Arsenal (who is a direct rival at the moment) end up losing or drawing any of their remaining games, resulting in them either losing all or sharing points, and Manchester city on the other hand wins all their coming games, this is the only way Manchester city wins the title, the odds on who wins doesn't really matter  if you ask me, it only points to what the majority of people out there believe, and some times, the majority end up being wrong.
Manchester City winning the title is more dependent on them winning their matches than whatever results Arsenal will be having in their final matches. Yes, Arsenal are sitting top of the league with a difference of 1 point but have you forgotten they haven’t played equal games.

Arsenal losing points will only ease the pressure on Man City and Man City even if Arsenal wins will still be confident on winning the league. I think it’s Arsenal hope of winning that’s more dependent on Man City dropping points in any game that way Arsenal can reclaim a good lead at the top of the table.

Well the EPL is one fierce league and the competition between the teams isn’t really an easy one and I’m enjoying the healthy competition between teams in the league. Well looking at the fixtures, Arsenal have Man United, Bournemouth and Everton and it would be an easy ride for them.Their only challenge will be Man United because I think they’ll be in a tight race with the likes of Newcastle and Chelsea for 6th place. Man City who have likes of Tottenham could be having a slight challenge too, so let’s follow each matchday as they go.

Everyone left in the competition currently deserves to lift it, they’d shouldn’t be any exclusion on who deserves it better. I think the final for any of this clubs will be interesting considering what they all have at stake at the moment. The general fans will want a Dortmund win to compliment the team or club hard work over the years and most importantly to gift Marco Reus for his longevity. But other clubs too deserve it for different reasons like Bayern for Harry Kane first Trophy in his career, also for PSG for the clubs first champions league and also a fitting  farewell to Mbappe as he set to leave.

Then to Real Madrid for many reason but most especially for been the best team ever in the competition. Many had anticipated the final to be between Madrid and PSG but with the last leg score of this competition many think it’s not possible again but we can’t rule out any chance yet
We’re in the semifinals of Europe’s most elite competition and you can commend the 4 teams in this stage of the competition because they really deserve the slot they’re having. And as such, it wouldn’t be out of point if you want to gift the title to any of the 4 teams because they are all deserving of it.

They all have a fair share of reason why they should deserve the title and I’m certain they are also ready to put in work to be really deserving of the title. Dortmund has been pretty consistent and have shown the warrior side in this year’s UCL and also a good farewell for Reus who has dedicated most of his career to the club, winning the UCL will be a good gift for Reus and the teams fighting spirit.

For Bayern though in the league they haven’t had the best of performance but you can’t say same for them in the UCL as Harry Kane has been really outstanding for them in this competition. Winning the ucl for Bayern will be a glorious one especially a big reward for Harry Kane’s performance for the team in this competition as this could be his first ever trophy

PSG who haven’t won this will want to win as they’ve gotten the whole resources to win this but haven’t had their name in the history book of winners, so winning this will be a dream come true for the club and fans. Real Madrid too have been excellent as winning this will also add more value to their name as undisputed Kings because their journey to success has been one of a kind. A lot of us still have high hopes of a Real Madrid vs PSG finale, well football still remains unpredictable and all I can say is which ever team gets to the final, it will be a really exciting and thrilling final and any team who wins is is well deserving of it.

Another matchday, another set of disappointing results for the major teams in the Saudi Pro League. Al ittihad and Abha delivered a shameful performance. These teams are terrible. I meant they'd bought a lot of European players, and their performances were even worse than before. It's really disappointing to see how ittihad and ettifaq played football.
These teams keep doing shit. I don't know what to say about how disappointed I am with the results delivered by al ittihad and ettifaq, but it's a terrible performance. It is better for these clubs to overhaul their squads.

Al Ittihad has horrible squads and a garbage coach. The team will experience an even deeper decline than before. Benzema will leave before it is too late. AL Ittihad was a problematic team. It doesn't matter how hard Benzema tries to stay; it will be disastrous for him. Benzema can return to the European competition.
Abha and failha were ez teams, but the big clubs lost them again. There is nothing more important than it.

Yes the results I saw yesterday was really disappointing especially for the big boys in the league such as Al-Ittihad al Al-Ettifaq. These teams are the big teams in the league and as such you expect them to play football in one very sweet way pleasing to the fans but their performance yesterday was below normal.

Like these teams have gotten European players and as such, you’ll expect them to be very good and apt with the way they play football but the reverse seems to be the case. The most disappointing happens to be Al-Ittihad who were champions last season, they still had to strengthen the squad with the signing of Benzema and others but yet still, poor results.

You’ll sure expect them to win yesterday because they had very easy opponents but the reverse was the case. Who else is to blame than the average mentality coach who doesn’t have the proper tactics to be able to help the team, I think this is the problem of this Al Ittihad side.

If this continues then I’m afraid, Karim might be ready to force a move out of the club because this performance makes him look mid and I know after the good name he’s built for himself while in Europe, he wouldn’t want it ending all on this note. These teams need to build up for next season else they’ll lose some players and also some new players might not want to join.

Yes indeed, I also did not expect Aston Villa to lose at home with a score of 2-4 like that because of course, Aston Villa is a team that is favored to win and not Olympiacos. With a big defeat like this, then I think it could be that Aston Villa will fail to turn things around in the second leglater because after all, in the second leg later also Aston Villa will play away. Of course, Olympiacos will also make a good effort to be able to maintain the aggregate victory, moreover Olympiacos will also play at home so the support for Olympiacos will be fully owned in the second leg later.

About Fiorentina defeating Club Brugge, but I think it's not easy for Fiorentina to win in the home match. Because anyway, the goal winner for Fiorentina also happened in injurytime, while Club Brugge only played with 10 players since the 61st minute. Although Club Brugge only played with 10 players but in fact Club Brugge also managed to make an equalizer to 2-2 but unfortunately, Club Brugge still failed because they conceded in the 90+1 minute and the match ended with a score of 3-2. With results likethis, then I think Club Brugge still has a chance to be able to turn things around in the secondleg later because yes, I think Club Brugge also still has a chance and a good performance to get a goodresult in the second leg later at home.
Of course it’s no surprising how intense European competitions are usually are as the match between Fiorentina and Club Brugge wasn’t failing in intensity. This match is one that we saw both teams fighting it out till the end and they were so ready to leave it all out on the pitch of play.

Well we saw a winner in the match, Fiorentina and they were able to get the win despite Club Brugge fighting hard even when they were down with one man. Looking at the 2nd leg, Club brugge who will be playing at home will be taking serious advantage of that and ready to overturn the victory. Well I’ll still bank on Fiorentina to be able to qualify but the second leg at Belgium won’t be really easy.

Aston Villa and Olympiacos also had a very intensed match which got Aston Villa 2 goals down while they head to Greece for the 2nd leg. This deficit gives Olympiacos the edge as all they need is a draw and they head straight to the finals of the competition. Olympiacos have the major advantage of the 4 to head to the finals because they also have an incredible good record at home as amongst the 4 teams. Fiorentina will have to be resilient to be able to go through as Club Brugge will be fighting real hard to be able to at least get a win, well football they say is unpredictable but in this case, I think Fiorentina will be able to head to the finals too.

On Dortmund's field, PSG received defeat. Although PSG then tried to find a goal, the away team could not put the ball into the opponent's net on an unlucky day. Dortmund had a mature, united, calm performance and played well with many right decisions in the first leg. It would be surprising if they were the team representing Germany to reach the Champions League final this year. When Bayern Munich's chances still need to be clarified, Dortmund is missing many pillars, but they still show that they are a team that is difficult for anyone to bully. Dortmund is ranked 5th on the Bundesliga rankings and is 12 points ahead of the chasing group with only three rounds left in the season. After the victory over PSG, Dortmund continues to play at home. This time, they will host Augsburg. Of course, they will defeat Augsburg. And Dortmund can focus on the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals against PSG in the middle of next week.

I'm thinking about the scenario If Dortmund wins the Champions League this season and finishes the Bundesliga in fifth place. Germany will have six teams participating in next season's Champions League. The sixth-ranked team will receive an additional spot at that time, and Dortmund will join as the defending champion.

Days ago in the first leg of the UCL semi-final game, Dortmund did well to hold PSG down to a 1-0 victory, not giving the room for an away goal advantage and also maybe giving themselves a bit of hope as to how to approach the second leg. PSG did their best in the game but maybe the home advantage worked for Dortmund, although the margin wasn't wide but at least twas a win. This was a win that Dortmund really needed.

To the German side, they've done really well to maintain that victory in that encounter and this has further given them a little upper hand in the second leg being that their opponent weren't able to score a goal not giving them the opportunity of an away goal rule. This is one rule that every team fights to acquire in every first leg of tournaments but this result has put PSG in a spot where they only have to work extra in their pursuit for the final spot in the competition.

This therefore makes the next encounter much anticipated. PSG will be hosting and it all would seem like both teams are on the same level. Dortmund has to do their best to defend their victory and PSG has to double their efforts to outrun Dortmund's first leg win. It really would be a game to behold. UCL competitions have all time being enlightening but this season, there's an extra sauce added to it. It's actually the best football season so far for me.

In my opinion, Xabi Alonso's squad is the strongest candidate for this season in the Europa League, giving confidence to the players to play according to Alonso's directions and it has been proven that they are able to come out as winners, Alonso's proof is beyond doubt that it is true that he is the most successful successor this year  , Alonso really deserves to be a great coach to become the world's top coach, because he was able to bring Leverkusen to this point with players who are not that well known.

Regarding As Roma, it seems that it will be difficult to turn the situation around because playing as a guest in the second leg is impossible for European clubs at the moment. Seeing that Leverkusen at this point is really a frightening specter for the Italian club As Roma, the problem is that Leverkusen has not yet lost at all.  in their last few matches, let alone in the Domestic League in Europa, they were able to make changes to the scheme played by the Leverkusen players, so it is very clear that Xabi Alonso's men are really strong in all aspects.

At the moment, the UEL this season is left with 4 teams set to battle it all out at the semi finals. The strongest team said to be Leverkusen will be facing the second toughest Roma and I must say it all seems like the UEFA board wants Leverkusen to go home with the trophy. Comparing the probability of the game outcome taking into consideration both teams performances so far, Leverkusen is the better side and they have the greater advantage over Roma. Yes Roma can be competitive and can make the game tough but Leverkusen's record won't let them stay down to be defeated. Really it'll be a game to look out for as in the first and second legs, both teams would put up their best to seeing if they can secure the 3points.

The last two teams aren't much of big strengths as they've had minor records so far in their European cup quests. If either of them wins, it'll be a walkover game for their final opponent because either Roma or Leverkusen would be a better side to them considering experiences gained and domestic league performances this season. Atalanta or Marseille aren't tough teams and if I'm to predict the qualified team to be, I'd go for Atalanta based on they are a little above the average performance of their normal performance. The semi finals won't be an easy battle as anything really can happen on the field of play.

Leverkusen's qualification to the semi finals of this season's UEL was also historic as they kept their unbeaten record still in play after drawing to West ham. This season they've been an undaunted team and they really have all it takes to finish the season with the unbeaten record intact and two trophies in their shelf. Their next UEL opponent is competitive but it's not really a big deal for them based on the fact that they have gained enough confidence and have even being in tougher encounters which they've at thesame time comfortably come out from victoriously. Roma themselves know that they won't be up for a joke game in the semi finals stage.

I think Lewandowski is still very suitable to be at Barcelona. Although this season his performance has had ups and downs. However, in Barcelona's last match against Valencia, Lewandowski proved that he still had great abilities by scoring a hat trick against Valencia. So even though he is quite old, Lewandowski still deserves to continue his career at Barcelona. Because it has been proven, this season Lewandowski was able to bag 23 goals with Barcelona. Apart from that, if for example next season Lewandowski decides to leave Barcelona, who knows which team will be willing to recruit him. So staying at Barcelona is the right choice for Lewandowski. Apart from that, Lewandowski still has quite a long remaining contract at Barcelona so it would be a shame if he chose to leave.
Because, for example, Lewandowski's contract at Barcelona has expired (in 2 years). If Lewandowski's performance continues to be good, I think his contract can continue to be extended at Barcelona. So that way, Lewandowski could have the option of retiring as a Barcelona player. And I think this option is very good for Lewandowski.

And in essence, this news is very encouraging for Barcelona and its fans. Because to be honest, it will be very difficult for Barcelona to find a new striker if Lewandowski leaves Barcelona. Moreover, Barcelona's finances have not yet fully recovered.
Lewandowski is a great striker. He's still got the fuel in him to net in more goals. He's agile, skilful and his goal scoring abilities are at the peak. Although age is calling gradually but he's still got a bit of time in him to show his worth in the public and projected games too. Although like Ronaldo, even at the age he is, he still kept the zeal on. I don't think Lewandowski's case would be any different.

Let him still use the ample of his time left to do exploits. He's got European cups and tournaments to journey through and in him, there's all that it'd take. Age is still favourable to him and he doesn't look like he'd slack in a few years to come, so for the mean time, he's got to enjoy his playing time before thinking of retiring back to the Arab league or quit football generally. The striker can still be a useful asset to the Spanish side.

Despite the ups and downs, he's managed to stay in form and shape, he still does well to net in goals when he's got the chance to and so far his rate of play isn't really any need for alarm. The club themselves know how advantageous he is and also how difficult it is to get an active striker in the market now. So they've just got to stick to appropriate terms with him and also try to work with him as he strives to do his best in being relevant in the team too.
