Here, on bitcointalk, there's no law per se. It's more like commonly accepted rules.
In fact, I'm very happy since it's also how bitcoin works.
A dishonest miner who tries to cheat, despite finding a valid block hash, will have it's block rejected by the network and lose all the $$$ linked to the energy he put at stake.
A honest miner will get his block accepted.
Be honest. Don't try shortcuts, they are pitfalls.
