Can you suggest me some techniques you use for dealing with Inflammation?

It depends how severe it is. If it is really bad you should definitely go to a doctor. If it is only mild I would just rest and drink a lot of tea. And if it's in between I would only go to the pharmacy and get some pills.
2862  Other / Off-topic / Re: My child refuses to where his seatbelt on: August 22, 2021, 06:26:51 AM
My stubborn 10-years-old will take his seat belt off when im not looking or if im driving fast.   Does anyone have this similar problems and how to you deal with it?

Oh that's sad to year, your son is probably in his rebel phase. A friend of mine told me something similar from his boy. Its very dangerous because an accident can happy any time. We need to teach our kids that we can't drive if they are not wearing a seat belt. We need to stop the car and put them in their place.
2863  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Society with no law on: August 21, 2021, 12:44:51 PM
What is life without law, how would the society be like without  law. Would society still exist, take a look at all lawless act committed  by individuals in the society, robberies, killings , corruption and so many bad act. Even with laws all this atrocities are being done  as if there's no law. people are not been scared to commit crime in the society.  They do not care or think of the consequences or result of the crime been committed. People enjoy lawlessness. How would this world be without laws , can it exist.

I don't think this would work. In a very small community where everybody knows each other this could work. People would start making compromises directly with each other. And the social pressure would make police and judges obsolete. However if we include the whole world this is not realistic anymore, there is social pressure between complete strangers.
2864  Other / Off-topic / Re: Share Good Movies Please? on: August 21, 2021, 12:24:27 PM
I watched the new suicide squad movie yesterday and it was actually pretty funny. So far there haven't been many good new movies this year. The corona pandemic hit the film industry pretty hard and most networks focused on making TV series. Suicide squad is a film worth watching.
2865  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The recent surge in Covid-19 is making vaccine makers to have a rethink on: August 21, 2021, 07:20:44 AM
Currently, almost covid 19 has mutated quite complicatedly and cannot be controlled, the number of deaths is increasing, vaccination is only a temporary measure, there is still no absolute solution for this virus when you getting this vaccine will have unpredictable consequences that are called background disease, and the covid virus it becomes more and more unpredictable, now my country has a lot of people dying more and more.

I think we shouldn't worry so much about the corona cases in general, but rather the severe cases. The corona vaccine is not going to give us 100% immunity. We need to see how the percentage of mild to severe cases is. If many people are dying and the hospitals are full then of course we need another lockdown. But if most cases are mild ones and nobody is dying, just has to stay home for a week like with a bad flu, then we shouldn't worry so much.
2866  Other / Off-topic / Re: Love and money on: August 21, 2021, 07:10:46 AM
Love and Money though are two different aspects but are very much related to each other. Some find love in money, while some are having no value for it.

In my opinion true love can not be related to money. While money is important in life and we all need it to survive, we should mix the two things. I don't think we can really have love in money, we might think so, but it is not real.
2867  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do some workout on: August 19, 2021, 06:40:03 PM
Try to always keep fitted, do some exercises, it is good for  the health. If you can't meet up always, once in awhile is cool

I agree, at least a little workout a few times per week in the morning or in the evening can make a big difference. Another thing we should consider when working long hours on a desk is to do some form of stretching. The human body is not designed to sit long hours in a chair at a desk. We need to do something good for our body from time to time.
2868  Other / Off-topic / Re: Yahoo email, old emails are gone? on: August 19, 2021, 09:27:55 AM
My Yahoo email now only is showing my emails from the past year. I have 2 yahoo emails that are 10 years old and the other one has all my previous sent and inbox mail.  I am very upset, did yahoo just lose all that information, I can't find a clear answer, if anyone has any info on this it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 99.99 percent sure I wasn't hacked

I haven't used yahoo email before, so I can't give an exact answer on this one, but could it be that your email account was full and some old messages got deleted? I remember that in my first email account which is almost 20 years old that there were tons of old emails in, but eventually the storage was full and I never deleted any emails. After some time I noticed that I was getting new emails again and this was because some emails (older than 5 years) just got deleted.
2869  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Online Misinformation on: August 19, 2021, 09:21:59 AM

Misinformation is widely spread in these era as the previous generation tend to believe anything they see on the internet.

"Look at this plant, it can heal anykinds of disease", yet there's no supporting data to defend the claims.

"Look, they became magnetic after getting vaccinated", yet the one who is supposed to be magnetic is just sweaty

"Look at this, the government is in cooperation with the other governments for worldwide genocide", yet years later, nothing ever happened

And the most annoying is that, typically your aunt/s or uncle/s are the one spreading this to your family group conversation. Like they are saying "Look at this, I am concerned about you guys so I will spread nonsense that may help you"

The problem is that everybody can write something on the internet. There is no quality check, and especially with sides like Facebook there can be a lot of people involved in trying to boost misinformation to make it viral. And the second problem is that people on the internet are not critical enough, they something and instantly believe it. I see it every week with my family, they fall so easily for things on the internet. Especially ad campaigns make it so hard for older people to realise that this was paid for by a company with a motivation behind it. We need more critical thinking when it comes to the internet.
2870  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you have any resource suggestions that can add value to the sales business? on: August 19, 2021, 08:33:38 AM
hello friends,

I had a very different day today.
Do you sometimes feel like the whole world is coming at you?
I am doing sales work. What strategies should be used to be the best in this industry? Do you have any resource suggestions that can add value to the sales business?

I am not experienced in sales but I remember from some training courses when I first started working, that the best way to get better is just practice, practice, practice. Once we have the right technique to offer our services, which most of the times comes as fixed sentences from the company, it all comes down to deliver the sale pitch as naturally as possible to create a bond with the customer.
2871  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Fall of Afghanistan Or Rise OF Afghanistan on: August 19, 2021, 08:09:09 AM
Afghanistan has WON the war against the Super Power USA and is now under freedom. USA has faced the worst defeat despite being a super power.
20 years of struggle has come to life now.

But International media is using the headlines "FALL OF Afghanistan " ?  Is it not the RISE OF Afghanistan Huh

It is maybe the rise of the Taliban again, but definitely not of Afghanistan. The Taliban got all the new weapons and equipment from USA and are happy now. But for the average population in Afghanistan its a disaster. All the international NGOs who where there to help Afghanistan to develop will leave again. There won't be much support from the outside now.
2872  Other / Off-topic / Re: Or do you do your work according to a certain plan? on: August 19, 2021, 07:59:19 AM
Working with a plan is very productive, but unfortunately, plans are often confused today because a person does not only do one job.

Or do you do your work according to a certain plan? Is there a method or resource you would recommend for planned work?

At my work we have a team call every Monday  morning to make a plan for the whole week. This plan is usually just a rough idea how the week is going to look like. There are always short notice tasks coming in on the fly which make all plans for the day obsolete.
2873  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you manage anger ? the anger managment topic ! on: August 18, 2021, 09:10:02 AM
The most anger I experience is short lived. I am not really the person who holds a grudge long term, and rather forget about if very quickly. There are few things I like to do when I am angry. First of all I try to breathe more calmly and take a break from whatever makes me angry. Secondly, if possible I try to go for a walk. Fresh air helps me to calm down a lot. In the end the reasons why we get angry are not that big and not that important. Just in the heat of the moment it seems very bad. We need to look at the things with a fresh mind again to realise it wasn't so bad.
2874  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will Afghanistan fall into a prolonged state of war again? on: August 18, 2021, 09:04:01 AM
I want to know why the army of 20 years was beaten and collapsed in 2 weeks?
Although Taliban guarantees that Afghan war has ended, they will forgive all opponents.
But people in Kabul is very panic. May now Afghan women and girls will begin to prohibit education.

So the first problem was that the Afghan special forces where the first ones to fight the Taliban. They got completely surrounded and were left alone, there was no USA air support, or troops from the Afghan National Army. After all the special forces got wiped out it was pretty much over the. The normal Afghan Army was not trained to actually believe in their cause. They just took the salary and new equipment from the coalition and as soon as the real fighting started they went home. Really sad.
2875  Other / Off-topic / Re: A weird problem affecting my PC on: August 17, 2021, 07:47:46 AM
Anyone here familiar with this error on windows 10?

Error solving function: ADL2_New_QueryPMLogData_Get

This is affecting my windows 10 performance one way or the other and it's laggy too, this is a gigabyte motherboard B85-HD3 with a RTX 3070ti onboard

I am not an IT expert but what I saw is that this error seems to come from mining. What kind of coins are you mining? If you stop mining does your PC run normally again or you still have lags? The first step should always be to check all the software you have is running the newest version. Many errors can get fixed by an update. The second step is to get the newest drivers for your hardware. This fixed many errors for me.
2876  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Does power really corrupt? on: August 17, 2021, 07:36:10 AM
I think not all of them corrupted the power they had. But somehow there's some also corrupt because of they are blind of the things and they never think their people grievances and wanted. All people wanted a good rule model who run the Politics that's have a good vision and mission for their country. We all know it's hard to find a noble man or woman to run the Politics but a good thing to do as an individual is never vote buying to avoid regret in the end.

In many cases power corrupted people in the past. I think that it is hard to resist the power if you have a long time. You will start to get used to it and don't want to give it up. In the end you will do everything you can to keep that power. Of course there are a few noble men who only focus on the good thing in the world like Ghandi for example. But these people are rare. Staying too long in politics will likely you corrupt you.
2877  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Afghanistan was a battleground for the United States to show its power to China on: August 17, 2021, 06:44:22 AM
Afghanistan was a battleground for the United States to show its power to China and Russia

Afghanistan was a battleground for the United States to show its power to China and Russia but Britain, along with the United States, lost the war. And it sent a message to China and Russia that they are also weak against people who do not have weapons like the United States or Europe. So is there anything to be gained from joint US-British military exercises? In case if the Taliban retake Afghanistan?

The lesson to be learned from Afghanistan is that people don't believe in your idea, they won't be fighting for it. It took 20 years to train the Afghan Army and it got destroyed in 2 weeks. Most of the soldiers didn't even fight and just went home. Most of the fighting was done by the special forces but they were outnumbered and had no air support. Most of them got wiped out. So all USA did in the end was giving better weapons to the Taliban.
2878  Other / Off-topic / Re: No one knows when our time will be up on: August 17, 2021, 06:32:05 AM
Someone I knew lost his life in a fatal accident, we grew up together and we build mining rigs together, after he passed away I had to go over to his place as his mom requested to get rid of his miners (GPUs and other things) there isn't anyone around to keep doing what he does, sadly I sold some to other friends of a friend, I just want to say whatever you are doing life isn't guaranteed, always plan ahead and be prepared because anything can happen, it's not wrong to build your lives up but always remember to enjoy along the way, death is inescapable

Sorry to hear this buddy. Always hard to lose a good friend. May he rest in peace. Life is so precious because no one can tell us if we will get 90 or 45 years old. We should do something that makes us up happy every day. Life is not only about work and money. We need to think about ourselves and our own happiness.
2879  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will Afghanistan fall into a prolonged state of war again? on: August 16, 2021, 09:14:50 AM
No i don't think so. The war is over after 20 years now, USA and all other Nato members left Afghanistan. Yesterday Kabul was transfered peacefully to the Taliban and the president fled the country. Taliban are back in power. Also for the Taliban this like Christmas now, they got all the trucks, guns and other equipment from the Afghan Army and the American tax payer. They even captured drones and planes. 20 years of training for the army and it collapsed in 2 weeks.
2880  Other / Off-topic / Re: Yoghurt on: August 16, 2021, 09:14:43 AM
Yogurt is a very useful probiotic for intestinal flora. Unless of course you make it yourself at home. There is no benefit to eating yogurt if you buy it from the market.

Yoghurt is very healthy if its natural, but many companies only sell it sugar added and other things. If we can get low fat yoghurt without any artifical ingredients, then it's very good for our body. Especially if we have problems with our stomach, then eating a yoghurt a day can make a big difference. I always switch between milk and yoghurt for my cereals.
