Arsenal answered Manchester City with another win this week. Their game against Fulham went much more comfortable than my expectation and they got a deserved win at the end. Arsenal are really amazing in the attacking line especially. Maybe they don't have the highest quality squad in the league but their game plan is very good for the players. Arteta knows how to benefit from these players really.

They definitely deserve the league title as long as they keep up this level. Manchester City will make big difficulties for them from now on so Arsenal just need to concentrate on their games in the remaining time period.

Juventus got a very deserved win against Sampdoria today. It was interesting not to see Vlahovic scoring despite Juventus' scoring 4 goals in total.

There was a total domination by Juventus actually but somehow Sampdoria made a comeback from 2-0 to 2-2 in the first half. But I never lost my faith in Juventus to win anyway. Because there was still a huge gap between these teams and thankfully Juventus showed it once again in the second half. This win is important for them as well because they are only 4 points away from Atalanta in the standings now. It is a really good climb so far.

By the way Manchester City have already won their game against Crystal Palace. Maybe it wasn't a comfortable win considering the final result. But getting three points was the most important point eventually.

Now Arsenal players will be under pressure a little for getting a win tomorrow. They have dealt with this pressure very well in general so far. They should be able to do this against Fulham in an away game as well. Because their job won't be too easy as long as Fulham stay strong against them. But I still think Arsenal will be victorious by playing just like a team fighting for the league title.

Leverkusen are a team that aren't having a good season in the Bundesliga. But still we are watching two teams there and in the Europa League. Their current matchup is an easy one against Ferencvaros as well. I believe they already finished the job in this round by winning by a 2-0 score. I expect another decent performance in the second leg and finish the incomplete job.

I don't know how far they can go but they just need to push to the end. This is their only way of qualifying for the Champions League as it seems.

It looks like Porto - Inter matchup would be the most competitive one among the games left in this round. Because Manchester City, Napoli and Real Madrid all should be able to finish off their opponents comfortably. Maybe Manchester City don't have a score advantage now but they are still very highly favourite to finish the job in Etihad. The final result would be a decent one this time.

Inter should be able to eliminate Porto normally but the first game was really interesting. Inter had difficulties in beating them in Giuseppe Meazza comfortably. I still don't think they would lose their advantage that easy.

A Messi - Mbappe cooperation happened so late in the game that PSG were nearly losing points against Brest today. After being eliminated in the Champions League the players must be really unhappy. Because they said goodbye to the most important tournament for them so early. Now they just have to focus on the Ligue 1 championship. They don't have anything else left in their hands.

In the summer I will be curious about what actions PSG will take. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Galtier being sacked.

Napoli are just doing their usual work. This was another comfortable win for them despite the shocking loss against Lazio home. They were in full control of the game really and they could have even scored more goals than this as well. Atalanta should consider themselves lucky about that after showing a poor performance defensively. I can't say they were good at attacking either. Maybe they wanted to play like Lazio against Napoli but it didn't work.

Kvaratskhelia one of the heroes of the game after scoring a lovely goal. Together with Osimhen they are making a great duo in the team.

Real Madrid just met the expectations by a decent level of performance. They actually worried me by their start to the game. Espanyol started really fast and scored a goal as well. But this was still not enough to demoralize Real Madrid players later on. They stayed focused and fought for the win hard. They got efficiency from their big effort as well. It was lovely to watch them in the attacking line.

Vinicius Junior is a really valuable player for this team. He is showing this regularly. Rodrygo could have scored a nice goal as well if his free-kick didn't hit the post.

It was quite a surprise for me to see Dortmund losing points against Schalke. This can be a derby game but we just can't overlook the huge difference between these teams on paper. Dortmund just needed to show this by their performance as well. They were actually impressive in the game but the defensive issues finished them. This was a game that they could have won and maintained their winning streak.

This was a big hit to Dortmund as Bayern Munich won on the same week. But the gap is still not big of course. Dortmund just need to go on focusedly.

It was really nice to see Chelsea finally getting a comfortable win in the league. It has been a long time since they got such win the last time. They are a really interesting team I mean. They are actually really productive about creating so many goal opportunities. But the problem has always been with finishing them up with goals. This win should be some help for them to be better as of now.

But of course it is still early to believe in them. They are like Liverpool this season. Both of these teams are too unpredictable.

Maybe Barcelona's opponent seems like a tough one this week. But this isn't a very tough game for them against Athletic Bilbao either.

Because I remember their previous game in the season and Barcelona completely destroyed them. Thinking that it looks like a far possibility for Athletic Bilbao to steal any point in this game. I know how Barcelona struggled against Valencia last week but I don't expect it to happen once again now. Besides they didn't have Lewandowski back then as well and it was a big reason for the score to stay at 1-0 only.

It might be a really horrible week for Inter by the way. Because not only Lazio but also Roma and Milan can win their games all. This would just be very disadvantageous for Inter in the standings. They can find themselves fighting for not losing their presence in top four while they are trying to stay at the second position. This is why I'm saying that big teams shouldn't underestimate their opponents in such games.

I'm not sure of Lazio though as it wouldn't be easy to beat Bologna away. But I think Roma and Milan can win this week against Sassuolo and Salernitana respectively.

The gap with Arsenal is still five points for Manchester City now. From now on every game is very important for the league title.

Therefore I think Manchester City will stay strong against Crystal Palace away tomorrow. They should be able to win this game nicely as long as they play their usual game. Arsenal have an away game against Fulham which is tougher than Manchester City's situation. Therefore Manchester City had better win one way or another with the hope of Arsenal to lose points. But honestly I don't expect any of them to lose points this week.

Lacazette was really a game changer for Lyon in this game against Lille today. Because Lille were actually close to winning this game by 3-1. But Lacazette's entering the game changed everything for Lyon suddenly.

They started to be even more effective about finishing and he scored two goals to save this team one point at least. There was like a goal duel between David and Lacazette in this game actually. David won that by making a hat-trick maybe but they both were amazing today. I was never expecting a score like this at the end by the way because the first half ended 0-0. Both teams fought hard in the second half.

I didn't get wrong about Manchester United and Arsenal both when it comes to their first games. I was doubting Arsenal and expected a draw maybe. They really couldn't beat Sporting despite being the better side. But I don't doubt Arsenal in Emirates in the second leg either. Arsenal should be able to be more dominant there to finish the job decently.

Manchester United have already finished the job in Old Trafford I assume. Because it was a 4-1 win and I don't think Betis are capable enough to get a similar win to make a comeback in Spain.

I don't expect anything surprising in the Real Madrid - Liverpool game. I don't expect Liverpool to even get a draw in this game. Their big victory over Manchester United could be misleading. Even if it helps them play better this time it is still a really bad score to come back from. Real Madrid are playing more different here than the La Liga. Ancelotti and the players would be ready for them anyway.

Real Madrid's main target is to win the Champions League title currently. Therefore they wouldn't make simple mistakes that easy.

It was one of the very interesting games between Spezia and Inter I think. Because the game was technically under huge control of Inter in both halves.

But this wasn't still enough for them to make it to the victory. Moreover they even lost the game by 2-1. After Lukaku's scoring the equalizer by a penalty I was waiting for Inter to get ahead as well. But instead they also conceded a goal by penalty only a few minutes later. I don't know what was wrong with Inter here while they were in a race for the second position in the standings.

Lille are favoured for the win against Lyon maybe but I don't think the situation is that simple now. Because this is a game between teams that are close to each other in the standings now.

A gap of six points isn't that big in the end. Besides their head-to-head games have also concluded with competitive results so far. I even see the possibility of draw as higher than a side to win. But if one side is to win then my choosing would be Lille. They might manage to benefit from playing a home game. Their scoring more goals than Lyon might also be extra help for them. Both teams should be able to score. Even if one side wins I expect it to be by only one goal.

Maybe Milan aren't in a title fight in the Serie A but they are doing great in the Champions League right now. Honestly I wasn't expecting them to get past Tottenham. Because Tottenham still had a more capable lineup that would be enough to eliminate them somehow. But it was all about the strategies there. Tottenham players had big problems on playing their own game.

Milan somehow kept the score at 0-0 and finished the job. Actually they could have scored a goal as well but they wasted so many opportunities. Especially Messias' shots were horrible.

It was a really unlucky day for the Turkish team, Fenerbahce. I mean they were really incredible against Sevilla. They had so many goal opportunities to benefit from but they just wasted all of them very generously.

I can comfortably say that Sevilla didn't deserve to get a win by this much of a comfortable score. They just punished their opponent for wasting their opportunities. Even a loss by one goal would be a hope for Fenerbahce but I don't know after a result like this. Maybe they would play much better in Istanbul but Sevilla wouldn't let them finish regular time by two goals ahead that easy anyway.
