Besides Leverkusen are actually in a much better shape these days. Because their form has been incredible while Frankfurt's is horrible for many weeks. Leverkusen should be able to use this very positive momentum for their advantage here. Their latest game in the league resulted in a big mess for Leverkusen. But they aren't playing that weak from now on. I'm trusting them about winning this game honestly.

PSG also seem to be interested in a move for Jude Bellingham now. Maybe it could be just a rumour as well but still this is the case now. This can make the competition to sign him quite fired up though. Because Real Madrid and Liverpool are also thinking of making an offer for him in the summer. Especially Real Madrid seem to be ahead of Liverpool now.

I wonder if PSG's entering the race would change something about Bellingham's decision. He has been eager to sign for Real Madrid so far. I think he would still go with Real Madrid.

Something really bad is going on with Inter these days and they couldn't get a win once again. I thought they would be able to beat Salernitana today at least. But they couldn't prevent a draw at the end. Now they are under the threat of Roma about losing the fourth position in the standings. Winning against Torino will make Roma get ahead of Inter right away.

Torino are a tough team to beat though so maybe Inter might be able to maintain their position this week. But this still doesn't change the fact that they are really bad currently. They can find themselves out of top four soon in this way.

This game was a big disappointment for Dortmund here. Their performance was such a poor one against Leipzig that they really deserved this loss by 2-0.

Leipzig still were able to score the second goal very late in the game. Dortmund might have caught them by surprise if they saw this as an opportunity. However it wasn't like we had the same Dortmund we have in the Bundesliga. They didn't seem interested in this tournament. Even Bayern Munich seemed more willing to win here honestly. Dortmund should have been better than this because there isn't any guarantee that they will win the Bundesliga title.

Monaco are another team following Lens - Marseille duo right behind in the standings now. There is only a gap of three points so it can be closed up for sure. The competition for the Champions League is just getting bigger while we are getting close to the end of the season on one hand. Monaco made a really big effort last season to qualify for the Champions League groups directly but they lost the position to Marseille in the final moments.

This time maybe they can do the same to them. But while there is Lens as well it wouldn't be easy at all though. Lens also have been beyond the expectations so far.

It looks like Mourinho is called with not only Chelsea but also with a Saudi Arabian team for next season. They say that he has got an enormous offer by such team already. I wonder if he is really thinking of leaving Europe in this case. I don't know if it is time for him to leave here before reaching a big achievement again. But I don't know if he can achieve it with Roma now.

Chelsea aren't rushing anything for now but I wonder how good they would be with Mourinho. I'm just not sure about him as his usual game plan is a little old from now on.

That win against Cadiz was really important for Sevilla. They are now four points ahead of the relegation zone and they need to keep getting away more week by week. This game against Celta Vigo tomorrow is a quite tough one as it seems. Their most recent head-to-head game also ended up with a draw. Celta Vigo can be quite durable here as well.

They even have a better placement than Sevilla now. Sevilla actually have a great potential but they are still on the brink of relegation. This team doesn't deserve this poor look.

I think it is already time for Inter to finish this terrible form. They have a game against Salernitana away and I will be expecting a very clear victory by Inter. We should be seeing many improved performances in this game. Salernitana aren't one of the big teams in this league. They should just use this to their advantage and get the win they want after that.

Inter really need this win after losing four times recently. They beat Salernitana in this season before and they can do this comfortably once again. They shouldn't risk their top four chance now.

Dortmund - Union Berlin game can be a quite interesting one honestly. Union Berlin beat them in the league before first of all. There is only a two-point gap between these teams currently. However I doubt Union Berlin can even get a point against them this time. Dortmund have been in a pretty solid shape especially in terms of attacking these days.

Their performance against Bayern Munich wasn't much impressive though. But this can't be a reference to the general look of their season. I don't think they would let their opponent resist them in Signal Iduna Park. I expect satisfying performances for the win.

After beating Brentford home with a really nice performance Manchester United are going to have another home game against Everton this time.

This is the opening game of the week at the same time. I will be expecting them to maintain a winning streak by this game honestly. Because they have boosted their morale by the Brentford win and this should be very helpful to do this again here. Everton are still a very struggling team in the league therefore it can be seen as another comfortable game for the Red Devils on paper honestly.

Galatasaray fought really well for the victory but they still couldn't prevent Basaksehir from eliminating them. They had a lot of goal attempts that were quite effective. But they still couldn't score more than they conceded. Basaksehir also seemed really focused on reaching the semi-finals. Galatasaray said goodbye to the cup quite early as a result.

After watching the last game between them this was a really unexpected result to me honestly. Galatasaray couldn't dominate it this time.

Inter Miami are thinking of some other formula to be able to convince Messi to play for them as of this summer. However I still don't expect Messi to prefer them over PSG yet. Their priority should still be Europe and he would like to hear from Barcelona first as well. If there isn't anything new from their side then I just expect him to play for PSG one more season.

He would try to go for the Champions League title with this PSG one last time I assume. But I think he will still leave after that no matter he achieves the title or not.

Newcastle had a quite interesting game against West Ham today. I mean their previous head-to-head couldn't even finish with Newcastle's victory. But in this away game they were really incredible. After that great performance they managed to win by a score like 5-1. West Ham were quite defenseless against them despite being under the threat of relegation together with some teams.

Newcastle really want to finish the season in top four. They really deserved to win this week.

Freiburg and Bayern Munich are going to face each other once again in the Bundesliga this time. This game is going to be played in a few days. But I must admit that I wasn't expecting Freiburg to beat them even a bit. I thought that Bayern Munich would go for every title they can win in the remaining time of the season. But it looks like the DFB Pokal title wasn't one of them.

Although this game in the league is going to be in Freiburg's home I still expect Bayern Munich to be victorious. Because Bayern Munich are playing different in the Bundesliga. This is another important game for the league title as well. We should see a similar performance to the one they had against Dortmund.

I really have no idea how Real Madrid won this El Clasico by 4-0 away. It was a Copa del Rey game maybe but both teams were caring about the cup anyway.

Barcelona actually started better but after some time Real Madrid started to play really amazingly. But I still can't believe Barcelona about how easy they lost their concentration this much. They even had a 1-0 score advantage before the beginning of this game. They were just demolished in their home stadium. Real Madrid should be able to go for the cup as well from now on. They really want this obviously.

When it comes to the Lazio - Juventus game ahead I don't see any side as favourite. It is going to be a quite competitive game most probably. Lazio are in a better situation as they are quite ahead of them in the standings now. But considering the recent performances I don't think this changes too many things. Juventus are also doing really good these days.

Besides Juventus are a team that beat Inter away as well. They have a high level of morale in their league games so I don't know if this would be the game they lose. Both teams to score is my first choice.

Manchester United have finally put an end to their bad form by getting a win against Brentford. But this win wasn't very satisfying to me. I mean they won by only 1-0 despite all that dominance. Especially in the first half they completely dominated the game but still there was only one goal. In the second half they seemed like they were aiming to keep the same score to the end.

Brentford were able to balance the game a little in this half but it wasn't enough to score the equalizer. This is a quite dangerous scenario for the Red Devils so they had better do better than this next time.

I would really like to see the title rivalry alive until the final moments of the season. There isn't too much time left for the end already. The gap is also not that big as well - only six points. PSG are a quite unpredictable team these days so they can really risk their title in this way. The important part is whether any of their closest rivals will be able to catch up with PSG or not.

Lens don't make me feel like they can do this still. However Marseille might be the only team that have a chance for that. But they haven't been consistent recently so they need to make an improvement in this form.

I'm still favouring Manchester United very highly to eliminate Sevilla in this round of the tournament. Manchester United are the most favoured team for the Europa League title as well according to bookmakers now.

There is a reason for that of course. They were already one of the biggest favourites while Arsenal were still a part of the tournament. Now they really look like the strongest team among the ones left. They don't play like they care about the Europa League less than the Premier League. Sevilla can't hold them off that easy with this level of performance. They are having a really poor season and they should have been eliminated already by now.

Leverkusen's huge progress is really difficult to overlook now. Before Xabi Alonso came to the team they were struggling to even get away from the relegation zone. But now they are at the seventh position fighting for qualifying for a tournament. They are only one point away from the Europa Conference League spot as well now. Because Frankfurt can't win a game for so many weeks.

Leverkusen really deserve to make it to a tournament with this high level of performance now. But we will see if they can get what they aim.
