hey jeremy, if an aussie in australia wants to have aussie dollars deposited into his aussie bank account, i think you should make the exchange rate calculator on the left of that page automatically set itself to AUD. http://www.spendbitcoins.com/convert/pay-bills-with-bitcoins/also, i think that form should have an optional field for 'transaction reference'. Thanks payb.tc. I've forwarded this to my web guy.

Dear Jeremy,
What is up with the voluntary 1 btc fee for using the site vs the "free" tool? I used your service before and this wasn't a part of the original site.
Hi there, The fee allows people to cash out who are not actually spending through our affiliate links while still resulting in a profit for us. It is voluntary at the moment since the tool is not yet available and the whole point of Spend Bitcoins is to make a way to spend them fee free. The tool will automatically use our affiliate links whenever you choose to spend bitcoins, so there will not be a fee for using it. Hope that clears things up.

Did you know you can convert your bitcoins to deposit into your Australian bank account or to pay your bills via any major Australian bill paying service? Both are now options at http://spendbitcoins.com/convert. Convenient, eh?

Do you offer Amazon payments for addresses outside the US (Mexico in this case)?
I don't believe Amazon payments currently works outside the US. If it does work in Mexico, please let me know. can you let us know a bit about the new 'tool'? eg. is it portable? can i use your new website at a public internet cafe? does the ordering process still require an email address? All will become clear soon enough. that's not soon enough! Agreed! Why does it take so much longer to program an idea than it does to come up with it?

It's too bad that I do not live in US
We do business worldwide. Yeah, I just used your service to convert my bitcoin to paypal. But 2.9% + $0.3 kills me. Maybe next time I'll try Amazon gift card. Yeah. I hate PayPal.

Spendbitcoins.com also allows you to exchange for paypal, amazon payments, amazon gift codes, etc.

When you do get your bitcoins back, if you're looking for a way to exchange them for USD which will work with such a small amount, you live in the US and can accept Amaxon payments, I can recommend http://coincard.ndrix.com/. Or of course http://spendbitcoins.com.

9:10am 22-Feb-12
Dear Clients, We would like to apologize to all our clients for the lack of customer support provided over the past weeks, as of 14th February we have been faced with another banking institution issue, which includes the following; We've had an account suspension issue with our Commonwealth bank processing account and are unable to execute EFT AUD withdrawals while the account is suspended. We will leave the exchange in its 'frozen' state until we are able to re-commence operations. We've had an issue or two in the past with other banking institutions in Australia so we understand the tension this causes for customers and ourselves. However we've always managed to correct them. We thank you for your support and appreciate your patience as we work through this. WBX Team This update just posted (though not on February 22). I hope you get through your banking issues quickly and come back with a more solid offering than ever. Australian bitcoiners need you. Just in case anyone doesn't know about us, I just wanted to let you know that there is an alternative for buying bitcoins in Australia, which is http://au.spendbitcoins.com. There is a bit of a premium to cover our costs and a bit of profit, but it we do offer a quick, nearly anonymous way to buy bitcoins without doing any wire transfers, etc, just a cash deposit at any NAB in the country. Head over to http://au.spendbitcoins.com to have a look now.

Thanks, Mt Gox. The deposit has been credited.

Hopefully for your sakes it is not another frozen bank account issue.
This happened to me (a case of bad timing) and ANZ (their bank at that time) never returned my funds.
want to purchase some bitcoins for AUD directly? i'd like about $1000 and could do them for $4.10 each. I can do a manual order for this as well if you still need it, payb.

Dear Mt Gox,
I'm sorry to post publicly, but I've been waiting over two days for a response to my support ticket #21028 regarding a deposit I made last Thursday which has not yet been credited to my account. Can I please get a response?
Highest regards, Jeremy

Sorry, but, what happened to the spend everywhere function?(where you bought the stuff for us and you charged a larger fee)?. That was pretty practical.
PayPal seems to have filled that need for most people. Email orders@spendbitcoins.com to do this manually. If there is enough demand we'll put it back on the site soon.
