Can anyone tell me where and how can I buy Ethereum ?

Ask in altcoin section or in Ethereum forum....it is so funny that you bears are talking here about better coins etc...BULL..SHIT...bitcoin has value in community...it is backed by community and even you, the Troll with the huge fuc*inkg T, you are also part of the community Cool i don't want you are part of the community, because i don't like your attitude, but you are..it is your free will to try to become a part of some community...i am not sure if that is you, but i think yes..i think you are the one who was banned from litecoin forum and reddit for insulting mods, right? Who let you be part of the community even when you don't like it and not many people like you...BIT....FUCKING....COIN man...think about it

Butthurt so much ? and yes, I am the one who was banned from r/Litecoin and from the Litecointalk forum(thankfully we have the freedom of speech in Bitcointalk), but do you know why? you obviously don't, well let me enlighten you sir... because I fucking "insulted" mods after them deleting my posts and temporarily banning me over and over and all over again, each time I pointed the obvious scam or when I questioned Jasinlee project (because everything said redflag) and warned everyone about the obvious scam, the mods were paid, he sponsored everything they did, they even were involved with the CACHE coin, something you wouldn't expect from a Litecoin forum Mod...but hey I was wrong right... nope, I was right all the time, Jasinlee did scam people and got millions of dollars from his victims thanks to the Litecoin community mods, this could be prevented if they didn't censorship my speech...

BTW, you are just a fucking idiot sheep like them.

Good Guy NYSE, amirite?

You know what, it will be really hilarious watching the NYSE loosing their shit to the "Bitcoin nerds" I know that 75 million to them is nothing, but just the fun of it man.
324  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 20, 2015, 08:19:47 PM

The market is not liquid at all, and the price is just crazy, maybe because of the lack of liquidity !!!!

anyways, thank you.

A friend of mine had a hard time understanding Bitcoin. He owns quite many, but is plagued with inane -EV concepts of daytrading, such as panic selling, and "buying back lower".

I just told him: "Bitcoin. It's like land. If someone offers you less for your land than what it's worth, you just give a hardly-noticeable smile and wave him away." Land is not to be sold. Unless you need the money.

You don't constantly trade in-out your land. Same: Just don't sell your bitcoins.

Economic 101: "your item is only worth what the best bidder is willing to pay"

forum reading 101: He's talking about EV decisions (expected value)

It just depends who you are asking, in this particular case the EV is much lower...got it ? this is why we rely on the price.

They are mad they didn't get rich and now want it to get reset so they can get in early. Little do they realize that if crypto were to die, they won't have a chance to get rich anyway...

In case this is not a troll account of yours, you only lost money since entering bitcoin (or you shorted).
This is not the end, but 2014 was a great year to SHORT the shit out of bitcoin and some bullnutters. I took my profits above 800$ and thankfully waited more than 1 year to rebuy below 175$, only to sell again part of it above 210$.

I have more fiat and more bitcoins, but I still like to see bitcoin go down another 50$, just to see some tards lose their money and jump off a bridge.

And the "Swiss" Bosnian is back....

Look at yourself, you've been swimming in this delusion for almost a year now, telling everyone it is a good time to buy and how you feel this is maybe the launch and about how your guts feel it...BTW, did you pray today so your lord can save you from your ignorance ?

Oh sod off you miserable twit.

You add literally nothing but a negative attitude to this forum.

Most of you here need some negativity, it saves you from your selves long term, you are welcome .

330  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 16, 2015, 05:41:56 PM
I am very bullshit on bitcoin at the moment.

That feeling is a sign it is a VERY good time to buy IMHO. Wink

When we all feel euphoric it is time to sell.

As it hits 140 tomorrow I will remember to think of the shameless shill that only you could come up with Shocked

Professional way to invest
- Adjust positions to have portfolio that performs in all scenarios
- Lay back and watch (haven't done a BTC trade in almost a year)
- Adjust when major things happen

Headless chicken way
- Haphazard portfolio allocation based on no analysis nor plan
- Wishing that something would go up instead of accepting whatever comes
- Selling at capitulation, buying at mania.

What harm am I doing and to which group?   Cheesy

Not many bears around. Must feel bad to sell at 170, at the most oversold point in history.

Don't be ignorant, it is simply not done yet, a bounce was expected after the brutal crash and we may trade at this level (max $250) for few more days before the next knife fall.

The Homeland Security agent’s theory was that Karpeles, as owner of Mt. Gox, held an enormous amount of Bitcoin. He used Silk Road to leverage that price and raise it, which it did by several hundred times over during the course of Silk Road’s lifespan. Bitcoin was worth around $2 at Silk Road's launch and hit as high as $290 by 2013.

What the hell do they mean by "leverage that price and raise it"?
Can anyone here come up with a scenario how keeping gox money at silk road could have raised the price?

The forum term, pump it, do you know the willy Bot ?
333  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 15, 2015, 10:49:37 PM
do you remember when Mark refused to go to the US hearing when he was invited by the court regarding their closed account? you know, refusing may also add some confirmation to this theory... so many dots got connected, but again it could be just a coincidence.
334  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 15, 2015, 10:41:31 PM

Then I can confirm that Bitcoin will die as soon as this info become true.
335  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 15, 2015, 10:40:00 PM
This could be true, and the coins that Mtgox "lost" could be really the SR seized coins or the lost at least connected to this event.

Supply and demand...as simple as that.

now the reak question is about the inflated demand, and the complicated answer is the greedy people who were so blind to not see or ignore the huge bubble, they were also promised $10K coins, so as naive as they were they kept buying bitcoins... in fact they were buying hope and held and wishes and dreams, but now they are realizing how ignorant they were... this is why the bubble is taking so long to burst, it was delayed with hope and dreams and wishful thinking.

Edit: BTW, technical analyzes work most of the time...the fact that you don't understand charts or don't know how to use them doesn't mean they are worthless.

If technical analysis worked out most of the time then we all should've been rich by now. I'm pretty fucking sure that you or any other else never predicted $150 bitcoin followed by $200, dip to $170 and back to $220 in a ridiculous 2-3 days timeframe. What you can do with T.A is to paint a history and then place a "bet" based on it. Saying that T.A works most of the time is an overstatement.

well, you are wrong sir, just read my posting history.
337  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 15, 2015, 10:33:31 PM
Ulbricht’s lead attorney, Joshua Dratel, said that Karpeles was the man pulling the strings behind Silk Road from 2011 until 2013, and that his associate Ashley Barr, a Canadian computer scientist, became the famously libertarian voice of Dread Pirate Roberts.
“Lots of little things added up to [Karpeles],” Der-Yeghiayan testified.
In a meeting with other Homeland Security agents, Der-Yeghiayan recalled saying that “we have built up quite a large amount of information that leads to this.”
Der-Yeghiayan, however, was convinced that the investigation still had further to go before making an arrest and taking Karpeles to court. He advised other law enforcement agents against speaking to Karpeles about Silk Road, so as to not tip him off.
At the time, there were investigations into several potential crimes that Karpeles had committed.
Instead, other Homeland Security investigations into Karpeles, for separate and related crimes, led investigators to seize $2 million from Karpeles in May 2013, thus tipping Karpeles off that he was on the radar of the United States government.
Although he was “upset” about the premature law enforcement contact, Der-Yeghiayan said he continued his investigation into Karpeles.
“You believed him to be the mastermind behind Silk Road, keeping it secure and operating?” Ulbricht defense attorney Dratel asked Der-Yeghiayan.
“I did,” Der-Yeghiayan testified.
As the argument was unveiled, Ulbricht let out a rare beaming smile and turned to his parents. They nodded at one another, marking the most electric moment in the trial so far.
Der-Yeghiayan testified that his own investigation had found that Mutum Sigilum, a Karpeles holding company, had registered silkroadmarket.org as a means to publicize the site further.
In the summer of 2013, a separate Baltimore-based Homeland Security investigation into Karpeles went to meet with the Karpeles's lawyers, explicitly against Der-Yeghiayan’s wishes. At this meeting, Karpeles’s lawyers brought up Silk Road and said that Karpeles was willing to give up the person he thought to be running Silk Road in order to gain immunity from other charges pending against him.
Der-Yeghiayan said he was “upset” about the contact and says he wrote a lengthy memo about the problems in the investigation.
Dratel says that it was only after this happened that Ulbricht was lured back into Silk Road, an entity he allegedly left behind two years prior, in order to be the “fall guy” who would ultimately take the charges that could leave him in prison for life.

Since i've been here...

Not a single bull has ever told me why Bitcoin is worth $210 -$1000, $100k and not $30-70$ like it should, yet i'm the one who's considered a troll LMFAO. The stupid fucks watched so many graphs that they forgot that the price is driven by people and their reaction to the technology and not by the lines presented on a chart and some fancy trends posted by delusional amateur traders that were born post "The Wolf of Wall Street". We are not in the past where the MtGox bots were pumping out Bitcoin like lunatics.

Go outside of your pussified geeky world and ask people if they give a shit about bitcoin. Ask them and then you will see the real truth. What you got here is a technology that's failing to take advantage of the power that the internet has to offer, in case you want to talk about a mass adoption situation. That alone should tell you a more realistic price.

Now please, go back to your 9 to 5 jobs and stop dreaming like idiots that one day you will all own Bentleys and big opulent houses. Keep bitcoin on the side and work harder on other goals.

Supply and demand...as simple as that.

[conspiracy] maybe when the feds seized the SR Bitcoins they actually seized MTgox coins, because it doesn't make sense that the SR had that much of coins...[/conspiracy]

Bitstamp | Total bids: 3230081 USD. Total asks: 8699 BTC. Ratio: 371.29663 USD/BTC

This doesn't mean anything, you are overlooking it... a correction to $250 is possible maybe followed with some stability for few days then the downtrend will continue till we hit the bottom (double digits, lower double digits)

Sure, I smell another drop coming, but I'm not sure if lower double digits is where it will end. There would be major capitulation at sub $150. Not sure if there would be enough people willing to sell at sub $100 to drive it that far.

I love bears. We just had a massive calamitous decline with a huge volume reversal, after a never ending 13 month bear market. When the market finally turns up they predict doom. As i said yesterday we will see who are just trolls/useful idiots to the whales controlling the market and who actually follow the trend.
Those aren't bears, they are either bear cultists (permabears) or pigs.

I'm not a permabear, I'm just not convinced we have reached the bottom. Maybe it was yesterday. We'll see... No way to be sure until it's tested and retested.

As for mmitech. He's just permanegative. He loves to see things burn...

you must be new here, I am not negative... I am optimistic and bullish when the market is bullish, and pessimistic and bearish when the market is bearish, as simple as that.

BTW 1w chart is still showing a huge chance for a continuing downtrend (unless we recover to $450 in the next couple weeks)

This graph didn't fail yet:

Most "bulls" in this forum:

I don't see despair yet, when it hit most of you will abandon the ship, only then I will buy back, at this point my money is safe and stable in my bank account
