25 shares are available in each rig. Each share gives you 1/25th of the rig's hashrate (minus low cost professional hosting/management fees).
If this GB sells out, we simply open up another sub-round called R20B. We can repeat this as needed, as R20x doesn't face the same hardware shortages that are often found in the ASIC Bitcoin miner world, since GPUs and PCs are essentially commodities at this time, as opposed to the prototypes we all get sent (AKA as ASIC miners). Inventory is essentially Unlimited for R20x, so there's no worries about running out of GB shares.

1 share = $212 = 144-160 KH/s for 6 months (unless there's a push from owners to sell the equipment earlier) + access to ultra low cost miner hosting at $300 per rig per month (and a 0.5% Management Fee). We will sell the unit or decide to continue running it before the 6 month mark.

Share price includes funds to purchase an entire DZ MC LTC Ultra Power Rig, the assembly and testing, and UPS with battery backup. Hashrate will be split in 25 portions or GB shares.
Comparison: with shipping, an R9 R270x video card alone, capable of 450KH/s costs $220-260, before you factor in the rest of the system (case/PSU/RAM/CPU/accessories/assembly/testing/power/cooling) needed to set up and run a power hungry and noisy Litecoin/Alt-coin rig for months at a time.
Hosting and Management fees: $300 per rig per month + a 0.5% management fee, which works out to $12-13 per month per share (~$6 per share per bi-monthly payout on the 7th and 22nd (we alternates payouts with BTC rigs, which are paid on the 1st and 15th)).

If you have questions about Round 20 unit hosting please contact bobsag3.Since this is a 3.6 - 4 MH/s rig, at 25 shares per rig, that works out to 144-160 KH/s per share for R20x. Unit will be hosted at bobsag3 at the world's lowest hosting/management fees, for a limited time. This should be assembled and built by January 15 (estimated). Incremental and monitored Overclocking will be implemented as we'll be keeping things nice and chilly.
Your share price includes acquisition of an estimated 20 minutes of UPS/Battery Backup + Gas Generator backup, included in the discounted share price to keep BTC flowing during: short outages (blackouts), voltage sags (brownouts), and voltage spikes, as well as to provide power filtering. The special purpose Gas Generators our co-op buying power allows us are meant for providing power during longer outages.

Mining Equipment will be operated by vetted IT pros or a vetted IT college student, with backup host sites available. Payouts are on the 1st and 15th of the month minus a $150 host fee and a 0.5% management fee, the lowest prices around.
Once sales begin, Refunds are available up until unit ships at 1.5% restock fee.
We vote on all buying, shipping, and resale decisions as well as vote on the month to attempt equipment resales after 5-7 months of operations.
