I just did some voting and found that the GUI doesn't work. I vote in the command line and the GUI is updated immediately.

You need to vote from CLI.

Okay that was strange, I voted for wasda using CLI, it added them to the GUI list of votees and then removed it a few minutes later. I voted for wasda again and then it up it back into the GUI list..

I see whats happening, You can only vote for 7 people? is that right??

something is up with voting. I removed someone, then voted a new person in. What happened was it brought back the person I removed, added the person I voted in and automatically removed someone else. WTF? latency because I didn't wait for enough blocks?
342  Other / Politics & Society / Re: THE : "In order to protect YOU" on: December 13, 2016, 06:18:28 PM
The problem is that some people need that type of protection from themselves.

The ones that don't are here I guess.

Since Veritas is already a technology company operating worldwide, what do you plan on doing when they ask you to stop using their name?

yes you should have 2 key pairs
can you check other json files, it might be there

No .. nothing, all the jsons are the same as the wallet. I tried to create a new wallet and import the private key from the suggest brain key command and I still only get one one set of key pairs. I don't see the key pair associated with the witness signing key.

Whats next? create a new account with a new brain key and start over? that would suck since this account has alot of votes.. Sad

can you try
update_witness youraccount "" newsigningkey true
use your public key for your newsigningkey

That did it, thank you and everyone else who help out.

Remember you have to edit in your config.ini
your witness id with the "" (dont forget to remove the # sign infront of the witness id)
and your private key using your signing key and the corresponding private key which you get from dump_private_keys

I think this is where I made the mistake, I used the signing key from the witness, private key from miso69. I didn't use the public key from the dump_private_keys command. I will fix that and run the node again.

You have to  set the signing_key and it's private key in the config.ini file
The 4 lines when you typed dump_private_keys:
the first pair was when you generated your brain key
the second one was when you created your witness

okay so when I do a dump_private_keys I only see one key pair, its the same keypair I got when I did the suggest brain_key_command. pub key, wif priv key. I don't see a keypair associated with the signing key of the witness. Which is the XMS7... key above.

Then you make something wrong in early steps.
https://github.com/moonstonedac/moonstone/wiki/How-to-import-your-key
https://github.com/moonstonedac/moonstone/wiki/How-to-become-a-witness

I'm sure I followed the steps exactly. I imported the key, created the witness all basic copy and paste stuff.

When I do a dump_private_keys I don't see the keypair from the witness signing key only the keypair from the wallet when I initially created it. Am I supposed to see 4 keys there? 2 pub and 2 priv? If so I think there was a problem when creating my account.

I guess the part I'm missing is the private key for XMS76G3JYrfxTfYWdiA3nxvJ9taJmUkuXeLZPYq5exCknD2acPwSw but when I type dump_private_keys it doesn't show that key or its private key. Anyone know how I can get that private key?

Okay now I'm getting this..

Code:

That key is the signing_key when you do the get_witness miso69 command.

Was it right the first time or is this something that I have to wait for a maintenance period to correct?

Dev it looks like i'm mining and founding blocks ,but when i look at my balance i have not even 1 coin more. What i'm doing wrong ?

it goes directly to your vested balance.

get_vesting_balances youraccount
to know your vesting balance

withdraw_vesting youraccount amounttowithdraw XMS true
to withdraw amounttowithdraw XMS to your nonvesting balance

Do vesting balances have interest or something special?

358  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What do you think about 9/11 mystery? on: December 06, 2016, 09:24:18 PM
I'm Civil Engineer and i red the blog "911 Controlled Demolition" in youtube(just type and watch).

Probably you will shock and convince that 911 attack is a controlled demolition and it is used as a reason to attack Al qaeda (covering the real reason: To attack iraq and control the resources of the land).

Many lives was taken. It reflects in the TV Series "Game of Thrones" (War and Politics)

The real beneficiary of war and politics in this world is the oligarchs (Businessmen):

1) Weapons Companies (who supplied armies and terrorists)
2) Banks (who illegally transacting between rebel and supplier of weapons)
3) Oil Companies (who illegally stealing the resources of the lands)

Yes it was definitely a controlled demolition. The most obvious was building 7. The official 9/11 report did not even include building 7. Too much of a smoking gun.

There was no plane wreckage at the pentagon.

As for the beneficiaries? Well, we have George W. Bush, Oil Mogul. Then we have Dick Cheyney, Hailburton. That covers 1 and 3, I don't know who the banker is. Clearly many were involved and made huge profits from this.
