5. To prevent abuse and ensure a fair gaming environment, users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before participating.

No. KYC is not mandatory but just like other casino, they may ask you randomly. The promotion that you mention is their way to attract new user to undergo KYC just to get the bonus reward.

I still have my account not verified until now but I rarely play on this casino these days so maybe this is the reason why my account is still not ask to KYC even if my account age is old enough.

"must complete KYC" doesn't sound like it's optional. If it only refers to the promotion, giving personal information and passing KYC is too much for a $20 bonus. I understand that it is a question of protection against multi-accounting, but there would have to be some other way to make it happen.

I just saw this on Blackjack.fun's special no-deposit campaign, is KYC mandatory in this casino?

363  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM REPORT | Heisenberg63 on: March 12, 2024, 12:59:31 AM
I did that already, I removed my telegram from my profile immediately to stop this guy from scamming more people.

Is this your right Telegram account here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5154316.0
and here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5157247.msg51564998#msg51564998

Since you changed the password on your forum account, is there any chance to sign a message on the BTC address which you use on Bitcointalk
this BTC address: 1DDcgWEwgZfqDW51grWFgLEPxWSPhDxwdC posted here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4792869.msg43245540#msg43245540
This would remove any doubt that the account has changed owners in the meantime.

I second what is said here. Right now I am in a loss and there is not clear explanation but the fact that you lost your phone. You being into a business you should have created a thread the same second your realized your phone is lost and someone else could be scamming your contacts

Yes, you are right, it seems quite suspicious.
Also, the fact that the person who found the phone is somehow involved in his business and is defrauding people without any problem.
364  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM REPORT | Heisenberg63 on: March 12, 2024, 12:40:01 AM
I am here man, DO NOT DEAL WITH THAT TELEGRAM NOW BECAUSE I LOST MY PHONE AND IT APPEARS THAT THE STEALER IS SCAMMING MY CONTACTS.

Do you want to say here how you lost your phone, but someone who found it somehow recognized your business model and is deceiving people by selling them your services, which of course they do not deliver? It sounds a bit unbelievable to me, but everything is possible.

These are very serious things, why didn't you immediately delete the old Telegram username from your posts and replace it with a new one (if you have one)? Why did you wait for a scam accusation against you to claim this, why didn't you do it immediately and in that way prevent the potential misuse of your TG account?

As far as I know, with your phone number, you can log in to the TG account registered with it. That way you can fully regain control over it.
365  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Zenland Agents Wanted: Become a Trusted Escrow and Earn Up to 3.88% Per Contract on: March 12, 2024, 12:26:33 AM
I like your platform from the first test. Over time, I have followed your activities here, maybe not so obviously, but still I have and it seems to me that you are going in the right direction. You may even have attracted less attention than you deserve.

I have applied for escrow agent cooperation. Maybe I may not have filled out all the information in detail, but you will recognize my application.  Wink First of all, I would like to test this possibility first, because I need to fully understand the whole process. Only after that, I can think about any promotion of me as your escrow agent.

367  Economy / Reputation / Re: DT1 and DT2 members who have negative feedback (or are banned) on: March 11, 2024, 01:32:43 PM
The only useful system left on the forum is the flag system. Never seen it abused.
The Flag system gets abused a lot, but it doesn't stick. I guess it was designed to avoid the flaws in the feedback system.

I'm close to agreeing with Igebotz, although I wouldn't say that the flag system has never been abused. There have been attempts, but mostly every unjustified flag ends up as inactive.
As far as I have noticed, most wrong flags come from not understanding how the flag system works.
368  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: March 10, 2024, 11:18:37 PM
Completing a KYC process will be mandatory but what will happen if you haven't put your real name in your account?
Dont know really and you have to ask the Support about that.

If I remember correctly, at the beginning it was not mandatory to enter any name there. I guess that's why they can't require that the name entered during registration matches the real name from the KYC process. But everything is possible, as well as the fact that they will look for any reason to refuse KYC.

It would have to be a serious amount to give personal information to a hacked exchange like Cryptopia.
369  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Bitcoin.casino for sale on: March 10, 2024, 11:07:08 PM
Don't you think it would be a good idea to include your starting price in the Ad?
Personally before I message the seller, I would prefer knowing the price.

Information about the expected price would save a lot of time.

As far as I can see, this is a newly created site. So without any history, active daily traffic, no position on search engines. There are also not many articles here, but only 4 blog posts and one promotional one. There is still a lot of work to be done here, adding content and articles, optimization, promotion... All this is in the gambling industry, which is the most competitive next to the porn industry.

So, apart from the domain and the installed WP with added 4-5 articles, I don't see anything here that could significantly increase the value of this site. I'm not sure how much the sale of this website will help in any real estate investment. But who knows...
370  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Your own trading site! on: March 10, 2024, 10:45:38 PM
Not sure that I understand those numbers. It's different after every refresh.
What are these numbers in the marketcap column?

Well, can't even go past the Cloudflare blockade

Flippa blacklisted your IP address because you probably spammed it somewhere.  Roll Eyes

371  Other / Meta / Re: Report Malware and Suspicious Links here so Mods can take Action ! on: March 10, 2024, 09:54:55 PM
I have doubts about the wallet software that this user promotes

Account: mistaphi

self-moderated thread: EARN BITCOIN and pay lower transaction fees with this new Bitcoin Wallet

Promising a "net return of 15% on all on-chain deposits", sounds suspicious of course.

Wallet link for download
Code:
http://verify-site.000.pe/get_wallet.php

Metamask warning about this link

do you plan to make this an open-source or not?
No, the code will not be open source.  If it was feasible for a project like this to be decentralized and open source, I certainly would've implemented it in such a way.  But doing so would only open the door for scammers to access the code build their own scams on top of it.  And this is not something that I'd be willing to risk.
372  Economy / Exchanges / Re: eXch - instant exchange BTC / LN / XMR / LTC / ETH / ERC20 on: March 10, 2024, 09:44:13 PM
My first experience with you about the exchanger.
After this, I will no longer return to regular exchange offices. Thanks for your work.

I don't know if this is a typo. But you need to replace one letter

It is and is not a mistake.
It's not a mistake because previously, the official domain for this exchange was exch.cc, but due to certain problems, everything was later moved to exch.cx. you can see by the account name that opened this thread.
The mistake is probably that it has not been changed, the old domain should not be mentioned, it only introduces additional confusion.
373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Blackrock control BTC? on: March 10, 2024, 09:32:30 PM
They already can manipulate BTC price in any way.
This is not true.

I'm not really sure.
A large amount of Bitcoin is in the possession of a trader whose sole interest is price oscillation and making a profit from it. Maybe they don't have that much strength for sensitive manipulation right now, but they are moving towards it.
I agree with the OP statement that this ETF, Blackrock crap is not a good thing for Bitcoin in the long term
374  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [List] Instant exchanges on: March 10, 2024, 07:03:13 PM
ّIn my opinion, Flashift's place in this list is really empty because with Flashshift https://flashift.app you can find the best rate among these exchanges. Please add Flashshift to the list.

Things don't quite go that way. The idea of such lists is not to collect as many instant exchanges as possible but to be a list of verified services. This is not the case with you.
For example, it is strange to me why you have referral links from other competitors on your page. Are you developing your business or is it an affiliate business?
375  Economy / Exchanges / Re: eXch - instant exchange BTC / LN / XMR / LTC / ETH / ERC20 on: March 10, 2024, 06:39:35 PM
Overall, it was a good experience, but one that could have been better if I could have used Tron for my USDT instead of the Ethereum network. I'd much rather pay $2 in fees than $20.

The Ethereum network has long since become unusable for small transactions (I hope Bitcoin will not follow the same path). It's good that there are alternatives.

A few days ago I also used exch exchange, but because of the transaction cost, I chose LTC with a dynamic fee rate as an option. Like you, it was a great experience, everything was done very smoothly and quickly

btw. I like the new blue background, it suits me more than black.

377  Economy / Reputation / Re: DT1 and DT2 members who have negative feedback (or are banned) on: March 09, 2024, 09:48:27 AM
This list hasn't been this short in a long time Smiley And nobody on DT1 has negative feedback from DT.

It was 19 members last week and 18 this week - who got his red tag removed?

So the forum administrator is fine moving with a red wow! Who is this theymos? The more you attempt to figure out who he is, the more difficult it gets.

Or someone with a red tag fell out of DT.

I'm not sure how this AI detector works ( this tools can mislead) , but how did you evaluate my postings using common sense and the ones I responded to as being on topics and decide they were written by AI? If you pay attention to my posts, you will see that all of my responses are on topics. I don't just post; I make sure to quote, and all of my quotes are always on topics, which AI can't do.

Your posts failed on three different AI detector tools https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5456516.msg63769426#msg63769426

If you ask the question correctly, the AI will always write on-topic content. No one claims that some AI bot leaves posts for you. As long as you are transferring content generated with AI tools.

Honestly, these posts that were deleted by the moderators are absolute nonsense. It's even worse if you actually wrote something like that believing that it has any value. No matter how this "case" of yours ends, I advise you to think carefully about everything and accept the suggestions you get here. Judging by your answers in this thread, it is obvious that you can be constructive and direct in your communication and there is really no need to litter the forum with spam.
379  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [FREE RAFFLE] - Custom eXch Cryptosteel Capsule (#1)! on: March 08, 2024, 02:11:17 PM
oh for sure - I get it and the math is easy to calculate. I personally would still prefer keeping it simple and using only the block hash on its own - if no winner, then next block. Seems more fair and more simple to me.

I'm not sure that the simpler way is "if no winner, then next block." if no winner again, then next block... I have seen similar raffles where several blocks were needed.
bitmover's tool is also provably fair

It's probably a matter of habit, you've been used to using one method for years.
380  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BitMixList.org - Bitcoin Mixer List on: March 08, 2024, 11:24:50 AM
The site explains it (I'm not adding a link because I don't want to reward them with another backlink):
Quote
Entire Review bitmixlist.org
Company Review
..cut
Yadda yadda yadda Cheesy

This is probably an auto-generated bunch of nonsense. Some AI tool that checks basic things about site and domain settings.
For example, the SSL certificate is now free on almost all hosting services and only a complete amateur will not add it, because it does not require any knowledge. Everything is done in a few clicks.
With or without Cloudflare, there is no indicator whether a website is a scam or not.
They automatically write an analysis for the webshop, even though the site does not have to have one.

They and similar services do more harm than good with these AI scam analyses and deserve a rating of 1/10 because only makes it harder for those trying to do their research.
