I would advice you to go for it if you think that investing in a real estate property will aide you better. I invested in real estate a few years ago and i am also planning to construct a good home for me and the profit in bitcoin will be a bonus for me as the cost of building a home is high and i do not want to be in debt after construction  . Well, I am not sure if we can say that the investment would yield better results. If we compare it with bitcoin, bitcoin can easily double up within a year. But for the real estate property to double up, it would at least take 3-5 years. But yeah the feeling of having a tangible asset with low risk and good returns is definitely there. If anyone is looking for a good return then i wont suggest any other investment platform than cryptocurrency but if you are planning to invest in real estate because you need your own home which you are dreaming for a long time and i will not wait for the market to reach so and so valuation to fulfill my dreams. That does not mean that i am going to sell everything i hold and i do have some long term investments and a commercial property investment is my next target . |

Very poor show from Pakistani middle order batsmen. At one time they were 200/1 and then sweet collapse, one more time! I was expecting minimum 350 score and easy peasy game for them.
Hasan Ali showing off his power hitting, 4 big sixes. Finally they crossed the 300 mark and 1 over left. I thought about betting today as most of the South African players left the team for the IPL but i do not trust Pakistan as they always surprises us with their approach. The middle order is a mess throughout this tournament and their openers are solid now and Babar Azam is their bankable player but they need consistency from Mohammad Rizwan and need to find players to strengthen their middle order . The match will go in either direction depending how Pakistan can break the partnership but i expect Pakistan could win the match and the series. |

If the numbers continue to increase like this then I would think the IPL season will be postponed. Its going to be another year like last year in all sports until the vaccine roll out is spread far and wide around the world. Until then I think we'll see many sports delayed, even with these bubbles players are still catching the virus and officials so it might be best to postponed until its under control.
I do not think that the vaccines available right now will not make things better as there are new strains that are making it hard for everyone and there are multiple reports that some of these new strains has no affect to the vaccines. So it is not an easy route as we speak and i wont be surprised if we see the tournament postponed and as long as the players are in a bubble then they will be fine and the problem is that you never know when you are getting contracted . |

The West Indies and Sri Lanka team right now might not have players who are molded in the T20 format and so is the reason we are not seeing any aggressive game play. The cricket board will not mold any players to become aggressive. I think they have the perfect batting line up for Test matches and i am impressed with they way Sri Lanka played in the last two matches and somehow managed to draw the match and both these teams are experimenting with new players and give them some time and we might see good players emerging from these countries as we have seen some good defensive batting from some of the players in both teams. |

For a defense you can say that both these situation were in different jurisdiction. I would say partiality if the police from the same jurisdiction took different approach. Protest against art is bullshit, i cannot understand why people are too stuck up getting offended and then want to raise their voice about that matter, people should learn to move on rather than finding ways to get offended . |

Not sure if the 10 overs would of helped as SL were able to bat the whole day and only lost 2 wickets. We don't know for sure as anything could of happened in them 10 overs but going by how SL were able to bat out a full day shows that it might of still ended in a draw or even a SL win. We got a fair idea that this would be a draw after the end of day 2, it seemed that both teams were playing for the draw at different stages of the match and even though the WI did declare as you said they batted for too long. West Indies was happy with the draw and so does Sri Lanka and i thought Sri Lanka to start well and try to chase down the total at a good run rate and if they loose wickets then they should look for a draw as the pitch was not doing much and they could easily defend but they never tried winning and leveling the series which is unfortunate as the old Sri Lankan team would have went for the win first rather than a draw. |

@Bttzed03. Dana mentioned that the next challenger to fight Ngannou would be the Black Beast. The result might only be similar as Ngannou versus Rozenstruik, however hehehe. Dana should show Jon Jones the money hehe.
With the sour relation Jon Jones and Dana White has i do think that the next challenger for Francis Ngannou will be Derrick Lewis but i remember their first fight and that was the worst fight i have seen in MMA as both fighters gassed out and was not throwing any punches and it was literally a Staring match than a fight  . Francis Ngannou has shown his dedication and come back as a worthy champion
Lets see how many title defense we will see from Francis. It was a really good win but i thought he was gassed out as his mouth was open in the first round after the grappling exchange and if Jones is his first challenger then he will exploit his weakness. |

I thought Shakib Al Hasan is back from suspension but he is not playing in this series, not sure whether he is injured as he is the main player who could change their fate, if not his presence it is going to be a hard task for them to win against New Zealand nor any other team outside their home ground. It is going to be an easy match for New Zealand and sadly the odds are really low to wage a bet  . I will never advice anyone to invest in any market, if any of my relatives or friends asks specific questions on how to invest then i might explain it to them gladly but if not it is always best to stay away from that mess because if the market goes the other direction you will get all the blame for advising them to invest in that asset and now they are at a loss and hence i usually avoid those situations.

If the government gives the permission the fight will take place in Wembley Stadium with full capacity according to Eddie Hearn and the offer stands from Arab nations as well to host the fight.
So how is the situation in UK and whether the government will give permission to carry on with the fight in full capacity and i believe that the stadium has a capacity of around 100,000 people and i do not think they will allow to fill half the stadium let alone the full stadium until the government somehow magically control and isolate the virus . The best bet will be to take the Saudi bid and conduct the fight and by the time of rematch hope that the situation will be back to normal and it can take place in Wembley stadium with full capacity crowd. |

Elon Musk made the tweet and you cannot expect them to add everything in their website as soon as he post something. Since Tesla invested billions in bitcoin it was a matter of time they started accepting bitcoin and other similar coins to purchase their products. The funny thing is that everyone i asking Elon Musk is whether he will be allowing Doge coin . |

1st T-20 - Eng won the toss and won convincingly. 2nd T-20 - Ind won the toss and again one-sided game 3rd T-20- - Eng won the toss and duh... This Eng vs Ind T-20 series setting a weird template. Strategy from the both captains is, let's win the toss and ball first, easy peasy . 3 games and we are yet to watch any real contest, let's hope this pattern ends here. The pattern continues, Virat Kohli will be praying to win the toss so that he will be able to chase and level the series. The toss is a major part and the pitch might be easier to chase at night. During the IPL it will be interesting to see whether the pattern continues and most probably if matches are played here i will pick the team chasing . |
