841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs. Donald Cerrone [JAN 2020] Discussion on: January 19, 2020, 11:37:22 AM
Everybody deserves a second chance and if you are beaten on the second time it just verified that you really lost to a guy, so many case are like that the recent one was the Joshua - Ruiz and we have that in the past one example was the many losses of Lewis who always got beat those who beat him in a dramatic fashion, so let's give it to Connor to finish this business with Khabib
If Conor deserves a rematch then all the fighters who faced Khabib deserves a rematch, the only reason the UFC is trying to put that match up is because of the huge amount of money they can make if they face each other, the first fight was not even close as Khabib dominated Conor the entire fight and there was not even a time when he could trouble Khabib and other than the money they could earn there is no way Conor deserves the rematch.

Four wickets down, only Smith is giving resistance to Indian bowling attack while others were failed,I guess this is going to be low scoring match probably 280+ from now is possible only if AUS plays extra ordinarily from now on.Jaddu is having good time on the batting pitch expecting him to pick few more. Wink
Australia tried to experiment to increase the run rate by sending Starc up the order but it did not work and India is bowling a good line and length and Australia will be trying to increase the run rate in the final 10 overs and i am expecting them to score around 310 runs and with the outfield looking good India will be able to chase the total but Dhawan is injured in the field and with the time off the field he cannot open the batting as per the rules.
843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs Manny Pacquiao on: January 18, 2020, 05:57:32 PM
I you are looking for a good fight then Conor needs to fight someone who is coming up in the sport of boxing and not someone who is established and at the top of the game. I am sure Manny will school him and if Conor wants his stock to rise in boxing he needs a win and not starting a career with two losses.
There is a difference in approach between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, Manny is aggressive in his approach and Conor McGregor is a really good counter puncher and the problem he had with Mayweather is that he was not able to find the trigger as he was looking for that counter punch and he never got that and then he gassed out. So it will be an interesting fight if it happens as i still believe style makes fight.

844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: January 18, 2020, 05:16:45 PM
I like more the old Conor, you know, the hostile one...
Everyone like the aggressive Conor McGregor and the level of drama he creates is funny and entertaining but the last fight against Khabib everything was cringe worthy, talking about politics and religion and family and it was too much to handle as it was a shit show and i do not want to see those things said in the name of entertaining and it is a good thing he changed all that shit show this time around but i am sure he will be back with this trash talking skills if there is another aggressive fighter.

It will be a great fight anyway, i don't know what to expect from both, Conor has been out for some time and Cerrone can give us a nice surprise.
I am looking forward for a win by Conor McGregor as he looked really well physically and composed mentally and he might get the job done in this fight.
845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: January 18, 2020, 04:22:24 PM
This doesn't mean he is a consistent player, it just proves that he is in a fantastic form right now. A consistent player is one we can always look up to when the team needs him the most throughout his career. Maybe if we give him more time, who knows, we might find him to be a consistent player for India.
Apart from Kohli and Rohit tell me 2 other players in the Indian team we can say that, take Australia other than Steve Smith and Labuschagne who else is consistent, in England other than Ben Stokes who is the other player who is consistent, what about South Africa tell me one player who is consistent and that is the case with the rest of the teams. Form translates to consistency and you cannot differentiate that. Wink
846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: January 18, 2020, 03:26:01 PM
I do agree that consistency is the key factor and Rahul is definitely not the most consistent player out there, but he is much better than many other players like Pant and Samson these days and he has the experience to back it up.
If you are looking at the past few series KL Rahul is performing really well and that too consistently. If someone is able to score 91, 102, 77, 45, 54, 47 and 80 in his last 8 matches and you do not consider it as a consistent performance then who is the most consistent player in world right now. He is really consistent and he is performing extraordinary well and he impressed me with his wicket keeping skills as well and he should be in the team for a really long time as he is really young too.
847  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs Manny Pacquiao on: January 18, 2020, 02:50:02 PM
Connor mcgregor has to prove himself against cowboy tonight before he can make these big money white collar events again. I don't think Connor is going to impress and think he will be a little ring rusty. Cowboy is no push over so I think he will suprise a lot of the people who are not regular watches of the UFC. I think a Connor Mcgregor and Khabib fight would be more anticipated than this and would generate more money. I don't think that Manny would take this fight.

Conor McGregor is making more money than Manny Pacquaiao with his MMA fights, if you take a look at the Manny Pacquiao Vs. Keith Thurman fight Manny Pacqaiao earned around $20 million while Conor in his last fight earned around $80 million, so the idea of Conor getting huge pay days only in boxing is just  a false pretext.

If Connor loses tonight then thats his career comeback finished. He has been in the news for some controversial things recently and will need to prove himself to the world with a good performance and if he fails to do that I don't think Connor will get a big fight again.
If Conor looses this fight then he will come down to 155 pound division or have the option to cut back to 145 pound division and restart his career once again if he wants to.

Edit 1 : England declared the inning at 499 runs. Ben stokes and Ollie pope are centurion for English team. Even number 10 batsman Mark Wood scored the  42 runs against the Proteas's bowlers.
Ben Stokes is their main player as he is rescuing the England team from many difficult positions for a long time and with the dismal form of Joe Root they are relying on other players to step up the game and today the youngster Ollie Pope scored his maiden Test century and the tail end batsman also contributed some good partnership which helped England to score 499 runs and South Africa already lost 2 wickets and that too to a new young English spinner and if he is able to pick wickets in the second day i wonder how they will be facing the spinner in the 4th day as i am not expecting the match to go in the final day as the morning session will determine whether South Africa will be fighting to save the match.
849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Monero Be The Best Investment In 2020? on: January 17, 2020, 04:51:58 PM
With that said, Monero does look like a strong asset for the long term. As regulators crack down on digital assets and remove all paths to anonymity, cryptocurrencies like Monero become increasingly relevant. However, I wouidn't be surprised to see an outright ban on privacy-coins, which could eventually hinder the growth of Monero as established businesses and companies choose not to interact with the coin or support it.
If privacy is in mind you should not look at the valuation because you said that yourself, the authorities will drive the anonymous coins underground once they start cracking these markets and once they regulate it you will push the market in the dark web and when that happens you will not find many investors for the price to soar as you think but only a certain percentage of people will be using that and it will not help the price to rally in anyway.
850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: January 17, 2020, 03:38:43 PM
KL Rahul is playing the floater role in the team as he does not have a fixed position and if he is able to keep the wickets then they should go with him rather than experimenting in that position with many players who are not delivering.
It is true that KL Rahul was a best option behind the wicket and with the form he is in right now he should be in the team and he is keeping the wicket as a full time keeper and he is doing better than Pant and it is really good to see him filling the spot which was vacant for a long time after Dhoni vacated the spot and hopefully India can add another player who could perform rather than experimenting further in crucial matches.

Australia still have Ashton Turner who can hit the ball really well and won matches for Australia and Western Australia in the past with his batting power and if he can deliver then it is still a possibility for Australia to win the match.
He might have won matches in the past but now he is gone and Shami took two wickets in two balls and there is no way Australia is going to win in this match Wink.
851  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs Manny Pacquiao on: January 17, 2020, 03:09:25 PM
Sure. Almost past his prime but doesn't back out a fight whoever is there as long as they'd agree on dates and money. Pacquiao however might dictate a date for this one. He is a politician and its possible that he will run for a higher position which by the next election is May 2022 picking dates probably December 2021 is going to be strategic for him.

Conor seem humble himself with Cowboy if you have seen the pre-fight he shake hands with him.
It is highly unlikely to see a fight against Manny Pacquiao if you see the press conference yeseterday Conor wants to win a title in boxing and since there are many fight divisions in boxing he has the leverage to pick an worthy opponent rather than going for these high profile experienced fighters who will school a boxer like Conor McGregor who is having a loss in his debut  Wink. If he fights anyone that will be a high value PPV and since that is the case why he wants to take a risk against one of the best experienced boxers when he can pick some easy fights to win a belt.
852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs. Donald Cerrone [JAN 2020] Discussion on: January 17, 2020, 02:33:29 PM
My bad. I meant who Khabib is going to fight after Ferguson, as I think he would outwrestle him Smiley
If Khabib wins over Tony Ferguson then he has Justin Gaethje waiting for him and it will be a great fight as Justin Gaethje is a good wrestler but does not use wrestling while fighting and he is a wild puncher and it will be interesting how they will go.

Conor was talking about fighting Pac-Man. If this fight occurs and if Conor loses (and he will, Pacquiao wont play with him as Floyd did), then this will be a huge share for him Cheesy
Why would Conor fight Manny Pacquiao and get embarrassed again, he lost his debut against the best boxer and now the fans want him to fight another best boxer which is unfair Cheesy.
853  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 16, 2020, 05:58:57 PM
Irish are the eternal chokers. If you want to study how to lose a match, then you can watch those matches involving Ireland. They were 153/0 after 12 overs. With 8 overs remaining anyone would have expected them to add another 100-120 runs to finish at 250-270. But once Paul Stirling got out, the entire batting collapsed and they could manage only 208/7 from 20 overs. The Irish bowling lacked any variety or venom
The final result was that i lost the bet as i was expecting West Indies to win the match easily and put the bet in a parlay but that was not the case as even though they failed to put up a score from where they started they had enough runs to defeat West Indies and that is important and they did not choke in the first T20 but if they perform the same is a big question.
854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: January 16, 2020, 05:07:21 PM
It’s hard for me to say whether the McGregor will win the upcoming battle or lose.
However, I am almost 90% sure that the fight will end by knockout, I think I will put it on that, although there are doubts. His fight with Diaz pops up in his head in which he never got to the knockout.
The uncertainty is the most intriguing aspect of this fight. We know that Conor McGregor is coming after a loss and Donald Cerrone is coming after a couple of losses and this is a perfect situation for both of them to fight as the stakes are really high when there is McGregor involved as a win over him will elevate the stakes on Cerrone and i am sure he will be fully prepared for this fight.

I'm not so sure guys; however, if you ask me, I believe that there could be some truth hidden inside those allegations as Pakistan's team was literally at its very best back in 1999.
They performed really well in 1999 and i expected them to win the World Cup when they reached the finals, but then Pakistan showed the ultimate betrayal when they were dominated by Australia and it was a one sided trashing.

They are doing the right thing. Any score above 350 is going to give advantage to England. So far in this series, South Africa has never managed a total above 300, in any of their innings. England bowlers are in top form, and if they get a score above 350-400, then it should be enough to thrash the Proteas. The partnership between Pope and Stokes is worth 76 runs as of now, and I won't be surprised if one of them hits a century tomorrow.
I do agree with that as South Africa does lack good player who can bat for a long period of time and it will be another disappointing match for South Africa.
856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: January 16, 2020, 03:37:47 PM
I'm serious; it did happen in all of 1999. If the players hadn't fixed it, they would've won that one too along with 1992.
Pakistan fixed two World Cup matches
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/cricket/international/pakistan/3013808/Pakistan-fixed-two-World-Cup-matches.html
Pakistan never defeated India in world cup history and you really do not need to bribe anyone to loose the match  Cheesy Wink. The bookies might have approached them as all the matches during that period were sketchy and so was the reason many players were banned or were under suspicion that they took money from bookies and manipulated matches.

England batsman got the start but they were not able to capitalize on the start they got and they are progression at a very slow rate.
857  Economy / Economics / Re: Do Not Blame Bitcoin, No Government Want To Make Its Citizen Millionaire on: January 16, 2020, 02:36:13 PM
If these governments want to make their people rich, they could increase their wages to upto 10 times, around $100/per hour. When wages will be high, more amount of money could be invested in Crypto.
It would be easier to send hundred thousand dollars to every citizen so that they will be having money Tongue, hope you understand that the government can only spend according to the budget and you cannot increase and wages so that they will be having budget deficiency.

I hate this, even programmers are forced to work in less budget. When dollars and other currencies are free to be printed and their value will not be reduced even if they are printed a lot more, then which ant is enforcing and stopping the governments to force their employees to work in a low budget?
If there are more programmers and less job and if someone is willing to do the job at a lower wage then that opportunity goes to that person, who is to blame in these circumstances. Hope you are in school so that you are not aware of the real world challenges.

It worked for McAfee. Or the QuadrigaCX founder who went to India and likely faked his own death to avoid the $190 million lawsuit he faced. I'm sure CSW is holding enough BSV to dump on his followers to fund whatever escape plan he is concocting.
I am not following McAfee and his legal troubles but i think he is hiding somewhere from the authorities but QuadrigaCX death is a real mystery as he went of the radar if he really lied and the faked death is a conspiracy.

Anyone with a minimum common sense will not dare Perjury as it is a serious offense in any jurisdiction.
Yeah, your mistake there is believing the CSW has any common sense.
Whether CSW have common sense is a huge debate in itself  Cheesy
859  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: January 15, 2020, 05:19:29 PM
I don't understand the problem when the authorities are providing them the state of the art security. The chances of an attack against such a heavily guarded team is almost the same as an attack happening in Australia or New Zealand (even in New Zealand, recently we had a terrorist attack in which dozens of people were killed). Those who don't want tour can exclude themselves from the squad (similar to what some of the Sri Lankan players did).
I will not claim that all the countries are safe, if a terrorist organization targets something then you will get under fire and the problem with Pakistan is that the terrorist already targeted a visiting cricket team and in India we all know that the military was attacked by terrorist and if the military is not safe then you cannot think that a cricket team nor an individual will be safe but we have not seen anything of that sort and if something similar that happened to Srilankan team happened in India then none of the teams will tour India either nor any country for that matter.

CSW? The identity thief? Lie in court!? Surely not! Roll Eyes
Lets be realistic, how long he can get away lying in court, the verdict will come out in a year or two and then what he will do, disappear and hide under a rock  Cheesy. The lies in court are documented and his fate is sealed as you cannot run like that and dream that everything is fine.

Unfortunately it will take much longer than that. For all the things CSW isn't, he is good at spinning web upon web of lies that takes weeks or months for the courts to work through. Just when a deadline approaches, he pulls a new stunt (such as submitting 16,000 addresses which prove absolutely nothing) to delay things further.
The web of lies will not last longer, the verdict will be coming out within a year and he will face what he deserves if he lied as he cannot run around just like that for a long period of time. If the court is not able to come to a conclusion then they will appoint someone who is an expert and they will come to an verdict soon. Anyone with a minimum common sense will not dare Perjury as it is a serious offense in any jurisdiction. It is entertainment for the masses Cheesy.
