501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Paquiao VS Connor McGreggor? on: January 24, 2021, 04:39:16 PM
He state a data regarding boxing enthusiast lowering while people are now loving UFC (MMA) more. yet you claim that they would never be equal based on your first sentence which is "UFC is being carried by a few fighters only."
The reason why there are many fans for the UFC is that they put good fights but the boxing promoters usually does not provide the audience the fights they wanted to see and their business models are completely different and only recently the boxing fans are getting the match ups they wanted to see.

The match up right now is impossible with Conor McGregor getting knocked out in his fight against Dustin Poirier.
502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is the ultimate winner of Bitcoin pump? on: January 23, 2021, 09:58:03 PM
If you look back at 2017 pump it was average users like us who got the benefit of bull run as Bitcoin was easily affordable before the bullrun hence a good portion of users had bitcoin in their portfolio as there were not that much altcoins available in the market. But this year who has gained more ? Is it average users or else institutions and traders who made most of it?
The simple answer is, anyone who invested in bitcoin in the past few years before the market started its rally. The reason for the big rally was supported by institutional investors and there will be a time when they will book their profit and once that happens the entire market will crash as some of these institutional investors have huge amount of coins.
503  Economy / Speculation / Re: FUDS are big Confirmations that were in a Bull Market!!!!!! on: January 23, 2021, 09:14:25 PM
I remember the 2017 multiple FUDS from China banning Bitcoin and the Jamie Dimon btc scam FUDS and FUDS from everywhere to dip the price so they can buy CHEAPER lmao.
Any news from China had an impact in the market in the past, but China banning the exchange was not FUD, they really banned exchanges from trading cryptocurrencies.

You will never get FUDS in a bear market.
Isn't this just blatantly obvious. Wink
Old school Market Manipulation.
There are negative news in bear market, how many exchanges got hacked when the market was in bear trend and phishing scams where you need to pay bitcoin to unlock your server, these are negative news.

The recent FUD was the Bitfinex blunder where they claimed they identified double spent in bitcoin.
504  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua on: January 23, 2021, 08:36:30 PM
The Gypsy king is the greatest boxer of this generation and he will prove that by defeating Anthony Joshua .
Tyson Fury was always an underdog in all of his big fights especially against Wladimir Klitschko and the first Deontay Wilder fight and he proved his worth and in the rematch the odds were almost similar if i remember correctly and this will be the first big fight where Tyson Fury will be the favorite in the eyes of the bookies. Styles makes fights and it will be a great fight and i am excited to see this fight finally coming to fruition.
505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: January 23, 2021, 07:02:56 PM
South Africa tour of Pakistan will begin from 26 Jan, where they will play 2 test matches and 3 T20. It will be a  great moment for the Pakistani for any quality team visiting Pakistan to play the series. Since South Africa and the home team are not in such good form, we may see tight matches between the two teams.
The men's team is touring Pakistan? i heard the women's team is touring, i thought the next series for South Africa was against Australia as all the reports were about the Australian tour of South Africa where they need to win the series to get a place in the Test championship final.

It will be interesting to see how Pakistan will perform in their home turf against a team like South Africa who always perform poorly against quality spin and i wonder what are the spin options for Pakistan in this series.
506  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I predict stricter regulations for bitcoin and the cryptospace for 2021-2024 on: January 22, 2021, 10:16:51 PM
Agreed, and it appears that Janet Yellen, the future treasury secretary of the United States will push for stupid regulations to curtail the use of cryptocoins. There are news articles already implying she will support taxation of unrealized gains. Who would want to hold bitcoin and other cryptocoins with a law like that?
I have seen this discussion going on in the social media and you never know if they impose heavy tax on the gains from cryptocurrency thereby forcing the financial institutions to dump the coins in the market. Usually when we hear these kind of news the market goes down drastically but we have seen a correction today while this statement was made a few days earlier.

Even in India there were reports that the government is planning to implement stupid regulations by levying heavy tax on bitcoin trading. The next couple of years is crucial for the market as we might see major changes in the market.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Keep your loss at an acceptable level on: January 22, 2021, 08:43:36 PM
To put it simply, you should focus on managing your emotions. vengeance trading could be compared to greed because you are trying to retrieve all the trade you have lost. And yeah this greed will always cause losses. I mean you can try to retrieve it back but not in a reckless way like if you happen to lose your trade and you want to get it back then study what you did wrong and try to formulate an analysis on how you will improve it, so basically try to make your own research.
It will be better if you could take things slight better rather than complicating things, trading is not rocket science but you will have a general idea about the market, the basic concept is to never sell at a loss and suppose you think that the market is tanking and a major correction is inevitable it is better to sell off and then purchase once again once the market settles down.
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Non successful projects find it hard to pay on: January 22, 2021, 05:23:06 PM
No, not a guarantee, the success rate of new projects is still low, it has not change AFAIK.
It is nothing new, the success rate of new projects are low from the start but the difference is that the early projects they developers were able to collect money and now it is hard to fool the investors with gimmick projects and expect to raise money. But the problem is that we are dealing in a decentralized market and it is hard to have a change but the fact is that we will have these restrictions enforced by the government and we have to accept that considering the scams we have seen till now.
509  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it just the starting of fueling Bitcoin for riding to moon? on: January 22, 2021, 04:38:00 PM
Back in 2018, every well known financial institutions were giving negative feedbacks about bitcoin as a longterm assets. Now, everything is changed as those institutions are accepting bitcoin, even making a price prediction a price of six digits .
The only difference i see is that in the past these financial institutions used to invest without any media coverage of them investing in the cryptocurrency market while the top brass come out and bash the entire market while they are investing in the background and now most of them are coming forward and bragging about their investment  Cheesy.
510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Kraken Delists XRP on: January 21, 2021, 08:24:34 PM
Is it safe to invest in the XRP or we have to still wait for the stability of the XRP?
Any exchange operating from US have already delisted XRP and until the lawsuit by the SEC are sorted there is no way they will be listed again and the chances for that are really slim by the way things are moving and it is still unclear what are the policies Biden will implement and whether he will be a net positive to the cryptocurrency space or not.

I will not invest in XRP considering the troubles they are going through and their technology partners will stay away from them until everything is sorted to avoid legal actions and these things will not help the price either.

512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: January 15, 2021, 11:48:48 PM
No doubt about that. The Logan Paul vs Olajide Olayinka Williams (KSI) match was priced at £7.50 in the United Kingdom and $9.99 in the United States. This one is also an exhibition match, and it is priced at manytimes that amount. I agree that Mayweather still commands a sizable fan following, but charging this much for a match involving an amateur is a bit unfair in my opinion.
Logan Paul is not a professional boxer but he is still able to attract huge crowds for his matches which is not a small factor for him to get these exhibition fights and that too against Mayweather as Floyd himself is impressed with the way in which he is able to sell a fight and increase his bank balance.
513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - Buy in or Bail out? on: January 14, 2021, 11:32:13 PM
fake pump for now, the real price change will happen next week because of the halt of trading activity for xrp will come near.

It is possible that the whales and the developers who are holding a large chunk of the coins will be manipulating the market so that they could dump the coins in the market, if not there is no way that the price keeps on rallying again when there is a legal notice against them. The users should be careful as the market will dump pretty fast if they cannot resolve the issue with the SEC.

Heat of the moment? Bullshit. He knew damn well what he was doing and he probably forgot about the bail camera and thought that he could get away with it since his face is hidden. Pathetic stuff which I didn't expect from Smith.
You cannot put too much pressure on Smith, many experts said the same that they never expected this from Smith when the ball tampering issue popped up and now he was trying to remove the guard taken by a batsman and still people did not expect this from Smith  Roll Eyes.

Another setback for India, Jasprit Bumrah ruled out of the next Test and the long list of injuries continue to hurt India.

517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: January 11, 2021, 04:26:43 PM
Khabib does seem more like a man of his word though, but I would like to see him still fight on regardless. He's still at his peak really. He doesn't seem like he's that fussed about money much either which is why most fighters keep on fighting, but I know he's recently opened up his own gym and is even starting his own MMA production so that money can come in handy. Sometimes not taking money when you can do some good with it is hard to turn down even if you don't personally benefit from it. The money he's earned from past fights won't last forever either and that usually why fighters end up returning, but there's also going to be a lot of hands to feed with gyms and production companies etc so we might not have heard the last of Khabib.
Khabib Nurmagomedov is really rich and he earned much money outside the fight, he is close friends with Ramzan Kadyrov who is the head of Chechen Republic and he is having a close relation with all the Middle Eastern leaders and i am sure they will back him up even if he needs any money and he is on a different league than the rest of the fighters and on top of that he will be taking the lead what his father was doing and they had a school in Russia from the documentary i saw. Even if he returns he will be coming back for the competition and not for money.

I think Dana is meeting with him soon for some reason or another isn't it? Or is that going to be at the next UFC fight?
Dana White will be meeting Khabib this week in fight island and he is trying to pursue him to return for his 30th fight like his father wanted.
518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: January 09, 2021, 11:44:25 PM
Mayweather is 5′ 8″ while Logan Paul is 6′ 2″.. There's really a big advantage in terms of height in favor of Paul, but look what Canelo did to 6′ 3" Callum Smith, he beat him up, therefore size and height really is not a problem if you are a good boxer and that is Mayweather.
You should also consider the age factor as well, Floyd Mayweather is 43 years and Logan Paul is 25 years with less injuries as he is not even a full time boxer and Mayweather will be having multiple injuries because of the fights he had throughout his long career even though he is retired from active boxing. Skill wise you cannot even compare them, but in a fight one lucky punch could change the fight even if it is for exhibition.
519  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Play Smarter 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: January 08, 2021, 11:53:21 PM
Winner for the best dice site and sportsbook, runner up for the best live betting and esports.
What do you think guys? Is this awards reliable enough?
Are you agreeing with the awards won by Stake? Or you have different opinion on which category Stake is the best?
What is the reputation of the site that allocated these awards, i am hearing about them for the first time. I used to play in Nitrogen and they got the runner up for the best dice site and cloudbet also sweeping some awards especially the best sportsbook runner up, i used to play in cloudbet but once they redesigned and made changes in football odds a few years back i found it difficult, have to visit those sites to see the claims.

I like the sportsbook in stake and they always provide better odds than sportsbet whenever i used to compare in the past, i have to check the current situation.
520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: January 07, 2021, 09:45:44 PM
the occasional drop catches from the Indian fielders will help them as well Grin.
You do not need to worry about dropped catches, Rishabh Pant is there behind the stumps and yesterday he dropped two and more to come in the match and i consider him as the worst wicket keeper India ever produced, there is no point in keeping him in the team if he is going to drop catches and that too in a crucial position and they need to replace with a specialist who really know to collect the ball rather than a batsman who drops catches every match.

I saw a stat that he dropped 9 catches in 20 catches that came his way in Test matches and he should be crowned as the worst keeper in history along with Kamran Akmal Grin.
