I'm sorry, but where can you buy AntMiners? And you don't need a Raspberry Pi, right?
3703  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Q2- Mining These Days COST YOU More than it GIVES on: January 18, 2014, 05:29:20 PM
So the NEAR solution for starters to buy BTC waiting for possible increase

AS other said UP 10 000 =BTC

Yes, that is correct, if all you want is to earn money.

What's in your rig? How much hashpower?

Hi
Q2- Mining These Days COST YOU More than it GIVES ..Specially with BTC

This what figured after a couple days of reading in this forum ..is this correct ?

Thanks

For GPUs and CPUs and most FPGAs, that is correct.
For some ASICS that is correct too.

Unless you have free electricity. But your devices would still take a long time to break even.

First, please don't write in all caps. That is usually treated as an aggressive intention.

On the other hand, ASICs cannot mine scrypt. They are designed for bitcoin, which uses the SHA-256 algorithm, and not the scrypt one.
You can only mine SHA-256 coins. You cannot mine scrypt coins.

Then I have no idea, CGMiner refused to connect to pool and reported it as "dead".
3708  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Democratic manipulation of the Silk Road 29,655 bitcoins on: January 18, 2014, 09:59:56 AM
Just leave those coins alone. If you are a merchant, you may choose to not accept those coins, but generally I have no problem with them.

Hmmm pool had quite a lot of downtime yesterday compared to other days, and it is down right now.

I can confirm I have rental this rig for the next 24 hours.  Hashrate is good and seller is legit

Thanks. Will consider renting, since i think it's the best price right now.
3716  Economy / Services / Re: 2300 KH/s Scrypt rent - 0,4 LTC/MHs on: January 14, 2014, 04:07:44 PM
So is it possible to rent per Mhash or do we have to rent all of it?
3717  Economy / Speculation / Re: Confirmed Bad News Sources Thread - No FUD, Just Facts!!!1 on: January 14, 2014, 10:04:50 AM
What is your source? According to your link, it only says stuff about "2014 Clearance of Paying System", and does not mention anything Bitcoin related in any way.
3718  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: GHash.IO Mining Problem on: January 14, 2014, 09:59:32 AM
minimum difficulty on CEX is 16 I think. What's your hashing power ?

Lol like 100 mh/s

You're not mining with 100Mh.  You're moving a piece of gravel with your toe.

All you're doing is wasting your time, effort and electricity.  You'll never, ever make anything at that speed.

Well, I switched to scrypt, and I have free electricity.
3719  Local / Primeros pasos y ayuda / Re: Situacion economica un poco desesperada.... on: January 14, 2014, 06:19:44 AM
