Roma 0:1 AC Milan.

The SeriaA is looking like a league that will will be very difficult to predict this season, AC Milan has started the season with a fantastic performance as they lead in the table with two wins in two games and right now they are already leading the Jose Mourinho men 1:0 from away, can they hold on to this performance till the end of the season? Let's talk about that once they get an away win tonight against Roma.
Acmilan where one of the strongest team last season and has Carried that form into this new season and even add more players to their squad to strengthen the depths that's why I'll comfortablely bet on them when they face smaller clubs, but currently leading against Roma show how strong they are and they're one club Napoli needs to the worried about and they'll definitely face serious challenge from Acmilan this season.
Their striker the former Arsenal and Chelsea man Olivier Giroud is in a very good form this season despite his age and was the one that scored the opener with a penalty in the 9th minute of the match they're currently pressing Roma and home and are more possessive in the match, giving Roma few chances to get a quick comeback in the 1st half.

Currently the match between Al Ittihad and Al Hilal is taking place and the great thing is, neither team is the favorite in this match because Al Ittihad and Al Hilal have exactly the same odds. But yes, if I look at their head to head results then at least Al Hilal has a better winning record when Al Hilal plays against Al Ittihad. But yes, because at this moment Al Ittihad also certainly has a target to defend the title and also, they already have great players and star players, then of course Al Ittihad will not lose because Al Ittihad also plays at home this match.
Despite the fact that their odds are same, i expect Al-Hilal to win the match even playing from away, they've got a better squad and are one of the busiest Saudi club in the transfer window this summer so they look stronger and stand  better position to win the match but it's the other way round because they match is currently 3- 1 I'm favour of Al-Ittihad and with a goal from the current Ballon D'or holder Benzema, they're currently on the half time break and Al-Hilal fans would be hoping for comeback in the second half which won't come easy.
Well according to the stats Al-Hilal are more possessive but there opponents are the ones getting the goal and even had
7 shots with 5 one target while Al-Hilal only got 4 with 1 on target, the more they lose matches they keep giving Al-Nassr an opportunity to win the league.

Ryan Gravenberch finally goes to a team that is going to give him some time, or at least I hope so. He was good enough to play at Bayern and for some reason he didn't get enough time if you ask me. He might be young, but if you are not going to play young people then what does Musiala do? Ryan should be getting decent minutes, he should be playing most games and he is young so he will get less tired than the older players as well.

I think it should be important to move him, Liverpool will be great for him and he could play there and Liverpool will become better too. Last year they realized how terrible their midfield was so this year they are making some good additions there and I think it is going to actually be great.
He's been wasting at the bench of Bayern Munich since last season and that's not good for his career at this young age so he had to move to a team where he'll be given a chance to get more playing that and liverpool were like lucky enough to have him included in their squad, he's a fine playing and i don't think they'll regret getting him, because he's young, talent and very eager to be on the pitch.
The Midfield area is a position liverpool really needed strengthening that's why they've got about 4 of them so far to strengthen that area, however about some days ago I felt Manchester united would had gotten Gravenberch because their was an ongoing discussion with the both team for a swap deal involving McTominay and Gravenberch and I can't believe united could make it happen to get such a brilliant player added to their squad.
3784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: September 01, 2023, 06:49:05 PM
It's true as you say, Sevilla last season and this season are no different. In the league they always perform very badly, it's different when playing in the European league they are very enthusiastic and they even managed to win the European league last season.

But unfortunately they in Laliga this season also performed as badly as last season, moreover Sevilla changed several players who still had selling points apparently to cover financial losses. Most recently, they sold their best goalkeeper to the Arab League, even though Brono was an important player for Sevilla last season. So in my opinion, Sevilla this season will have difficulty competing for the top four with a minimal number of players, let alone competing for the Laliga title, that is very unlikely.
I wish i could get a explanation to why Sevilla would be very outstanding in the Europa League competition but fail to perform well I'm their league, they are currently underperforming but I won't be suprised to see them carry the Europa League again this season, they make it seem like the trophy waa meant for them only and no matter the manager coaching them or the  position in the Laliga would fight very hard to reach the finals and carry the trophy.
Since they're very good at winning the Europa League trophy i don't think they'll be worried about securing the top four, their major aim most season is to try every possible way to win the Europa League trophy and automatically qualify for the Champions League, which is obviously what they might be looking forwards to this season, about selling their 1st keeper I think it wasn't the best idea and might cost them this season.

Finally a useful transfer for the midfield by Manchester United.  Smiley  I think Sofyan Amrabat has already proven his skills worthy for joining a bigger team than Fiorentina. Manchester United really needed this transfer honestly. Because there was Eriksen who was playing beside Casemiro in defensive midfield area.

Eriksen can play as central or attacking midfielder. But he isn't a defensive player. This was making the defense side of the team more unreliable.

Hopefully Amrabat can solve the issues there. But in the same way the defense line also need to be more consistent to prevent more goals.
The is the news every Manchester united fan having been waiting to hear since the early period of the transfer window and he board finally decided to make their fans having by bringing in the fans favourite, and one thing I like about this new signings is that the choose to play for the club and turned down every offers from other clubs even waited patiently for united to get him on a loan deal when they couldn't sign him permanently, which
Show that he's ready to play for his dream Club whole heartedly.
According to the news they got him for a loan deal worst €10m with a buy Claude of €20m plus €5m ad ons for 2024, Amrabat is a good addition to the united team to help strengthen the midfield area, his presence in the team would help restore the form of Casimiro cause he'll now get lots of time to rest to avoid fatigue.

Mbappe to Real Madrid deal sounds like something the news and rumors make up all the time. It is obvious that he keeps staying every time, last time he had to sign his contract everyone said he won't and will go to Madrid and he didn't and he signed it, if he signs it again this time around as well then I think it would be obvious that the whole Madrid deal was something the news made up and not real.

Dude may or may not be happy there, I wouldn't know, but he keeps signing new contracts, so it shouldn't really be worrying for PSG at all, they are quite happy about the situation. I believe that he is doing fine there, getting accolades, plenty of scores and I do not think that he will want to change that anytime soon.
I think Mbappe would had moved to Realmadrid if not for the fact that PSG increased his release clause to put out other clubs from getting him this season, he had a secret negotiation with Realmadrid which made PSG to take such action and trying to make him sign another extra year contract with PSG,  but I believe by next season he might cease  to be a PSG player.
He might be happy at the moment getting playing time and trying to help the team to be successful this season but I think his mind is set to leave PSG but they keep tiring him down with a deal, if Mbappe hadn't complied to the deal they offered he would had been free to leave the Team next summer.

The game just started between Cadiz and Villarreal but there is still time to bet and can see the rates for Cadiz are good enough to take the risk because the 3.15 rate is not bad when you check the past results of this team in the games we saw and during the first minutes of the game I saw the performance of Cadiz is not bad and they are trying o score the first goal.

The match is currently ongoing and Villareal were leading the game but it's currently 1-1 a goal from Sorloth in the 10th minute of the game and and equalizer some few minutes back by Cadiz play Chri Ramos, Villareal are more possessive in the game but too back that they're playing with one man down due to  card offense by Alfoñso Pedraza, giving Cadiz more advantage to win the match at home.
Villareal lost their match against Betis at home last week and might likely lose another match today, it would be suprising to see Villareal who are playing with 10 men beat Cadiz at home, cause Cadiz just scored another goal with a penalty taken by Darwin Machis, making it difficult for them to win the game anymore the only thing i feel they could win in this match is the ball possession which they're currently leading with 70%

I don't like Pochettino's coaching style. He likes buying already-established players. I will not be wrong if I assume that he depends on big names to win trophies. I am more comfortable with coaches that build young players. Coaches that groom unknown players to superstars are the best in the world.
Pochettino is a great coach who loves to play pure attacking football, he of course didn't win any trophies in Tottenham, neither did the club have the money to buy "already eatablished players" like you say, Pochettino did so well to play good football with the players at his disposal when he was in Spurs.

Having said that, Poch won trophies in PSG and that's all the trophies that he has won, mind you that most of the transfers that take place in PSG is done solely by the club, without even the managers consent, and that's the same thing happening in Chelsea now, Todd Boehly is just buying players left, right and center, none of them have been players that the manager identified himself. Chelsea are doing crazy business right now, hiring too many players, many of which they don't even need.
He's indeed a good coach and despite the fact that he didn't win any trophy with Tottenham and didn't had much financial backings from the board to bring in world class player he still managed the play good football with the average players he had, even finished as league runner up in 2016/17 season and even. Made Tottenham to play their first Champions league final in 2019 before he got sacked and moved over to PSG where he had opportunity to win trophies.
You're right,I think they've bought too many players than they even needed even bought two players playing in same position and i think Todd Boehly is spending too much on trying to build a very strong team and he should learn from PSG'S mistake, where they bought lots of top class players but it didn't turn out good amd they had to sell them off this season,  well Pouchettino is an experienced coach and I expect him to handle the situation and work with the players that comfortably adapt to his style of play.

Klopp has some things going under his sleeve, it will be a wasted effort if he doesn't signed any player now. However, seeing that they don't have any business in the Champions League this season, he might want to wait and observe how his boys are going to perform in the Premier League and then make some changes by January transfer period.
Liverpool signed 3 midfielders so far, they signed Dominik Szoboszlai an attacking midfielder from Leipzig, Alexis Mac Allister a central midfielder from Brighton and Wataru Endo a defensive midfielder from VFB Stuttgart and  I believe they strengthened the midfield area mostly because that's the area they had many departures from this season and maybe the coach is comfortable with the options he had in other areas if not he would had seen a reason to strengthen other positions as well.
But according to the news they made a advancement to secure another Midfielder from Bayern Munich and their coach tuchel has confirmed that Gravenberch is set to join Liverpool and he wasn't happy with the situation at bayern anymore and see a chance in liverpool to fight for a place in their 4-3-3 formation and that the player wanted to leave and they've discussed with Liverpool which yield a clear out, Gravenberch is a fine player and Liverpool would enjoy him in their team.

Liverpool missing out on UEFA Champions League this season is actually a loss for them. Winning in Newcastle was not difficult for the Reds because they had several excellent goal opportunities that Darwin Núñez took advantage of. Still, it was a humiliating setback for the Magpies and their coach, Eddie Howe. As a result, they put a lot of effort into the game, and having a disappointing outcome suggests they're not even doing their hardest. Liverpool were undervalued this season due to their poor performance in the previous EPL campaign. Jurgen Klopp is bolstering his squad and instilling trust and confidence in his new players.
I think they'll try to make up for their poor performance this season and would definitely fight very hard to secure the top 4 position, it's a good thing he's strengthening his squad and replacing the departed players he sold this season, especially in the midfield area, thankgoodness he still has Mo Salah in his team to help him achieve success, there's been news all over the media since last week concerning Salah's move to the SPL but the coach made a statement concerning Sarah's link to Al-Ittihad saying, " The position remains the same, absolutely no doubt about that" and he also said " nothing else to say, no offer as far as i know". Which means that Salah would continue to be Liverpool's players if not bid from the Saudi side is table before 11pm tonight, because Liverpool won't sell one of their valuable player to the SPL after the window is closed for the European side  without having a replacement for him.

I think you are talking about Nuno Tavares. Yes, he is definitely a good player. He will definitely give the Nottingham Forest squad a big boost in terms of confidence. He is definitely going to make the defense stronger. And even for a defender, he does score a few goals. He is definitely going to be a good addition for the Nottingham Forest squad. I know that Nottingham Forest really needs to improve a lot because they somehow avoided relegation this season. So this is a good step towards the improvement that they need.
We've seen over the years how a player moves into a team and make a difference but I'm not going to conclude that yet about Nuno Tavares, he's a fine player no doubt but not a world class yet, that would easily make me believe his performance would make a difference, till i watch him play, well I hope he does cause that would be a plus to Nottingham Forest because they need the improvement to help prevent them from being relegated out of the Epl.
They narrowly escaped last season and I know they'll be very careful this season and try to do anything possible to avoid relegation and the addition of Tavares is a good idea, to survive in EPL you'll need a very strong defense line against top team and if he brings his form into the team then it's a plus for Forest to maintain their stay in the EPL, which would be the major target of their coach this season.

I don't know why Juventus is doing this but we know Leonardo Bonucci was one of the most important and effective players in Juventus and he played there for years also he achieved many titles with this team but now Juventus doesn't want to keep this player any more and Bonucci, the captain of JJebtos is close to playing in Bundesliga for Union Berlin.
It is possible that Juventus have had many reasons why they don't want to play with Leonardo Bonucci again because it is seen from a very old age that the stamina he has is very different from when he was young, and Juventus are aware of this. Maybe there are many more reasons why Juventus got rid of Leonardo Bonucci. Union Berlin tried to take advantage of the situation by buying Leonardo Bonucci into its power. Hopefully, Leonardo Bonucci can still contribute fully to Union Berlin.
Bonucci is a club legend for Juventus but at age 36, i don't think he's fit to be in the starting 11 of Juventus, because they need a young and vibrant player to fill that position, he might have the experience but lack the strength and stamina playing for Juve at a younger age, so instead of keeping him in the team and it came as a surprise that the Bundesliga team Union Berlin came in his demand and Bonucci would complete  his medical today and  switch over to Germany.
I believe Union Berlin when for him because they're aware of his capabilities and needed the impact of an experienced player in their team to help strengthen their defence line and according to the news Bonucci would join Berlin on a free transfer and would sign a 1 year deal with an option for further extension, and also Juventus would pay about 50% of Bonucci's salary in Union Berlin which is about €3.5.
3793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 01, 2023, 01:05:22 AM
The is the top German scorer of the Bundesliga and this player can definitely help Dortmund this season. We saw Drtmound trying to focus on younger talents and they usually avoid opening too much money in the transfer windows but they spent 15m for Niclas Füllkrug and they hired a 30-year-old palyer from Werder Bremen and Niclas Füllkrug is going to play for Dortmund until 2026.

If you noticed last season the really challenged for the league title and almost won it, so i think this season they'll try again to see if they'll performan better and stand a chance of winning the league, and since they've got a good number of young vibrant talented players in their team, they'll need the presence of an experienced player to help the team to be successful this season.
And i think Niclas Füllkrug would be a nice addiction to their team due to his experience playing at Werder Bremen, he has a good goal scoring ability with about 16 goals and 5 assists in 28 matches last season i with such experience in the league Dortmund would really enjoy his presence in the team just that they're not going to make a financial benefits from him like they've made from other younger players they've developed and sold for a higher fee

Donny hopes to have more time on the field. Donny's departure from Old Trafford could mean forcing Erik Ten Hag to strengthen his midfield before the transfer window closes.
That's one player that Manchester United needs to strengthen and according to the Fiorentina midfielder Amrabat which Manchester united have been chasing since the early stages of the transfer window turned down a £25m offer from Fulham with hope that a deal would be finalised today, this week United tried to get Amrabat on a loan deal,  but it was rejected by Fiorentina who claimed it an insult to their club, and i believe they're right because the player has been waiting patiently all through the window and turning down offers from other club only for United to submit a £2m loan offer his demand at the late period of the transfer window.
Well he's not the only player United offered a loan deal for, they also offered a loan deal to Tottenham for Regullion and the deal have been finalised and he's moved to United to carry out his medicals, that's a good news for United cause they got the right player for that position against Arsenal on Saturday.
3795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: August 31, 2023, 09:22:50 PM
To be fair if you are PSG, then facing Milan, Dortmund and Newcastle shouldn't be a problem for you. I think they should be the leader of that group, they are capable of beating them all, their aim is usually winning the UCL but we know that they fail that but for a team that aims at winning the whole thing, it should not be really considered to be a big trouble to face these teams.

PSG does have some serious rivals, like Madrid, like City, like Bayern, but those are not in the same group, which Real could have been so that's lucky. I think this is why they should not fear this group, and hope to get out with 18 points if they possibly could, but if not, at least go out with the first place to make sure they are doing fine.
Yeah the only team that looks threatening in that group is only Intermilan that's had better experience in the Champions League and even reached the finals last season, i expect Paris Saint-Germain  to comfortably beat Newcastle United and Dortmund especially Newcastle who's had little experience in the Champions league, if they fail to quality to the next round then their something  wrong and it would be either the coach ain't competent or they lack the rightful players in their squad.

They should be very lucky be a group not very tough and would be easy for them to move into the next round and going out in the first place is definitely what they should be aiming for but im not too sure if they'll go far in this because the teams you've mentioned looks tougher and would make it tough for PSG to win the competition especially Realmadrid that would be looking to recover the trophy from Manchester City.
3796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: August 31, 2023, 09:10:21 PM
Dortmund is just trying to adjust the new roster, nothing more. When they do, they will start winning games easily again, not like they went 34 wins in 34 games last year, they had some losses and draws, this is the same as last year basically.

We wouldn't know when they will start to dominate lower level teams but it could be any game now, and that is why it should be possible for us to bet on their win. Of course I do not suggest people to bet on what I say, I have lost a lot of money on betting before and I still lose probably everyday, which means that I am not someone to listen to, I just wanted to share my own thoughts on the subject but that is in no way or shape a reason to follow what I said about it.
You're right though i feel they're having a tough time trying to adjust to this new season and when they finally do we'll start seeing them winning games again and moreover the season just started so i believe before it gets to the middle of the season they'll be back into form and challenge Bayern Munich just they did last season and almost won the league

The only clubs i can comfortably bet on currently is in the Bundesliga are Bayern Munich, Union Berlin and Maybe Dortmund because so far Dortmund have not lost any matches they won 1 and drew another one and i think they'll comfortably win their next match against Heidenheim tomorrow, because they've got a better squad would be playing from home which gives them more advantage.
3797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 31, 2023, 08:14:42 PM

It's possible for any coach if a team is willing to give them a chance for a few seasons instead of just 1 or 2 seasons. Manchester City gave Pep Guardiola many opportunities and they also put a lot of faith in Pep by following his wishes and plans every season, as a result Pep Guardiola really succeeded in proving that.

Every trainer can experience the same thing if they get good support financially and stay longer. At PSG there is a lot of pressure especially because they have set high targets every season in the Champions League. Not a single coach has won that title for PSG yet, but Luis Enrique has a chance to do so if the two things I said are fulfilled by PSG.
It's one thing to give a manager an opportunity to try make up for his mistakes or prove himself worthy and it's another thing for the manager to live up to expectations, for instance Manchester gave Pep chances to prove himself and he did by winning the Premier league which made the to back him up with more funds to get more required players to help him strengthen his team based on the fact that he's lived up to their expectations and fulfilled what's demanded of him.
But there are some managers that even with the right backings and opportunities given to them they won't really have good performance and might even end up making wrong decision that would cause a destruction in the dressing room, so what I'm trying to say is that it takes a good experienced coach with talent like Pep to come  into a club and make a difference.
3798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: August 31, 2023, 08:01:05 PM

I would really like to know and understand the reasons why the final solution was that Lukaku now went to Roma instead of getting more time with Inter. Isn't the only possible answer here that Inter Milan was not willing to pay enough for him either for a loan or for a transfer? He didn't have much time to find back into the squad and he did that quite well, but it was obviously not enough to convince Inter Milan to go for him for an additional season.

Or maybe Roma has offered so much more even for the loan that Chelsea blocked another loan period for Lukaku at Inter Milan. Would be nice to know but I guess we won't find out because everybody will now say how happy they are with the solution they found.
I believe Romelu Lukaku would had been an Inter Milan player currently but he decided to betrayal a club that gave him an opportunity to play in the Champions league final, went behind their back to negotiate with another Italian team Juventus which got Inter furious about his actions and they decided to step out of the any deal with Chelsea due to Lukaku's action.
Afterwards Juventus was in a serious negotiations with Chelsea for Lukaku and there were talks about a swap that would allow Juventus striker Vlahovic move to Chelsea and Lukaku the other way but suddenly Juventus lost Interest in due to fans protests against signing Lukaku and the deal collapsed leaving Lukaku to remain in Chelsea, the Blues where not interested in keeping him this season and later accepted to allow Lukaku move on a loan deal to Roma instead of keeping him on the bench for the whole season.

At this moment, it seems like many people are looking down on Haaland because he can't score many goals, even though in reality at this moment Haaland is still on the list of top scorers in the Premier League with 3 goals. So I think even without Bruyne of course Haaland can still play well and also Haaland is still capable of scoring goals. But indeed, it would be different if Bruyne could still be played, then it would make it easier for Haaland to score lots of goals. But even so, I personally don't mind it too much because after all, the proof is that Haaland can still make a good contribution to the team so far this moment.
The thing is that, Haaland is a very fantastic player and has prove himself at Molde,  RB Salzburg and Dortmund which promoted Guardiola to sign him due to the brilliant goal scoring ability, last season he was the highest goal scorer in both the EPL and Champions League, scoring about 36 goals and 12 respectively but if you noticed this season he's many chances of even getting more goals against Sevilla and Newcastle he missed alot of opportunities that would had made him had more goals than he has now.
I believe if Kelvin Debruyne was presently in the team it would had been easier for him to get clear chances and convert them into goals due to the good relationship between them, on and off the pitch and i believe he would have had more than the three goals he has in three matches.
3800  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: August 31, 2023, 05:28:54 PM
After watching some matches of Manchester City team this season, what I realized is that the team is performing less than last season. I don't see the kind of aggressiveness and discipline the team used to play last season.
Well they're currently sitted at the top of the table with 9 points and two points above Westham who are second, and their perform didn't really decline very bad, because they've been very dominant in their previous matches what they lack is their goalscoring ability last season where they're able to score multiple goals in a match,  i believe that's because of the absence of their key player Kelvin Debruyne who was sidelined due to injury and because of that there's no much connection from the midfield to Halland making it  quite tough for him to score much goals.
But i think he's beginning to adapt without Halland and moreover city just added new players to their squad one in the midfield area and another in the wing position, there next match doesn't really seem very tough and i expect city to win comfortable at home against Fulham.
