Barcelona youth setup has always been amazing. They always manage to grow really skilled players from there. I think Yamal is one of those players. He has a good talent at this young age. He should play as much as possible to improve his skills much more. Dembele's departure is really helping him now. Xavi can have him in the starting lineup in the coming games as well after watching his effective football. He was nearly scoring a goal in this game as well.  It has been the culture of Barcelona, signing young and talented prospects and developing them into world class players, and so far it's worked perfectly for them, Barcelona really needed to offload Dembele for other rising star to shine, though Dembele is a very talented player and a lot was expected of him at Barcelona when he arrived at Barcelona from Dortmund but his playing time at Barca was limited due to his reoccurring injury spells, and so far the player that's benefitted from his departure is Yamal, because he's getting playing time and it would built his confidence level and help him develop into a top class as expected by Barcelona. Manchester City are the only team with 9 points in 3 games now. They have made a really solid start to the season and Haaland also continues as always. He missed a penalty against Sheffield United maybe but this was still not a hindrance for him to score a goal in the same game. A Manchester City supporter entered the pitch to celebrate the goal with him as well which was an interesting moment.  As usual they are again the biggest title contender for the Premier League. I'm just wondering whether we would see a different team in top 4 again. Newcastle were an example for that in the previous season. They have had an unlucky fixture so far by the way. They got losses against Manchester City and Liverpool consecutively. Haaland have been struggling to score goals so far and the goal he had against Sheffield could boost his confidence and maybe we'll see a different Haaland compared to their last two match in the next match, last season the partnership between him and Kelvin Debruyne was great and they enjoyed each others company with Kelvin giving him good assists, but with Kelvin sidelined due to injury it's been quite tough to get more goals so far and there's no one currently to recreate that good partnership and give good passes as Debruyne. Anyways Manchester City is not a club that relies mostly on their striker to score goals, they've got other quality players capable of getting the goals when the striker finds it difficult to convert a goal, well they're still very strong and I won't be suprised if they lift the trophy for the third time this season. |

There's a Rumour that Mo Salah could be Jetting to the Saudi side Al-Ittihad for a medical after the match against Newcastle,despite the claims made by Jurgen Klopp that Salah would not leave the club this season well i don't know how true it is, but if true that's one new the Liverpool fans would not like, watching another top player move to the Saudi side, and that would make it the 5 player to move over there from Liverpool.

To my surprise, An Nassr had only won once in the SPL. I think they are the provisional champions of the SFL but they are number 10. It looks like the SFL looks competitive, those who don't make many big transfers from Europe can still compete. Although this is still in the early competitions and the transfer market is still open. So my bad thoughts were wrong temporarily because I thought the club owned by PIF would be the club that dominated the top rankings a lot.
In Saudi Pro League, there is few teams that invested a lot of money to bring stars from all over the world but the others aren't bad too since they already have foreigners and several good local players. The point of having more than a team or two that dominate the league is to be as competitive as possible, almost close to EPL and Serie A. The Bundesliga model with Bayern Munich and Ligue 1 with PSG, spending a lot of money while the others struggle, isn't attractive for most people in the world. The thing is if you want to be competitive and outstanding amongst other, you got to pay a price to make a difference and the price most Saudi clubs are paying is spending big to lure top players into their team, so since they're finally capable of doing so it's nof quite tough to lure some players away from their clubs and we've seem it already in the recent transfer window where clubs like Al-Nassr, Al-Hilal, Al ittihad and others with good financial backings have been able to attract big players with their money, and it's paying off so far because it attracting more fans to the league, developing their football and making the league more popular than before, if you notice the competition is now becoming tougher and several clubs that's strengthened their club this season would look tougher and try to dominate thereby making the league Interesting. |

After Gundogan, Riyad Mahrez and Laporte left the club this summer, Manchester City have managed to add a few replacements to fill these positions and they are still toping the league rankings this season already. City was just finding the replacement for thos guys easily. Kovacic replaced Gundogan and Doku replaced Mahrez. Laporte sat on the bench often during his career at Manchester City and won't be replaced.. The strongest club in EPL. City keeps winning more and more match even though the team looked like struggle during the first half. Im watching now about how city is trying to find the replacement for mahrez as soon as possible. Doku already passed the medical test and i expect city to announce him as soon as possible. The club was working so fast as mahrez was always very important winger for the club. I think that there will be no more player gonna leave from city soon. I expect more player to come or city may be making doku as its last transfer for this season. When you have a good coach, good board members and good owners that are ready to back up a team such team would like always be successful and stand out above others, i believe that's why Manchester city have been outstanding so far, they signed a good coach with a winning mentality and backed him up heavily with finance to help him succeed. The might of PSG was again seen where they were able to beat Lens in the match that took place yesterday. Mbappe et al managed to secure full points at the Parc Des Princes stadium which made Luis Enrique succeed in bringing first win under his coaching. I see how important Mbappe role has been for PSG in recent seasons because he is PSG goal machine so PSG really don't want to lose Mbappe. Mbappe has scored 3 goals in the two games he has played. I think he is still in his best form even though he had some bad things from PSG in the transfer market but his mentality doesn't seem to be bothered at all because he really concentrates fully on scoring goal in every match.
Lens who were getting good results in the French Ligue 1 last season are yet to win a game in the league since the start of the season were once again beaten by Paris Saint Germaine who also recorded their first league win of the season. Kylian Mbappe I think is back to his best after the transfer saga that happened between him and the club management. PSG might not be at the top of the league at the moment but considering the quality of players in the squad, I think they're gonna retain the title again. One thing I love about PSG is that even when they're in there poorest form they'll still manage to win the league title they've been very dominant for years and might continue being the league championships for years to come, what they currently need to archive is not even the league title I think they'll e aiming to get a better performance in the Champions league this season because that's what they're left to archive so far and why they brought Enrique to help them try archiving it. They should be so lucky that Mbappe is still present in the club to help them fight to archive the Champions league this season, so far he's been very impressive and I expected his form to drop due to the fallout with his team before the season started but he's helped them so far and has scored about 3goals in 2 matches. |

You can never say Xavi's experience in the previous Champions League as a player could ever help this player to have a better performance as a coach while coaching Barcelona.
If I'm not wrong, he never coached any teams in the Champions Leagues before and Xavi is a completely inexperienced coach in this tournament. Since he had no experience as a coach but got good results in La Lga with Barcelona we can expect to see the same thing from him in the Champions League.
Of a truth Xavi is not really an experienced coach and had only had good experience in the Champions League as a player than coach, it was proven last season when they got demoted by Manchester united in the round of 16 to the Europa League but they still could perform well in the Europa League or even try to win it, atleast he managed to lead his team to winning the Laliga trophy and I think he should be given more time to build the Barcelona team, he's had an experience last season and could perform better in this seasons Champions tournament. Though I can't vouch for them to win the Champions League under Barcelona but I expect them to perform better than last season and even go beyond the round of 16, my only fear is Lewandowski's form and if he continues miss chances it could affect their performance when the Champions League starts, however their rivals Realmadrid would have a better performance and probably reach the finals this season. |

I don't believe Madrid did all they could in the transfer window. They have a lot of loopholes in their squad. Let's not get carried away by the early victories. They need wingers, they need a striker. Madrid has scored 6 goals this season, 4 have been by Bellingham who is a midfielder. As much as that is good news for Bellingham, it should be worrying for Madrid. What are their attackers doing? Sooner or later Bellingham won't be able to score as much as he's scoring now, what would happen then? Drama 7 goals is really interesting to watch  I enjoyed this match because it was one of the most watchable matches of the week. Barcelona still have problems in their defence especially when they get counter-attacked as the players fail to get back but what I like is that their goal productivity is also back. After 2 weeks of poor finishing in this match they seemed to be back to the Barcelona that always scores a lot of goals but there are still some things that need to be fixed by Xavi. Lewandoski might be a problem for Barcelona if he doesn't pick up his form. He needs to start scoring the chances he gets. Barcelona creates a lot of chances and with an in-form clinical striker, Barcelona should have been at least 3 goals up before Villarreal got there first. I guess they have to manage till January when Vito Roque arrives or Ferran Torres is going to step up Realmadrid had to get a replacement for Courtois when he got injured and might be forced to get another player on loan since Vinicius Jnr injury seems serious and could last for a long term, despite Ancelotti making a statement previously that there would be no new signings info the club, I think they'll have to retrace that statement and sign one more player, since the transfer window is still open for some few days, they can't keep relying on Jude Bellingham because they'll need more backup and he could get injured on the long run making the team left out with no reliable goal scorer since he's the current goal getter of the team. What a game, three sweet points. Liverpool are the best team to win not just with everyone but with 10 men. You could say this is a big win to increase the confidence of Liverpool's players to face this season. If you look at Nunez in that match, he seems to have learned the game from the bench and produced two shots on target and both resulted in goals. This is very cool.

But in the second half of the game they tended to be more aggressive in attack and lost their good defensive form so that when there was a counter attack they failed to break which made Nunez comfortably score an equalizer. Not long after, Nunez scored the second goal which made Liverpool close this match by winning. I think Eddie Howe was quite disappointed with the appearance of his team in the second half because they failed to maintain the advantage they which should get 3 points. What I've noticed so far is that Newcastle are weaker against bigger teams and losing against two big teams shows that they might not maintain the top four this season even losing to Liverpool side that played with 10men that's a disappointing defeat and the coach should definitely be disappointed at his team losing at home to a Liverpool side with 10men. Juventus lol, played at home but the final result was only a draw and in fact, it looks like Juventus also almost lost. Having the two best players in the world in one league will affect the total concentration of footballs lover in the world to just that side. The European football has already dominated the football world and that can’t be taken away from them easily. Spreading the attention of football lovers to other leagues is a good one as football is now a renowned game all over the world and one league can’t contain all the best players in the world with good pay rate.
Now the football focus is now divided into three, the European Football, the Saudi Arabian Football and the MLS which in my opinion feel it is okay to be so. I’m expecting major signings from the MLS for big players just like it happened in the Saudi League to make all leagues balance and competitive to watch.
Football is becoming more interesting lately and this is one of an exciting time for football lovers, The Saudi Arabian leagues have taken good shape following the European league's step to boost the football sporting industry with huge capital investment in players signing such as Christina Ronaldo and some other world players into the league, but the MLS you mention is quite unpopular bit then let see how they go about in this season during the transfers window, but in the main time, one thing the Saudi Arabians are known for is the huge investment in players signing. Maybe in the near future the MLS could emulate the same pattern that the Saudi league is using to develop their football industry, but that issues would be finance because they can't afford spend the huge capital those Saudi clubs use to lure players and convince teams to sell players to them although it would take a while before both leagues gets interesting and attracts more viewers to their leagues. I don't think what if Marc Cucurella was successfully picked up by United and played with Maguire who was also one of United's players who often blundered last season and whether Ten Hag would keep blunderers like this just to improve the club's performance.

I can't watch Manchester City vs Sheffield United anymore, completely one sided game and Sheffield United has no chance to reach Manchester City's defenders, after 70 minutes they've not made any shoot. Even though Manchester City win with big margin against Burnley, but Burnley was able to compete and made few shots. Props to Wesley Foderingham since he have made good saves.

What a blunder from City. Edit: Thankfully Rodri scored another goal for City quickly after. Now City is back leading with 2-1. The match has been interesting so far and City would definitely win the game though i expected them to win with ease against Sheffield one thing about the Premier league is that it's quite difficult to predict the outcome of matches most times and one might even think Sheffield would not get a goal against Manchester City but they did and it won't come as a surprise if they get an equaliser making it 2-2. Just like yesterday during the match against Manchester vs Forest i felt Manchester had lost the game when Forest scored two early goals in the 1st half but suprisenly united had a comeback and won the match, in EPL it's not over until the final whistle and that's one thing i love about the league, smaller teams fight back and even look dominant against top teams sometimes like the match between Arsenal vs Fulham yesterday for instance. |

Mbappé scored twice to help PSG beat Lens. We, and perhaps the PSG board, also see his importance in the team. It's stupid that they didn't pick Mbappé in PSG's starting line-up. Since the controversy over the future of PSG, Mbappé is still welcomed by the audience. He is still considered the golden boy of France. He will continue to stay in France when Real Madrid confirms the end of the transfer season.
Whether PSG can entice him to continue to extend his contract, I believe the PSG leadership is still hungry for Mbappé.
Mbappe has shown how important he is for PSG by scoring 2 goals against Lens and I was surprised when there was a dispute a few weeks ago Mbappe was not used in every game and this cost PSG but when Mbappe played it was clear that PSG victory was influenced by Mbappe. PSG's task is to make Mbappe feel comfortable and willing to extend the contract if PSG wants to remain the strongest for the French League and when Mbappe does not want to extend the contract and go to another club like Real Madrid then I believe that PSG will start from the beginning of the worst. Hopefully Mbappe gets what he deserves and can play for a club where he can really feel happy and comfortable. PSG were right afterall in trying to keep Mbappe in their squad for another season, imagine if they had sold him to Realmadrid he would had made Realmadrid more stronger and PSG would had regret letting him go, Mbappe is a world class player and would contribute alot to any team he's involved in, he's proved it recently scoring in their last two matches and even got a brace in their last against Lens, in as much as he didn't quite train alot with the team in pre-season and was forced to train with the youth team, he still managed to come back into the 1st 11 team with a fine form, and that's why PSG has refused to let him go, they know his capabilities and would try to keep him in the team as long as he keeps delivering. Mbappe in PSG this season along side Jude Bellingham and Rodrigo would had been a team that would scare the opposition because the current form of those players i mentioned aee something else and would had caused havoc to opposition teams in both domestic and European competitions. |
