I don't know if this is a good idea or not. I think it is good to have an online interview using trustlogics application. Well, I know it is not part of the platform of trustlogics and it is already above the objectives of this project. But it is good also if they will make some effort to put it. We already innovated the hiring process, why do we not make it completely. Just sharing my idea.
Well you have your point too, but what I think is, if there will be an online interview, I think it will be very difficult for the team since they are going to interview millions of applicants. I mean they are humans too, their body will collapse, I think, because they will be exhausted. You have got the thing that will mess up! +1 for your opinion. In my opinion, trustlogics is not concern with this issue. Online Job interview can integrate upon the application but the team will never spend their money for just hiring interviewers. Probably, the part of the companies are to interview the jobseekers and it will become an easy for them if they will look for schedule time each applicants that they will interview. If there is scheduling of time, it will be a favorable for all. Jobseekers can prepare themselves and interviewers will not be tired off because of thousands of applicants. The thing is, how about those people who have slow connection? It is unfavor with them since the communication will interrupt by connection. In fact, it may become a reason why unequality in job hiring industry. If you have a good answer but your connection is very slow, good things will never happen to you! I support the traditional way of interview. Interview is not just by means of answering of question in a senseful manner. There thousands of applicant and I know hundreds of that are better in oral communication. One thing that we cannot see in online interview is the projection of the applicant. Non-verbal communication can be a part of interview. As a matter of fact, some interviewers have backgrounds in psychology. Interviewers are looking for the gestures, postures, hand movement, eye movement and mannerisms of interviewee. They don't just seek for our answer because action speaks louder than words. If we interact in live, we can communicate well. I disagree with online interview. Hope you consider my point also. I understand your opinion. In fact you have the good point also. We can hide our emotions under an online communication. However, if we are dealing personally, we cannot control our feelings. In fact, we can't lie when there is somebody who is asking to our personal life unless if you have knowledge in psychology. Of course, we can divert our emotion and body language if we can read someone's thought to us. Aside from that, interviewers are looking for the applicants who have strong personality, attitude and personal appeal and it can be shown when the interview is personally. I'm sorry but when you say personal interview, are you being really literal with it? Just like interviewing face to face? Look I really appreciate and respect your opinion guys and you all have a point. But if that's the case, with all your respect, didn't you guys realize that it will cost too much for the applicant? I mean we can't deny that there are times that the applicant is located far away, and I know that maybe one of you will think that the applicant should find a way if he or she really wants the job, but afterall one of the project's objective, I think, is to make people save right? |

As what I've read on their whitepaper, 2.6 page 12 it says that the yappadaappadoo application will become number 3 app store in the whole world. I slightly don't agree with this statement because what I think is that when this project will be launched, it will be the number 1 app store in the world, because the convenience of the app is greater than those popular app store right now.

I admire your positivity towards the yappadaappadoo project, anyway, this project will surely reach the top, but I think it would take much time, as we all know, the yappadaappadoo project isn't yet launched, and if ever it will be, it takes time to gain popularity since it is not yet well known in the society. That would be awesome but I think number 3 would be much more realistic. Apple app store and Google play store are probably now starting to implement apps on PWA so, this will just be an additional competition. I believe you're right, if the progressive web application is already used by other famous apps, I think that those giant app stores will also adopt it especially when they know that the PWA has great features that can attract customers. |

I guess they are just being honest, because if the yappadaappadoo project really seeks to reach the top then its journey will start from the bottom. Anyway, I do believe that this project will be successful one day, let's just continue supporting it until the end. Well, I don't doubt it, you are right. I should've imagined that, before it reaches the top and beat those "goliath" app stores ( apple app store and google app store) it will starts from the bottom. Well I do believe that someday the yappadaappadoo will beat those big app store and reach for the top. |

I was reading the thread and I think this platform is very ambitious. Ambitious as it is, I really love to see how dedicated the dev is in their vision. I really like the idea but the problem is, are they really capable of doing this platform? I believe it would be best if they can show us the structure of how each project will go. It is easy to generalize concept but it is harder to execute ideas. I hope in their next update, they will show us how they will meet their goal.
yes the project is ambitious but im really concern about them choosing to be on waves platform. stating the advantage of using such platform could not hide the fact that this platform has negative reputation in the market. But what I think is being ambitious what makes this project advantageous to other project because this project will become more convenient to the user than the other projects. |

I am really impressed by the one who made the video presentation of YAPPADAPPADOO. Simple yet meaningful. By seeing the video, I have the idea how the system works and how it can be beneficial for both users and developers. I am fond of using applications even android technology is not yet around so I have to admit that 1% of the current application is really a huge difference in terms of space consumption.
I've got curious about that video you are saying. I wish to see it for myself also, you should have also copy the link of the video, so who may ever read your post can able to see the video. I wish to see it too because maybe it has something that I don't know about the yappadaappadoo project. Yes, I also think that way too. The video will be a very big help, especially for me because I learn more in watching than reading. If I had seen that video, I guess I would be more knowledgeable about the yappadaappadoo project. I find it interesting that your project is aiming to build a community wherein it has social network, online shop, job portal, online games sites, and also a digital wallet. These are good but these will take too much of your time to develop. So which one are you planning to build first?
Online shop-online sales Employment offers-employers listing of jobs Social network messaging and biography are the first to be develop and will be functionable with the first released version in Q1 2019. As we said step by step we will move the mountain do not worry about that. wallet after that gambling after wallet and most time to develop will need for gaming section but it will be one of the best sections of the platform we will build a huge community around the platorm and it will attract lot of online users because it will offer possibility to earn from playing the games and participating in the platform. Well as I can see with it, it is all in package. no that is not true, they have some similarities to some other projects but they also have some differences, but all in all this is quiet unique compared to other projects. if this would be successfully launched, i am sure many gamblers would be interested and are willing to try out this platform. Well I can't tell you what to think, because that's how you see the project. I think what lezarbby is trying to convey when he or she says "it's one in a million" is that he or she mean it for the services the project is offering, I guess, because I think this project offers almost all services than other projects. And it's very rare for a project to offer lots of service. |

Me also, I found it also not well organized and designed. You can remake it and make it more clean and informative in the same way SmartCityEco Team. It is for you own sake. Make it more creative and professional like others do. Great concept and idea just complete it. You two are right. As we have concern on you guys, SmartCityEco Team, we want you to know that your presentation is not that clean and well designed. You can innovate it and creative than this. Nice concept though Well for me, personally It doesn't matter if the presentation is no that very creative because as long as the idea or concept of the project is good then it's fine with me. They've done their best so let's just appreciate it. That's your personal opinion. But I think that these two are right, just like what most people says that you've got to be presentable so that you can attract a fine lady. Same with this project if their presentation is not quite good then maybe they can't catch a good investor. That's absolutely right! I think that the concept will be useless if the presentation of the project is not that creative. It won't attract investors which is a good help to the project. Mostly of the successful project that I've encountered has both creative presentation and good concept. And also I think that most of the investors really like creative presentation and creative ideas, because seeing the project in that way makes them more eagaer to invest since they probably think that it will become succesful and the investors will fully trust the project. I just want to ask. What if I have something deficiency such as physical disabilities. Do I have also a different steps on applying using trustlogics application? Because I think person with disabilities are the primary concern whenever there is a company that hires employee.
Thank you Roukawa for raising an important matter that has usually been forgotten. Based on the whitepaper, as far as I know there is no specific detail about PWD candidates. But, raising this matter might serve a starting point for Trustlogics about PWD hiring. You have a point. First and foremost not all PWD can work hands on because others for example are having a disabled fingers, or arms to be exact, I am not saying that I don't agree with your opinion but the fact is that ZeidFreak is not generalizing all PWDs he clearly says "some PWD", and the last one is that I don't think that when we say PWD it means these are people who can't work hands on, I knew you saw on televisions that there are people with disabilities who are actually working right? I do mot think or cannot even think of a single problem that may arise off of this matter because clearly, as long as the people who have disabilities regardless of the type are still capable to work or have the qualities that companies or employers are looking for, I think they will be accepted. And if they work hard enoigh, they will be more likely to be in demand more than people who do not have disabilities but lack work ethics and determination. I srongly agree with you. Some companies say that hiring PWD creates a positive environment in the workplace. Staff become better individuals because they learn to understand more and become more compassionate. For sure, PWDs have place in Trustlogics! Yes. I do believe and have the same thoughts about people with disabilities. Having equal rights woth the normal people because they are also human beings that have minds and emotions. They too can learn a huge number of things not any leass than that of a normal human being because they are still capable pf things that they can do and are great on theor foelss. I think that they still have a room for trustlogic to feature the jobs for disabled people. They are just like us grinding every day to give our family their food or needs and so I think they should have a chance to get a work not only on trustlogic platform but also in our community. They will for sure have jobs like that also. Works that will not require physical activities like office works. Actually most of the jobs found online are typing jobs, or office works. All the time will sitting in front of your computer. That would be nice if Trustlogic will provide this kind of opportunity for the less fortunate applicants. It will actually depend on what the job needs and what are the qualifications of the applicant e.g. there are many licensed massage therapist in the US and CA as well as some EU countries who are disabled (usually impaired vision or blind). They work because they are qualified and actually best suited for the job. Not all the time they are the primary concern guys. Lets be practical, If you are the CEO of the company and the job is maybe need skills that complies hard jobs, do you think disabled person can handle it. I'm not against on what you are thinking guys but lets think about the future of the company not self-pity. Trustlogic can just put a menu tab for remote jobs at ease in homes, maybe some pwd can work remotely. Still trustlogic is for all, dont look down on pwd they can work since remote job is the new craze on companies. I knew some company that runs virtually they don't need physical office anymore. PWD or not is welcome I think in some virtual office I didn`t say i don`t agree about your opinion but when we say PWD they cant actually work hands on, well its not discrimination, but i`m just being practical, maybe Trustlogic is working on it in order to give opportunity to those people who cant actually work fully time like Pwd. Trustlogic is for all but we cant assure that all jobseeker`s can find a job easily, because it depends also to the validators if they will going to accept your resume they need also to check your background in order to know if the person have criminal records or not. |

This is a great project! And I'm loving it! Because it is connected to the blockchain technology. Meaning to say if we purchase an app, we don't need to use our cards or provide our bank account numbers, we just simply pay it with tokens through the use of blockchain technology. This great project helps lot of people, especially those who are altcoin holders.
Yes Labad. Actually there is a lot of applications out there that i wanted to have but i cannot because i dont have a credit card to pay them. Sometimes i would download applications and the service is incomplete and they will redirect me to upgrade to premium version of the application. It is sad but now, thanks to yappadappado, all i need is to buy some Flints token and pay them for any appication i want. In purchasing an app in an App Store, blockchain paying system is indeed easier than banking paying system, especially if you don't have a bank account number, unlike blockchain paying system all you have to do is to have some flint tokens in your wallet to pay for your application bill. This is much easier if the person that is about to purchase an app is already an altcoin holder. Indeed, it is less hassle than using your bank account number to purchase an application. That's why this project is great, because it is connected to blockchain technology, aside from being less hassle it is also secure. |

Gladly to know that the validators will do background checking propely, so meaning to say the information that will be sent to the recruiter is authentic. I can't really imagine if there is someone who uses false credentials but can pass the background checking, it will be a very big issue towards both recruiter and the peer.
Of course! that's there job, they must make sure that the information they'll send to the recruiter is authentic otherwise it will cost a damage to trustlogic's reputation that can lead to lessen trustlogic's user. You're right! also, what I think is that the jobseekers must provide original information if they really want to find a decent job. Besides, it is natural for the jobseeker to submit authentic credentials, because if the information they gave were found out to be false by the validators, then maybe they can't use trustlogic in finding another job anymore. We can't deny the fact that there will be no plagiarism that will happen in this kind of concept. Plagiarism is when a person uses information that doesn't belong to himself/herself. Luckily, this project has validators that I think will be very tight in verifying the jobseekers' information, so I don't think that plagiarism can pass the trustlogic's validators. As you say so you have a point, well, maybe that won`t really happen that trust logic will accept that kind of hoax. The validator`s should doubled their security checking the background of every person whose trying to pass their information in their system in order to prevent damaging the reputation of the company we`re the jobless people will work. Indeed, reputation is important not to be damaged, so in order to achieved that, all they have to do is exactly what you've said, that they must double their security in regards with checking the information that the jobseeker submitted. In that way they can prevent plagiarism damaging their reputation. |

Have anyone here experience being a victim of illegal recruiters? or know someone who had been abuse by their employer? Or anyone here who have experience that their employer are not paying the mandatory benefits of employees like social security service or national healthcare as required by law? I believe that Trustlogics can also be a way to be able to help applicants in verifying this findings from such recruiters or employers who are not dully registered or have previous records of abuse with its employees or non-remittance of mandatory deduction and benefits of an employee. If this is possible with Trustlogics, not only it will bridge the applicants with the recruiters but also become a Trusted platform that protects its users welfare as well.
I have not experienced it personally but I have a few friends who have experience this and I was able to watch some employees who complains about their contribution on social security and other mandatory benefits not being remitted by the employers, hence they fail to avail of the said benefits during the time they need them particularly during calamity, or when they get sick, or even when they retire. It will be good if Trustlogics platform also offers to verify recruiters data and validate if they are properly registered as a company.
