Yes this is project is something different and every one wants different project and realistic too Yes, you're right that this project is indeed different and realistic. This project is certainly realistic from other projects, because this project offers jobs (which the very influential problem of the land) to unemployed, underemployed and even the employed people are also capable of using Trustlogics. That being said means Trustlogics is really a help to the economy. Really nice platform of Trust Logics, The best measure for anything is progress. And there’s nothing else that brings more results on a consistent basis than hard work. Working on your goal itself is the motivation you need to keep moving forward and say NO to distractions from daily life. We must consider this in our selves. Trust Logics giving a chance to those trusted persons to be part of their progress. Now that I have no doubt on this project especially in the updates in the above it was such a wonderful result anyway for running their project in good progress. There are many advantages that trustlogics will bring to us. If trustlogics will become the global leader for job fair program. It will become an easy and fast transaction for jobseekers as well as the companies. Job vacancy will fulfill by those people who want to work. We really need trustlogics. I agree with your opinion, because this one will also help the company and the valitors to make it easy for them to recognize the applicant who deserve to have a proper work. The TrustLogics have its own way how to find a better job seekers whether they try to do what your opinion is or not. Thanks for replying! This is just my suggestion since I think it will not be implemented by trustlogics. But we don't know, if they also seek for suggestions and comments of the community. I guess, it is for the welfare of the jobseekers. It will become an easy for them because they will never leave their house just for applying a new job. It will also help the company to know who are those people that applied for a certain job. We should use our technology today in various things and I know all of us here have knowledge on what is the usage of telecommunications. It usually used in meetings and online tutorials. But what if we used for online interview? What do you think guys? |

Well you have your point too, but what I think is, if there will be an online interview, I think it will be very difficult for the team since they are going to interview millions of applicants. I mean they are humans too, their body will collapse, I think, because they will be exhausted. You have got the thing that will mess up! +1 for your opinion. In my opinion, trustlogics is not concern with this issue. Online Job interview can integrate upon the application but the team will never spend their money for just hiring interviewers. Probably, the part of the companies are to interview the jobseekers and it will become an easy for them if they will look for schedule time each applicants that they will interview. If there is scheduling of time, it will be a favorable for all. Jobseekers can prepare themselves and interviewers will not be tired off because of thousands of applicants. |

I support the traditional way of interview. Interview is not just by means of answering of question in a senseful manner. There thousands of applicant and I know hundreds of that are better in oral communication. One thing that we cannot see in online interview is the projection of the applicant. Non-verbal communication can be a part of interview. As a matter of fact, some interviewers have backgrounds in psychology. Interviewers are looking for the gestures, postures, hand movement, eye movement and mannerisms of interviewee. They don't just seek for our answer because action speaks louder than words. If we interact in live, we can communicate well. I disagree with online interview. Hope you consider my point also. |

I'm so interested with this, especially in freelancer
you can work whenever you want, you choose your own hour, If you want to sleep at noon, you can do that.
If you want to take the weekend off you can explore the city, by all means,go for it.
As a freelancer, you can actually work during your most productive hours.
This only applies for those who will get the job home based. It will still depend on the partnership and company (employer) TRUSTLOGIC will get. the availability of the job nature will depend on the company that they will get on their platform. I agree with you ANGELA07.. but for me unfortunately, being a freelancer means that your income and your workload are unstable and inconsistent. For the most part, you won’t be able to depend on any regular project, client, or profit, whereas you would know the exact pay you’ll receive at a traditional job. Being a freelancer also means that you run the risk of not getting paid. This is fairly common in the freelance world, and one more hat have to wear is that of a debt collector. There are ways to protect yourself from non-paying clients, but sometimes you won’t realize you’re at risk until it’s too late. Whether you prefer consistency or shaking things up when it comes to your work environment, you can choose to work wherever you want, whether you choose to work in a local coffee shop or while you’re on vacation. You are no longer stuck in an office or even in your home. Find a place in which you work best. You could work in a park, at the library, or in your living room while you’re wearing your pajamas. That is indeed a charm of the TrustLogics. With everything being easy and convenient to the jobseekers and recruiters, they wouldn't have the problem of being stuck in a job that doesn't suit them or coincides to their liking. Their choices will be numerous and it will not limit them for having a better lifestyle. |

I agree with your opinion, because this one will also help the company and the valitors to make it easy for them to recognize the applicant who deserve to have a proper work. The TrustLogics have its own way how to find a better job seekers whether they try to do what your opinion is or not. I agree, for sure trust logics and it's team know what they're doing and maybe they have research and development plans to figure it out what they need to improve... But in fairness with your suggestions it has a point to make hiring process much faster, since they have also validation process that will check all the credentials/certifications of the jobseeker personally... Wouldn't worry that much because they done an ample research based on of the current main issues in our country. Indeed, Trustlogics makes it a lot lighter for us especially to those fresh grads and people who really need to start working and getting income. |

I do agree with your opinion. Including this online interview that you have mentioned will make it complete as a package both for employees and job seekers.This will add convenience to both that they could all do these in trustlogistics platform. |

As of my own opinion, i think a lot of companies right now don`t actually accepts uneducated people most them and I don`t think these companies would probably low their standards in order to be the job seekers will have a job that is not actually suited for them. How will trust logic going handle these kind of a problem if in case? I agree, job seekers now are keen to accept jobless people with at least a college degree. It would also be difficult to attain with a lesser education don't you think? Or maybe they have a different kind of job fit for their educational attainment. Maybe you have some point in other side of problem between unemployment rate and employment rate,but maybe it will depend upon to other nation has been involve for this kind of situation,because in my country if I'm looking chart last year based on their statistics graph the average of unemployment rate are much higher for those college graduate than for those college under graduate unemployment rate ,so its means trustlogics are also helpful to those nation will have of same problem in my country,,more college graduate are higher than for those under college graduate, |

Not only the unemployment, this will surely solve the problem of underemployment. By using Trustlogics, every applicant will get the most preferred job applicable to them. Productivity will be evident and business growth will take place. This is really good for the employees and to the employers as well. Ya right. It will save them both time and effort. I agree with your opinion, because this one will also help the company and the valitors to make it easy for them to recognize the applicant who deserve to have a proper work. The TrustLogics have its own way how to find a better job seekers whether they try to do what your opinion is or not. I agree, for sure trust logics and it's team know what they're doing and maybe they have research and development plans to figure it out what they need to improve... But in fairness with your suggestions it has a point to make hiring process much faster, since they have also validation process that will check all the credentials/certifications of the jobseeker personally... Yes correct, it will much faster if trustlogic will conduct an interview via or thru online so it will save them more time and effort both the recruiter and jobseeker... I think they need to maximize the ability and the use of internet and its devices to make it really helpful to them and to make it things faster... Some of the organisation in our country use to take interview online but i think on the part of TustLogics they are having a good idea and tremendous project they have come with it is an added advantage the services they will going to provide in future. if interview is based on traditional way this is the most consisting of a conversation between a job applicant and a representative of an employer which is to assess whether the applicant should be hired,because basically interviews are one of the most popularly used devices for employee selection,,but if would compare to trustlogics system the interview is very smooth process due to we have a personal validator whereas the system of trustlogics are the best and fair to all applicant even to the newly jobseeker, Correct, and i think the job seekers will prepare more in the interview even if it is online interview because they can say more about themselves even in traditional way. But TrustLogics has its own validator whereas they can validate the personal data of the applicant in a short period of time. I will suggest this to my friends to try this and hope that it is available in many countries. |
