41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether, TON team up with mobile app for USDT-to-fiat transactions on: May 16, 2024, 08:42:48 PM

haven't really heard of that Oobit mobile payment app, Isn't this like Venmo?

Oobit seems to have a tight partnership already with USDT. yep it's going to be useful since most merchants will prefer to have USDT. even if they say they accept BTC but often they turn it into stablecoin after receiving the payment. the volatility makes them afraid of holding BTC.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What did you think about the future of polkadot? on: May 16, 2024, 06:47:15 PM
ven though currently Polkadot is rarely discussed among crypto users, I am still very optimistic that Polkadot will provide something positive for its users, because Polkadot is one of the altcoins that has a very large popularity and community when compared to other altcoins, then Polkadot will appear is back on the scene and will surprise other crypto users,

don't fall in love with a token that isn't making you money. you'd be stuck to the kind of investment that is just a bad decision. those who invested in EOS a long time ago are just not happy with the kind of growth that it made where there is no progress in its development.

there are so many projects to look at. while there are more tokens out there such as Solana. Polkadot is left behind. this is even created long before Sol.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is going to happen Biden orders remove of Chinese-owned crypto Miner? on: May 16, 2024, 06:34:48 PM
Based on your comments here, it would appear that you are fine with the Chinese government and the Iranian government being involved in business in the US, just not the American government preventing them from doing so. Interesting....
Isn't that the definition of Economic Liberalism inside a Democracy? Or was it all lies told to the sheeple to lull them into thinking they aren't subjects in a Neo Dictatorship regime? Wink

that's China's part of being overcapacity. who buys such land now with the kind of real estate market today? the mining farm will be forced to sell the land for the cheapest price. but i'm guessing this is part of their suspicion that there will be a Chinese hacking attack and it may come from that mining farm, remember this is a security concern since it's near the military base.

that mining farm might as well move to Venezuela where there is cheap oil to run the entire company.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: A new type of shills similar to ICO scammers, this is called Key Opinion Leaders on: May 16, 2024, 03:21:40 PM

they still circumvent SEC regulations and this KOL is like part of the team, the ones selling their tokens to the retail investors who are probably the first in the exchange to dump their tokens. they are just like the paid shills actually, i don't know why the article says otherwise but in the time of John McAfee, peace be upon him, they also shill tokens but are paid in BTC, USD and the token they shill as well.

Gernsler can easily subpoena Stacy Muur but not those huge guys.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Diversify memecoin investments? on: May 16, 2024, 02:55:43 PM
Diversifying on altcoins especially on meme coins will do nothing. You believe me. Meme coins have very high fluctuations in value. Investing in meme coins is high risk. But if you want to keep investing in meme coins then you have to be ready to accept it. Diversifying for the sake of preserving asset value will not give you the returns you should get from meme coins. I prefer to make one investment and move on to another after getting a few tens of percent returns.

new memecoins like are doing just that. it has to be treated like pump and dump tokens so when its dumps, holders should also be dumping either you lose or winning some, its got to be just how those memecoins work. once you earn because of the price spike of about 30% be ready to sell already because it may take weeks to months before climbing again.

they are pumps and dumps and not for holding for a long time. just ride the waves and then sell. move to another. unless this investor is willing to wait for another turn.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Diversify memecoin investments? on: May 16, 2024, 01:54:24 PM

i think you should wait for the Biden and Trump debate this June 27 because the memes will flood when that happens and you can buy as many MAGA tokens as you can or the BODEN tokens because they are probably the ones that will rise while it's happening.

47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is investment a necessity or a want? on: May 15, 2024, 08:40:46 PM

In today's economy, it should be a necessity by now, or else it will be disastrous for your financial situation and you miss a whole lot of opportunities especially in crypto because the bull market should be taken advantage of by the people. if anyone can convince people to buy and hold till they profit, it will be for their own good. because everyone needs help in this kind of economy.
48  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Join Our Fight Against Crypto Scams - Contribute to CryptoLinks.com! on: May 15, 2024, 08:10:52 PM

you can participate int he scams accusation threads. the scam accusation forum would need a scam buster like you. because no entity can force those scammers to respond but if you can reveal them through your investigation skills that would be a huge help for the victims. by revealing them i think is already a good justice. making them return the money they took will be a bigger step.

49  Economy / Economics / Re: Our world is slave system the banking and financial system soft slave system on: May 15, 2024, 07:29:07 PM
So role the dice and see in wich country you born into and that's how your life will be shaped a lot.
But one thing for sure you will be in slave system

We all know that the global financial system is controlled by a few individuals. Politicians and top business owners enjoy the majority of the world's resources. I don't like stressing myself for what I cannot change. My own country is governed by politicians who are corrupt and have no intention to lift the poor masses out of poverty. We have tried to remove them through elections but they were able to rig the elections and get political power. The best I can do is to seek for means to get enough resources to take care of my family, friends, and community. I try as much as possible to reduce my expenses while seeking alternative means to make more money to overcome the high cost of living. OP do you have any solution to this problem?

we are all in this kind of world. whether you are from a rich country or a 3rd world country, everyone is corrupt and they have come up with a system that can control a country they have not even been to. if there is a solution to this problem, it's gonna be the harshest and people wouldn't like that much but the politicians and leaders will like it as it dissolves their debts and manage other country's resources.

we have seen it happen before and i guess the cycle will happen again.
50  Economy / Economics / Re: Buying Vs Renting a Home- Which is the right move? on: May 15, 2024, 07:08:35 PM

it really matters when you plan of how long you are going to stay in a certain place. if you have a kid and you give importance to his childhood friends and that he could have a life long friends, i guess buying would be better for he can have a place to call a home town.

if you are just in the place where you are called because you have a job. i think its best to just let your kids visit from time to time and just rent a place when you know you won't be staying for a long time.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Meme coins: Shiba Inu vs Pepe - Which one do you prefer? on: May 15, 2024, 06:37:46 PM

Shib is ranked higher than PEPE making it more popular. but both are actually added in different exchanges, if one of them will be supported by the roaring kitties, i might just be buying some if they prefer PEPE. although SHIB would be my preferred one to hold.

Shib during its start was listed in the robinhood where most traders are stock market traders, this memecoin get those guys onboard into crypto. SHIB achieved a lot already.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thinking outside The Box as a Gamer. on: May 15, 2024, 06:00:08 PM
i looked it up on youtube and found one promoting it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83vzEhRRhVI

$FURY price is $0.001 which i think is a good start. this is healthy and a player only needs to join the community quest and wait for approval from the council to be able to join. sounds a bit easy and they are airdropping $5000 tokens and NFTs. sounds fun, it would have been cool if they just made the app available for all without having to follow all those quests.
53  Economy / Exchanges / Re: what is wrong with Bybit? on: May 15, 2024, 04:42:25 PM

p2p markets are swarmed with scammers. i tried trading the other day, and one of the buyers was trying to call my phone thinking I'm one of the scammers. i told her, the coins were escrowed, they would be sent to her wallet after approval and of course, i would approve them.

after it was sent, i returned the call and asked whether she got it. she said no while the platform already marked the coins sent. at first, she accused me of being a scammer but she's the one trying to scam me by asking for her money back. while the coins are already sent. this is not in bybit though but just a warning , it could also happen to you.
54  Economy / Economics / Re: Oil producing countries experiencing hardship. on: May 14, 2024, 09:07:02 PM
Crude oil and its by-product are still very much valuable in any part of the world, for any country that is facing economic challenge that has crude oil, check very well there is something behind it, Saudi Arabia and Qatar and some countries in the world that have crude oil are doing very well with it. Even as most countries want to move away from fossil engine's, the crude oil and its by-product products are still sold in the international market on a substantial amount.  Op, if you know any country in the world that have crude oil and are not doing well except for corrupt countries, please mention them to me?

Crude oil is still an important commodity in the lives of the world's people, so its role is still difficult to replace by renewable energy. Recently, many people have complained about the high cost of battery maintenance for electric vehicles.

This confirms that the world is actually not ready to abandon crude oil, only some people claim that the world is getting sicker because of crude oil, this is actually not proven, in developing countries, it is difficult to abandon oil, so crude oil commodities are still very tempting.

everything about crude oil is important. the plastic we use today in many products including the tires comes from the crude we process. this is how the OPEC countries going to be relevant no matter what and those hydro and solar are just not going to give a full energy that can be used extensively.

Russia discovering more deposits in their region is going to make them richer. the same goes for China in the South China Sea where they already could dig under the sea.
this is the kind of thing that will happen while the other apart of the world is abandoning crude.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto's Hidden Benefits. on: May 14, 2024, 07:51:10 PM
Rewards in banks is a thing too, usually depends on the credit  card that you are using, but there are a lot of banks with cashbacks, and other special gifts, usually a lot with airports as well, so it is not like it is unheard of.

So, if you are a person who uses a lot of money and have a black ard, then you will be getting a lot in return. Of course ordinary users do not get to enjoy that, because we just a number for them and nothing more, which is upsetting when you think about it but not a new thing, it is quite obvious and wasn't really something we didn't expect. Crypto exchanges are a little bit more generous on that front because they want ordinary people to join them as well, they need the customers, banks already have them.

if this is to compare what banks have to offer to compete with the exchanges if the resolution to get banks in on crypto custody is approved by Biden, i think they need to be more generous to make more users deposit into them while also not trying to confiscate at all their crypto.
the benefit will have to be enormous that people will forget banks are part of the system that makes life harder. It's gotta be more than just airdrop of memecoins.

i remember bittrex and binance are giving away some coins for all users who are depositing coins on them.  they stopped already.
56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto as job salary - Yay or Nay? on: May 14, 2024, 07:33:52 PM
Let's say you have a job that gives you the option to have your salary paid in BTC, ETC, or any other cryptocurrency, would you prefer that or would you rather still be paid in fiat? If you'd prefer crypto payment, which currency would you choose and why?

This would be your hard-earned money that can either grow on its own or shrink in value within a small time.
Would be going with fiat because you dont want for your salary to shrink or would be dropping its price on the time that you do receive it on which we do know crypto that it could really be able to happen
on where several minutes or hours will really be something ends up on some correction. Same goes with pumping market then it could potentially be able to give out that kind of gains too
but even as a crypto enthusiast, you cant really be able to deny that you would really be that still preferring fiat. You could still have the option whether you would investing on crypto later
on or would really be tending to get that full amount or fixed ones. It will really be that falling into someones preference and need in the end of the day.

if stablecoin is considered crypto, receiving stablecoin as a salary would be much preferred.  its value remains as is regardless of the fluctuating crypto markets.  stablecoin will be the preferred one for employees.

but i'm wondering which company is going to be doing this. unless it's an online job it's going to be logical. if there is just a platform for employers to look for users accepting stablecoin, i think many of us are already in that platform looking for a job.
57  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This is how i trade often my spot market easy method on: May 14, 2024, 07:08:09 PM
obviously, you have to determine the market trend before diving into the spot and futures. but i don't know if it's going to be easy for anyone to be in the futures market. the kind of market where whales can turn the market up and down in the hourly chart just so they can win.

OP's strategy works when the market has a seesaw market trend or bullish market like these days but in the bear market, that kind of strategy is not going to work.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you been profiting from memecoins? on: May 14, 2024, 06:40:11 PM
of course I have made a profit from the investment I made with memecoin, the memecoin that gave me a profit is DOGE coin, where with capital I was reckless and almost frustrated with the very drastic decline, but with the presence of Elon Must, who made a tweet on Twitter that hope started to grow and became more real, where the DOGE price jumped very high, so I got a big profit, but currently even though the popularity of memecoin is getting higher, I am not at all interested in memecoin anymore because I think memecoin has very high risk.

i was lucky with doge but for the rest of the memecoins in the market. it's hard to be the first to have gotten them for the cheapest possible. most of the time, the reason why you know the memecoin is already well known is that it has pumped already and holders are just dumping it on us.

i have bought at least 5 memecoins although i spend less than $100 on each, its just something i wanna see whether i can ride the pump and dump for quick bucks. its not a simple as i think  Grin
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto's Hidden Benefits. on: May 14, 2024, 06:06:00 PM
people are still afraid of what is unknown to them and crypto is unknown to most people who are either unaware of crypto or misinformed about crypto being a scam.

its not a hidden benefit from exchanges, there was a time when they were doing airdrops to all who deposited something on their platform. but right now it seems rare. they still have those staking though. staking their token in their platform where you can earn more tokens is like defi and this i guess will need to be discovered by users.
60  Economy / Economics / Re: The impact of war on global economy. on: May 13, 2024, 09:15:22 PM
the war in Ukraine vs Russia alone already brought the gas and oil prices to the roof. if we are to see a higher price i guess its all up to NATO as to what they are to do to poke the bear. it's not worth it to go into a war when your country is not going to get richer after the war. whether you win, it will still be devastating and the trauma to the kids.

if China is going to be drag into a war, the whole world will be affected. not just ten involved countries.
