401  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Gambling affect your relationship? on: September 22, 2023, 04:42:43 PM
What I do know is that every addiction we have can have an impact on our relationship; in other words, it does not only pertain to gambling. And the presence of an effect is determined by the outcome because there are both positive and negative effects. Even if you have an addiction to gambling, keeping it hidden will have no negative consequences.

However, if you are good at keeping your secret, you don't want to jeopardize your relationships with your family, partner, friends, and so on. Because, of course, once they find out, the impact on what I mentioned will be negative.

It can only be valid if aside from keeping your secret you also maintain your finances, if it's not affecting you in terms of financial aspect
maybe you can keep that and not being notice.

But most of those addicted gamblers already exceed from the usual, and by that, they are also being noticed as most of the time the money
that supposedly for something important is being used just to continue their gambling activities.
402  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Axie Infinity Philippine Thread on: September 21, 2023, 01:10:37 PM

403  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading not for everyone! on: September 21, 2023, 09:04:58 AM
Of course, trading is not for everyone because some people don't know, how to do trading and they don't want to learn trading. If you can understand the meanings of trading so trading is the best way to make money for you. If you cannot understand the meaning of trading then trading is not for you.

In trading your knowledge is one of the keys to success and profit, if you don't know what the different strategies, proper execution, and tools to use there's a chance you will lose your trade unless you are sitting only in the uptrend trades like in the last year of the pump of the coins. Its like knowledge is equivalent to success in trading and not as always beginners and guts works here.

Your knowledge is your key and with continuous seek for more adds up the chance of making it more successful. It's not something that
you can just rely on luck or something that you can make a shortcut.

Not for everyone, as there are many things that you should take into consideration to make sure that you are in line with the business that you take.

Dealing with decision making is something you need to work and improve to have a better chance of making decent benefits from this investment/business.
404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 21, 2023, 08:01:18 AM
Draymond Green had this to say on Twitter (x) about a report that Dwight Howard has been given the all clear to join the Warriors by the vets and will be working out with Dray and CP3 tomorrow.

https://x.com/money23green/status/1704666006696960078

That sure does make it seem like Dwight Howard is going to get another shot in the NBA with the Warriors. That could cause problems for the rest of the league.

This is good news for Dwight, at least he has been given a chance to play again, and it will be against a contender like the Warriors. Although, for sure comments will be pouring regarding the age of the Warriors, but I don't see it as a problem though.

They have experimented before with young players like Jordan Poole and others who have been traded already. And then they still have Kuminga who has been reported to still have been growing to close to 7'0 foot now.

Yeah, they already use that kind of experiment where they are rotating players. for now, it will be too early to say whether Howard will be
fit or not, the good thing is they can use him for defensive purposes.

Not that kind of minutes as they still have Looney, a good role player that is already familiar with how they run the system.

Giving Howard some minutes while resting Looney or experimenting with new tactics which includes CP3 and Howard these
two have connections as they played before during the redeem team if my memory serve me right.
405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Tapales for Unified Super Bantamweight Title - November on: September 21, 2023, 07:36:02 AM

Going back into the topic about against Tapales, then it would really be a good opportunity for Tapales on hitting two birds on one stone. #1 he would be a unified champion #2 he do able to beat up
the unbeatable monster which its a record that would really be that worth.

Both fighters have an equal opportunity in this bout, but if Inoue were to lose, it could have a significant impact on his future. He may find it challenging to continue moving up in the ranks, as his perceived strength might not hold up. The pressure on Inoue is quite high, with the world cheering for him, so winning this fight is crucial for him.
I think both of them have huge pressures, for Marlon, this is his biggest fight obviously and he wants to bring glory to the Philippines again. For Inoue, he wants to maintain his status in the p4p list and he is fighting again in front of his hometown.

But with his impeccable records of knocking out his opponents, I guess majority here knows that it's a hard task for Tapales to upset Inoue and as someone says, he needs all the luck to be able to pull that.

With luck and hard trainings it might still be possible to put an upset but the chance is too slim, Tapales will be a huge underdog
here since Inoue's winning chance is really high.

It's something that long been expected since they've got a huge gap in terms of achievements, though both are champions.

But the level of competitiveness and the level of winning expectations are being eyed mostly, if not all, for Inoue.
406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 20, 2023, 10:55:31 PM
Dame is getting lit up on social media today after claiming he wouldn’t do what KD did while he’s literally trying to do the exact same thing KD did. I’m surprised we haven’t heard a response from Kevin Durant yet, but maybe he’s just sitting back and enjoying NBA Twitter (x) roasting a different player for dumb comments for a change.

Lol, it's not only Dame, least we forget Giannis as well told when he won a ring with the Bucks that he won't do a KD, but look at what he is hinting, he says that he is a champion and wanted to go out in winning and most likely if he doesn't win in Bucks uniform he might join another team.

And so far we have heard like the Warriors, but it's early to say. I guess it's going to be the norm for this NBA superstars, that one day, they will have to form super teams in order to not just win one ring.

If planning for more potential ring it's possible to see more stars to switched teams to achieve that goal, aside from big amount of money
that they already have, winning a title will be part of their legacy, especially if they will win it not once but more.

So yes, not just Dame and Harden. Maybe we will see more and more super stars to demand for a trade to win a title or to form
a super team that can be more competitive compared with their previous team.
407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Oguni - October 12 on: September 20, 2023, 11:39:36 AM
Have you noticed that the names Casimero and Inoue are still frequently discussed? It appears they are considered among the best fighters in their division.

We have many Filipino fans here, and despite Tapales being a champion, we still believe that Casimero is the better fighter, which is why we'd love to see him fight Inoue. Personally, I'm not very confident that Tapales could beat Inoue. However, if it's Casimero who gets the chance to face Inoue, it would truly excite me. I'd even be willing to bet on Casimero winning via KO, even if the odds of that happening are slim.

Not to bring Tapales behind but yes if it's Casimero who have that opportunity to fight Inoue, surely there is more interest not just with
pinoy fans but also those who knew Casimero.

The fighting capabilities of Casimero might have a better chance compared to what Tapales can offer, and same with you I might also be betting for
Casimero and spare some money to add up with the support for him, though not with KO, but just to win the fight.

Even the japanese fans ask the fight to happen since they are also been hype for the possible match up but the camp of Inoue and other forces of evil stop to make this fight to happen. To many fans still discuss about this match but Inoue still not showing some interest and want to climb up or chase more belts, so for that this will make Casimero less on his priority. For now lets watch if Tapales can give a good fight here since if he defeat Inoue maybe we can see a different story here.

You are right, even there are also Japanese fans who show an interest in a possible matchup between Inoue and Casimero
there are still factors that prevent it to happen, either promoters of handlers don't see it as worthy or whatever the reason behind.

In the case of Tapales, we never know what fate he has as no one expects him to win his belts, an unknown challenger to many who upset the
current champ.

Maybe by chance he might upset Inoue as well. No one can conclude the outcome of this upcoming fight till we hear the announcer dictate the
name of the winner.
408  Economy / Economics / Re: Which problem will you choose to solve? on: September 20, 2023, 11:22:14 AM
Is just that without the poor the rich can't completely achieve their goal, because if you look at it this way like you said there would be massive job creation. With that you don't expect the rich after buying shares they should still be the ones to engage in both the laboring department, no. That's why I said without the poor the rich finds it hard to get to their goal.
Yes, that's right, both of them are actually tied to each other to achieve their goals. As you have said, they need each other even to achieve their respective goals. Because without complementing each other, the goals they want will be difficult to achieve. However, rich people and poor people have the same thing in common, namely that they both have big egos, because they both feel that their rights must come first, and in the end their faces are the same.

So back to the OP's thread, if I could choose who I should help first, I would choose to prioritize helping the poor. because I believe rich people will remain rich even without help, they will remain financially safe. This is very different from poor people, if they are not helped then their difficulties will increase. Whether we admit it or not, in many countries the number of poor people is definitely the largest. It could be said that there are more poor people than rich people. So by helping poor people, life in the country will also be safer and more stable because in some countries crime has increased due to the large number of poor people.
All humans need each other, in fact, no one can do it alone, between poor people and rich people there is a continuity of mutual assistance and it cannot be separated.
And regarding which one will be helped first, of course everyone will help solve problems for the people who need it, for rich people who have excess finances they can get out of problems by using the financial strength they have, while poor people can't, so it's clear that poor people are given priority.

If there's good human affection, rich people who will continue to be rich can help a lot in terms of providing aid for poor people,
I mean, the more they are getting richer, the better opportunity that they can provide.

But I hate to say about my observation, greed conquer humanity so instead of helping they will just continue to claim their fortune and forget
about helping.

Domino effect is better to achieve this kind of situation and you won't be left in between, as there are continuous movements.
409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Gambling affect your relationship? on: September 20, 2023, 10:20:15 AM
Yes, Gambling addiction has strained a lot of relationships through financial instabilities emotional turmoil, social isolation, and family problems. Gambling which was meant to be a popular kind of entertainment for many and was designed to provide a temporary escape from everyday life and also help one to be more observant mentally task your brain and it is also good for your mental brain. When it becomes an addiction it causes financial strain the strain can manifest in various ways including the loss of shared savings, debt accumulation, and financial secrecy which may lead to strained communication between partners. This communication breakdown can prevent couples, friends, and associates from working together.

Of course it can affect your relationship to anyone since  you became in denial of everything as well it can affect your lifestyle and financial capacity. This is one of the root cause on why there are broken family especially if the affected adult mishandled their fortune. Hopefully we will not go in this situation so new gamblers should see the bad effect of expecting to much on gambling and make it as a full time habit since this could ruin their life.

Agree on that statement mishandling the situation will affect not only you as individual but also those people around you,
with the way you will judge everything it will be more in favor of your gambling activities.

It's the relationship with either your family or your close friends that will be ruined since your focus is more on your gambling participations.

It's tough as you already being dominated by gambling and nothing else that you wanted to do aside from pleasing your gambling activities.

412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Oguni - October 12 on: September 19, 2023, 11:30:10 AM

I agree if they are destined to fight, then they will have their chance to face each other.  It is that Casimero's action is too obvious that he is frustrated to fight Inoue as soon as possible, or it is just some gimmick so that he can gain some attention since Inoue is one of the hottest boxer today.

Both avenues can lead to a faster Casimero vs. Inoue fight. If fans continue to call for the fight as Casimero taunts Inoue, they may play a significant role in pushing for this matchup. Additionally, Casimero is taking the right approach by continuing to fight and improve his ranking. Perhaps Inoue will consider facing Casimero once he becomes the undisputed champion in the super bantamweight division.
Casimero has been consistent in taunting Inoue, but the fight has yet to materialize. Inoue recognizes that the matchup is considered a significant one, even though Casimero is not currently a champion. The hype generated by Casimero has reached a large number of fans, and interestingly, there are even Filipinos who don't believe Casimero would win due to his attitude. So, his strategy to gain attention has proven to be very effective.

But imagine if Johnreil Casimero gets knocked out hard by Naoya Inoue in their fight? Casimero's taunting or even his lifestyle created a lot of haters even to his own countrymen so he will most likely get bashed a lot if he loses badly. But hopefully, Casimero is well-composed if the worst-case scenario happens. Because I am really expecting their fight to happen next year unless Tapales scores an upset this December. Inoue's handlers already said that they would stay in the division if ever he becomes undisputed and named Casimero and Luis Nery as the targeted opponents. Hopefully, it will be Casimero in the US. Nery is banned in Japan so Casimero has the edge if Inoue wants to defend his undisputed belts in front of his countrymen.

If such a plan will be followed and Casimero will also win his upcoming fight, I think that opportunity will be good for Casimero,
Inoue is more comfortable playing at home and with Nery's case, it would be fit for Casimero to take the challenge,

A good way to settle whatever it is between Inoue and Casimero, they will meet and showcase their individual talent and show the fans
who's better between them.
413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 19, 2023, 11:15:19 AM
That's how you gonna teach a lesson to those players who think they are above than those owners. Harden will be oblige to play at his best because if he's not playing according to what teams like him to do for sure it can affect his career. His past noises created against his former team cannot help him at this case so maybe he need to dominate and play at highest level so that he can demand on his freeagency and many teams will still gamble to acquire or be part on their team.

Can we expect to hear some boos from the fans? Fans tend to be highly emotional, especially when a player is a star. Even LeBron James faced hatred when he left the Cavaliers for Miami, so one can only imagine the reaction towards a player who has already expressed their intention not to play with the team anymore but is now compelled to do so to avoid legal problems.

Yes, we might hear them as they are emotional, but there are also times where fans appreciate the players just to be fair, but with the
way both Harden and Lillard, not sure if how they will be treated once they parted ways with their current teams.

But if there's no more joy playing with the team, it's best for the player to move and find the place where he thinks he can come out and enjoy playing.

Aside from the money, there's also brotherhood where players continue to stay with the team.
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trade altcoins during the bull run or just hodl? on: September 19, 2023, 10:49:32 AM

All good altcoins will pump while bull run happened. So don't worry. You can make profile without trading too

I think I prefer this statement more since bull run is already approaching, so to buy good utility coins will be beneficial than to put money into trading that you can never predict the outcome. Hodling of coins this time is a good investment idea, what is needed is to research on high profile coins and DCA on them, certainly profit will be cashed out at the end of 2024 by the time ATH would have been achieved. Don't invest on a coin that is not in a reputable exchange because of the team is serious in their project, they would list in good exchange to start with.
You need to research and to add a good amount of patience as there are still expected market fall before the bull shows up and
pump the market. There are things that you needed to consider before taking your position.

If you have a good amount of money to spare, portions of your saving that can used to risk while waiting with what the market will bring you.

It's better to buy and hold and wait till the strong bull season start to pump high and give you
decent amount of profits for your investment.
415  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading not for everyone! on: September 18, 2023, 10:45:52 PM
Taking and understanding every risk must be done, because that is one way to success in any business. Have a mindset about how to do things well and don't really want a job to always be fast, because everything requires a process. Trading requires a process of learning how to understand the basics, how to understand market conditions and understand ourselves.
Trading requires very extensive knowledge and just knowing the basics will not be enough, I would say that trading is an activity that requires constant learning and the ability to analyze the current situation on the market as a whole and separately for each coin that you want to trade. This is a very difficult activity and it’s definitely not for everyone. I believe that you can get good results in trading, but only a few can become truly successful traders.

Never ending learning process, as traders will continue to find ways to make some edge against one another, you need to adopt that kind
of a system for you to succeed from this venue of investment.

There are many factors that affect this kind of investment. It's more on good decision making and has that capability to adjust whenever
it's needed to your to adjust.

If you don't have that kind of patience, better to think twice before jumping to this investment.
416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 18, 2023, 10:38:11 PM
No team wants him anymore even though he's the top leading assist last season. I wonder why hmmm.  Huh Huh

I don't believe Harden will lose his value in this situation. Harden is in a similar situation to Ben Simmons, but I consider Harden to be more valuable. Therefore, I think he will eventually be traded, just as Simmons was traded by the 76ers after not playing for a while. They might be delaying it, but eventually, they will find a good trade for Harden. What's certain for now is that Harden won't be playing for the 76ers anymore. As he struggles, the same fate may befall his team, so there's no clear winner in this situation.

Yes, just the same drama with Simmons and they will find value asset to trade him, Harden can still provide decent numbers, though no
longer on his prime but still capable of making good plays and as scorer he still has that touch.

Might be some delayed with his transfer but along the way Sixers and other team who wanted to have Harden will negotiate and see the possibility.

Let's wait for any available update if where Harden will be playing after moving away from Sixers.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PEPE time to buy NOW? on: September 18, 2023, 12:01:13 PM
Pepe had good hype months before and now situation is changed and focus is shifted to another altcoin. Even you mentioned the pepe price 4 months ago and still price is same even down more from the price you mentioned. That means if you already holding pepe, you aren’t in profit but in lose. I agree that people made profit from pepe during hype but hype is end and so pepe Isn't worth to invest now.

Timing is very important and if you missed the hype, better to look for another hot coin to invest, though if you have that trust
and you think this coin is still going to provide, then it's all to your judgement.

Pepe, have it before and like you mentioned, even you take it now with a lower value without any hype back then you might lose even more,
better to plan your investment if you are at this kind of risk. Always balance your target and check for a possible market pump.
418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Tapales for Unified Super Bantamweight Title - November on: September 17, 2023, 09:57:26 PM
It all depends on the negotiations, maybe Casimero will travel to England but he will get the most money on the purse split. But as far as Nery to fight Inoue, it's easy, then they need to go to a neutral country like USA wherein fans are waiting for Inoue as they want to see him fight again.

So it's going to be on the promoter shoulder on how they are going to manage expectations if ever Nery become the mandatory fighter on any belt that Inoue has. And if they settle then good for us fans.

Obviously, Inoue will receive the bigger split as he is the champion and, not only that, he is the more popular fighter. I'm sure Nery's camp would not disagree with that because if they truly want to rise to the top, they need to defeat Inoue, who currently appears unbeatable. This fight could be arranged if both parties are willing, and being banned in Japan isn't a significant issue, as there are other countries willing to host them.
I don't know why people are still talking about Nery fight against Inoue because of the many opportunities that exist Casimero is the one who has the biggest chance to challenge Inoue and fight for the title that he has held for several years.
If the upcoming fight between Inoue and Casimero is truly presented it will be of particular interest to all boxing fans even to bettors who spend their money on the fight and the division can definitely be agreed more easily because Casimero is not really looking for money but it more of a title fight that he wants.

But let see who is worthy and entitled to challenge Inoue the champion with the nickname monster and what we really hope is that Casimero can face Inoue.

but in any case there is a chance for casimero to fight inoue, i am on the side that bookies will favour inoue when it comes to odds. casimero i believe has problem with discipline. so i also doubt if such match will ever happen
casimero's fans are aiming this match long time ago, however, casimero is doing something that is not leading to this match. so this is not a loss from inoue but casimero's.

No doubt that Inoue will earn the favorite, as per records. Inoue is the current champ and the way Inoue finished the fight
that's something that value how bookies will place the odd if the fight takes place.

I agree on the part where Casimero has an issue with discipline, and that characteristic is very important when it comes to this sport.

Without proper discipline even you have the chance there's always a good edge with your opponent to take you
from where you are not being prepared.
419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Oguni - October 12 on: September 17, 2023, 09:41:42 PM
Same here, it's kind of late already since Casimero is still fighting to have a decent rank in this weight class and on the other hand, Naoya Inoue is already on his way unifying all the belts against Tapales. After that, we're still unsure if Inoue will still remain in this division if he already achieved his goal as the undisputed champion because there is also that other chance that Inoue will climb again.

I don't know why others are having that as a problem.

Casimero is fighting to get back in the champion list, not to chase Inoue or what. It doesn't matter anymore if Inoue will climb up to the next division if he wins against Tapales in their unification fight. Casimero just needs to follow his own timeline and win as much as possible in all of his next fights until he is in a title match regardless of who will be his opponent.

If it is destined that he will face Inoue soon, then so be it. His career is not all about facing Inoue in the first place. I know it's really exciting to watch the face-off between Inoue and Casimero but Quadro Alas can move forward even without fighting Inoue.

We cannot really blame them for thinking about it, I mean they are just thinking what they think is best for him that is why they wanted somebody else and not this Oguni because this fight will not help him in his case and because Casimero himself haven't said either that he is already done chasing towards Inoue and will instead take his own pace.

So, it's quite normal and somewhat understandable if they, the fans, will still assume the same scenario that Casimero is still interested against Inoue.

I agree with you, fans still hoping that chances for these two fighters to meet inside the ring is still possible, though
we can't speak for both of them, but we can always presume that it might take place.

For now, Oguni is the one which Casimero needs to fight and win against. After that we will wait for any update for his next opponent
hopefully if ever, it isn't Inoue yet but someone who is also close to a belt challenger.

Nevertheless, a Inoue vs Nery is also a good option, but I don't know, I read that Nery can't fight in Japan.

That's the problem: he is the top contender, but due to that, he won't be able to challenge Inoue if the fight is held in Japan. Based on what has happened in the past, most of Inoue's championship fights are held in Japan. So, I'm not sure if it's possible for Nery to become a mandatory challenger. I think it would be best if Casimero vs. Nery were to happen, and then the winner would become a mandatory opponent for Inoue.

If Casimero wins, it will help him achieve his dream of fighting Inoue. If Inoue can still defend his title, there's no doubt he will gain the respect of some Filipino fans, as some are currently thinking that Inoue is afraid to face Casimero.

I don't think it should work that way. If the organization makes it a mandatory fight for the champion, they need to recognize that Nery is banned in Japan. Therefore, they should choose a location where both fighters can compete freely. I believe there are no rules stating that the champion should dictate where the fight should take place. It's a mandatory fight, which means the fight must happen.

Yes, you are right. If the organization will ask for it then both camps will need to comply,
Inoue's camp might have the edge to look or demand for the place.

Knowing how big the influence of Arum, he will see the possibilities, or maybe Inoue will jump again to another division to
avoid fighting outside his country.

Though still soon for this as there's still upcoming fight and there's no deal that will demand for this potential fight.
