1321  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Mercito Gesta (January) on: December 17, 2022, 08:34:06 PM
I don't think that Ryan Garcia doesn't think that he can't beat Gesta, just tired maybe of making this tune up fight, he has recovered mentally. And I think this is why this promoter manager wanted to test him if he is already psychologically prepared and seems he is OK already.

But the news though really affected Gesta more here, I mean he wanted do make a comeback himself and this is a good time for him.

Definitely he will earn a good amount of money for his retirement but unfortunately, Ryan Garcia doesn't want to go to this tune up fights anymore.

The thing here is the consequences of not fighting even there's already a contract that being signed by both parties, tough if there's none then
Garcia can go and proceed not to fight.

But if there's a contract, then he will be liable to any mandatory rules that can be applied unless both the promoters and Gesta's cam will let
him and not to force him to proceed and take this schedule fight.

We might hear more updates about this. For now, it's all on Garcia's released statements.

New Orleans Pelicans vs Phoenix Suns seems interesting too, I'll catch them on live. Good luck fellas!

yes, it seems to me that the Phoenix Suns are the favorites to win this game, they come to this game with 17 wins and 12 losses and the team was not doing well in the last few games, they were doing well in their last game against the Clippers so maybe with this good moral they get a victory against the New Orleans Pelicans, but I don't believe it will be easy for them, that's because they have 18 wins and 10 losses, they came from 7 consecutive wins, and it's true that in the last 2 games they lost, but I still think that these two defeats will make them try harder to win this game, that's why I think Phoenix Suns won't have an easy game.

None of the two teams mentioned will have an easy game in their favor but I do think that the Pelicans will have the upper hand in this game because Devin Booker of the Suns is ruled out for the game later because of a hamstring injury, we know that CP3 cannot carry the team on his back anymore without Booker. And Pelicans also came from a two consecutive loss, so I think they will seize this advantage to bounce back from their loss.

NOP ML @ 2.39

Very enticing odd if you are a fan of high-risk game, NOP can take the advantage while Booker is not going to play, like what you said CP3 is no
longer that same point god before, without extra help, he can't win this game.

Unless other players will step up and help CP3 which Suns are also known with such capabilities, I can agree that this game will not
be an easy one for both teams.
1323  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 16, 2022, 09:13:35 PM
Great time for the future franchise players of GSW to shine now that Steph is out and some of the vets could not play on a consistent basis.
....

Voting for the NBA ALL-STAR will start pretty soon. I'm not really into this but I'm looking forward to the young stars that would likely get voted. Zion and Ja are already secured in my opinion and then you have Doncic and Tatum who are still in their early 20's.

This will be very challenging for GSW without their main superstar. They are already struggling and if they will only win 1 out of every 4 games without Curry, it might also mean that they can give up their goal to defend their title this season. But we never know, maybe all of a sudden the team will step up along with its young players.

It is interesting if there will be a new name in the coming All-Stars. Maybe someone from Utah Jazz if they are back in the winning column now that Markannen is playing again.

Yes, let's just see first what they can do in the absence of their main superstar who contributes the biggest points per game. Right now, there's already a lot of opinion that I heard regarding the Warriors situation after Curry's injury, some are saying that the team will crumble in the next games without their star but some also says that the younger players like Wiggins and Poole will start stepping up for the team just like what they did last season. The season have just started, so let's expect the unexpected because the NBA will have a lot of surprises.

They've got a lot of players to cover Steph. Klay, Poole and Wiggins are offensively contributor who they can lean in times like this,
maybe it's not an easy task but they can win game/s.

While Steph is still recovering, coach Kerr needs to balance his players. I'm not sure, but with the way they are playing, it seems that
the chemistries are not blended well.

Players and coaches need to address this before it's too late, not good for the defending champ being out in the upcoming
next round, too early to tell, though.
1324  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Caleb Plant vs David Benavidez on: December 16, 2022, 08:51:35 PM
^^ And that is very tricky indeed, if David Benavidez says no, then he will be blame for everything, for the fight not pushing that's for sure. But then again, if they gave in to the demand of Plant, then it's a big psychological win for Team Caleb Plant and will definitely take control of the fight or even the lion share of the purse.

Very difficult now on the part of Benavidez, but I'm thinking that they will make a counter offer as per the article. That's how negotiation should be, other party should compromise as well and not just one side process.

Yeah, Benavidez' camp will negotiate and will provide their counter offer, it's also their right to counter whatever Plant's camp thinks
is good for them, since a two-way negotiations.

Both camps need to adjust and accept or meet in the middle to push this fight, otherwise it would be a biased one and for sure
both camps are after with the money.

Both sides need to have a decent and acceptable share before they will sit and sign the contracts.
1325  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 15, 2022, 05:53:27 PM
After several years, it seems like the eastern conference will finally take winningest team this season. There is no sign of stopping on the Boston Celtics and the Milwaukee Bucks. Although the west have New Orleans Pelicans and Memphis Grizzlies, the streaks of these young teams will end soon.

We love to see the Eastern conference team win it this season, maybe 60++ games win for this two team and maybe there will be another 2 teams in that same level or at least 50+ wins.

Winning 60+ games will be very challenging these days when most of the teams are competitive. The Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics though if they can continue their winning ratios might achieve it but it won't be easy and they might relax their main stars in the season's last remaining games, especially if a specific spot is already guaranteed. Another thing is the new rules where ranked 7 and 8 are still in fear of not qualifying in the playoffs since ranked 9 and 10 are also given the chance to vie for a spot, which makes the NBA more competitive too.

Yeah, it might be difficult to get 60+ games winning, but the Phoenix Suns did it a couple of seasons or just last season if I'm not mistaken. But still though they always fell short in the playoff, so it's not a guarantee for any team to win 60+ and goes into the finals. The Warriors didn't get 60+ wins last season and they are 3rd behind Phoenix and Memphis for the best record in the West.

And as you have said, many teams have upgraded their roster, owners spending tons of money to have a good team.

With a lot of changes with the franchise squad, achieving that number of wins is really tough now. Still achievable if the coaches and owners
are willing to risk their main stars to continue winning.

But I like the post above you. Most coaches will rest their stars when they already secure a good position, avoiding the potential accidents
that will cause an injury.

Then again, it's not the winning streaks or the numbers in your papers, it's the title that's always matter at the end of this season.

We must not convince people that investing here can bring the desired profit because the nature of the market is very volatile.
It's not supposed to convince everyone on every investment, but if someone asks about a good investment in crypto. I don't think it would be wrong if we try to recommend it for him according to the experiences we have seen or felt in the past. Because it can at least be a basic knowledge for him for the scope of investment before he makes a final decision on himself by understanding some of the risks.

If you are willing to guide and share your best practices then go for it, but if you are just going to recommend without any assistance
for sure if he fails, he will put the blame on you.

A human act that mostly a big mistake when investing, but the intension was right. Why not share your knowledge and
work along those people who are close to you, crypto is a good place to those who willing to understand.

Not a quick venue to richness, but a good place to invest and hopefully succeed with your ventures.
1327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: December 15, 2022, 03:59:49 PM
Of course, Davis will not leave Floyd if there relationship is good, so there could be some tension and their relationship could have been fractured many years ago, so there's something going on behind the scene that we really don't know.

But I reckon as most boxers-promoters sever separation, it's all about the money. And maybe Davis is not satisfied with the money that he is getting under Mayweather.

This article[1] state one of the issue why Davis wanted to leave Mayweather promotion.  It was stated that Mayweather is accused of wanting  Davis to lose against Roland Romero.  The last fight of Davis happens last May 28, 2022 and Mayweather wanted Davis to lose on that fight, the reason was unknown why Mayweather wanted Davis to sell the fight but probably Mayweather bet on the opponent LOL.

And maybe another reason is that Tank wanted to explore and have more options and see how it goes for him career wise.

It is also a possibility.  But of course, any boxer will leave his promoter if they wanted to blemish the boxer's untainted record.

[1] https://boxing-social.com/news/gervonta-davis-accuses-promoter/

Maybe you are right that mate and that's the reason why Mayweather wants Davis to lose against Rolando because maybe Mayweather bet on Ronald and once Davis will lose the game it's a big win for Mayweather. Or else there's a sabotage between the team of Davis and rolando.
But Davis must do nowadays is that he must look another promoter that can handle him without any connection against thier opponent.

If that is a possible reason for Mayweather,

my take is Davis should prove things out and while at solo there are many promoters that will communicate
with him, he already has his own name in this sport, so it's not hard to market him.

If he wins this upcoming fight and gains good hypes from fans and those who are working around social medias,
it will be a win-win for Davis.

We know that the upcoming fight for Garcia will also be expected by fans and with a better handler, he will earn
a lot for that upcoming big fight.
1328  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: December 14, 2022, 08:52:42 PM
Lots of games again later guys Cheesy For those bettors who was unlucky today, like me, let's try our luck again tomorrow.

Here are some of my early picks for the games tomorrow:

Golden State Warriors -1 vs Indiana Pacers
Miami Heat -2.5 vs Oklahoma City Thunders
Atlanta Hawks -2.5 vs Orlando Magic

Goodluck!

Odds are very tempting with the handicap, seems that bookies are really alluring the bettors to bring their money. All games are very enticing
if you love placing your money with the favorites.

But with how the games are ending from the previous past games, the underdog is winning in unexpected outcome, this is also good for
those who love risking their money.

Bigger amount of winnings if upsets take place. Best of Luck!
1329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 14, 2022, 08:24:52 PM
Everyone talking about what a treat the Boston Celtics vs Los Angeles Lakers game was.  I personally missed it, but hearing about what happened it sounds like the game was all over the place.  A live gambler's dream.  I think it's a good sign that the Lakers were able to put up such a good fight against the Celtics, even though I think the large early lead may have had something to do with it.  I really feel like the Lakers have a good core, they just need a couple more pieces to be able to win games like this.  It sounds like something big is going to happen to their roster before the trade deadline.

Yes! looks like the Lakers are on it and even if they lose this time, there is still hope for them to catch up undoubtedly they are completely different compared to the few games in the opening season.
If they continue to play hustle like that, there will easily get to the top 8 or might even reach their way to the top 6 before the NBA playoff games. It's really hard to compete against these young guns but there is still hope and I'm sure they will use every game as their chance to be at the playoff tree this season.

Well, they still have a chance to improve their roster and by the looks of it, they will be acquiring 1-2 players in-exchange of their future picks. And if that happens, I can say that their chance to participate the playoffs will somehow increase. They need to work themselves out while Anthony Davis can still do his thing and while he is healthy. Other than that, they need to be reliable as well because being carefree at the end of regulation will get them defeated just like what happened earlier.

They need to bring shooters to add more threats so aside from AD and LeBron a good shooter will be a big threat in each game that will play
I see your point with Davis, lakers needs to work on him while he's healthy.

If they are aiming for playoffs they need to start working now, before the deadline we will see if they will bring someone who can fill the
spot and help them to win more games.

Ain't easy but doable, we see how the trio works they just need extra hands to complete the chase.
1330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: December 14, 2022, 12:00:40 PM
The recent fight event between Inoue VS Butler was very one-sided and we all knew the power and speed Inoue and he has shown what he truly is, he is a real Monster,

Naoya Inoue VS Paul Butler ROUND 11 KO/TKO - WIN
Pretty much I see a very 1 sided match it is clear that Naoya Inoue out Speed and out powered Paul Butler in all rounds and crushing him in anyway possible and we can see that Inoue also showboating his way to get a clear shot on butler and to have a more entertaining fight,

He make Butler look like a kid and he just teas him on that match. Maybe the one came on Butler's mind is to survive until round 12 but he got enough already and got knock out on 11 round.

Many fans call out that he's undisputed title is not 100% yet because he didn't defeat Casimero yet. But I doubt he will get a nerve to fight Casimero because he got a title already and he cannot get anything if he fight Casimero.

Imagine if Casimero wasn't disqualified, I think we will see a better undisputed fight if Inoue will agree on the fight. Both Inoue and Casimero has extraordinary power, it's just that Inoue has an advantage due to his good defense and quick movement, but I'm pretty sure Casimero would be willing to go all-out war with Inoue.

A quality fight which we might see more on toe-to-toe fight and the engagement or exchanges of punches will be more solid. Both are KO orchestrators and both are very aggressive.

Though it can't happen anymore since Casemiro is already on 122lbs unless Inoue will follow him and ask for negotiation
so fight can take place between them.

Or, Casimero needs to establish his name and create a noise to challenge the belt holder and if he wins, he will wait for
Inoue to jump up and challenge him.
1331  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can I recommend a friend to buy Bitcoin now? on: December 14, 2022, 11:10:21 AM
Bitcoin is now rising, and it has jumped by 3k in less than 10 minutes. Although everyone is happy but also worried, is it going to fall again?
My friend asked if I can continue to buy it? But I see a lot of people commenting that giant whales are now controlling the market. I told my friends not to enter the market for now, but my friends seem to have misunderstood me.
Do you think that this kind of market should be forbidden to enter or continue to buy?
I suggest not to panic selling。
I do not recommend that you invite your friends to invest in bitcoin for now, you need to educate them also about what bitcoin and crypto are so they can make it an adoption not only as an investment, you can see my thread here about how cycle 4 the year it worked

Indeed, one should not invest in anyone's recommendation or wisdom.  Must first have proper understanding, education and reasoning power about Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency.  If not, it can cause a lot of damage.

Recommendation can be used as the basis to begin with, but yes, proper education and right knowledge of anything that you would like to invest or to work with will give you good chances of success.

Without any knowledge, you will risk your money and your time. There are people who have been to encourage from the recommendations
of friends and families, most of them failed to survive.

Money matters, emotions are always the big factors when deciding. You are not exempted from panicking when collapse happens so
better to established a good preparation before entering this business.
1332  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: December 14, 2022, 10:57:20 AM

Good pick. I am following the Pelicans' bet and adding some risk to it with -4.5.
Houston Rockets vs Phoenix Suns - Suns -6.5.
Best of luck to us.

Both upsets from the underdog, Jazz came out strong with a huge deficit, the system really works for this team, most of the players contribute
good numbers, as you can see from their today's stat.

Meanwhile, CP3 can't handle it without Booker. Green is hot and makes a lot of damage for the Suns, tough game for them now on a 5th
straight losses.

Moving forward, lots of game tomorrow. Good Luck.
1333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: December 13, 2022, 12:56:51 PM
And that's it, Inoue is the first Japanese boxer to be crowned the unified champion of the bantamweight division via knocking out Paul Butler in the eleventh round. Man, what a punishment there that Butler has absorbed.

To those who expected an early knockout, you may be disappointed but kudos to Paul Butler who have withstood the onslaught from the very first round of the fight. As I've said above Inoue might be having a hard knocking out Butler as the latter will be fighting scared, he will be inside the ring just to survive.

My bet ^^ is not settled yet but this is a win.

Congrats! almost making to the decision and if I remember it right the odd for that is more than 20+, those who bet for UD might almost
fall in their chair after seeing that KO in 11th round.

A good fight for both Butler and Inoue, strategy wise both fighters adjust and fight according to how they see their chances can give
them the favor, not that much but good enough to stay standing for Butler.

Again, for those who expect for an early KO Butler disappoint you all, he circulates inside the ring as expected.
1334  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: December 13, 2022, 11:27:10 AM
Mayweather's actions towards Bob Arum way back 2006 bounced back at him because if you guys remember, Mayweather left Bob Arum after the latter brought him to the top and accused him of underpaying him. After Mayweather left Top Rank, he founded his own promotional company in the same year.

Now, Mayweather knows what it feels like to be left hanging on the air after all those things he had given to Tank Davis and yes, that is the exact same thing what Floyd did to Bob Arum. Although I argue that wasn't enough because if Mayweather was a really good promoter, he could've provide Tank good fights that has belts on the line or at least be a challenger while Devin Haney haven't had the belts on his possesion.

Right, and maybe this is one reason why Tank wanted to leave because he wanted to be known as well as a champion not just having like a interim belt or something. It seems that they really parted ways already but they don't want to make it public as of this time.

Maybe prior to the fight with Ryan Garcia or if there is a reporter that will ask Tank the whole story maybe he will tell us and confirmed that he is no longer with team Mayweather and his first fight w/o him. He has options to be a freelancer or just do what Canelo did, sign like 3 fight deal with other promotions and then see how it goes.

He has his name, but still needs a good promoter. Either way, he needs to choose one of the option as he had. Taking the road like
how Canelo deal with other promotions and see how things will work.

It might be tough to start alone knowing that there are huge numbers of good fighters and the chance of having a money fight or a title
fight will remain in the hands of a good negotiator.

Davis vs Garcia will be a good key to hype his name, though it won't be an easy journey as the young star is also trying to establish
his name inside this sport.
1335  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 13, 2022, 10:53:21 AM

Currently, Joel Embiid is listed on the 4th KIA MVP race behind Luka Doncic and Jayson Tatum is on the lead from 2nd to 1st. It will be an interesting race as long as the named ballers won't get any serious injury this season. Embiid is back again and looking forward to get the award that he haven't got last season because of the said injury that cost him that award.

If I remember it right, he almost wins that title last season but injury hits him and Jokic takes that for the 2nd time,

Embiid will always be a contender, but the competition this season is very tough. A lot of impressive stars who are shining and the
impacts are really being noticed,

I like either Tatum or Doncic to win this year, both are doing an impressive game performance, they just need to continue what they
are doing to make their stats more impressive.

It will bring them the title if they consistently produce numbers and continue to empress the fans.
1336  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stop the panic, I doubt we will see 14k or less Bitcoin on: December 13, 2022, 10:43:38 AM
The first thing we have to understand when investment bitcoin is to understand the price patterns that occur, up or down in a day can reach 10% more, even when there are big issues like Luna or FTX have dropped more than 35% in a week, when we know With this pattern, we must be prepared and don't panic.

You should always take a good note on that, it will serve as a pattern to you when aiming for your position before investing your money.

I see a good point out from your statement, if you are well prepared with what might happen along the way, you will not panic and will continue to wait with your target profits.

Having that right knowledge will allow you not to worry with how the market is behaving, there's always a bounce back in case
the market supper with a huge loss.

Give it some time and if you have spare, better to buy more and wait for another good run.

^^ At least extended parin ang pangtaya natin for this week.

yung tipong inaccept yung challenge.

1338  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: December 12, 2022, 11:36:09 AM

Watch the Pelicans vs Suns, goes into OT. But without Ayton and Chris Paul in the Overtime, they can't do that much and then Zion and CJ taking the lead for the Pelicans

What I noticed about Chris Paul was his production, he wasn't his old self anymore, the assist was still there though but the points contribution is slowly gone. They need Booker to produce the points consistently because although there are some guys who can step up, but speaking of consistency, there's no other player in the team but Booker.

Unlike last year where Booker and CP3 are always covering each other back, like what you said, both players need to re-work if they
wanted to advance to the next round and be that competitive as they are before.

They've lost in the overtime since both Ayton and CP3 are out while both Zion and CJ are continue making the damages to lift NOP
a great game still.

Suns did manage to push the game to OT even Booker is not present to play, no excuse but maybe a good adjustment next game for the Suns.

Lakers win and the big 3 have some good numbers, but still the Pistons (the worst team in the NBA right now) were able to put the score to as close as 1 point and they almost handed the Lakers an L.

They maybe are the worst team per record but Lakers aren't the best team either. Pistons IMO is a competitive team because they don't lose by a huge margin, in fact, they beat the Heat which is also a good team. The Lakers just used their experience to outsmart the Pistons, but that's not enough against legit playoff teams, so they need to improve a bit.

Not enough for the super team indeed, they needed to work more with both offense and defense. Lot of things to still work on. They can't just
give all the loads with their big 3.

If they can blend players and give good rest for AD and LeBron sure deal that they can have that solid 5 inside the court when the clock
is running out, very important that those two superstars got enough rest.

Full and got decent strength to push full the final quarter.
