401  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dont chase your loss on: March 07, 2024, 08:38:21 AM
It is best you gamble when necessary not because you want to chase your loss and win back you money, many are victim of this circumstances and for me is a bad practice and this might make you not to employe your gambling skills and roles because you inhast in your decision making. What is your opinion on this?

Even if you say more, it will be difficult to wake up the addict. I know that it will be difficult to accept the fact that the majority of gamblers are just a money-making tool for the house. Waiting for the joke, many people have it justify their behavior even when they are losing their responsibility towards themselves and their family.

Gambling is not right or wrong, the problem is that the person using it is not able to control their behavior. The psychology of greed, delusion, etc. often leads to bad scenarios in life, and in gambling, they show more frightening manifestations, even though people with good intentions advise and advise responsibly. in behavior, but for addicts, they may not know what is called "responsibility". After all, life has many nuances, and they are also a part of helping warn us not to make the same mistakes as them.
402  Economy / Economics / Re: Why are some countries being sentimental with bitcoin and the cryptos at large? on: March 07, 2024, 07:33:41 AM
(...)

Bitcoin and alts have the potential to spur economic growth, but there are also risks that need to be considered. Crypto adoption will depend on its ability to address government and user concerns. A field that helps earn income from investing, trading, or using crypto in economic activities will create an attraction that no one wants to ignore. But it is true that there are also many issues of illegal activities, causing the government to introduce restrictive measures. Although opposing/supporting, the decisions of the government in some countries are not all because this is a decentralized space. We can talk about the necessary centralization relationship, but if it is too imposed, it is counterproductive.
403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does any meme coin has the ability to challenge bitcoin dominance ? on: March 07, 2024, 07:26:45 AM
In last one week, coins like pepe rose by 400% or more. There were other meme coins like dogecoin and shiba inu also growing fast. Lot of bitcoin users would now feel tempted to move their funds to these meme coins for higher profit. At such, do you think that any meme coin has the capacity to challenge bitcoin dominance ?
Just like how someone describes a blade of grass and an entire forest, maybe some people like to hype messages or HYPE creations. But anything compared to bitcoin in the crypto space seems to be revealing the fact that they are inferior so we have to rely on and pursue.
Maybe this is a topic for bitcoin, so I don't want to talk much about memecoin, but one thing I think dreamers will do later is compare memecoin vs goldGrin
404  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Who plays bigger role in crypto adoption: General public or government ? on: March 07, 2024, 07:19:57 AM
Who do you think plays a bigger role in crypto adoption ? Will it be common people like you and me . Or does the role is played by government because it is them making monetary policies. I feel people are more important because when it comes to electing the government, even there it is the majority of people which results in final decision.

IMO, everyone is equal and each has a special stake in contributing to crypto development. But also in another aspect, crypto really gives people a way to trust and develop it.

I understand the story of how some viewpoints try to impose or differentiate influences on life, but understand that everything that exists is not owned by either side. Every role has an important contribution to make, and if one is missing, the balance we need is lost. With more and more people accepting crypto, we should express a positive attitude towards it as well as share useful things that can help, besides supporting the government's decision is also very important in development, although not everyone supports it, but let time prove to them the value of crypto.
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest Only In a Coin that Increase in Value in this Bull Run. on: March 07, 2024, 07:10:46 AM
Yep, a project that doesn't increase in value during a bull market could be a sign of low potential. But it must be expressed that the approach creates awareness in each person, and indeed if it was certain that things would increase in price, I think people would not have to face losses. Any project has different potential opportunities/risks, only after going through it can we redefine and balance the investment according to personal points.

IMO, I always give priority to altcoins that have useful products or services and the ability to compete in the market, as well as experienced and capable devs to lead, and transparency about operations. Anyway, investors are always responsible for the decisions they make.
406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Profiting from BTC: just luck? on: March 07, 2024, 07:00:10 AM
  • Is the profit of BTC holders just from luck?
  • Are you a BTC holder? What makes you keep believing and holding BTC?
  • When will you hold BTC until?
1. In addition, we also know about the skills and beliefs to talk about the profits of investing with Bitcoin.
2. Yep, I think the conviction of the things I've been through with it and the realization of the real opportunity I found through Bitcoin.
3. I'm not sure of the exact timing, but I'm building up to a close target for bitcoin at $100,000, but I'd like to add that I'm still a fan of the long-term strategy. So always prioritize accumulating and holding more bitcoin than other assets.

407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the biggest airdrop you've ever received? on: March 07, 2024, 06:52:23 AM
  • Have you ever participated in Airdrop?
  • What is the most valuable Airdrop you have ever received?
  • How did that airdrop help change your position and journey in the crypto market?

We always have many interesting stories in life and in the cryptocurrency space I have also witnessed many stories about other people making a lot of money.

1. Yep
2. I'm not sure, but it could have been UNI as I don't remember exactly how many wallets I owned that met the requirements, but at that time I was really surprised about the criteria for receiving an airdrop from them.
3. Even though it's not perfect in terms of money, because I spent it all on the investment process and got 0 monetary profit. But I learned a lot in this space, from receiving more knowledge from technology/economics, so I feel that journey is worth more than talking about money and position.
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Layer 2 projects worth watching now? on: March 07, 2024, 06:35:50 AM
L2 will be the main driver of this bull season, as the past shows us the old problem of scalability on Ethereum not making everyone happy. Looking at current L2 I really feel like it is starting to grow a lot, but the hype and overuse of terminology will cause FOMO, but this is hard to avoid in a competitive space compete for any market share.

Personally, I really like OP and ARB and would actually give more priority to this crypto when talking about L2, and they are also leading in market share.

Although it's just the beginning of this price increase period, it really feels like what L2 is preparing will bring a space that people will feel more satisfied with in the near future.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Modular Blockchain Tokens Speculation on: March 07, 2024, 06:29:45 AM
(...)But there are other projects and a few more coming which will def be huge plays going in to 2025.

I'm really interested in this area and a project where I'm also looking at Fuel. Even though it hasn't launched yet, it's really gaining a lot of attention, and as the bullish period is starting and the market will have new unicorns, the search for speculative opportunities is always open.

In addition, some old projects also received attention when the appearance of TIA and DYM brought more curiosity about their capabilities. I don't know if anyone else is talking about SYS in the space, but it will also be one of the cryptocurrencies that I see will benefit a lot from this trend wave.
410  Other / Off-topic / Re: The skill of Self-discipline on: March 07, 2024, 06:20:50 AM
Success is what a person desires, and it is the fruit he reaps for all his effort  . Therefore, we find that successful people work hard and with dedication so that success is the happy ending to their work and their personal and practical projects alike. The path to achieving success in most cases is not an easy path paved and strewn with flowers. If we examine the biographies of successful people, we will find that they went through many obstacles and difficulties, but they overcame them in the end. The end result is determination and persistence.
(...)
As you are asking, I agree that success is not easy, and it does not have a set pattern for us to apply. And even if we could find a formula to apply to life to achieve our goals, it would still be difficult to reach the masses. Not everyone has opportunities, or rather they do not have the ability to create opportunities for life, and their life journey is inherently like that and they have to go through it themselves.

I feel like if I don't get too complicated about choosing what I want in life, then "I want to no longer have to want anything in life". Yep, depending on how everyone thinks about their goals, we all have our own journey to complete and gradually reach thresholds that we haven't seen yet.
411  Economy / Economics / Re: Our decision making is responsible for the outcomes in our ways on: March 07, 2024, 06:14:24 AM
The fact that people have the choice to choose those actions shows freedom, but there are issues surrounding life that cause disagreements. Just do what you want, evaluating everything around you only reflects a small part of our thinking and perspective on life. I don't complain much about someone's actions being right/wrong, as long as we are aware of our imperfections and choose to be satisfied/grateful for everything around us, even if it causes discomfort uncomfortable.

There were a few situations in the past that I faced when I tried to impose my personal thoughts on someone, and realized that they are not me, each person has their own life and experiences. We can see that the action is silly and help that person realize their mistake, but they haven't experienced it enough to be aware of it, so there's no need to argue harshly and just let things happen naturally.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Here is why people make money from Airdrops on: March 06, 2024, 06:43:06 PM
The airdrop work is quite extensive. Nowadays, as far as I know, there are many ways in which the project reaches out to the community. From social, testnet, mainet,... all bring airdrop opportunities.

But it must be expressed that this environment is full of pitfalls, some people will receive joy and some will not be able to receive anything. Even as users' skills are increasing, fraud is difficult to detect, making competition more intense. But good charisma always attracts naturally without the need for fancy exaggeration, so don't worry too much about who opposes/supports these jobs, because we decide to choose for ourselves.
413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is AI going to affect gambling in any way ? on: March 06, 2024, 06:33:16 PM
AI has impacted almost all online businesses to major extent. Do you feel that there will be major impact of AI technology on online gambling industry as well ?

This must definitely happen when we exploit potential applications from AI. I still regularly follow some BOTs that analyze data and understand them quite a lot based on AI and Oracle. But it must be said that some things that are overused will lose the naturalness of gambling, and of course the casino owner will also know how to apply AI, not expecting AI competition between parties but this technology trend is bringing many useful things.
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Predictions? Predict the new ATH! on: March 06, 2024, 06:27:37 PM
There is no need to argue about the attraction of ETH in the crypto space. Even though there are many problems, it is still a popular cryptocurrency and is of top interest in the space.

Bitcoin's strong price increase, as well as a few major events with ETH are giving it good momentum. IMO, the speculation is that I expect ETH will be able to surpass $10,000 in the next bull cycle, maybe each person will have different expected target but I always appreciate ETH and believe in the fact that it is just too strong after bitcoin in the crypto space.
415  Other / Off-topic / Re: Elon musk and mark Zuckerberg Quarrel in between . on: March 06, 2024, 06:22:06 PM
Elon is always like that, whenever he has the opportunity, he always attracts everyone's attention with humorous actions.  Grin

The incident from Meta made the social space fun, but everything seems to be back on track and this incident is like a way to deeply poke Meta when they have to face an annoying situation.
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Memecoins Thriving in 2024: Should We Embrace More Crypto Fun? on: March 06, 2024, 07:52:47 AM
(...)So with this, I'd like to ask. Have you come across any meme contests lately?

In addition to the cryptos you mentioned, the list I'm interested in is only $DOGE, $MEME

With memecoin, accepting the loss of money rather than thinking about quick profit opportunities (that's the strategy I apply), usually I will lock in capital and save the profits and watch their play. Even though I know that Ponzi nature exists in this segment, I accept from the beginning the worst situation. The recent FOMO with memecoins, in my opinion, is just a form of attracting a wave of liquidity for whales and the result is Indeed, we have seen strong fluctuations in the past few hours.

418  Economy / Economics / Re: Reckless financial decision ? on: March 03, 2024, 12:01:16 PM
Do you think a celebrity who turns down a multi-million dollar deal solely because the organization doesn't allow him smoking weed is a reckless financial decision?
Keep in mind this definition of reckless financial decision - It entails when a person makes choices that involve significant financial risk or lack of consideration for the potential consequences.

What other reckless financial decision do you know or have heard of?

If the person OP mentioned has made that decision, it is simply a personal decision, and if I look at it frankly, I also think that person will also have other big contracts. Accepting/rejecting agreement has many issues behind it, but people who are outside the problem can talk about being reckless but try to put themselves in the position of that thought to feel. Always know that we are not the same, and every choice works the way we want, without imposing too much on what is good for them when we have not had the opportunity to do it.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Odds for approving a Solana spot ETF? on: March 03, 2024, 11:56:01 AM
If Ethereum gets its own spot ETFs approved by the SEC, do you think the same will happen with Solana in the future? I mean, Solana is the most popular smart contract Blockchain after Ethereum. It rose exponentially in price over the past few months. If spot ETFs are approved, market prices will soar all the way to "Mars".

What do you think? Will a Solana spot ETF become a reality? If not, why? What are the odds for approval? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley

Speculation is that we will see a lot of altcoin proposals approved for spot ETFs. And Solana will also receive attention because it is the leading altcoin in the market, but things will not be so smooth as we are currently focusing on ETH approval, with the current developments. At present, the general price increase and the excitement of the crowd are bringing a lively atmosphere.

Although I am not a supporter of SOL at the present time, I also believe that in the future it will still maintain its position.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DID you get portal airdrop? on: March 03, 2024, 11:50:28 AM
Yesterday there was much excitement twitter about Portal airdrop with multiple platforms like Binance, Bitget,L bank listing. I wasn't lucky to participate hence I feel the need to ask. Anyone that got the airdop here, was the stress worth it?maybe this could be a motivator to take these airdrop quest serious

Fortunately, I am also one of the people who receive joy from Portal, perhaps partly because the participation is so small for such a large new reward.

But the truth must be expressed that spending gas to claim tokens actually causes many people to give up if the reward is low. I see most of those who have been with it since day one have earned at least >$1000. Those are really easy jobs with social network interaction tasks, but in a space full of waste, we still have bright projects.
